Our room was clean and spacious. Our back porch looked onto a tee box on the golf course which was really nice because we are golfers. The pools were nice as well. The only gripe we had was the cost of food and drinks there. They were very, very high so we went off property for all meals and brought in our own drinks.

I booked 2 rooms, and they were in different buildings. The check-in process took 25 minutes. The smoke alarm went off in our building 3 times, starting at 5am, 6am, 7am.

However, the food and service at the Grill was awesome.

Second time coming here and truly loved it! We dont book massages here since its expensive for what you get. The only bad thing about this place. Food is great and worth it, pools are nice and multiple, and its not too far from the parks. About 20 mins from everything major like Disney and Univeraal but Epic and Seaworld are closer.

The front desk staff was not friendly. I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and she said she was sorry to hear that and didn’t ask for suggestions as to improvement. We were placed on the 1st floor right in front of the ice machine. It was very noisy. The cleaning staff conversed loudly beginning at 7am. We were also charged a per diem to park our car on top of a parking tax. Orlando has hundreds of choices of places to stay. Next time I’ll choose some place else.

The room was clean and the amenities were nice for the resort. All was great except the cleaning staff has absolutely no consideration for the guests regarding the noise levels in the morning. They started banging at 7am and were still loud at 12pm upon checkout. Otherwise, we would’ve given it 5 stars.

Our 2 bedroom villa was absolutely amazing and very clean and comfortable and I truly love staying there! We were only there for a one night stay, but I really love the property and would highly recommend it to others. We don’t golf but if we did, it would be an excellent choice for people as the course is beautiful! Check in is somewhat of a hassle as it always gets backed up and I do wish they would find a way to streamline that process for people. It shouldn’t be a two step process as one is enough. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort and I would highly recommend it to others!!

Had a great stay here, our first room had an issue but the staff were quick to send maintenance to fix it and moved us into another room without any questions. Staff were quick to respond to additional supply requests and on site amenities were great, we were also pleasantly surprised with the price and quality of the food from the Copa Loca Grill! Would stay here again!

We weren't greeted with a smile. It was late, we were tired and it would have been nice. They charged us a $30 parking fee. That is rediculous. We wernet given any information about amenities at all which is ehy i booked there. Had to park 2 blocks from our room. The door had been painted over peeling paint. Walked in and room was ok. Small tv. Went out to the patio and the screen fell off. Called to ask for late checkout with no response. Got to bed around 2 and was called at 8:30 am to try to sell us a vacation package! The shampoos were put in the way of your arms when showering with minimal watwr pressure. I usually love the Marriott and this was not one of those times. I paid more and did not receive what i paid for.

There were bugs in my villa. I called the hotel manager as soon as I realized I had bug bites and I was itchy all over. The hotel manager said she would investigate and get back to me. It’s been a week and she never got back to me. I was only there for 1 night.

The resort claims to be 4stars but it’s really outdated. Everything is a far walk due to the way the buildings are spread across the property. The room smelled odd and wasn’t very clean. Stains on the carpet and the couch, there was heavy dust on the fan and in the vents which caused my allergies to spike. The tub was clogged and slow to drain. Had to call service to fix it. I had to retighten the toilet seat, extreme movement left and right. The front desk only validated our room keys for one day and not the 4 we were staying. Had to go back to the front desk to rekey the cards at night when I had lugged my items up to my room on the 4th floor and then had to take them back to my car to drive to the main lobby building 1/4 mile down the road to have the keys reprogrammed. Received what I thought was updated keys, drove back to discover the update didn’t take. I had my hands again full with items which I didn’t feel like taking back down 4 flights of stairs to the car. I called the front desk and waited 30 min for someone to bring new room keys. No offer was made by the staff to comp us for this inconvenience when it happened. The constant slamming of the other doors on the floor was loud (due to the rooms opening to the outside and the cleaning crew in and out of the rooms repeatedly; not what I expected from a resort, reminded me of a cheaper 2 star hotel from the 70s’80s) not to mention we could hear the elevator going up and down all night. Don’t recommend to others.

The room was nice and big, the full kitchen was great and clean. My only one complaint was that the shower in my room didn’t drain properly so whenever I showered I was standing in water and I always find that gross. There also was no shampoo in the provided bottle, luckily I had a little travel bottle with me. The amenities of the property were really great. We didn’t really have time to use them because we spent all our days at Disney, but I’d love to go back and just spend a week there and enjoy the property. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you want a place to stay with a full kitchen, the two bed, two bath room was great.

Overall good. Parking problem on the weekends. Don’t have enough parking spots available for your building. You have to go far to park your car. They offer a ride to bring you back if you call them after parking.
They also charge $30 per day for parking.
Room service is only every two days.

Room and staff were fine but it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Walls were paper thin and we heard every word our neighbors were saying until the wee hours of the night. Early morning there were leaf blowers going nonstop so sleep was nonexistent. The price for parking was also insane.

Our keys stopped working 3 different times over 3 different days and 3 different changes.
We were never given a kettle or an extra blanket (travelling with kids) - even though asked multiple times.
We were also placed at the furthest area from the communal/eating areas when asked to be closer because of 2yr old and 4 yr old.
Lots of things just not tending to for simple comfort/accommodation. When voiced they really didn't care and have had other Marriotts go above and beyond. Wouldn't recommend this Marriott.

My suite didn’t get cleaned the day the villa suggested..after I inquired and said it didn’t get cleaned the day that was stated I requested the next day which still didn’t get cleaned. So my suite didn’t get cleaned the entire time of my stay. Very disappointed.
