The rooms are not well kept. Showers not very clean, linens had hair on them and room smelt. Pool area was dirty due to other guests not respecting the property, but no one goes around to clean it up. Only way up and down is elevator and it takes forever. They started charging for parking which is insane, I got a ticket for not paying but mine was complimentary due to booking prior to the change.

I’ve stayed many times before and it’s always a pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Last time, my only surprise was that parking had to be paid, which I never paid before. Price is not bad but I wasn’t expecting that. Breakfast needs to be updated.

The lobby looked clean and modern, but the stay was a mixed bag.

There was a major hassle at check-in over parking. My listing stated free parking, but they tried to charge me. After I showed an email from their manager via Hotels.com, they gave me a free pass. Yet after checkout, I still found a $0 warning violation on my minivan. The desk wouldn't fix it because managers were in a meeting.

The room was just average. There was a bad odor when we walked in, the bathroom had a broken towel hanger, and every time the toilet flushed it made loud banging noises. The beds were very soft, though. Floor amenities were frustrating: the ice machine and washer on our floor were broken, and the 2nd-floor dryer didn't work. We had to go to the 1st floor for filtered water and haul laundry between floors.

The saving grace was the excellent daily breakfast with fruit, pastries, cereal, and fresh Mickey/Minnie waffles. The eggs and sausage changed daily (sausage swapped between patties and links; eggs were flat, omelets, or scrambled).

The location is perfect. Old Town Kissimmee and a small amusement park are right across the street. It’s super close to Disney and 20 minutes from Universal.

The hotel was just okay, but I won't book here again.

Would definitely stay again. We were able to stay in 1 room as a family of 6. We enjoyed every minute of the short walk to old town/fun spot, the 24 hour pool, breakfast. It was great. 1 thing we did not enjoy was the wait time for the elevator. We took the stairs most of the time as we were only on the 2nd floor.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bed covers had visible stains. We also found both roaches and ants in our room, which made the stay uncomfortable and concerning. Although the staff tried to assist us, the service was not as helpful as expected. We were moved to another room, but the television and microwave were not working there either. Additionally, housekeeping did not clean our room at any point during our stay. The breakfast options were very limited and lacked variety. Overall, the hotel did not meet basic cleanliness and service expectations, and the experience was far below what I anticipated.

Staff was extremely nice and made check in/out easy, our room was clean, grandson loved the waffles, breakfast was hot and fresh, the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Close to anything needed while in town, just minutes from Disney. Yes, you can nitpick or find things to post negative about as with anything you cant please all the people all the time. I will be returning for all of our future Orlando visits. Met a guest in the elevator who has been a returning guest for several years.

Strong mildew smell throughout the 5th floor and inside the room. Found multiple cockroaches during my stay. The experience was bad, that I checked out early and drove home rather than spend another night there. I would not recommend this hotel.

The room smelled moldy and the floor was wet from a leaky refrigerator. When they came and got the refrigerator out, there was black mold all over the carpet. I am glad we only had to stay 1 night. There were exposed pipes in the tub. It was gross.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Loads of space to park your car but it seems that they've now introduced a charge for parking. The other minor issue is that whilst the breakfast is tasty and well organized, it does lack variety and is pretty much the same every day. That aside, a great location for Disney, Kissimmee and the I4 meaning its worth considering.

My family and I stayed there 2 years ago and had an enjoyable time. This time around the room smelled moldy so we got our room switched to the 7th floor and then the elevator stopped working that was a nightmare. Then our tub was clogged and wouldn't drain so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The ac was broken in the lobby so it was broken in the elevator, once they finally got it working. Also, the room wasnt all the way cleaned and we found things that belonged to previous guests. And the faucet in the bathtub was broken. Tried to get my money back but the hotel said non refundable so we stayed even though we didn't want to. I tried to make the best of it but it was one thing after the other. If you want a good hotel stay at the IHG in Kissimee, cheaper, friendly staff and waaay nicer.

