Do not book through this property. There is no front desk to check in and when contacting the host, I was told the keys would be in a golf cart behind the motel. Upon contacting Expedia, as I did not feel safe to stay, the host lied to the agent I talked to in saying there was a front desk. Yet if there is a front desk, the keys would not be in a golf cart behind the motel? That does not check out. Fair warning for anyone staying here- not safe. I would suggest staying elsewhere.

I had a really great stay at Duo Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. What stood out the most was the customer service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place with excellent service and a fantastic location

The bathroom was filthy, an old bar of soap was on the floor of the shower with hair on it. There were NO blankets. It was noisy outside of our room until 2 am. Just overall horrible. I wish I could get a refund!

Worst motel ever, tv was broken, shower was disgusting, one towel only in room with stains and lipstick on it,I'm pretty sure they rent the rooms by the hour. a/c made noise all night, and gps brought us to back of hotel where I probably could have scored some fytenol.It looked like the big city projects. They also charge a $100 deposit which you have to wait in line for return. Oh , I almost forgot about the roach in bed with us ... Horrible, don't stay here ....

So the pictures are not even close to the inside of the rooms or the outside. The staff was ok. The beds had a sheet and nothing else. Kids were outside playing til 1am. The door has a gap at the bottom that easily is a inch. The walls are dirty and the light is almost falling off the wall. To turn the light off last night I had to remove the bulb by hand to get the the light to turn off. The bathroom looks so dirty. Concerned taking a shower in there I might actually get dirtier. I would have no stayed here if I didn't drive 7 hours and expected the place to look like the pictures. Oh. There is no pool, unless you could the huge dip in the parking lot from the rain last night. This is 02/28/2026.

I would not recommend. This place is half residence amd half hotel. Kids were in the streets and screaming in the hallway until at least midnight. I have pictures of them leaving bikes, scooters, and even their shoes where like it wasnt a public space. And never a parent even remotely close.
However the room was clean and met my needs.

Coming from a background in hospitality I don't usually like to give bad reviews, but I have to give my honest opinion. To start off, you get what you pay for. But, I will say this, they should have some integrity. Starting with the scent of the room as soon as you walk in, it smells like a smokers den. The beds themselves werent completely horrible aside from the small stains and little hairs every then and there. The floor felt very dirty and the bathroom as well with mold in the corners. I have never felt dirty after sleeping in a hotel but here I did. The only reasom I didnt rate it any lowet is because of the staff as they were very kind. Again you get what you pay for.

The hotel has changed dramatically since I’ve stayed there last year. There was no hot water for a shower. The lady up at the front on the weekends was extremely rude and quite arrogant so no I don’t recommend this Hotel and I had also put out a review saying that if I hadn’t paid for this hotel already, I certainly wouldn’t stayed there.

🚨🚨please be aware the room pictures are not the actual room after paying the 25$ deposit and check into the room I realized the room look nothing like the pictures I should’ve check the reviews before booking I even asked for a refund and was denied please don’t waste your money or your time unless you like living in the slums the tub was hand painted with 3 different shade of whites the molding was very disgusting roaches everywhere if you don’t believe asked to review the room before you pay a deposit now they are ghosting me for a refund they block 2 of my phones so I called off text now and they answered right away once they found out what I was calling about they blocked that number also so please be aware the photo in the pictures looking nothing like the room you will be getting I wish we could post pictures

Staff was nice, besides that you get what you pay for I suppose.There was no blankets on the bed and no towels out. When we entered our room we discovered cleaning bottle, opened water bottle, and a couple dirty rags laying around, also a trash bag full of sheets under our table. There were old opened food packages under the bed as well. There were some people setting off fireworks in the parking lot around midnight too.

If i could put 0 stars i would , the place was unclean , had exposed wires , the room was very outdated , i was going through a miscarriage thats why i stayed there to relax and heal . The first night i seen a dead body in the field right by my room . The hot water didn't work , also the dorr locked us in and had to crawl out the window just to get out the room . , i am highly unsatisfied with this syay not only that there was no one i could talk to on the property about my concerns or a refund. Do not stay here !!!!

No coffee, no soap or shampoo, no breakfast or a Gideon’s bible. Essentially it was a bare bones facilty. They did have a security door lock or half of one. The other half had been ripped off the door frame.

You truly get what you pay for here, and unfortunately the photos are very misleading. While the front desk attendant was extremely kind, the condition of the room was hard to overlook. There was visible mold in the shower, and the water never got hot. Only one light had a working bulb, the smoke detector was missing a battery, more than half of the outlets didn’t work, and there was dust and grime throughout the room.

The door didn’t close all the way—you could actually see outside—and when the wind blew it sounded like someone was trying to get in. There were stains in the toilet, water damage across the ceiling, and the bathroom overall felt so unsanitary that I felt cleaner not showering in it.

Positives: the floors were nice, the towels and sheets were clean, and the small food truck area with picnic tables added some charm. The presence of people outside and cameras on every corner did provide a sense of security.

With a thorough deep clean and proper maintenance—especially fixing the door—this place could be acceptable. As it stands, the condition does not match what’s advertised.

