Good stop for 2 nights, was unaware of parking charge $27 per night would not have booked as expedia does not highlight this it is buried in the small print.
Breakfast is good and does save if your a family, poole is small but was never busy. Very handy for seaworld very walkable but has free shuttles aswel to all parks

The room was advertised as accommodating six guests but did not provide a sufficient number of pillows. When I requested additional pillows from the front desk, the staff was unprofessional and declined my request. Additionally, the pool was not heated, and I was charged an extra $27 per day for parking, which I found excessive.

The hotel itself was great. However, I was charged the full amount for a properly canceled reservation. In addition, it is nearly impossible to find a direct number for the property, so calling for a refund took way too much time. I will not be returning.

horrible place to stay, this place is scam. I renovated a rental of mine and put my tenant here for 10 days during construction because I thought the kitchen concept would help. Poor service, no housekeeping and $27 a day for parking. AVOID this poorly kept property.

The rooms are very spacious and great for families. Some areas in the bathroom show wear and tear but overall the room was comfortable. Location is close to I4 and very close to SeaWorld. They have a nice light breakfast in the morning and staff is friendly. Only down side is paying for parking.

Room needs to be updated - several scuff marks on walls, ceiling in bathroom near vent needs to be fixed (appears to be water damage), wall in kitchen near stove needs to be painted - looks like grease on wall. Pillows are flat. Cushions on sofa do not belong to the sofa.

Chose this hotel for proximity to Seaworld and Discovery Cove (walking distance). Parking is high and there’s not much for kids to do, but it’s got a nice small pool (supposedly heated but freezing during our stay, it was in the upper 30s at night and I guess it was too much for it to overcome). Breakfast selection was great, our room had one of those little pod coffee makers instead of a regular drip coffeemaker or Keurig so we ended up getting our coffee in the lobby every morning.
The only negative was the parking, you register with a QR code and it gives you a valet parking ticket (digital) then apparently they charge to your card on file for your room. The front desk assured me it was showing paid on my account but I have not seen it post to my credit card 2 days after my stay, and have concerns after reading all the reviews mentioning collection calls for unpaid parking fees. Fingers crossed that all is well!
Also, I tried to do a load of laundry the day before departing and a single person was using 3 washers and 3 dryers for most of the day, seemed a little excessive for someone to have that much laundry during a hotel stay unless they were laundering for a large group. Thankful I had clean clothes to wear home!
I would probably not stay here again with kids, but for adults or couples it’s clean and convenient, just be prepared for possible parking and laundry snafus.

Muito bom hotel, meu quarto tinha cozinha, excelente para quem viaja com crianças. Café da manhã do hotel bom. Fica a 15-20 minutos de carros dos parques da disney e da universal e do lado do seaworld, proximo tambem de um walmart. Gostei muito e na próxima viagem pretendo me hospedar novamente nele.

The room was nice and in great condition. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent, however I chose this hotel because it met my requirements for sleeping arrangements and offered a free shuttle to universal however upon arriving, I found out that the shuttle only went to universal studios one time during the day and came back one time… the arrival time at the park would have put us there theee hours before they opened and we would have had to leave the parks three hours before they closed. Had I known this I would have chose a different hotel because I ended up having only for parking at Universal Studios every day. Also they only clean your room every other day and that also wasn’t advertised so the first night we came home from the parks tired and wanting a shower we had no towels. I did call down and they brought some up. The next day we slept in and when we left I called housekeeping to make sure they would come and clean our room and they said they would, however once again when we got home from the parks, tired and needing a shower, they had not been there and we had overflowing trash and no towels. It was a little frustrating.

We were there with our whole family and our child. We really liked the rooms; they were clean and spacious. Everything we needed was provided.
The food was also good, and our child especially liked the Mickey Mouse-shaped waffles.

Liked mushroom and beans added also the picture displayed for breakfast is deceiving as there was no fresh fruit or croissants
For service I asked for extra blankets and was told only 1 per room when there was as 5 of us so I used the heater and only 1 worked out of 3
I didn’t like I couldn’t use cash for accidentals as I’m only in the room for a few days as I don’t reside in the USA
It is point less and pointless I get charged for using my card abroad I would have preferred cash it is still legal tender

Good hotel overall! Loved the breakfast, lots of variety on the menu. I stayed here multiple days and ate something different each day, which I appreciated. Staff was polite and helpful, from front desk to breakfast attendants. Lobby/breakfast area/rooms were clean, no issues.

Also, when I asked front desk to refill the body wash in our hotel room, they came by to help within 10 minutes. Really appreciated the staff here! Would recommend.

The staff are amazing. The downstairs area of the hotel is beautiful. However, I was disappointed with the quality of breakfast, and items that were served. The sausages were a little spicy, the eggs were ok, the breakfast fries were disgusting. My room was clean and huge, however the beds did not have the Hilton quality that I'm use to. The shower water felt like I was taking a shower at home and not a Hilton hotel. The water in the bathroom sink area did not go from cold to hot, just cool and warm, and it there didn't seem to be enough force. The gym doesn't have abdominal workout equipment. I would stay here again but not in the same room.