My room was pretty clean and I did not see any bugs. My shower was spraying everywhere, water damage was very visible. My key card (like many others) did not work. I went to the desk 3 times to ask for a key that works. After quite sometime, maintenance showed up to let us in our room. The pool area had toys, broken toys, trash... the hot tub kinda worked but definitely watch out for the moving railing upon entering and exiting the hottub. One elevator was broken so we ran the steps most of the time (five floors on the opposite side of the hotel). The breakfast had a few choices, nothing worth eating there for. I have definitely been to worse places. The pool is open 24 hours, that is an area you should expect heavier drinking area at night, cans laying around.... it is a place to sleep and shower and hit the theme parks.

Room was spacious but smelled very very musty. Toilet didn’t flush well. Sink didn’t drain well. Stained carpets. Room was clean enough. Only one of elevator worked so long wait times. We used the stairs a few times (all the way to the 5th floor).
Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Free parking. Didn’t use the pool area but looked nice.
Air conditioning worked well and shower was hot.
Has potential but needs to be updated. If I had to stay more than one night I would’ve asked for a different room.

Free breakfast only included sausage links and egg and cheese omelette. The room was decently clean. But the pool was dirty. There was a piece of poop in the pool. I unfortunately saw it too late but hopped out as soon as I saw it. Would I stay there again probably not but for the price for 3 nights it wasn't terrible. Also because theres a theme park in front of it they charge you parking. Which is crazy because why dont they give you a voucher or something to display on your dash. It is close to the parks but yeah i dont think id stay there again

The hotel halls and carpet seriously need painting and new carpet. It’s so nasty I don’t think shampooing will help. Also I have stayed here a few times over the years. The trash by the elevators needs to be emptied more often. It’s nasty to come out of your room and seeing trash piled up on the trash can due to it being to full.

The rooms were comfortable and quiet however, they were bringing in new mattresses while we checked in, our room was not available until after 7:00 in the evening. They were given my phone number to call to tell us when the room was ready, but we never got a call. I had to call them. The next morning they were working on the mattresses again and had both elevators tied up for up to 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Guests were forced to use the staircase or wait on the workers during these times. The elevators were fairly slow as is, and quickly became backed up most of the day. Front desk people tried to be fairly friendly but has to be the worst managed hotel/motel I have ever stayed at.

On the app it says free parking. I had to pay parking it was $12 with the tax and fees per night. Not bad but it it say free parking I was expecting free parking.

We have stayed here for eight consecutive years same time frame for an event we attend in Florida. This last time the breakfast was eh, the rooms were ok but needs more updating and had to purchase a bed topper to sleep comfortably because the beds were hard. The day we left we noticed a huge mattress truck so we just missed the new beds lol. O well if we go to this event again we will probably stay here again as it looks like they are finally updating and the location is great!

I’m a runner and I called ahead to see if they had a treadmill, and the desk personnel asked me what a treadmill was. I explained what it was and was told “I believe so.” Go check or ask someone maybe? She was clearly doing her most that day.

Just FYI - they had 2, and one didn’t go over 1mph and the other was horribly calibrated.

Our room was supposed to have two queen beds and a pull out. The pull out was broken and unusable so I had to sleep with my preteen who is all legs and arms. We were told we could have someone look at it but we were not offered a different room or a discount for the trouble.

Staff is bilingual so that’s a plus for many. Pool signs indicated it was heated and 24hr use, although I didn’t get to try it during our stay.

Breakfast was great- the kids loved the fresh Belgian waffles and they had a few healthier choices as well. Plenty of seating in the dining area.

For anyone familiar with Orlando, proximity to Epcot and Hollywood studios is great but you are right behind Old Town so the atmosphere is… lacking, but the price point hit the spot.

Sad to say but with the poor customer service, I don’t think I will be back soon.

Room smelt awful and like feet but it overall seemed clean. Bed was comfy. Room service came and removed our trash and towels but never brought new towels so we had to ask he front desk for towels every time they came. The shower curtain didn't work and spit water everywhere. The trash receptacles were often overflowing. The breakfast was pretty good and typical of an average continental breakfast. The washer on our floor didn't work and the dryer on lower floors ate our clothes and left black marks on some and left others in an unsalvageable state. Furthermore I could not find more information for the Disney shuttle outside of the website stating there was one, so we ended up driving and parking every day.
