Staff was great , room was clean and quiet . Would have been a five star if they didn’t advertise breakfast yet the only thing available was a cereal bar, coffee and orange juice. This was one of my deciding factors when I did my overnight stay for my daughter and I to visit the parks so in the morning when we come down for breakfast to see that that was all that they offered. I was very bummed out about that. I would have been ok if we knew ahead of time . But even when I asked at check in I just got a “yes we offer breakfast “ .

the room had a smell of sewage. the refrigerator, micro wave and the two bed lights were unplugged behind the bed. i had to find where the cords led to and plug them in , spray the room and keep the bathroom door closed to control the smell.. i have stayed in these motel several time and recommended it to my friend because it was a nice place and close to everything but now its tuned into the pits

Staff would not clean room accused me of having a dog . I was told I was be charged a deep cleaning fee for my own hair that was on the carpet. I went back to hotel to show them I didn’t have a dog it was my own hair that was on the carpet. After I proved it was my hair then they told me my room was dirty and they were changing my another fee to clean it . I ended up calling the police on these people. Never once did housekeeping come. I cleaned the room myself brought in my own trash bags they literally only had to change the sheets. I will never stay here again even if it was free

Beware of Bed Bugs at This Hotel
My recent stay at this hotel in Orlando was unfortunately ruined by a pretty serious issue: bed bugs in the room. Out of the three of us staying there, I was the only one who ended up with bites, and some even got infected with pus.
I tried to get help from the hotel, but they didn’t respond properly. They even suggested that maybe I brought the bed bugs from somewhere else, and they refused to help us with laundry to handle the issue. I’m considering filing a formal complaint and seeking compensation for the medical care I needed.
In short, be very cautious if you plan to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it until they fix this problem.

They even suggested that maybe I brought the bed bugs from somewhere else, and they refused to help us with laundry to handle the issue. I’m considering filing a formal complaint and seeking compensation for the medical care I needed.
In short, be very cautious if you plan to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it until they fix this problem.

This was our second stay in one week because it is close to the hospital we needed to be seen at. Only gripe? The bedspread was quite soiled and should have been noticed. There is no breakfast. (Burn coffee and 1 cereal bar if you have the time to wait for an employ it to give it to you). No cleaning. You need to take towels to the front desk and they change it there and count them at the desk. Overcharge you after your check out is done. Front desk is close in the evening. Horrible experience!

On a 10 day stay we had to ask for enough towels and washcloths to shower everyday. We had to ask for more soap and toilet paper. Housekeeping came one time the day before we left. Had to ask for more trash bags because our trash cans were full and running over. Breakfast was a joke. Cereal bars, juice, and coffee. I got to have a beautiful view of the back of a building where homeless people slept and used the bathroom. I got charged $35 for a \"stained\" sheet.

The pictures shown are very incorrect. They now only offer coffee, juice and a small nature valley breakfast bar. Extremely disappointed in that area. And Expedia was no help. They only offer one key cash towards a new trip. We had to buy groceries and eat out because the room only has a mini fridge and small microwave. There were food trucks across the street and they were good. Overall it wasn’t horrible but definitely don’t expect an almost 8 star experience. It’s more like 5 stars.

Lobby is outdated, pool is small and in parking lot. Proximity is super close to Disney parks and old town but if you get a room ending in an even number, you’ll be facing the food truck park side, which has loud music playing on weekends. Overall it’s a good place to sleep for the price but I wouldn’t make a “resort” vacation out of it

Not once did housekeeping come in and change sheets or the two towels we were given (for a 2 queen bed room), despite a sticker on their mirror stating they changed sheets/towels every 3 days. We had to take out our own trash more than once and had to ask for more toilet paper. Not a huge deal, but if I wanted to do all that, I would’ve stayed home. Despite having to have a parking pass, there were so many cars parked in the lot for a food truck area and homeless people wandering around and camping around the hotel—didn’t make our family feel very safe. My son got a little bit of dry erase marker on the sheets and we were charged an extra $100 fee. This was on top of the extra fee we were already charged 3/21 even though we didn’t arrive until 3:30am 3/22. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.
