La estructura del hotel es buena, las piezas son cómodas y lugar es bonito. Sin embargo, el servicio es bastante pobre. Una vez estando allá no me hicieron aseo enla habitación el primer día y al reclamar el asunto me explicaron de qué se considera hacer aseo día por medio, cosa que no estaba explícita en la propuesta comercial ni me fue informado cuando llegue. No creo que sea una buena política y debería estar muy claro de antemano.
Adicionalmente, el check Out es a las 10 de la mañana, lo que me parece excesivo, tema que tampoco estaba claro al hacer la reserva.

Beautiful property with great amenities and fun activities. We really enjoyed our stay! The room was a bit dated, and we noticed some visible dust buildup on the air conditioning vent/filter. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

Overall it was a good stay. They ended up only having an ADA unit which was ok, but the showers were not ideal. It is a huge property. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. The unit was clean, but dated. For the price, it was a good deal.

After arriving and checking in after 2 AM, we were settling in our room when we located a huge bug in the sofa bed. It was either a live cricket or a cockroach; I am not sure. It took them about an hour to come and remove the bug. After that, my daughter was afraid to sleep in the bed.

The next morning we went to the front desk and they gave us another room for the rest of our stay. We got a message the next day, saying that they were not cleaning the rooms. So for a four nights stay, my room was not cleaned at all. Then in our new room on our last day, there we saw another bug, which was definitely a small roach on the bed. This was disappointing and not expected for a Marriott.

The property was huge. A lot of people multiple pools a lot of walking. It’s not a place that we would normally stay although it was quite nice. We wanted a place that was close to Discovery Cove so we could swim with the dolphin.

Property was as described and clean, staff is horrible and the check in process is a disaster. It takes a 10-minute conversation to get checked in, so the line is backed up to at least 5-6 people, and then they route you to another person to get your parking permit for your car. That guy was super creepy and started asking my teenager if she liked to take photos of herself. He then tried to say it was because he was selling photobooks on Shutterfly?

the hotel is ok, the only 2 bad things about it is that the property is very old and the rooms carpets smells weird and they do not offer breakfast in a restaurant they just have a cafe where you can buy and go coffee or pastries.

I was very disappointed with this stay, especially considering how expensive it was. The room had a noticeable moldy smell from the moment we walked in, which made it feel unclean and uncomfortable.

Another inconvenience was the layout of the property. We had to drive a significant distance from the reception area just to get to our room, which was not explained beforehand and made check-in more frustrating than expected.

We also received text messages during our stay claiming there was a “complimentary gift” waiting for us. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a sales pitch. At checkout, we were pressured to purchase a package for a future stay, which felt misleading and deceptive.

To make matters worse, we were not informed until check-in that parking would cost an additional large fee per day. This should have been clearly disclosed when booking, as it significantly increased the overall cost of the trip.

Between the unexpected fees, the moldy room odor, the distance to the rooms, and the misleading marketing tactics, this stay did not provide the value expected for the price paid. I would not stay here again and would recommend travelers carefully review all additional charges before booking.

Staff was good, Romeo the shuttle Driver was amazing 10/10 very friendly and understanding and also Cory one of the groundskeeper really friendly(10/10) Now the bad part was anyone at the sales galla they are entitled and the presentation is aggressive and pushy to the point one of the salesman outright disrespected us when we were hard stuck on the no. My recommendation is if you go to this resort don’t go near the sales galleria, bring a vehicle and don’t shop at the restaurants/stores on the resort other than that it’s a beautiful resort and we would go back again next time renting a car.

Make sure you get all the fees explained to you because we were told that the $30 a day parking was only for wheelchair accessible people, but it’s for everybody!!! So we were mislead on that!! Also there was a big brown stain on the pullout couch and they didn’t do anything about it

The pools are nice and the grounds are mostly well maintained. The room was clean and most of the staff was pleasant. That being said, they try very hard to sell you on attending a lengthy sales pitch and continue to push that.

During my two-weeks stay, I had to report three times that my room hadn't been cleaned. It's important to note that cleaning is scheduled every two days. Apart from the cleaning it's a nice place to stay in a good location.

