Non tower rooms walls were so thin we could hear peoples whole conversation in other room and going to the bathroom,wake up alarms every morning and showering and crying baby I stayed in sunset section room 5030. Then they charged me additional 600 and when I first asked about the charge they said was for incidentals but after I checked out and asked again they made a mistake and charged me the 600 dollars so I had to wait for them to confirm and now I must wait for my refund. Overall the best thing is the location but I would pay the xtra and stay in tower unless you want to be woken up by every sound .

so management had a plan to tale the power down post midnight for a couple hours, no big deal, but they were oblivious as to the impact the power outage would have on internet and that internet was out all day after the power was restored. ALL DAY.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Garden Lake Hotel. Our room was clean and and bed was very comfortable. Space in the room was utilized to make the living space not feel cramped when we were there. Pool area was great. Lots of chairs available and plenty of spots to relax. Lobby and staff were inviting. Pool bar and lobby bar had a nice variety of drinks and staff were friendly. Short walk to Disney Springs made this our hotel of choice when we decided to stay here for 2 nights.

Please be mindful of who is next to each other. Families next to couples isn’t ideal and would be nice if they were spaced out more. Crying kids keeping me up and waking me up was not good. Also, don’t like the $30 day parking fee on top of resort fees. I did a pre check in and still had to go the desk upon arrival

Couldn’t check in until after 5 which was disappointing because we booked there to enjoy the pool area before going to Disney springs so it was a waste of money spending extra on this hotel. We were given some coupons as a result but they weren’t anything we used as they were basic Disney spring ones that I’m sure they give to most guests.

What I loved about this hotel was the staff, the location, the atmosphere and the amenities! The hotel is clean and smells great! The lobby is welcoming and fun to spend time in! The food/snack options were plentiful and the staff so welcoming! We did not swim or use the hot tub but the area looks great! Room has a safe, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron and fridge but no microwave. My only complaint was our bed. It wasn’t very comfortable and was quite noisy. No extra bedding in the room but I’m sure you could ask for an addition blanket at the front desk. The only other concern was there is a large gap under the door that I had to close up every night with towels! All in all a great place to stay!

This hotel was everything I wanted for my trip to Disney. The rooms were clean, the staff were amazing and the pool area was so nice. The bar by the pool had delicious food and amazing drinks. I loved the fact that Joffrey’s was available in the lobby and enjoyed one each morning and the staff running that area are amazing, so friendly and kind! The only issue I had during my time was the pools were extremely cold but it didn’t seem to affect any of the kids who were there.
The free shuttle to the Disney sites was convenient and being so close to Disney Springs was also convenient to use their bus services, as well as to eat and shop.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to Disney but not actually stay in a Disney hotel and I would hesitate staying here again.

I usually stay at this hotel when visiting Walt Disney World because I love the location near Disney Springs and the convenient park shuttles. In the past, it has always met my expectations.
Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The room was not very clean — the carpet was dirty, and I even found leftover food on the floor. The bathroom had a constant leak, and early morning garbage truck noise around 4–5 a.m. made it difficult to rest after long park days.
I hope these issues are addressed, as I’ve enjoyed staying here before.

We have definitely decided that this is the best hotel for families visiting Disneyworld. We always stay in the garden lake rooms. The decor is wearing very well. All the units still look perfect. There is a full size refrigerator which is great. There's supermarkets a short uber ride away to get breakfast and lunch . Weve never used the restaurant but the coffee shop and sports bar are great. Theres a guest laundry. It is literally a five minute walk from Disney springs. This time we went to the bus station at Disney springs and went to the Contemporary resort then the Grand Floridian and Polynesian. It was a great night out. We saw the pools at these resorts and quite honestly the Wyndham is just as nice. . It cost about $35 to get there from the airport. Cannot praise it enough. The staff are so lovely.

My 8 year old son and I stayed here and it was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. We travel a few times per year. This was an affordable stay, and felt like a luxury hotel. Staff was excellent and helpful, rooms were clean and neat, there was an arcade room, the pool area was awesome, and there was easily accessible food at all times. The free shuttles to Disney were appreciated, and you can literally take a quick walk over a foot bridge straight into Disney Springs!

Still unsure how I feel about this location. It’s convenient for sure but it’s nothing special. Good place to lay your head between parks. The resort fees and extra self-parking fees make me want to avoid this resort even as convenient as it is. It’s quite pricy for no reason. If there were no other options in the area, I’d stay here again but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here. Staff was nice, check-in and out was simple but nothing to rave about.

