I know they just renovated it. our room was clean BUT the AC was so loud . At first, it startled us but since we were so tired, we didn’t bother switching rooms. They are still currently renovating it. It needs soap dish on the shower.

Very nice hotel. Two minutes from Disney property, if no traffic. We had a few issues, but they were promptly taken care of. Parts of the hotel are still under renovation, but other than seeing signs of a renovation ongoing, we did not hear any noise from it. Decent breakfast. What you would expect from a hotel. Waffles, muffins, toast, cereal, juice, milk, sausage and eggs. Will consider staying here again on our next Orlando visit.

only issue i had was the the fact that cleaning staff took the drinks my partner left in the fridge for if he's blood sugar dropped so we wouldn't have to worry about it after the event at night . aside from that hotel desk staff were nice , the room was lovely and breakfast was filling .

They are remodeling. Understandable. But it felt like they were surprised they had guests. There were 5 or more huge humidifiers running in our hall way during the visit. Can’t be sure but looked like mold on some of the ceilings which tracks with the humidifiers. Our room didn’t have the normal amenities you would expect to be there, like lights over the sink in a dark hallway outside the bathroom. The bathroom door was made of the weirdest material, cardboard at best. The front desk went unmanned for ten-fifteen minutes at a time. If you needed something you were out of luck even if you called the hotels phone. I understand that things are not ideal during a renovation but they seemed wildly unprepared for guests in all levels. Super bad look. I’d give less stars if it were an option.

We arrived and one of the perks listed on the accommodations was luggage storage and disney parks transportation. The attendant wouldnt take our luggage and they only had a bus for Epcot. State that on our accommodations only to Epcot. Once we got our room, Hot water shower was luke warm at best, no blankets on our beds only sheets. Next morning for breakfast, they ran out of milk and creamer. Beautiful campus and the rooms look nice just not functional.

they make a photo copy of your license keep for 5years i walk to other hotels in area they said we dont do that it a risk red flag for identity theft and invasion of your privacy i felt very uncomfortable i have famiy in law enforcement and they agreed after you show them you license no reason to make a copy and keep 5 years i not stay the lastb night i left to a different hotel first time this happen to me

Originally booked because it had a kitchen and after paying a non-refundable amount, received email they no longer had kitchen. The bed was comfortable.

Me hospedé una semana en el Montera Suite en Orlando Florida y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El hotel es muy bonito, la habitación espectacular y cómoda, ideal para mí y para mi hijo. El personal fue muy amable.
Tuve un inconveniente una noche al regresar al hotel: noté que a mi maleta cerrada con candado) le habían robado unas figuritas de Hello Kitty que usaba para identificarla. Reporté la situación y hablé directamente con el gerente quien fue amable, escuchó mi caso realizó el reporte correspondiente y se disculpó por lo ocurrido. Sin embargo, nunca recibí una Ilamada ni seguimiento sobre el resultado.
Después de esta situación, por miedo decidí colocar el aviso de \"No molestar\" en la puerta durante el resto de mi estadía, ya que me sentía insegura de dejar mis pertenencias en la habitación A pesar de este inconveniente, el hotel es bonito y el trato del personal fue bueno. Considero importante mejorar el seguimiento y la comunicación en este tipo de situaciones.

Would not stay here again, property is old. There is no hand soap available for the rooms, we were offered shower gel. No where to hang towels, paint peeling in the rooms, shower door would not stay closed all laundy machines were out of order except 1 washer and 1 dryer for entire building, ceiling in hall way was falling apart. I did not feel safe and secure. Breakfast was advertiszed as top rated, it was anything but. Also no safes in the room.

The breakfast was good but a variety is needed - the hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. There was no hot water the first day and after I went to the front desk it was better the second day . The only issue I have was the first night - we were put into a different room because our original room was not ready. However at 2am the guest service person on Friday was knocking on our door like a crazy person than tried opening the door while we were all sleeping but the latch was on and she couldn’t get in. I acknowledged her and she said she was sorry she didn’t know anyone was in there. If the door is locked with the latch we were in there she could have rang the phone instead of banging on the door. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Staff was pleasant, but had an issue with the shower drain getting clogged up everyday. Was cleaned the first time I said something, but asked two more times and no one came to clean it out. Also the floors were dirty. The rug needs shampooing and housekeeping needs to do better. Found hair on the bathroom floor. Complained at the front desk about the shower drain being clogged when checking out and the staff member didn’t seem to care. Therefore, will not recommend or book this location again.