My room key was left on a vending machine outdoors, I had no towels or even a wash cloth, there was mold on the showered curtain, god only knows what by the drain and on the faucet of the shower, there was a blood stain on the pillow, clumps of hair on the floor, sheets for “blankets”, door had a gap where you could see light and feel a terrible draft, and the smoke detector had the battery door hanging open and was missing a battery! It was disgusting and terrifying! I couldn’t make it past 2 hours there!

The room could use an update. The ceiling were moldy and patchy, the locks were loose, the heater didn’t work(in my room), the toilet seat didn’t stay up on its own and was very low to the ground, the faucets need replacing they just shoot water out, the shower just need to be replaced fully! They provide 3 towels(2floor, 1hand towel) , really cheap bar soap with little to no scent, a mini fridge(no freezer) and roku tv! I’m not to sure if there was a microwave on site but there was none in the room! I suggest bringing your own blankets and pillows because they only provide top sheets and the 2 pillows carry maybe 3-4 feathers in them each! The pool is closed and from what I heard it’s been closed for quite some time. You get what you pay for!

However, if you do need a place to stay and are in a pinch, I do suggest this location! The front office laddies, both, morning and night were easy to deal with and very accommodating ! I enjoyed my interaction with them both! The room was a clean as it could be for the condition of the building! There was no bed bugs or roaches and I personally saw the cleaning staff working extra hard! There is a hot dog vender in the parking lot, I suggest trying it! They have family sized hot dogs and they were delicious ! If you prefer something else they are located next too , two Mexican restaurants and McDonald’s is a 15min walk. The gas station is also 2 doors down! Check out OldTown while you stay it’s 15 min uber away($9)

It was not a hotel, it was a motel that rented rooms as apartments, there was no one available to check us, had to wait 30 minutes after calling for someone to come attend us, we sat in front of the door and had to call back to be told that the person was there for 5 minutes waiting for us. We canceled the stay, and was told we would not gwt a rwfund. Very unprofessional, dirty, and not what was advertised.

The staff were friendly but this place is an absolute dump. When I arrived I initially thought I was in the wrong location because I saw a lot of kids coming off the school bus walking towards the building. When I got to the check-in window I asked the staff if this was an apartment building, they confirmed it is also an extended stay. Had I known this I wouldn’t have booked here. The room was large but rundown with strands of hair all over, on towels, the floor, couch, tables. Out of the 4 lamps in the room, only one had a lightbulb. The toilet was disgusting. The heat doesn’t work. The temperature dropped to 34 Fahrenheit and I called to ask about the heat, they could only offer me a blanket. This was not helpful because the door has gaps around letting the air in. Additionally, the deadbolt didn’t work when the door was closed. I do not recommend, even if you’re trying to save money.

Parking sucks, lobby was locked- had to talk through a window to check in, people loitering in the stairwell, door lock was not all the way turned because the door wouldn’t close properly, 2 pillows, bathroom door rubbed on floor and was really hard to close… Oh! And your deposit is only available at checkout AT 11 AM- no other time… there’s better- keep browsing

One positive is that I think the food truck out front is doing better than the hotel…

This does NOT match the pictures. People live here and the property is disgusting. Teenagers are hanging out in the stairwells, they leave trash everywhere. There are people hanging out all over the property. There was no real lock on the door, there was mold in the walls, the hot water in the shower was NON existent. Got charged $10 for “dirty towels” although they were used to clean pube hairs on the floor that were left behind from the previous guest. Disgusting don’t go here. The rooms are filthy and there is a cat lady that lives in one of the rooms and has half of the property smelling terrible. This is more of a home to some people, not for the traveling. I told them about the pube hairs and was told “no there was an animal in there” but yall knew it was dirty though right? Nasty

All of the staff were super friendly, when they were there on the property. However, the room was the worst one I've ever been in. First of all, there was no phone in the room, not a huge deal, just odd. Next, the ceiling looked like it could have caved in on us at any moment. Moving on, the fridge did not work because the door would not close. The sink only has hot water, and when you turned it on, it blasted with such pressure, getting your whole shirt soaking wet. As for the shower, extremely slippery and the water pressure in there was almost non-existant. To sum up my review, I will say that the only good thing about the room itself was the flooring, it was pretty cool actually.

P.S. This was, at the very most, a
$25.00 room. I feel I was
ripped off incredibly. Had I
know the horrible condition
of the room, I never would
would have booked a room
there, especially not at
$49.00+. Also, the noise all
throughout the night was
pretty ridiculous.

Mildew COVERING the entire bathroom. Huge hole in my bathtub patched sloppily with a room key card stuffed in the hole to “cover it”. No bed blankets, no tv remote, I was told I would have an in room microwave and there was none, a hole in the wall, no trash can, no toilet paper, no washcloths or floor towel, stains on the pillows, my 4 month old daughter broke out in hives and got sick from staying here. This is illegal and a health hazard and will be reported to the state in multiple different departments and divisions. I study law for a reason. This is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress, this place is disgusting and even when you are nothing but polite, the staff will refuse to help you and then tell you you have to leave once you mention the inhabitable living conditions.