I didnt think the price was worth the quality. The added parking and resort fee was ridiculous. Firstly, I didnt appreciate the aggressive sales tactics for trying to sell time shares. Second; the beds were small, there was only a shower curtain no liner, water from sink came out aggressively so I got soaked the first use, the tub wasnt installed properly there were multiple soft spots that when stepped on made a loud popping noise, lastly the carpet was in terrible shape. Staff was friendly, i appreciated the joffreys, and the location was great.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. This was my fourth time staying at your property, and unfortunately, it will be my last due to the experience my wife and I had.
Upon check-in, the front desk personnel informed me that she would find me a new room within 2–4 hours. Based on that assurance, I left all of our belongings packed in our luggage, expecting to be relocated shortly. However, when I later contacted the front desk to follow up, I was told that there were no rooms available for me. This was very frustrating, as it directly contradicted what I had been told at check-in.
The room we were assigned had several issues. The temperature was extremely hot, the refrigerator was not working, and there was no hot water available in the morning when it was most needed. Strangely, the hot water functioned properly later in the afternoon.
Additionally, I have always previously been assigned a pool-view room, but this time we were placed facing the parking lot without explanation.
A maintenance staff member initially came to address the air conditioning issue. However, by that time, our drinks had already been in the refrigerator for 6–8 hours and were warm. After contacting the front desk again, another maintenance employee came to inspect the refrigerator. During this visit, the refrigerator was pulled forward abruptly, causing my sodas and wine to fall onto the floor. Two sodas opened on impact, and several others becameflat

Our room was freezing cold. We could not get the temperature above 63 degrees. Tried calling the front desk 3 times to ask about the temperature and no one ever answered the phone. We checked in at 4:30 (30 minutes after check in time) and had to wait at least 30 more minutes because our room was not ready. Was told “check in starts at 4:00 and we do not guarantee any specific time your room will be ready” with no estimate given as to when our room would be ready, even though we got an email from Wyndham stating check in was at 4:00. Overall, between the room not being ready, no one ever answering the phone and the freezing cold room, we were disappointed in our stay. We have stayed here many times and this was the first time we had these issues. I’m not sure we will stay here again. On a positive, the room was clean.

Room , staff and location was good only bad thing was we had the bottom ground floor room and ppl. Walking by were talking or shouting very loud when they would pass by our door all times of the night and early mornings which woke us up.
Can you please shut the hell up in the early hours when ppl. Are trying to sleep!!

Broken heat in the room. Many maintenance issues. Room was very clean and cute. Service meh from FD. Housekeeping and bellmen amazing. Bar crew amazing. Restaurant amazing. Great amenities in the room and outside but front desk felt tired and uninterested and genuinely not up to par to everyone else working in there. Asked to extend for 3 nights and even though online there was availability- they made it look like I was begging to stay and will kindly consider it next morning. I have worked in the hotels since I was 19 years old and can assure you- you take care of your current guests first. We ended up booking another hotel and the service in the new hotel is TOP. Stay for closeness to disney springs but keep your expectations low.

Hotel was very nice and clean. We were very happy with the proximity to Disney Springs. The only issues we had were not enough people manning the front desk when we checked in even though there were a number of people waiting in line. This seemed to be a recurring problem that we noticed during our stay. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom which causes a lot of condensation if you're taking anything more than a lukewarm shower.

Rooms are very basic, somewhat small. Clean and quiet for the most part. I would stay again in a pinch but nothing compares to being on site at the Disney Resorts. I dislike someone trying to sell you a timeshare packaged as a “welcome gift”. Please let visitors enjoy their stay.

The room was clean and was good if you are just looking for somewhere to rest after a busy day at the parks. The hotel amenities seemed good although we did not really use them much due to our short visit. If you are planning to utilize the early entry with Disney that you get for staying here then plan to use alternate transportation to/from the parks. The buses that they use were incredibly unreliable. They were late going to magic kingdom making us miss early entry and then they were late leaving the parks and did not have enough room on them. We waited 40 minutes for the bus arrive to leave the parks and go back to the hotel one of the nights.

Front desk staff unhelpful- for example we called to see the shuttle times and while they were able to communicate that the shuttles ran on the hour every hour, they neglected to communicate that we also needed to make reservations for the shuttle which resulted in unexpected confusion and scrambling at boarding time … frustrating and unnecessary

There are SO many other resorts to stay at in the Orlando area; I do not recommend this hotel

Checked in after 4pm expecting to be given our room (since it was well after check in time), only to be met with a very hostile staff and had to wait until 5:50pm for our room. Had a dining reservation that we almost missed. We were told that we would be texted when our room was ready. Sat in the lobby and hadn’t received anything so I had to approach front desk at 5:50pm. All of sudden our room was ready right then! Wow. I wish we would’ve walked out when they told us our room wasn’t ready because the room itself was worse than the service. Exterior room. Mold on fabric lampshades, moisture damage on doors and walls, the humidity was unfixable even with using the a/c. Lights liked to flicker. Bathroom needed a whole new face lift. Water would not shut off, Tub dripped the whole night. Was told house keeping was going to bring some items, then received 3 seperate calls that they no longer could come. Thought about bringing up the issues to staff, but they were already rude enough. Won’t stay again.

After many years as a patron to your hotel, the absolute fraudulent conditions of the Garden Lake compared to the Tower is unacceptable!! After arriving and seeing the actual conditions of the Garden Lake rooms, this was horribly not appropriate. We were able to spend 2 nights (for an upgraded cost) for the Towers and then needed to move to another Hotel due to availability. Again, we have stayed in the Towers many times, and if they would not have negligently portrayed the Garden Lake rooms, then we would have found another Hotel from the start.

It was a decent hotel with tons of hidden fees. $30 for parking plus a resort fee. You only get a luggage cart if you pay for the bell hop service. The room itself was clean, but nothing exciting.
