The room was very clean and smelled good. The bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a broken coffee maker and they replaced it in like 10 minutes. The shower pressure was great and the water got very hot fast. The body wash and conditioner were good. We did not swim however the pool was clean and the area well maintained. We loved the buffets for breakfast and dinner and the free drinks were a total plus. Will stay at this hotel every time we go to Orlando in the future.

We stayed during a Summit cheer event so the hotel was very busy and loud. The elevators had wet floors and our hallway was a bit messy with food outside the room doors. We did not use any amenities since we were only there to sleep but the pool area looked very nice. The Market had a nice selection of toiletries and drink/snack options. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

El hotel estuvo excelente, la pasé super con mi esposa varios dias, pero tengo una pequeña sugerencia respecto a la comida. El desayuno esta perfecto, pero la cena deberían de tener un area de postre aunque sea pequeña, algunos biscochos o una maquina de helado con algunos topins no tiene que ser una mega area de postres ya que luego de comer algo siempre es bueno tener un postrecito dulce y complementar eso. Los popcorns no los veo como postre ya que es algo salado y algunos que estuvieron allí opinaron igual. Aparte de eso todo esta perfecto✨espero volver algun dia

I loved staying here. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The whole hotel inside and out was clean and very well kept up. Loved breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. They kept the food fully stocked and ready for the guests. Loved my Mickey mouse waffles. I can't see any complaints except I wish I could have stayed longer.
The price of the hotel with all the added perks is by far the best place to stay.

First, the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. We arrived a few hours earlier then check-in time and expected to drop off bags. But we were informed our room was ready and we began enjoying our mini weekend getaway immediately. Worry free! Nice pool - large and on a pond so the views were nice too. Bar/food service at the pool was great! Breakfast was included and there were a lot of offerings. The breakfast kitchen staff is great! Hard working the whole time. I asked where the tipping jar was, but they didn’t have one. Kickback happy hour was good. Decent food choices and cocktail/beverage choices. The bartenders were friendly and also made good cocktails. We enjoyed this time before heading out for the evening. It was great to have the free shuttle so handy and well organized to take us to the Disney Parks. I loved that we walked to Disney Springs from the hotel. Truly a great location to be at. Finally I was able to check out a little later since our flight was later. We got new
key cards and when there was a problem with them, the front desk staff solved the problem right away. I couldn’t get everyone’s names but do remember Brian and Shawn being helpful. Again, the front desk staff really proved good customer service. Thank you to all.

The hotel is very well located, with great facilities, an excellent breakfast, and a nice afternoon snack service. Overall, it has many positive aspects. However, the room cleanliness was quite disappointing. There was dirt in the room when we arrived, and the carpet remained dirty and unvacuumed for several days. It is unfortunate that such a good hotel loses points on something as important as cleanliness.

What a great bang for your buck. We did not bring the family, but this is an amazing family hotel. You will not go hungry with the complimentary breakfast and dinner offerings. I did not use the pool. No time, but it looks spacious and so inviting. Next time! There were other options for dining and cocktails. I enjoyed the best spicy margarita! The property is very close to the parks and Disney Springs. The Drury is always one of our first picks when we travel. We will be staying in another Drury on our summer vacation with the grandkids. They love the breakfast, and I know they will love the dinner options if offered at that hotel. Very generous of a hotel to offer so many complimentary dining options. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you for a great stay!

Love this hotel! It’s very clean, beds are comfy, food is really good! 10-15 minute walk to Disney Springs or you walk to Hooters, Olive Garden, Dennys etc in the opposite direction. You can walk to 7-11 and get cheaper beer or Starbucks!

This has to be one of the very best places to stay when you’re going to Disney. The property is close by and offers transportation to the parks, and it even qualifies for early entry into the Disney parks! When you add in a hot fresh breakfast buffet and snack/dinner evening “kickback” buffet, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, you truly cannot top the value that Drury Plaza offers. Disney Park vacations are so very much fun, but they can also be tiring and stressful. Drury Plaza is a welcoming oasis. As a bonus, all of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and just amazing. I heartily recommend!

The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly they lets us check into our room two hours early no charge. I love that they do daily housekeeping. The room was spacious and had a nice layout. However beware that the walls our thin and noise could be heard at all time from outside hallways and traffic.

Be prepared to walk if planning on using Drurys transportation.
Yes they have buses to the parks but the time are very spread out, Do not run late at night and they drop you far away. We spent a lot of time waiting for busses. More than when we use the Disney buses and stay on property.
Disney Springs is about a 30 min walk to the front entrance as well. It's all doable if you don't mind walking but with the heat and the amount of walking in the parks, it was too much for my 11-year-old. We ended up getting a rent car for our last day at Drury.
The staff is amazing, the pool (no lifeguard) and rooms are beautiful, having the free bfast and snacks was nice.
Overall the hotel is really great, and they are doing everything they can to be as amiable as a Disney on-property hotel. If you are not rushing this trip to see everything, and are able to walk extra this place is great. More adult-friendly too (cocktails, restaurant till midnight )

This was the first time to stay at The Drury. The free breakfast was great each morning. They had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, pancakes and waffles. Transportation to each park and you were provided a schedule for drop off time and pick up times. There was even transportation to Disney Springs. At 5:30pm to 7:30 pm was a time called kickback. They offered free items such as hot dogs, baked potatoes, pulled pork sliders, baked beans, coleslaw, meatballs in gravy, mashed potatoes, soups, chili, chips and cheese, salad, and steamed vegetables. And T 4 pm to 8 pm free popcorn. The staff were outstanding and friendly! We will forever stay here when coming to Orlando.

Had a great time staying here! Very close to the parks, easy Lyft or bus access. Nice walk to Disney Springs. I will say the walls are a bit thin and I had to make a noise complaint one evening due to some very loud guests next door very late in the evening. And I came back to my room one day and it looked like the turnover service was only half done. Just the bathroom had been cleaned up, but the bed sheets were still unreplaced / a mess etc. Had to call and request them come back up. Breakfasts were great, staff was great, room was always clean.

Great place to stay for families wanting to visit all the Disney parks. The hotel was clean and modern, with a heated pool, arcade room and even its own Pizza Hut. The shuttle buses to the parks worked really well, and the breakfasts were fine for filling up before heading out. The dinners lacked a bit of variety but the free evening drinks were a nice perk. Overall I’d say this hotel is great value compared to other affiliated Disney resorts - the early access (30 mins) into the parks really made getting on the big rides much easier.

We had a mixed experience at the hotel. Service could be improved — on our first night, we called the front desk multiple times for extra pillows and blankets without getting an answer, and one day our room was not serviced at all (we would have expected at least the beds made and trash removed).

The biggest drawback for us was the food. While we understand the challenges of serving large volumes, the offerings felt repetitive and of low quality, both at breakfast and in the afternoon. The coffee in particular was very weak. Food and beverage prices at the kitchen and bar also felt difficult to justify given the quality.

On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable and quiet — we requested a higher floor and slept well throughout our stay. The pool, hot tub, and splash pad were enjoyable, and the kids had a great time. One thing to note: parking is an additional charge, which was not clearly communicated upfront. The hotel was also quite busy during spring break, which impacted the overall atmosphere.

Overall, while the stay had some highlights, the food quality and service inconsistencies would make us hesitate to return.
