The club house and pool were great. The house could use some work. Carpet was stained everywhere, walls need a good cleaning and a coat of paint. Hot tub need to be replaced, cover rotted away, couldn't use the jets as they would spray everywhere. And rusted screws and the intake flap was broken and floating when we opened the lid.

I did not use any amenities. I just wish that I did not have to pay for them. We enjoyed our privite hot tub. We come from New York to relax my I donated a kidney to my husband and he can't use public pools etc. So i wish we could decline them. We really enjoy our private hot tub. Thank you for that🙏

The best thing about this place is the person I met coming in at the front. I really wish I had gotten the young ladies name when we got there. She had braids was a young girl with a nose ring, pretty young lady, she was so polite very very courteous. She was the one that told us how to get to our room very informative and a nice smile she just made you feel welcome. Places need more people like her.
Two issues I had with the place, the first issue was that we had eight people staying at the house and they knew this. Toilet paper and bath towels /washcloths were at a minimum. With eight people there should be two towels apiece and at least two rolls of toilet paper in each of the three bathrooms. The only toilet paper we had was what was hanging on the roll, we requested more and they told us we had to buy our own. Finally they did come with 2 more rolls. They told us we had to wash our own towels but no one had a second towel or washcloth to use. There was a sign on the sink in the kitchen that said to call the pantry when we needed something but when we called we were told to buy our own. That wouldn’t have been a problem if the sign wasn’t there telling us to call.
Secondly, I had an issue with the couch bed being broken and couch mattress being nasty. I feel the furniture fabric needs a good cleaning at least once a month and replace the couch mattress when needed. And if you don’t know, the couch bed is broken, then someone’s not cleaning or informing mgmt. properly.

Hello, I was not pleased by the cleanliness of our unit. The woodwork the dishwasher the cabinets were all very dirty. The oven was so filthy that the one time we attempted using it we had to shut it off because our unit filled with smoke and we could not heat up our food. We had to open doors and windows to release the smoke. The floors were less than desirable, I wouldn’t let my daughter walk around barefoot or even in her socks since they became dirty and the thought of dirt from others is quite gross. The living room furniture had visible stains on it and I had to clean the coffee table that was visibly dirty. The kitchen closet had broken potato chips on the floor, assuming they were from the last renter and clearly was never properly vacuumed. I voiced all of this to the representative that checked us out and the only response I got was WE ARE SORRY . I do wish that I addressed this on the day of check in, however, being focused on getting to the parks and meeting our reservations early in the morning and not arriving back to our unit until late at night, didn’t leave us with much time to chitchat with anyone at the front desk. Thank you for your time . I hope this message reaches someone who cares . Hopefully this can be rectified and will never happen again for future renters.

The resort was nice but with some flaws, such a nail sticking out of the stairway, dishwasher not working properly and poorly designed within the kitchen to function properly and couldn't open correctly with the other cabinetry. The resources such as toilet paper, garbage bags, enough kitchen items (cutting knifes, cooking) were stingy and the staff were reluctant to provide further resources; did not feel welcomed (front desk was not very welcoming or as helpful as we would have wished). However, the outside staff such as lawn maintenance were very pleasant and welcoming. Pool and waterslide facilities were nice.

It was perfect . Booked the 4 bdr with private jaccuzi. The entire resort is just beautiful . The appartment is clean and spacious. Knowing we had laundry machine in the appartment it was a bonus.
Perfect for fanily or couple. Very safe gated area. Pool and commune area is beautiful.
It will be my go to from now on.
Location is great , staff amazing polite helpful
Downside: the kitchen is not super equipped to cook for large family but doable.
AC was not functionning super well and not cooling really but weather was not too hot so we opened the windows

Although the photos are appealing, several areas of the unit felt dated—most noticeably the bathrooms. Hot water was limited due to outdated water heaters, and we went six full days without hot water in one restroom. Unfortunately, maintenance staff were rude, and the front desk appeared indifferent to our concerns.

Several basic household essentials were missing, including an ironing board, toilet brush, plunger, mop, broom, and sufficient cookware. While the TVs are smart, the selection of downloadable apps is very limited.

On a positive note, the location is convenient, with easy access to stores and restaurants, and Old Towne is just steps away.

Overall, my specific unit was not worth the price, and the level of customer service did not meet expectations.

