You placed me in Blg 74 which is FAR from adult pool and I could not walk that far. Therefore I NEVER WENT the POOL. Our room backed on to construction and could get noisy!

I don’t leave reviews often but we actually stayed an extra night because this place was great. 3 pools that are heated a small putt putt course game room basketball court all kinds of stuff to do. Only 2 complaints I have is paying to park 31 a night is stupid. Also the splash pad not being heated was a small downside when it was only 70 for a high the week we were there.

We loved our stay at Marriott’s Cypress Harbour Villas. Our stay was so relaxing snd the property is well maintained and the grounds are lovely! They have boats and bikes that you can reserve. They also have gas grills throughout the property. The kitchen has stainless steel pots, real dishes and silverware and the fridge has an ice maker. There are so many quaint places to sit and enjoy beautiful views of the water. There’s a game room, tennis courts, volley ball…just so many areas for a family or couple to enjoy and everyone we encountered at the property was so nice and helpful. This was our first time staying there and we plan to go back. I want to add that we really enjoyed the screened in balcony at night.

100/10 stay! the entire place was super clean and staff very friendly. all of the amenities are great for children! the boat ride is super fun and i love that it was free so we could ride as many times as we wanted. the sauna at the secondary pool is amazing. everything about this resort is just great and for sure would love to stay again for a longer time! i feel like 2 nights wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything on top of outside activities. just so many fun things at this place i could stay for weeks!

We had a wonderful experience at Marriott's Cypress Harbour Villas! The villas were absolutely huge and fully stocked with everything we needed — it truly felt like a home away from home. Our boys had the best time just hanging out in the villa, which gave us plenty of space to relax as a family.
The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. It’s very family-oriented, with activities happening throughout the day to keep everyone entertained — a great bonus for kids and parents alike.
There’s only 1 restaurant on the property but the food was good! We loved the mahi tacos and funnel cake fries. You're just minutes away from tons of great restaurants, attractions, and shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return!

This was a great property to stay at. Was very close to attractions & Orange County Convention Center. The resort was easy to get to and the check-in was very efficient. Our rooms were clean and the housekeeping came every other day to do a light cleaning and replenish room items. Overall it was a great place. Only negative was that the bed we had in big bedroom was super lumpy and uncomfortable. It felt like the mattress had been there for 50 years. But everyone else in our group had a good nights rest. We were in building 74 and even though on the map it is on the outer edge it really was close walking to pools and other buildings. Would definitely recommend staying there to friends and family.

Great Resort, but Staff on Front Dest were bad
This is the second time i stay at this hotel. First time was two years ago and i gave them 5 stars at that time because i simply love this place and everything was perfect. Thus, my kids insisted to come again to this resort.
But in this stay i gave them three stars because of attitude and moral of the people working on the front desk.
In my reservation, I clearly mentioned to avoid putting me in the first floor. However, they put me in the first floor and refused to give any other apartment and they claimed that they are full. So i took the first apartment and on the second day my wife saw a garden snake in front of my apartment. It was scary and she asked me to leave, so i went to the front desk and told them about the snake and i want to check out and to refund my money. But they decided to change my apartment at this time and because i love this place i did three extensions to my booking.
After 13 nights and during checkout, i kindly asked them to let me stay in my apartment until 11:00 am. But in this stay i gave them three stars because of attitude and moral of the people working on the front desk.
In my reservation, I clearly mentioned to avoid putting me in the first floor. However, they put me in the first floor and refused to give any other apartment and they claimed that they are full. So i took the first apartment and on the second day my wife saw a garden snake in front of my apartment. It was scary and she asked me to leave, so i went to the front desk and told them about the snake and i want to check out and to refund my money. But they decided to change my apartment at this time and because i love this place i did three extensions to my booking.

We stayed in 7401. The room smelled moldy and musty so we got some carpet fresh and threw it down. The shower in the main bathroom was not clean. Long hairs all in it. My hair is in locs and my husband is bald. The hot tub was dirty and the mirror around it had fingerprints on it. Thank goodness we bring our own cleaning supplies. Towards the end, the shower leaked into the living room and cause the carpet to be soaked. The carpet leading to second bedroom was soaked also. A roach, crawled from underneath the sink in the second bathroom and that was it for me. One of the days we went to the pool, as soon as we were about to get in, security or someone had to remove POOP out of it. One of the ladies acted like that was a normal thing to happen in the pool. Don’t know if it was a child or an adult, but that was disgusting! Pissed me my husband off and we grabbed our things and left and went to another pool. Needless to say the staff were awesome. - also, its a huge property and we weren't told (we figured it out later in the stay) that you can ask to be shuttled around on a golf cart or can take a pontoon boat across the lake

We have stayed here in the past and loved the size of the place. While we still loved the size of the place, the pool and the quietness, some things have changed. I feel it is crazy to be changed $25 a night for self parking at a hotel where I am already paying over $300 a night to stay at. At a minimum that fee should be disclosed when booking. Getting phone calls, EVERY MORNING, to try to sell me time shares while I am on vacation is crazy. We had to take the phone off the hook. While crowded, we still enjoyed the pool and the room, but charging for parking is insane. They even charged my father $30 for parking to come over to our place for cocktails one evening, he was there for less than an hour. . I guess we need to walk here next time, but there will not be a next time.