Parking area is very dark didn’t feel safe at all. The room half way finished from the remodeling. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock it kept getting stuck. Shower sliding door didn’t close all the way all the water splashed out. No hair dryer. Stains on the walls and door. I understand the place is under construction to make it look better but make sure the room you rent out is completely finished.

Went to the room 2x with keys that didn't work; 3rd time we went a gentleman came with us and said we just need to \"shove\" the door; at that point I asked for a different room. The room had coffee and cups, but no coffeemaker? There was ZERO water pressure in the shower. The duvet was not on the bed but in the closet. A lot of hallway noise and there was construction items everywhere.

Apparently they are getting the hotel changed to a brand name...they have a little ways to go yet but our experience was good overall....the staff were all friendly and helpful...the room was clean but the window would not lock and the shower door would not stay shut. The pool area was clean for sunbathing but the pool was not heated so it was too cold for swimming...the breakfast had a good hot selection but the island was too large for the area and caused congestion during the peak hours 8:30-9:30 am The staff were all helpful and courteous overall we had a good experience and would come back

The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable.
However, the hotel felt very warm throughout our stay, and with only one elevator it was often faster to take the stairs to the fourth floor. Breakfast was okay, but there was no fresh fruit offered during our five mornings there.

This property surprised me in the best way. From the moment you walk in, the lobby is very nice and clean. The front desk people were friendly & offered a smooth check-in/check-out experience.

Our room was super clean. The size of the room was perfect for 4 guests and I would even dare say for 5. The beds were comfortable. Everything was organized.

I would definitely stay here again. Having parking on-site for free was a nice addition. We did not get to use the pool because it was cold but it looked taken care of. The only issue I had was that since “shuttle service” to the park was offered I assumed that it would be an all day thing. But, it is only offered to Epcot and one of the other parks with only 1 time available to leave (9:40AM) and 1 time to come back (6:40PM). It was not worth it.

Overall, great place to stay with the family and you are a 15 min drive from Magic Kingdom.

We stayed seven nights. The beds were generally comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The first room we had three all together was smelly. The fridge didn't work and they kept leaving us coffee but we didn't have a coffee maker asked for it for 3 days. Still nothing. Second room we get all settled in. Realized the door does not even lock security issue. Third room everything seems to be working well. The beds were comfortable. Fridge was working but the air conditioner thumped all night long and no hot water for showers for the next 3 days. All in all I do not recommend this hotel. It's overpriced even though they are updating and refurbing it. This needs a lot of work and it's just not worth the money they're charging. The breakfast was hot and delicious but they didn't advise us that they shortened the hours from 6:30 to 9:30 to 7:30 to 9:30 which impacted our Park plans with nothing available from 6:30 to 7:30. I was very disappointed in this hotel. The pool was cold and there were no pool towels available. We had to go to the desk then they gave us some bath towels. Even then they didn't have very many available The service to the rooms was average. They would consistently forget to leave four towels. Since we had four people in the room. We'd only have two or three towels. It was very inconsistent and I always had to make the effort to go down and get extra towels. I would not return to this hotel or nor do I recommend this place to stay again.

The included breakfast was really good for the price, and for the most of the hotels you have to pay parking but this one includes parking for the same price. Honestly is one of the best hotel options for the price and the great quality, and it’s also close of the all the attractions in Orlando. If I have to change something to improve the experience in the hotel, I will change the quality of the bathroom towels, they are not the best but still not bad. Five stars hotel

Hotel was pretty clean, except for the renovations going on but we were warned beforehand of the renovations so not really that big of a problem there. The transportation, specifically to the Disney and universal properties, are lacking as in there is only one shuttle to one Disney park and one universal per day, but plenty of shuttles to the shopping centers. Breakfast was limited but not bad by any means. It was exceptional. The room we had was average, lacking in shower shelves causing you to have to put your shower products elsewhere (the towel rack outside of the shower or the floor),room was pretty clean other than there seemed to be mold growing on a framed picture in the bathroom. Microwave in room appeared to be in French so it was difficult to read instructions, the door handle lock for the bathroom was broken it was pushed into the door handle, broken trim around sprinkler in bedroom, loud a/c unit thumped throughout the night may wake up light sleepers. Overall not a bad stay its decently priced and a good option for a tight budget, I’m certain with time the hotel will improve. The staff was very competent and helpful with any questions we had. Would stay again.

