Location was good- close to Disney springs. But it was big and loud with no atmosphere and the snack bar had not great choices at very high prices. My room was bigger than average, the shower was good, the view was awful. I had a broken desk chair that I reported the first day and nothing was done. No one on staff was anything more than the required amount of cordial. The buses to Disney properties were once every hour and you needed to reserve them- or it was recommended. The drop off and pick up spots were not made totally clear. All in all just ok

They told me they were upgrading my room yes it was on a higher floor, but I asked for a king size bed, and I wanted to look at the Disney Springs side, not their pond. Then the TV sound went in and out, but it was late at night so no I didn’t want anybody to come in the room. There was a big gap in the door so light would come through. There was no nightstand just the one thing in the middle of two beds.
I just will say I’ll never stay at this hotel again I’ve stayed several different Orlando hotels. Hilton has overall good hotels, but not this one.

We love this hotel for short stay. Disney Spring is across the street. The pool is a fun option for the little ones. The breakfast bar has many options for, again, a quick on the go day. The rooms are cleaned and staff is nice. The balcony view is also nice. Avoid higher floors if you go with children. The price is affordable for a hotel in Disney. We enjoy it as a family .

Police were here constantly. There was a very bad couple on the 22nd floor, screaming and shouting. The staff at reception didn’t care or help. In fact it annoyed them that I complained, the room was meant to be made up everyday but i had to complain everyday

We booked a king room and when we arrived were told the hotel had oversold and no king beds were available. We were downgraded to a smaller bed, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable for two adults — especially after a long day.

The front desk offered free parking, breakfast, and eventually only $50 compensation for not honoring the room we paid for. That is completely inadequate given the inconvenience and disrupted sleep. A “view upgrade” does not replace the basic amenity we booked: a proper bed.

We paid $282 and did not receive what we reserved. Customer service showed little effort to make this right beyond minimal gestures.

Very disappointed with how this was handled. I would not stay here again and would not recommend if you want assurance you’ll actually receive the room you book.

the room doors slammed very loudly and because the rooms are arranged in an auditorium situation the sound reflects around very audibly. in our case it happened to be a school aged kid event in the hotel and so the kids that all had their own rooms were going from room to room and their self close door shuts were crazy loud banging. they also hung out in the halls chatting and it was kind of annoying but not super bad. i blame the hotel more than them. this slamming door noise could be reduced greatly simply by the hotel applying foam weatherstripping around the full door jamb, and it would be helpful to also do a weather door sweep/skirt at the bottom to close that large gap from letting sound in from the hallway as well.
when they play music in the bar area your is very loud, but i am sure some people will love that with a bar drinking atmosphere, but if you are trying to sleep it isn’t desirable.
also the hotel is pet friendly. we didn’t encounter any barking dogs, thankfully, but other hotels we’ve stayed at had this problem, and specially when pet owners go out for the night and leave the pet alone. again, we didn’t have it on this stat at this hotel. but if you are sensitive to pet annoyances this may steer you away from here.

I asked for some dish soap to wash my daughter‘s bottles an was told bc I didn’t book a room that has a kitchen I wasn’t able to get any. I had my bfs sister ask for some an she didn’t book a room with a kitchen either an she got it but told the front desk people that she needed the dish soap for her kids bottles when she didn’t have any kids around my daughter‘s age she got it for me. I didn’t even know I could book a room with a kitchen that wasn’t an option for me other then that my stay was great

First room had mold and mildew in bathroom all over floor and walls. Loud squeaky pipes when rooms next door would turn on water. Requested to move rooms and got put in a room that smelled like an ashtray. Went back down stairs asked to be moved again but no rooms like the one I booked were available so they down graded me to a room that was basically the furthest point from the office with a view of a tree. All in all not a good experience.

Upon check in we were told our room would be ready between 1-2pm which was a pleasant surprise, we then came to the desk about 2, and again at 3 to be told it wasn’t ready and that we’d receive texts when the room was in fat ready. We then started getting texts asking if we were enjoying our stay when we still didn’t have a room. 4pm comes and we see countless people check in, we finally ask again if our room was finally ready at check in time to be told it had been ready and that we should have got a text. We brushed the check in off and went about our stay just to have our door lock battery die and security not being able to jump the battery koc for over an hour causing us to be inconvenienced and husband in nothing but swimwear at the time. It was not the Disney springs experience we have had past visits to this property.

They charge $125 per night for incidentals. Outrageous amount. Most hotels we have stayed might charge $200 for the entire week stay. This amount greatly reduced the amount we hand budgeted for other items for are trip limiting the amount we could spend. The hotel offered to put the money back on our account but it took three trips to the front desk and multiple hours waiting in the lobby on our vacation to get them to actually release the funds.

Had a great view. Property does need some TLC and the floors could be cleaner but understand they have alot of traffic. Around the pool some of the chairs are in need of repair. Love the big lounge chairs but the cushions are dirty and in need of upgrade. Also in the morning the way they do the breakfast in the cafe is way too long of a wait and not well organized. Also the music at the pool is to techo disco would like more island music and the speakers are blown so the sound is fuzzy.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. We were greeted poorly at check-in, and the staff member was unfriendly and dismissive. He initially claimed I was not a Diamond member and said I was in the wrong lane. Even after I showed my Hilton credit card to add my Hilton Honors number, he stated that because the booking was made through a third party, I “shouldn’t be in the Diamond lane.” His tone was rude, and directions to our room were barely explained, requiring us to ask multiple times.

The room itself was by far the worst Hilton room I’ve ever stayed in—it felt more like a motel. Additionally, the room was very cold, and despite notifying staff, the issue was never resolved. We tried not to let this experience ruin our family trip, but it was disappointing and not what we expect from Hilton, especially as Diamond members.

The hotel was clean and very near Disney Springs so it was very convenient to go there. The staff was okay except when I inquired ( in the concierge in the lobby the day before and the front desk where I checked out) where to wait for the shuttle to pick us up for the airport, I was told to wait in the lobby and missed the shuttle when it was waiting in the ground floor. I have to get a taxi and had additional payment so that I could not miss my flight.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Lake and overall had a good experience. Our room (4629) was very clean, and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and welcoming. The only downside was that the room was quite noisy at night. it sounded like there was a fan or mechanical system directly above us. The bathroom also showed a little bit of wear, though everything still worked fine. Despite those small issues, we enjoyed our stay overall.

The worst hotel stay I've experienced ever. I don't know how this is a 4 star hotel. Stayed at this hotel from 1 AM to 9 AM. Chose a 4 star for the night because I wanted a clean room and bathroom. However, it felt like I was in a motel. The room was in a separate building they have which is completely different from the main building and located at 10 minutes walk from the parking lot with no staff to help transfer luggage. It felt like a scam because I paid the price of a 4 star resort but stayed in a motel-like room.
The manager was able to waive the parking and resort fees but it was absolutely not worth the price I paid.

Had a terrible stay. I wish I could upload the video I took of power drills going off in the room next to us at 9am. Noise started at 6 in the hall, it looked like they were changing out tvs in the room next to us and decided to do it in the morning for some strange reason. Got terrible sleep. Oh, also our tv was messed up (assuming related to the tv replacements) and had to get a repair man in and the shower soap was completely out. Good view of the fireworks at Epcot was the only saving grace.
