This was a really nice hotel about 15 min from Universal Studios. Concierge staff were very nice, especially Jazz, who was an absolute delight! There is free coffee at the front as well as free ice cream for the kids.
Breakfast is not free, and was just okay, but if you're in a rush it's very convenient. My child got her breakfast for free because it was her birthday, I thought that was very nice of them to offer that.
Everything was spotless from the lobby to the room, and the beds were super comfortable! A/C worked great as well as the water pressure in the shower. Decorated nicely and very spacious.
I didn't go in the pool, but that area was also spotless. Very pleased, would stay here again!

I will come back here in the future. The hotel was so clean and the staff was really friendly. The size of the room was perfect for my family. It's also great that parking was free. My two daughters were happy to see bunk beds in the room. The location was perfect for us and the price of the room was excellent.

Pool isn’t big…almost like a family of 5 can take up all of the space. Rooms were nice. Terrible phone reception…phone was on SOS the entire time there…had to use their WiFi…hotel literally sits on top of another hotel…parking is very limited. Great staff!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The staff was genuinely welcoming with their professionalism and warmth. Check-in was quick and easy, and every interaction throughout our stay reflected a high level of care. The property was clean and well maintained . It is clear the staff takes pride in creating a great guest experience. The location is also great if you are planning on visiting Aquatica, SeaWorld or Discovery Cove. All were located within a short 5 minute drive down the street! I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, staff is amazingly friendly, kind and very receptive. Breakfast is adequate, the pool is nice.
My only think - they should open a bar that is already in the pool area and maybe inside for the colder days. This was a wonderful stay.

Great stay with VIP perks that made a difference! I was able to get a late checkout until 1pm, which was super convenient. They also gave a cute goodie bag with boxed water and trail mix—such a nice touch. Iliana provided excellent customer service and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was stylish and cozy, and I especially loved how spacious the shower was. Would definitely stay here again!

The property location and staff were great. My room on the other hand had some issues. First night ac was on in my room and it was a bit chilly so I turned it off. Woke up the next morning at about 6:30 to get ready to go to my convention first day and there was water all over the floor. Reported to the staff that the AC was leaking and they said they'd get someone from maintenance to come check it out. Arrived back to the hotel at about 6:00 after my first day of convention and everything seemed to be okay. Turn the AC back on in the room and raise the temperature just a bit as it was set very low and at about 9:00 it starts pouring water out again all over the floor. Grabbed some towels to attempt to dry it up and turned off the unit itself. Woke up the next morning. Water everywhere all over the floor again! Checked out this morning. I did let staff know again that they have an AC situation in that room. Also in the sink where the overflow drain is is extremely dirty as well as the shower drain was pretty dirty as well. Sheets were clean on the bed and everything else looked right

We chose The Family Room and it's huge. My kiddo ansolutely loved the bunkbeds and the niche and USB/C charger cord plugs installed in it was genius. The bathroom is a very nice size, shower is very roomy, and the pool was great. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Room spacious, but bed is way too low for anyone with knee and hip issues. Room floor felt sticky, but bathroom looked clean. Parking not sufficient for number of rooms. There were cars everywhere. Staff at desk were some of the most polite. No continental breakfast. Our VIP for Expedia was not recognized.

Hotel was clean and the staff member checking us in was kind and helpful. Breakfast is an extra charge. Be aware that beds are extremely low. We did not get clean towels when our room was refreshed (in fact we had no towels) and they refused to bring us any. We had to go to the desk to retrieve them (after a shower with no towel)

Very little parking around Hotel. It definitely can get crowded. Hotel seems to be new and contemporary. I would say if you’re in Orlando for a quick stay, it definitely is not gonna hurt to stay here.

First and biggest complaint- when we booked it said there would be complimentary breakfast. That’s a huge reason we chose this location. But when we arrived we were told we were not eligible. (There is not a single doubt that I read that wrong, I specifically searched and checked that breakfast was complimentary)

The beds were so soft we didn’t sleep at all. And the pillows were so thick. It was the worst night sleep ever.

I will definitely look for another hotel for our next visit

So humid in our room. We tried to set the ac unit to auto to help dehumidify, but that didn’t help. We had to keep our luggage zipped up because it was damp when we didn’t. We were only there for two nights so we managed, but it made us feel damp while sleeping too.

Staff were super friendly, but not helpful when it came to iride or bus information. Made it sound like we were not able to catch the iride trolley right outside the entrance to their location (on the main rd). They were all so nice though. They tried!

Mold around the lampshade by the window but otherwise pretty clean. I’m guessing that’s due to the humidity. We also had bottles of lotion and conditioner that were expired.

Jaz at the front desk was exceptional during check-in and check-out; she was attentive, fast, and cheery! The shared parking lot was occasionally a little tricky to navigate. The pool area looked really nice but I did not get a chance to jump in this trip, but hopefully next time. Great location if you are visiting the theme parks, too.

Overall it was a good stay. The hotel was nice and new, room was spotless and very cozy for what we needed. However, the safety latch was broken and ineffective. This wasn’t convenient when we have two small kids who would be able to open up the door with no inconvenience. Unfortunately the people in the room next to us were extremely loud and inconsiderate, with their children screaming like someone was seriously trying to harm them at 11:30pm. Over all - a nice stay and perfect for a quick stop before going home or arriving within close proximity to the airport.