I mean I’ll keep it a buck. It’s a $43 room , maybe 60. It’s a $60 room, you get a $60 experience. The curtains are dirty, the bathroom needs to be power washed but you’re not gonna catch something. Water had good pressure and was hot. I wouldn’t use that blanket if I was on fire, bring your own, or not. Slept with the sheets only. Room was clean, easy check in, good deposit amount, good amount of parking, nobody bothered me. Ac worked and the tv worked. Lot of space and a damn fridge. Just don’t get any microwaveable foods.

It was horrible everything was falling apart in the room . The beds were not level right. The room curtains have stains and they do not provide towels like talking about it in the rooms. Also the pool is closed so you can't go swim if you wanted to. Oh let's talk about the floors you take your shoes off and try to get a lil comfortable when you still down n look at your feet it's so dirty as if they don't never mop the floors. I never seen a house keeper at all. They don't like to hand out any tissue as if you have to supply it yourself. To say all of this it's so hard to get comfortable in the rooms I guess they treat they quest that way because they have residence live there and they okay with it . When I went to the window one of the residence say how they don't have any money to go else where so they stay there . I still feel that they should be treated far even tho they confine to the office about how much money they have and what they can't afford at times.

The stay was ok, the rooms are not updated, I booked a king room and the lady tried to give us a twin bedroom I had to go back and change rooms and her excuse was they try to save those rooms for a person staying weekly. Which I get it but tell me don’t make the decision for me. Other then that it’s a friendly stay as I stated before just need to update the rooms and provide more essentials such as iron, full sets of towels and rags we only had 2 towels no rags, no garbage can, no comforters, etc… maybe next time I visit I can rate it a five star laid back in the cut 🙏😊💜

El cuarto en general estaba muy bien. La Mujer de la oficina es muy amable, la localización esta muy buena, cerca de muchos restaurantes, tiendas y supermercados.

Mas que un hotel en un “Motel” donde hay personas que viven alli. Solo hay dos toallas en el baño para 4 personas. En la oficina NO SIEMPRE hay empleados que puedan resolver algún problema, los domingos no hay nadie y después de las 10pm tampoco. Te cargan un deposito de seguridad de $25, que los tienes que reclamar cuando te vayas porque NO lo devuelven automáticamente.

Even the pictures were AI because it looked nothing like the room i booked when i walked in. I also booked a king bed and it was 2 twin beds with one pillow each. The hotel is old but the room was clean and liveable. It's kinda hard to find and it doesn't look like the best area. Lots of drug addict looking types hanging out near the back. Also, this hotel closes their front desk at a certain time so make sure you plan accordingly. I can see why they close. Our room was close to the front and the food truck in the parking lot was aweaome and super convenient. The location for going to Disney is good. Definitely a no frills stay. No ice either. I won't go back but I have seen worse.

When we first got there, we go to check in and the door is locked. Come to find out you have to stand in the driveway and check in through a night window. When I asked why we couldn’t access the lobby, We were told because the person’s children were inside the lobby. This required you to pull out your wallet and your ID out on the road which I did not find safe at all and expressed that to them. Once we enter into the room, we noticed that the beds do not have any blankets on them only sheets and there was no microwave as the amenities had indicated. At that timeI went back to the front desk through the night window and had to ask for blankets and inquired about the microwave. I was told that they don’t generally put blankets on the bed, due to the room’s not being used regularly and not to worry they would come and leave the blankets on our bed when we got back later, Regarding the microwave we were told the rooms don’t have microwaves, but if there’s anything you wanna warm up, just bring it to the night window and they’ll be happy to warm anything you want up. when we came back into the room we received two bed covers, crumpled up in a clear trash bag that were still damp leaving us to put them on beds to sleep in. In the morning after walking on their floor the previous night we happen to notice that our feet were covered in black dirt, so apparently the floors had not been mopped at all. Morning checkout was impossible due to Office being closed.

Do not stay here. The photos and description are completely false. I heard people yelling and fighting soon after checking in, and there was a large crack in the door where I could see outside. The room was filthy, with no microwave or cups, and dirty pillows inside the cases. I checked out after an hour. This place is unsafe, unclean, and should not be listed on this site.

Spoke to owner at 9pm, and was told I had to be at property to check in by 10pm. Immediately, I booked the room and sped across Orlando to get there on time. Was about to pull into property and spoke to owner again who advised me he was no longer there and left right after speaking with me the first time even though he had seen the booking as soon as I made it. So rude and unprofessional and didn’t get another room until 10pm. Beware

I went to check into the hotel and there was no staff. The placed looked unmanaged and there were people hanging around the exterior of the hotel. I had to book a different hotel because I was not able to check into this one.

The property was closed after they saod they waa 24 hours, i traveled with small child and we were stranded until 3 am when we uber to a different hotel. The next day no one was even there at 1pm to check in. The exterior appeared to be an abandoned building and alot of the local drug scene waa outside/living at this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Safety concerns

The place was sketchy, poorly lit and can easily get robbed with tbe amount of people attempting to walk up to you. The place reeked of smells and visible broken damage, safety is a concern here and staff is non existing at their door or window. One of the worse places I've seen.