Rooms are recently renovated and are clean but small. Hotel is near to major attractions.

We were disappointed with the shower, firstly the water was not hot enough and the shower water was running thin. We were here for 3 nights and it was frustrating to take bath with thin stream of water.

Secondly, though the rooms are renovated, was surprised to see that the shower had no soap holder. So you have no place to keep shower gels/shampoos etc. you need to keep on the floor and blend every time to take.

Breakfast was not so great. Had very few varieties

The staff was excellent! Shout out to Josh, who warmly welcomed us at checked in, and Dee who helped us out with a late night room switch (maintenance had gone home, and fire alarm was beeping periodically due to low batteries). Shoutout also to Gloria and Andrea who prepped, cooked, and served a good, hot breakfast every morning (basics of scrambled eggs, or egg and cheese omelet, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, etc.)

Considering the hotel was under renovations, the rooms were nice, clean, and had comfortable mattresses, couches, and chairs. The bathroom needs a little work, as water pressure in the shower was weak, and the toilet flush was also weak. We did experience an awkward sewer smell towards the end of our stay, but it was nothing a little Lysol could not cover. Hopefully this will be remedied in the overall renovation.

Dining area for breakfast was very nice, as was the lobby. The hallways need a little attention as edges of hallway corners have evidence of wear and tear, as does the elevator.

Overall, I would consider staying here again.

I chose the hotel for its location but I was surprised by the amount of space in the room, my room had a sitting area, a fridge and a sink and it made it so much easier when you have a young kid with you you have different spaces
The place was nicely clean, like I said, location is absolutely great
Staff was courteous and friendly
They have a decent breakfast, which makes getting breakfast. Another thing that you don’t need to plan for.

I would like to give my honest opinion: the place is in a very good area and the rooms are large. However, they were under renovation and there were some holes. The breakfast was the same for all four days, and they did not have enough staff.

I would not stay here again, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad place—just not to my liking.

The room had a lot of nice new things like lamps, counters etc. I would say the bathroom needed to be cleaned a little, towels looked mismatched, the shower door kept trying to slide back while taking a shower and the sheets were put on wrong. A/C definitely worked because the room was nice and cold. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly! I think the building itself needs some more improvements but that's okay! We understand it's under renovations! Also would say this is the friendliest staff! Very nice location wise.

The hotel is under renovation, and the room we stayed in looked like it had just been painted. However, the door lock didn't work, and someone had to come over and fix it. The room had two TVs, but there were no remotes and no signal... hence, no functional TV. We had no hand soap and no extra linens for the sofa bed.

The air conditioning (A/C) unit was quite loud and would knock when starting up.

The room was clean and quiet, though. It had a refrigerator and a sink, along with some coffee packages and disposable cups, but no coffee maker, stove, microwave, or any other way to heat up anything.

The included breakfast was just okay, with not much variety, but good enough to get you by. The front desk personnel were cordial and helpful (empathetic).

The breakdown menu was top notch, parking easy to find. The place is so clean and sparkly, it feels like paradise on earth. Everything was so awesome. I went on a business trip for one day. This place made me wanna stay on vacation. Will definitely be back very soon

Room still under renovation. Bath not 100%. Back of door and door wall needs finishing. Shower door needs adjusted, wants to slide open and not stay closed. Other finishes need close attention to make perfect

Was no blankets. The rooms and halls smelled like fish. The beds felt like cardboard. Check out a hour later nd they refused to refund.

Admittedly the property is under construction for renovation, but it looks rough with construction materials left in the hallways drop ceiling tiles show visible signs of old water damage. I was on the first floor and the window mechanisms didn’t work to lock the windows. If the room had been renovated, it was done poorly with soap shelves in the shower hastily installed and not level. There’s a weird electrical closet in the bedroom that says don’t open and generally looks/feels cheap and creepy. There was no hair dryer. The staff however was very welcoming and helpful. I only stayed one night.