Check in was very slow. Waitied 20 min. The unit was clean. They dont provide any extra paper goods eg toilet and paper towel.
The kitchen had basic utensils and cutlery. A kurreg coffee maker would have been nice. There is no salt and pepper or condiments at all.
A broom and dust pan would have been helpfull.
We did a shop on arrival for all small basics we needed.
The ensuite had a terrible small like urrine on our last day. I belive a gas smell from the shower drain.
The site is convenient and there is gate with a guard. Close to alot of stores and restaurants.
The hottub was nice once it took a day to reach temp. They turn it down.

We like the property itself. It’s decliners of the property in a professionalism of the staff, though they were very friendly. We had called the property a week before to send a package to the property so it would be OK to give us all the information. The address that we put on was correct when I was received at the property they denied it came back to us. Luckily the package came in before I took the flight and now I was able to take it. Cost me an excessive amount of money.
We got into the room the sheets in the master bedroom, head, organic stains on the bedsheets very obvious we only watched them once and it was able to come out showing that they didn’t wash the sheets. The Jacuzzi was filthy.
No, on the first night I woke up late to go to use the restroom and there was a cockroach coming out of the sink. I have pictures of everything.

Shower door would not close. Shower glass was filthy. The floors were filthy. The front desk said they would only come clean to e bottom floor but not the top. The tile and the grout dilapidated in the shower. No washcloths and when we asked they said they didn’t do that.

The property was fantastic and the staff was just as great. The only issue we had with our unit was the AC didn't seem to work properly. We could set it as low as 60 and it wouldn't move. We spent most of the time in our room at a fairly uncomfortable 76°.

Other than that however, it was great. Very clean and we'll kept. They were resealing the parking areas throughout the community but did a wonderful job of communicating that up-front at check-in as well as the day's leading up to the impacted areas.

The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and inviting to both me and my wife. They treated us like regulars and gave us recommendations.

Overall we had a good stay. We had a few small issues. The room you rent is not necessarily the one pictured. The pictures of the room were way nicer than the room we rented. Our unit had older furniture, couch, kitchen table, etc. so be mindful of that when reserving a room. When we arrived our microwave and our ice maker was not working. We ran out of toilet paper and the front desk gave us one complimentary roll but told us we’d have to buy any additional items we needed. During our stay the parking lot was being replaced and it was inconvenient the way it was all blocked off like a maze and made it hard for us to get in and out. Our favorite part about our stay was all the deer and babies roaming the resort. They were tame and super beautiful

Really enjoyed our stay here overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpets were a bit worn but overall, the rooms were clean. Marked down on cleanliness because the sofa bed hadn’t been changed so we couldn’t use it. There was a nice ‘starter kit’ when we arrived, with toiletries in the bathrooms and initial kitchen supplies in the kitchen. The food at the restaurant was great (loved the chicken wings and fries!) and the property was close to shops and restaurants if you have a car.

Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia en el hotel dejó mucho que desear. Desde el primer día, el trato de la recepcionista fue sumamente déspota y poco profesional. Al momento de encargar nuestras maletas, nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos molestando, sin ofrecer la más mínima amabilidad ni disposición de servicio.
Además, nos quedamos sin internet durante tres días completos, lo cual afectó seriamente nuestros planes, ya que necesitábamos conexión para trabajar y organizar nuestras actividades turísticas. A pesar de que lo reportamos en varias ocasiones, nunca nos dieron una solución concreta ni mostraron interés real por resolver el problema.
No es lo que uno espera al hospedarse en un lugar que promete comodidad y buen servicio. Una gran decepción.

The surrounding area of the resort is not a pretty site. The area seems to be developing and there were a lot of debris and garbage around. The townhome was overall fine and suited our needs. The hot tub in the patio was extremely dirty and did not look maintained at all. My family and I were unable to use it, which took away an amenity as advertised. The pool area was great and there were plenty of lounge chairs available. Checking-in was brutal and slow. The customer service from some of the front desk clerks and the general manager could be better (less attitude, perhaps). There were also missing essential toiletries from the unit that we were assigned to and it takes forever for anyone from housekeeping to bring you the item(s).

Check in was 4pm and I didn’t get into my space until 5:35p. The jacuzzi didn’t work (main reason I booked) but was fixed Monday about noon. I requested a check out Tuesday at 11a. While packing car, got locked out and had to get a new key from front desk. They were unaware of later checkout. However, the space was clean and comfortable.