From start to finish our stay at the Marriott Grand Vista was terrible. Checking in was very difficult because Marriott had our name wrong on reservation. It took almost an hour to check in. Then we were told we had to pay $30 per day for parking. Our room was 3330 was dark and dingy. But check in said it was overlooking the lake with a very pretty view however the trees in front of the lake were untrimmed and overgrown. The entire property needs a major overhaul. Lots of noisy construction going on around our unit. The coffee at the Lighthouse cafe was expensive and terrible tasting. I threw it out! Needless to say were were very disappointed and will never return to the Grand Vista

We enjoyed this resort; however, I was not expecting to pay 30.00 a day to park our rental car. When I booked the package deal, this was not mentioned. For as big as this place is, another pool area would be an added bonus. It is also listed as a 5-star resort, however, comparing this to other 5-star places, I would rate it a 4 star. It was difficult to use app/phone to ask for more towels or coffee and although they mentioned during check-in that there would be someone on staff available at all times to bring items to your room, when I called, they stated we would be getting our items within 2 hours. I thought that was a little long, so I walked up to the check-in counter for coffee due to staff not having coffee/creamer on their carts.
Also, at the end of our stay, they offer you a deal for 5 nights at a much lower rate to come back to their establishment, so I decided to take it, since it was a nice place to stay. When signing the papers, they said my spouse needed to accompany me on the next trip, even though he did not come on this first one. This was a mother/daughter get away and will be in the future as well, so I am hoping that I didn't sign up for something that I will regret. I do know that I will be sitting in a timeshare presentation, but I am not obligated to purchase anything more. If anyone has some tips on these types of \"deals\" please comment.

The overall hotel and resort was very nice. It had everything you could want in very nice surroundings. The security personnel were great and very helpful as was the maintenance staff. I had a problem with my door and they fixed it within an hour. The issue was , housekeeping.
I was there for 21 days and I had to phone on 4 or 5 occasions to have my room cleaned. The resort stated that they would clean every other day , this did not happen. my room was never hoovered and was never dusted, I actually took photos of this. My bed sheets were changed once in 21 days and I know this as the sheets had a tear in them and it was still there when I left.
The television on the whole resort stopped working for over 12 hours, there was no explanation or offers of compensation of reduction in the resort fee
For the amount of money paid I was very disappointed

The campus is incredibly huge - be prepared for a 10 minute walk to the pool depending on where your room is. Room was clean and super convenient to Sea World but they do not offer a shuttle which was annoying. Also be prepared to pay for parking which seemed like a cheap hustle as you have no other choice but to pay the fee. Already spending so much for the room that a shuttle service and parking should be included.

Resort is nice with lots of amenities for everyone. One elevator for lots of room on each floor can be quite a wait. Rooms are clean, but can use renovation for the shower. The shower in our room during our stay looks like some caulking can be applied inside out from the mold. Aside from that, pricing and stay is reasonable and met expectation. Great place for family to be near Sea World or other theme parks.

We arrived around 8pm on a Friday. We checked in and walked around the property a little bit. Nice grounds for being as old as it is. I always appreciate a resort that supplies you bar soap (hands & body), shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable for us. The towels we used had stains on them, as well as the shower curtain. The room was clean for the most part. Nothing to complain about since pricing was certainly fair for our 2 night stay. We really only stayed here to sleep while we were visiting Orlando with some family. I utilized the gym one morning. Lots of cardio machines and a handful of other weighted machines. It wasn’t busy and I was able to get myself in a good workout using the stairmaster, the Bosu Ball and some kettlebells. Check out was super simple. I wasn’t aware of the $30 per night parking fee, which I think it stupid but what can you do? Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay here again.

The front desk staff could have been more helpful - I asked how to get to a couple of the pools and she told me ‘I wouldn’t know’ - the sales team that bribes you to go and sit down with them for a presentation was aggressive & pushy, I left feeling like a terrible mother because ‘what do you mean you haven’t taken your 7 and 8 year old on vacation’ …the resort itself was beautiful & the price was great.
