The property is beautiful, it is easy to contact the front desk (via text) if anything is needed, and the check-in process was smooth! The pool was lovely and there is even an adults-only pool for a certain time during the day. Lots of walking / running paths! We had a busy weekend so not much time to spend at the hotel unfortunately. My only complaint is the Expedia listing says self-parking is available, but doesn’t disclose this costs $30 per day. Knowing this, I probably would just use uber next time instead of renting a car! Hopefully this will be updated on the listing (or made more clear) so guests can make a more-informed decision regarding transportation options. Over all, would stay again and would recommend. :)

Was tough to navigate, room was subpar for the money spent, they didn’t tell me it was $30 for a parking each day. Ac didn’t work well at all either, shower was dirty. Not worth it. Won’t be back.

I like how organize the place and the amenities are amazing I would really love to see if those people is far out in main lobby have a golf cart to rent or even add it on to the room if they would love one! I love how quite peaceful. But just odd moments like when you want to barefoot your have to be careful found some broken glass on the side walk and me and my kids are barefoot but they clean up some and some we have to pick it up!staff is ok would love to see pan or baking pan for cooking.

I think the price I paid for two nights, was not worth it. The property is older and has the older feeling to it. I paid for parking for two nights, equaling over the standard parking rates for other properties,and there was no parking available anywhere near where I was staying. I would have valet parked if that was available, but it was not. When expressing my concerns, I was overlooked and dismissed. They only wanted to sell me a time share.

The place was clean and it did have the available pools and the general garden areas were pretty. However, I was disappointed with the room itself it felt old and dated. For a 4 star resort it did not meet expectations. They need to remodel the rooms. Outside was 4 star resort but inside the room felt no better than staying at La Quinta inn or something of that level. Won’t be staying again.

The shower curtain was missing. We found it in the dryer; however, there was a nasty stain. Also, my husband and I injury our leg on the bed. The drawers for clothing were not properly sanitized, as particles were present. The exit doors were not sealed leaving using feeling unsafe with our 12 year old daughter.

My husband and I loved the property. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained, lots of places to walk and so many things to do. The room was awesome, kitchen was stocked with plates glasses etc. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was my favorite.

The property has multiple pools and hot tubs which my family used. The room was large with a lot of space to hang out , watch TV, with a functioning kitchen which I wasn’t expecting.
Did try to eat at the sit down restaurant The Grill and eventually left after no one took our order after waiting a while . Restaurant is NOT staffed adequately.

The room was clean and had a sink, refrigerator, microwave and dishes/utensils. The staff was friendly. There was a pool in each village and had whirlpools. The complex is quite big with lots of things to do. My only complaint was that the used pool towels piled up and it took forever for them to be replenished. Had to resort to using bath towels.

Overall, the property is beautiful and is a great respite in the midst of Orlando. Pros: The kitchen was full equipped, and we were able to make all meals for my child with food allergies safely and successfully. There was plenty of room for the whole family - dedicated space for eating, sleeping, bathing, and relaxing. Cons: We were on the ground floor, adjacent to the main pool. It was quite loud until 11 p.m. (curfew), and we woke up to several bugs roaming throughout our unit.

Really bad smell in the room, also at the front desk the lines were terrible. Highly recommended to hire more people, since every time we were there it took 20 to 30 minutes in the line. The pool was nice and clean.

The room itself was lovely, great facilities: an oven, hob, microwave, washer/dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc. If you don’t have a car, the location isn’t great for walking to any restaurants or supermarkets, so a car is definitely needed. Check-in was ok, except communication regarding the shuttle to our building (we were in furtherest away building). No one came and we had to ask again for the shuttle. Check-in is quite late 4pm and checkout 10am. Not sure if I would stay again unless we had a car.

This is an extremely nice property. We only stayed one night but wished it could have been longer. We had a fifth floor room with a king bed, sleeper sofa and balcony view of one of the pools - so relaxing after our long day. If I had anything negative to say it would only be that the sleeper sofa was not very comfortable, but then again most of them aren't. I would definitely like to come back again and spend more time there. The grounds are beautiful and with all they have to offer there you wouldn't even need to leave the property.