This resort was absolutely amazing i absolutely lived everything about it. It was so perfect for our family of 5. We did have some issues like the unit not being very clean and the hot tub not getting hot but after i spoke to the front desk our hot tub was amazing after that and i did the cleaning myself. But other then that the property has water slides a very good decent size pool an outside bar and inside with a restaurant a huge hot tub for the public which was amazing. Pool toys for the kids were available to play which made my kids even more happier. We will definitely be returning thank you so much.

Our unit was in major need of repair. We have stayed here three times prior to this and our stay wad amazing. But this trip our unit was less clean than usual, much smaller than advertised, and had major issues that needed repairs. Hot tub jets were broken, the blinds in the rooms were broken, the bathroom cabinets were missing chunks.

What I liked about the property is its proximity to brand restaurants and grocery stores. What i didn't like about the unit is the condition of the unit and cleanless, it was dirty not cleaned at all, they charged the cleaning fee in advance during the check-in process and when entered the unit it wasn't clean as expected, the bathrooms was in terrible conditions, the carpet was dirty, the stairs rail was sticky, the insects every where. I am not recommending staying in this resort at all.

Me and my husband stayed at this property in 2019 for the first time and we had a great stay that we decided to take our kids this year for our family vacation. Check in was at 4 yet we were able to get in at 3. I would have rather waited until 4 as when we checked in the room was not alas clean as we expected. There was dust and things still on floor. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was at a 5% called and they came to fix it yet the water pressure in the showers was very low. Overall it was a nice stay. Needs a little updating. Resort pool was nice. We will not be back again but overall it was nice.

The employees were rude and not accommodating. We had to buy our own face towels even after letting the staff know that we didnt have any in the room. Staff advised that housekeeping would bring some towels to us yet housekeping never brought any. None of the bathrooms had full rolls of toilet paper. The floors where visibly dirty and empty drink bottles were found under the bed, and in the living room. The jacuzzi was nice to have but when we attempted to turn the heat down on the unit, the knob wasnt even attached. Extremely disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the townhome as well as the less than accommodating employees.

We got there and our hot tub was disgusting, holes in patio chairs, and roaches were crawling around the bathrooms. The maintenance guy was amazing and worked very hard for us to get the hot tub drained and filled up again. The front office was nice but either couldn’t help us or didn’t care much about anything. We booked this place for our son’s birthday since he thought the whole personal hot tub was cool so that definitely put a huge dent in our trip. It ultimately turned out good but I wouldn’t book again. The pool wasn’t clean and also didn’t seem like they had treated it in a while.

We arrived around midnight, getting into the gate was easy. We had to wait a few minutes to get inside to check in. I had to pay additional fees that were not mentioned. I would say how much but then they won’t post my response.
This reservation was paid in advance. Warning: This is not a hotel, there is no cleaning service during your stay. We saw a family of raccoons as we tried to get into our room. Next morning we saw possums outside our door that scared us. Then we tried to use the balcony and there were frogs, lizards and a two hornets nest on our balcony, so we were unable to use/enjoy the balcony. Some morning there would be deer standing in front of the door or in the parking space for guests to take pictures of. Today when we were packing up to leave we saw a mouse in our kitchen. The place was very spacious it would be worth the cost if they could get rid of so of the animals/pest and a few update the place. Looks like it would have been a nice place to stay in the early 2000s. Even the towels looked like they needed to be replaced. I had allergic reaction to whatever they wash the sheets with because my first night I broke out and was itching. Had to go get detergent to wash the sheets.

Ice maker wasn’t working said someone would come check on it they never did we ended up buying ice.
Ants in areas of bathroom kitchen. Toilet paper holder was pulled from wall. Hot tub didn’t fully work as some jets didn’t work.
Came in late one night due to event front gate didn’t want to open then when did open almost closed on car.

poor maintenance, poor service

When we entered the room keys, they never worked. They sent the maintenance staff to help us, but he turned out to be a very abusive person. We informed the manager and they did nothing. In addition, the jacuzzi included in the room had never had its water changed, so it smelled like drainage. We requested a change and it was never done. Nice facilities but terrible maintenance service. We will never return.

Spa in our townhouse didn’t work. Shower pressure and temperature was horrible and difficulty checking in on arrival. Pool area nice though.
