This was our 2nd time staying at Tropical Palms. We really enjoy it there. Check-in was quick and the cottage was clean and well stocked with essentials. The pool is heated so we still got to enjoy it even when the weather was on the cooler side. Everyone was friendly and we had the best neighbor. Thanks D for being so welcoming! We will definately be staying here again in the future.

My pet was welcomed. However when I checked in I was advised that there was a $175 fee for cleaning. It was not noted on the site. This is to be refunded as long as no damage was done by my pet. I am still waiting for the refund. I left the cottage spotless. Also I had a small motorcycle trailer that I could not park at the cottage site. So I was charged a storage fee off $100. Again this was not noted on the reservation site. I would not stay there again because of that. Otherwise, everything was great.

There were two things that were missing in the house. There was NO IRON and there was NO MIRROR. The only mirror was in the bathroom but you can see your face only if you were tall. I only saw my eyebrows. Women like to know how they look so a wall mirror would be very helpful. MIRRORS ARE CHEAP. Pool was great. I enjoyed my stay. I have stayed there before and I would stay there again.

We stayed in the small cottages. They were very clean and super cute. The beds were very comfortable. Our cottage had a small but fully equipped kitchen. The resort has a pool, volleyball court, mini golf... lots to do. The property is a less than 5 minute walk to Old Town/ Fun Spot. The only thing we did not like was we were not able to adjust the thermostat below 70 degrees. And the t.v. in our cottage was pretty small.

I liked that there was 24 hr security. The place was clean. Check in was easy. Location worked for me and price. Overall, nice quiet spot. I'm not a fan of all of the windows though (if someone threw a ball from outside 🙄). I didn't realize that it was in an RV park, but they separate short-term us (3 nights) from longer term. Directions from the gate to the unit would have been VERY helpful, as we were lost twice, but when we returned to the gate, the security guard guided us to the unit.

I have stayed at tropical palms many times from the age of 15 and now i bring my children here. I have always loved staying here in the little cottages. Its quiet and seems like your away from the hustle and bustle, but its only a very short walk to old town to enjoy rides, shopping, dining and more. Tropical palms never disappoints and is an amazing, you wont ever regret staying here!!!

The management at Tropical Palms is terrible! We called before coming to ask about golf cart rental and were told that there were none available, so we brought our own. We were not allowed to park our small trailer, which fit on the concrete in our 2nd parking spot, at our cabin. We had to park it in a different area and were charged $116 to do so. This is an outrageous amount considering that this is practically the cost of renting an entire camp site. We were not aware of this policy. We asked if we could find another way around this issue but were told no and that we had an hour to pay and move our trailer. They lost themselves a customer that they've had for over 20 years.

I stay for 3 nights with my husband and kids and it was perfect, we were able to walk to fun spot and old town Kissimmee. The elite cottage was comfortable and very clean and had everything we needed, the wood deck was perfect and the camping environment was very good for the kids. We'll definitely come back.

Stayed in a cottage. They are really cute. It’s a cottage but you still have decent amount of room. They were clean and provided the basics you’d need. You get a text when you get settled and they respond quickly to any requests you text that you need. Pretty property also. I only have one complaint- there’s only one medicine cabinet sized mirror in the bathroom. No other mirrors in bedroom or anywhere. We had 4 women trying to get ready for graduation at the Gaylord so it was rather tricky. Def need mirror in bedrooms.

I didn't know what to really think at first since I only seen pictures but it impressed us more than I expected. It was super clean, easy check-in, and plenty of room for the entire family. Tropical Palms Resort is a true gem in the Kissimmee area. The resort offers endless activities and amenities. The cottage itself is clean, well kept, and very comfortable. Manuela, the housekeeping supervisor is extremely helpful and accommodating, and makes sure you have everything you need in your room to provide you with the best experience. Love staying here with our dogs whenever we come to Orlando. Spacious and convenient. Feels very private with the cabin all to ourselves. Lovely grounds to walk the dogs. My only complaint is I wish there was a better mirror, full-length or otherwise, the current mirror in the bathroom is very small and high-up. Other than that, the cabin is perfect, lots of room and privacy and the staff is super helpful. Only a ten-minute drive to Disney, just down the street. Highly recommend Tropical Palms for your stay.

Rooms were tiny but it is a like a tiny home so I expected it. I’m 5’0 and my husband is 6’2 we’re on the slimmer side and we slept in the full bed along with our 2yr old and slept fine, bet we would’ve slept better without our 2yr old lol. The beds and pillows were comfy. My mom and 4yr old slept in the room with the bunk beds and my sister slept on the sofa bed. Our 4yr and 2yr old loved the playground and the kiddo pool. Loved that it was pet friendly because we were able to bring our Jack Russle and my moms Maltese. Restaurants and shops super close by. Loved the World Food trucks across the street. Totally would stay here again and look forward to it. Our family had a great time 😊