The photos depicted a different image than what we experienced. I had a king bed with a pull out sofa. I was expecting a little more updated room than what was. It just seemed “ok” for the price tag. Pillows weren’t comfortable, and the room at night was so warm. Fan provided little air. It was nice having the pool bar/ restaurant and coffee shop right there but I would have liked a restaurant option. Maybe I misunderstood where we were staying, but only having the coffee shop for breakfast options got a little boring. Prices were HIGH. Especially in the market. $9 for an iced coffee. All in all, it was fine. Not sure I’d stay again solely for the dining options.

The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, but I had a weird maintenance closet that wouldn’t lock closed and a connecting room I didn’t request without a second bolt that made me uncomfortable.

I had no issues thankfully, but I wish there had been at least a chain bolt on the connecting room, and if I’d had a smaller kid with me, the unlocked maintenance closet would have been a concern.

Again; the property was clean and well maintained; I just think maybe a time share type property isn’t for me.

Marriott Grande Vista was everything I dreamed it to be.

The pools, hot tubs and grounds are beautiful. The hours for the pools were wonderful for my kids who just want to be in the pool! Night swimming is the best! My favorite thing about the rooms are the open decks and the screened in porches. The staff is so friendly they made our day. This resort has thought of all the details. It was a 5 star quality experience. Can't wait to go back!

The people were very friendly who worked at the resort. Sadly, I pre-checked in early with no issued, but when I came back to check in at the proper time, it was atrocious. We waited for over 30 minutes, longer than rides at universal. In addition, the room was clean, but the tub was not in the drain was also completely clogged. The property of itself was very nice. The only other thing to know was that we had a hot tub view from our back deck on the ground level. Other guests were playing loud music at late hours and partying in the hot tub, this continued for a long time.

ONLY hiccup we had was out door key stopped working (our door batter died). They changed it very adequately. Only complaint here is they made me (and my family of 4) stand in the LONG line at the guest check out to resolve this issue chewing up 2 hours in just standing lol. Not a big deal but I felt totally unnecessary given my issue. And the staff agreed but was told to tell me to wait in line. That was a -7/10 experience the rest was legitimately very nice.

Resort property is older than what the pictures depict online. The rooms are old. It is the same layout as pictures shown online, just much older. We had to change rooms because the first room was NOT clean. There were cup stains on the night stands, ants crawling on one of the night stands, hair in the shower, and a roach looking bug was crawling around in the bathroom. The second room was much cleaner than the first but still old. The second room was on the top floor and we were surprised to find bats flying in/out of the roof of the building. We did not have a screened in balcony so bats were flying around us. Needless to say we were not comfortable sitting on the balcony after sunset. I will not book at the Marriott Grande Vista in Orlando again.

Staff was friendly. If you plan to shop at the Market Place onsite plan on spending more for items than you would normally. Dining on the resort was convenient and the food was good. I still would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone to stay here.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided during my stay. Despite making the same request twice, it was never fulfilled. Even after your staff acknowledged the oversight, no effort was made to correct the situation or offer a meaningful solution.
What is most concerning is the lack of consideration shown for both myself and my child after these accommodations were not met. This experience fell well below expectations, and the absence of any attempt to rectify the inconvenience only added to the frustration

Our stay was wonderful. There were several pools to choose from on property and lots of amenities to keep us entertained. My family did not want to leave.

The room was well stocked and our room even included a washer and dryer.

My only complaint is that the 2 pools that are more family friendly are always crowded. If you are not there by 8 in the morning there is no chance of finding a chair. The staff do not remove towels from unattended chairs as the signs around the property say they do.

The property is very pretty but very spread out. Either a long walk or drive to the restaurants and other pools. I was so excited to be on the 6th floor until they decided at 4pm when people are checking in to shut down the only elevator to the building and in my wet bathing suit had to truck up 6 flights of stairs only to realize they closed the elevator so that their staff could get supplies up to other floors. They did not care in the least that we had been waiting at the elevator and needed it. Just getting over pneumonia so it was very problematic for me. Then the morning of checking out I get a text message at 7:30am for a promotional deal which we live near by and don't need and the message woke me up. To make matters worse they call you at 8:30am with the same promotional nonsense to your hotel room. Why…..???? Never again!!!

Unfortunately the selection of restaurants were poor, the Grille had a 45 minute wait and only 1 server and the Brew house was limited choices with 12 people inline for basic snack food. This resort should have more full menu choices, as for the pool with all chairs taken with towels laying on the chairs even though your signs stated No reserving chairs apparently no ones monitoring this and it's a fight to find a chair to enjoy pool area. Very disappointed and not fair to all paying customers. Something should be done about this in a correct manner.
