Very busy resort with Cheerleaders all over. I did ask Concierge about the constant noise, but nothing was done about it. Really they should be grouped far away form other families trying to enjoy some quiet time away, but this was not the case at all.

The property is nice and staff are friendly. I don’t like how Marriott tries to bully you into becoming a timeshare owner or attend the presentations. The room next to us was loud all times of night. The pool area had a couple of cabanas that others would hog all day. Tub and jets were dirty. Blinds in the room were broken and the couch was uncomfortable. Room definitely wasn’t worth the price we were charged.

On arrival which was late at night, I was provided a room pretty much as far as possible from reception. On arrival at the room I was unable to enter as the door lock had failed. Travelling all the way back to reception to report the issue, the staff were pretty unhelpful other than I would have to wait for an engineer to come and fix the door. This took over 20 minutes, and by time I got in the room it was almost 1am.

The room had now bottled water and the AC unit was utter useless.

In the morning trying to check out, the hotel had 1 staff member on the desk and an extensive queue, yet the resorts desks were fully staffed with no one to serve? Safe to say for the price, this hotel was grossly overpriced with parking costing nearly half the hotel room and the facilities are woeful.

Make sure you double check your booking with resort website details. Check in process was very bad and we were double charged for a room. Rooms are outdated and shower door was broke and wouldn’t close. Check out was bad customer service as the representative got upset because I kept denying signing up for rewards program.

Great value stay, great pool area, restaurant was decent and could get takeout to eat by the pool. Quiet, no noise issues. Room was clean and fine, although I could not find the coffee pot and there was only 1 tiny trashcan in the bathroom. I didn't like being charged extra for parking.

I booked 4 months in advance and asked for a room with a balcony, away from kids.

I got a room without a balcony next to kids. The kids were slamming doors at 6am each day. A drunk man was banging on our door at 3am and we were woken on Friday morning by the emergency smoke alarm and had to evacuate.

We were on our Honeymoon and had an bad experience here. Don't ask for anything special...because it will not be honored.

How is this reviewed well? There are great options out there and this is not one. Everything is dingy, dirty and smells like mold. I haven't stayed in a bad hotel in years so it was a big surprise, especially with the rating. Check in took forever because the staff was busy with complaining guests. I was surprised at the cost of parking so check on that before you book. The cleaning staff was trying in come in before we checked out at 9 and wasn't happy we were still there. The guy at check out was flat out rude which was surprising since they want to sell you time shares. Everything needs to be freshened up with a nice deep cleaning and they either need way more staff or more training for the staff they have. My 11 year old informed me it wasn't a very nice place - crazy if he even noticed.

After checking in I had to wait in a 1hr line just to get the resort onsite parking pass. They have it setup where that line to get your parking pass in also the line that they are trying to sell you additional services so it was a mess.

Terrible check in process. VERY SLOW and then they didn’t even have a room ready for us 30 minutes after check in time. Had to wait 1 hour for a room.

Beautiful pool. Only 1 option for dining but it was fine because there are restaurants close by. Bed is SUPER comfy. One bedroom suite was a very good size and had a full kitchen. Would stay here again for sure.

Be careful of the offering of a ‘free gift’. It is free, however dependent on attending a vacation club theme. We had a very kind woman however it was a lot more than the 1 hour n when we got to the end ‘interview’ with a verrrry rude man and voiced we’d been there a long time he stood up and walked away n then looked at us and said there’s the exit!! lol. Didn’t even look at us. Really soured our stay to be treated in this way. We’ve stayed at marriotts around the world and NEVER been treated in this manner. I’m most certain this is not how Marriott would like to be represented ……so disappointed

This place was clean, and lots of space. The room was extremely comfortable. Was able to cook in the villa.. Handy for getting ubers if needed...as they could come right to your front door. Staff was polite and courteous. They went out of their way to get us in a room next door to other family members.

The resort was great, very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was check-in was at 4 and when we attempted to get our keys at that time, the desk agent told us that “check-in begins at 4” and that our room wasn’t ready, along with the other guests we saw trying to check in. We were in town for Megacon so this caused us to miss a few hours at the start of the convention. Overall though, a great stay and we would stay again, we will just plan for a later check-in next time.

This place was above and beyond my expectations! The desk people were friendly and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure for a time share seminar. Youseff was quick amd friendly and Layla also so nice. Gave us beach tips.
The room clean and amazing. Big. Had beautiful balcony with pool view. We were building 15 room 403. The atmosphere was family friendly, but not overtaken by little kids. Plenty of pool
Space and chairs.
Also alot to do. Hourly activities, pickleball, shuffleboard, volleyball and more. The walks around the propery were gorgeous as well.
Close proximity to disney springs and the parks. Only 1 hour from cocoa beach!
I cannot say enough about this place! I will definitely go back as well as recommend it to all my friends!

The resort itself is beautiful. Amenities are nice but busy. We were in an older building and a smaller 1 bedroom room. The full kitchen was tiny. The fridge and oven were not not full size which was not accurately described in the listing. Not much room to cook or sit down and relax (living area) so if you are looking for extra space make sure you are clear on what you are getting. Staff was extremely friendly but room was only cleaned twice in 7 days there.

Clean room. Love the informational texts. They have trash shoots on each floor and I had no idea until the last day I was there so that would be good to have known. It’s private property which makes it even better. One suggestion would be offering some type of shuttle to and from them parks seeing as other hotels offer it but otherwise it was an amazing place to stay at

Rooms were clean and in a great location if traveling to any of the local Disney parks, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove etc. (there is no transportation provided despite online stating so). The pools were perfect for kids with shallow areas as well as kid friendly amenities. The property is large but easily walkable. They do try to push a timeshare quite a bit.

The room was very spacious and clean, the staff were super helpful and the pools were very fun! The location wasn’t too far from the different Disney theme parks which was a nice perk. The only thing I didn't like is that the room had an electrical issue where the breaker kept popping therefore shutting down the entire room, their maintenance guy had to show us how to fix the switch so that every time it popped we could just do it ourselves rather than have to call through our cell and wait in the dark for someone to show up.
