Great location and spacious room with a separate living area, which made traveling with kids much easier. The rooms appear to have been “updated” cosmetically to look newer, but the bathroom and kitchen areas definitely need a full refresh. The appliances felt quite old and some parts of the unit looked very worn down.

Cleaning was just okay. Daily housekeeping mainly removed the trash and replaced towels, but the bed wasn’t made and the bathroom and floors were not cleaned during our stay.

That said, the staff did a thoughtful gesture for our child’s birthday by leaving cookies and a birthday poster in the room, which we appreciated.

Overall, I was expecting a better experience given the location and overall setup of the property.

No coffee in the lobby. Other Sonestas have coffee available in the lobby for free, not for purchase Starbucks. The bathroom was warn down. Needs updating. Coffee machine in the room had mold. Other than that it was ok stay for the short time. Not one of the better Sonestas we have visited.

The room had a strong smell. It was not pleasant and it was very bothersome. I had trouble sleeping and I believe it was coming from the vent. The linens felt worn out and most of all the bath tub took a long time to drain. I would not stay here again in the future.

We have stayed here before. The hotel is undergoing a renovation which caused some creative parking. We loved all the renovations. The only issue was the A/C was struggling to keep us cool over night. That had not been an issue when we’ve stayed before (pre-renovation) so not sure if that was why.

We were very happy with our stay. The rooms were super clean and modern. The mattresses were SO comfortable! I was not expecting the kitchen to be stocked with dishes, etc. but it was. A very nice surprise! The pool area was updated and clean. The sitting areas outside were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The room was clean. The garbage was only taken out once on Monday which is also supposed to be out on Wednesday. The comforters were paper thin not the fluffy kind that you expect at a hotel. I stayed here 4 times and I think this will be the last regardless of the new renovations the hotel just made.

Everything was very good except:
(1) There is no lift. There are several buildings each with three floors. Fortunately, we were given a ground floor room. So we had no problem with luggage. The stairs, all outside, are steep.
(2) We had paid for “continental breakfast).” But it is very limited. You have to pay extra for cereal. If you have a kitchen- which is excellent- then you are better off making your own breakfast unless you are travelling only for a couple of days. It is a question of cost effectiveness.

Everything about Sonesta was exactly the way I remembered from 4 years ago. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean. It was extremely quiet even during construction. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. My kids loved the pool. I loved that there was a toddler pool for my daughter so she did not feel left out. There is a laundry facility on site incase you don’t want to travel back home with dirty clothes. I love the convenience of this hotel whether you are going to Universal, Disney or SeaWorld everything is in close proximity. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby as well. I would highly recommend this location to a friend and I definitely will stay here again on my next Orlando vacation.

The laundry was nice but cost too much. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The toilets are close to the wall so getting the toilet paper was a hassle to use.

It was easy and smooth check in with no waiting time. The room we stayed was clean and well maintained but it was showing some ages. A bathroom was very tiny space but closet was spacious. I wish they had better lighting at sink area. A kitchen was fully equipped and ready to be used.

The location was perfect; shopping plaza was right across the street and close to all kinds of stores and restaurants.
It was not a fancy vacation place but they provided what you need for at very good price compared with other hotels. Hot tub and Heated pool outside. Parking fee for each night.
Starbucks coffee served at breakfast shop.
Over all for the price was great deal.
The building right next door was under renovation so we’d like to come back and check it out in the near future.

La intalacion esta en remodelacion,todo esta cerrado,piscina,restaurante area de recreo.Creo que cuando eso sucede lo deben de poner en el Webside.Y asi los clientes deciden si rentarlo ho no.Me parece un poco abusivo que le cobren al cliente por el parquing.Por lo demas todo bien,las habitaciones estan muy bien amuebladas.

Can't say enough about how incredible the staff was, esp Julietta. We only stayed one night but they were so kind and let us hang around in the lobby to work even after check out. The amenities are wonderful too - they have a Starbucks and lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in. Plus very close to wawa, dollar tree and lots of other restaurants. Would highly recommend this for families/larger groups visiting as it's very close to Disney (max 10-15 min drive) and in a quiet, peaceful area.

They tried to charge the ATM card I used to book the hotel (even though I selected to pay on arrival). When there was an issue with the card (someone at the airport stole my information and it was flagged for fraud), I was not contacted directly. They gave up my room on a holiday weekend, so when I arrived late with small children I had nowhere to stay. Horrible customer service.
