So humid in our room. We tried to set the ac unit to auto to help dehumidify, but that didn’t help. We had to keep our luggage zipped up because it was damp when we didn’t. We were only there for two nights so we managed, but it made us feel damp while sleeping too.

Staff were super friendly, but not helpful when it came to iride or bus information. Made it sound like we were not able to catch the iride trolley right outside the entrance to their location (on the main rd). They were all so nice though. They tried!

Mold around the lampshade by the window but otherwise pretty clean. I’m guessing that’s due to the humidity. We also had bottles of lotion and conditioner that were expired.

Safe area, happy crew, good breakfast. Clean & quiet rooms. The shower needs rails for safety & prevent slipping, The shampoo & conditioner bottles are hard to get the liquid out, loved the TV stations. The bed & pillows were comfortable. Plenty of towels. The room coffee could’ve been stronger. A+

10/10 loved the staff they were super friendly and inviting. The hotel itself was soo clean. We booked the family room with the bunk beds and it worked out so well for us. I’ve already rebooked for our summer vacation. Best stay so far.

Clean, well-kept rooms, convenient location, adequate gym, and very friendly and effective staff. Jaz at the front desk was exceptional during check-in and check-out; she was attentive, fast, and cheery! The shared parking lot was occasionally a little tricky to navigate. The pool area looked really nice but I did not get a chance to jump in this trip, but hopefully next time. Great location if you are visiting the theme parks, too.

Overall it was a good stay. The hotel was nice and new, room was spotless and very cozy for what we needed. However, the safety latch was broken and ineffective. This wasn’t convenient when we have two small kids who would be able to open up the door with no inconvenience. Unfortunately the people in the room next to us were extremely loud and inconsiderate, with their children screaming like someone was seriously trying to harm them at 11:30pm. Over all - a nice stay and perfect for a quick stop before going home or arriving within close proximity to the airport.

Everything was outstanding! From the easy access to the hotel, sustainable parking, to the front desk staff! Would definitely stay there again. Within walking distances of many restaurants in the area and has nice wide sidewalks which makes it pedestrian friendly!

The hotel was very clean and modern. However, our experience was not ideal. My husband, 11 month old, and I froze all night as the heat did not work. The front desk was very kind and attempted to fix it but the only thing they told us to do was turn the system off and gave us extra blankets. The temperature in the room kept dropping and I didn't sleep because I had to keep checking that my 11 month old was ok and warm enough. We were not offered a different room or location. The temperature outside was below 30s, which I know isn't typical for Orlando but it unacceptable to expect guests to deal with the cold and no heat, especially with an infant

Everything was nice and clean and Jasline or Jaylin, was very nice at the front desk. She made us feel so welcomed and told us not to hesitate to reach out to them, in case we needed anything. Her kindness gave off the perfect vibe upon staying at the hotel. I would definitely book again. The family room was also spacious and the kids loved every bit of it. The bathroom was big enough to move around freely and the double sink, took the cake. Parking wasn’t an issue for us.

The Hôtel itself is good, Vivian at the desk is fantastic. But twice during my week long stay my room was not cleaned. One morning I left my room, saw the cleaning lady, said good morning and told her my room was free but when I returned that evening it was not cleaned. For this to happen once in a week is unfortunate but for it to happen twice indicates a clear lack of quality in the procedures in the Hôtel. The manager should take responsibility and should make a change in the procedures so that this does not happen again. It really is just not acceptable.

My friends and I stayed at the TRYP Hotel for a few days, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful and exceptionally clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.

Jazlyn at the front desk was truly outstanding. Even before we checked in, I called several times with questions, and each time she was patient, kind, and more than happy to help. She made the entire process stress-free and pleasant.

I also had the pleasure of interacting with Angela, who was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Angela’s positive attitude and genuine care truly stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable.

The staff genuinely made us feel at home, and their hospitality made our stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning and recommending the TRYP Hotel to all of my friends.