We stayed for 2 weeks
The suite was comfortable & spacious.
The staff were all friendly.
We did have issues. The room safe did not work. After reporting several times it took from when we arrived Wednesday until Sunday when they replaced it. We also asked to move rooms as ours was very dark & did not get any sun. We asked on arrival but were told to try after the weekend. We then tried after the weekend & were told it was not possible. A young receptionist did however let us move rooms on the Tuesday. The staff were all friendly but I think it was a communication issue as one lady had difficulty understanding us.
During our 2nd week breakfast items kept running out. There was no cereal, milk muffins/pastries at all & some days no bread. The various juices were not available though they did put out some alternatives.
Overall a nice hotel to stay in but it did highlight when things went wrong they were not resolved quickly.
I have not marked the hotel down on these issues as they probably would not all happen again, but it does highlight when things go wrong they were not resolved quickly.
The young girl with glasses on reception was very helpful & a credit to you but as I stated previously it just seemed to be a language problem with the other lady who was very polite.

The hotel was good, clean and the room is comfortable. The only think I was very disappointed was the parking. They don’t said anything about he the parking price. When you check in is when they give you a ticket to register your car. Then is a surprise. 32 dollares per car per day. We stay 5 days and have to paid 144 dollares, they said is because the hotel is close to parks, but do not make any sense, since the hotel price is already charging for the location and they do not offer any shutters to the parks. When we also have to paid parking at the park. For me do not make any sense, and they do not said anything before you book the hotel. Is just a bad surprise when you check in. Be aware about the parking charge before book with this hotel. Have a bunt other options close by, offering cheap parking or free parking. And also offering shutter to the parks.

Nice hotel, nice and clean big rooms. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is not that good as other hiltons we have stayed in. 4 days we had no breakfast other than black coffee.
No bread
No fruit
No milk
No cream
No cakes
No butter
Definitely needs more breakfast items. Like more fruits more flavours of yogurts natural and greek yogurt. More cake options.

Hilton is usually great, but this stay was a major letdown. It started with a broken TV in our room and felt like a series of disappointments from there.
• Service & Billing: We dealt with a rude front desk agent who created an uncomfortable scene in the lobby regarding a service recovery offer for the TV issue. Following this negative interaction, we found erroneous charges added to our bill that we are now having to dispute.
• Operations: The hotel seems to be struggling with basics. Breakfast ran out of bowls one day and milk the next, even with an hour left of service on both days. Housekeeping also failed to restock basic toiletries like conditioner after servicing the room.
Management has been unresponsive to my emails regarding the staff conduct and billing errors. I cannot recommend staying here until they get their operations and service back up to standard.

We booked this hotel under the impression that they offered flexible shuttle service to and from the theme parks. Unfortunately, they only provide one shuttle time—7:00 AM for drop-off and 6:00 PM for pick-up—which is not very convenient for most visitors.

I booked this property specifically because it was so close to Sea World and provided transportation to the park. However the transportation left the hotel at 7:45 a.m. and left the park at 5:00 p.m. The park isn’t open until 9:00 a.m. We ended up driving our own vehicle and having to pay $40 for parking, which is what I was trying to avoid. My fault for not calling ahead.
The hotel itself is very nice with the rooms being very spacious and quiet and clean.
Staff could be friendlier; we passed five staff members on the way to breakfast (two in the elevator) and not one said good morning or hello.
There was also only one working elevator.

Place is clean, updated and maintained BUT the room STINKS, like old carpet but there is no carpet. Carla was friendly and accomodating but Quincy, your late afternoon front desk is very dismissive, saying that if a room is not available at 4pm which is the check in time then we just have to wait, might be available at 430pm, is not acceptable, especially when we came at 1pm to ask if we can have a room early or on time. They can delay check in but not compensate with late check-out? Then he supposedly did his magic and when we were already getting upset at 420pm, suddenly he was able to have a room available at a different floor. Husband had to call corporate. Lastly, at 10:17am, room service barged in when we were all still in the room! Check out is at 11am, why come inside the room at 10:17am? Very unprofessional. Good points are: clean lobby, even if stinky, room is clean, bathrooms clean, very spacious room.

Upon arrival and check-in, I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. I am also an HGV owner and expected the same treatment I receive at all other Hiltons I have stayed in. I did receive the text communication throughout the stay. The first night, I asked for towels to be delivered. They said they were on the way. An hour and a half later, I just went to the desk and got the towels so the children could bathe. The next night, they asked how everything was going. I asked them if they would please just clean the bathroom and exchange the dirty towels. They affirmed they would. That was around 1230pm. When we returned around 1940, the dirty towels were still not exchanged and the bathroom was not cleaned. I called the desk several times with no answer. I texted and received no response to my text. I went to the desk and got the exchange of towels. On Sunday, the day of regular service, housekeeping stopped by around 4pm. They asked if we wanted service and I said yes. They could not understand English so it was impossible to effectively communicate. I asked, again, for the bathroom to be cleaned. They vacuumed the main walkway of the living area and the bedroom, gathered the dirty towels, and took the trash. I called to them in the hallway to ask about the bathroom, including the tub and toilet, being cleaned. Despite nods 'yes\" they sent another person up with the bathtub towel that goes on the floor instead of cleaning it. Worst experience ever at a Hilton.
