This place was great, beautiful, conveniently located. Has everything you need. Love the fact that each bedroom had his own bathroom. Pool is lovely! Washer and dryer in the unit along with a packet of detergent was a great plus!

We didn’t get any check out instructions or a map of the property so we were clueless when she wrote all the numbers jumbled together on our key cards, something small but totally necessary.. our toaster didn’t work. Sent a text with a list of things and they said they would bring us a new toaster and maintenance would come for the other things… maintenance never showed up. The tv remotes didn’t work and the bathtub shower spout was stuck up.

The person at the check-in counter was very kind and helpful, but I had a terrible experience because I the room I got assigned was not clean. It looked like nobody cleaned after the last guest left.

Kitchen was all full of used dishes, bed was not done, and the bathroom had towels all around the floor.

The man at the front desk assigned me another room, and it was occupied. He even had to call security to escort me in.

Security decided not to open the door (as this was around 11:30pm) and had another room assigned.

At the end, my stay was very pleasant for me and my family, but the check-in experience took us more than an hour.

This resort has everything we could want! Check-in was flawless; the staff is awesome; the resort grounds are clean and well kept; the suites are clean, spacious, stocked with amenities, and include a full kitchen, living room, and very nice bathroom. Terrible. Unit was very noisy from being located very near to a highway. Parking lot bright lights shine right into the bedrooms so you are unable to sleep. The window treatment is very thin and doesn't block lighting. Some of the things in the unit did not work properly. Wild animals around the property and there is feces in the stairway that is used to get up and down to the unit. Garbage was left outside the units and the animals would tear the bags and junk all over the place. Not good for the price that was charged.

1st room smelled run down furniture. 2nd room someone had been there underwear on floor bes not made bathroom hot mess. Office closed. Security gaurd karen found us a room since hotel was closed. We stayed in room no key and had to visit office in the morning. Sad this place used to be nice. 20 minutes at checkout to get a receipt and clerk could not provide. Shame grest location but we will not be back. They offered no compensation except manager sad she was sorry.

Great price for a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condo. Grounds are well maintained. Rooms could be in better shape, not too bad. We had dresser drawers that wouldn’t stay shut, our back patio slider wouldn’t lock, luckily we were on a higher level & they’re all enclosed. Pool needs towel & my key almost never worked at the pool gate.

We were given a unit that was really worn out, curtains hanging off, scruffy carpets, marks all over the walls. We went back to reception who said if we wanted a better unit we had to pay a further $25 a night ($150 in total). The unit was much better but still had a number of issues. Dirty carpets, TVs not working. Reported the TVs twice before they got fixed. Maintenance called at 8pm and wanted to clean the carpets. We refused because this meant that a blower would be running all night and considering we were charged more, it should have been cleaned before renting out. Lia on Reception was really helpful and agreed not to charge us the extra $150. However on checkout, the final bill showed that they had actually charged me twice. A total of $300! They have since refunded but I have incurred 2 lots of exchange fees by my bank. Not a good experience. This used to be a lovely friendly resort but the new management company have made it unfriendly and uncaring

Pretty decent resort. The three bedroom was really spacious. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking there. They had one pool but it was nicely sized. Overall the stay was pretty good, but it felt pretty sleepy though compared to the other resorts I've stayed. No restaurants or entertainment but for the price it was ok.
