I was only there for a brief visit, but the staff and facilities were great. I wish I could have stayed longer, enjoyed the pools and so forth, but my room was very comfortable and accommodating and the staff who assisted with check in, check out and other transactions were friendly and helpful. A good stay altogether.

Let me preface this with that we stayed at this property before and it was beautiful and it was fantastic. We decided to stay here again and this is our new experience. We checked in at 5:43. They are a timeshare and want to supplementally sell you something which makes check in long. We finally finished at 6:42 almost an hour later. We were hungry so we went to eat without going to our condo. We got back to the condo and walked in. Kitchen was not cleaned, things in the sink and garbage can in the middle of the floor. Bathroom had towels all over and on the floor and urine in the commode. Garbage was not emptied. Bedroom was lived in and messy as well. Front room and dining area was fine but then we discovered the investigation of some type of bug. The conclusion once the worker finally arrived was that it was a colony of approximately 50 lady bugs. I didn't care what kind of bug it was, I wasn't living with it for two days. The excuse used in several sentences was that they were overbooked and this building shouldn't have been rented but while I was checking in I overheard another client with the same situation. Took them an hour to figure out where to put us and by then it was 11 pm. Ps... We were responsible for moving our own things 4 buildings over. No pool in our building and a fun lit parking lot. Had to fight for a late check out and knocking at the door at 730 am on check out day. It was a less than relaxing weekend away. We won't stay again. So many other choices

We had a great stay at Vacation Village on Parkway in Orlando. The location is excellent—very close to Disney and many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a full kitchen and plenty of space for our family to relax after a long day at the parks.
The resort grounds were clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, and the amenities like the pools and hot tubs were a nice bonus.
Overall, it’s a very good place to stay if you’re visiting the Orlando theme parks. Good value for the space you get, and convenient for families.

The stay was great except that our room was not ready until 5pm. We checked in at 4pm and went to our room only to find out that it was not ready. We did call the office and was told that we could could come back to the office to see if there was another room available. We did not want to go back down the elevator, load all of our stuff back into the car and then drive to the office, so we waited. I did ask for a call from the manager, but it never happened.

The check-in process was ridiculous. It was like being in line at the airport.The entire building had a strange odor. The sofa in my suite was dirty and had cup stains on the armrest. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that you have to flush 2 to 3 times.

When I arrived I was told my suite was a one bedroom with no jacuzzi. And the only 3 bedrooms they offer have no firework view and are very old and smelled like smoke.

Check in was a bit rough, we got there late and there was no bedding for the pull out bed for the kids, it took over 20 mins for the front desk to answer, we did finally get bedding about an hour after we got to our room between waiting for someone to answer and it showing up. Our kids were tired and cranky waiting on bedding, which just didn’t start the trip the best. The parking lots are always very full so sometimes you have to walk a building or two over to get to your room. Not the hotels fault but people run down when the pool opens at 8 and put towels on all the chairs so good luck finding a place to sit at the pool by like 10 am! Otherwise it’s clean and decently updated, definitely not as secure as others I’ve stayed at but I’d probably stay there again for that price.

Once we got in, our two-bedroom condo had a heavy smell of marijuana in one of the rooms. When I alerted the front desk, the only solution offered was to spray air freshener. I declined this as I didn't want my children inhaling more fumes/chemicals, and since no other rooms were available, our entire family had to cram into one bedroom for the first night just to avoid the smell.

The Pool: The pool closest to our building (with the kids' play area) was impossible to use. Every single chair was claimed by towels very early in the morning, and it remained overcrowded throughout the day. Our kids never even got a chance to use it.

The building we stayed at was extremely outdated and the air in the room was not working/cooling it was a dreadful night of sleeping mixed with a strong old odor from the hotel room. Purchased two bedroom A/C and they attempted to place us (party of 6) in two separate rooms vs the one room separated by the common entry way. Was not acceptable for teens and children. Was given a A/C room but paid for fireworks view and didn’t get that. Overall, not a great way to start vacation and they had little to no compassion for giving away our original room. I was told several time that because we “booked through a third party” which was Hotels.com that I would have to reach out to them for information and there was nothing they could go.

Our room was clean , staff delivered items requested quickly ( toaster , frying pan). Staff was always pleasant and friendly, although several staff spoke almost no English. We liked the pools and snack stand. My one negative comment is the possessive attitude towards the chaise lounges by the older people who rush in at 8am and claim them for the day by their towels and bags. In 12 days, a chaise was not available during the afternoon.

The check-in process was very long. At 11PM, there was a line out the door, with an approximate wait time of 1 hour to check in. At checkout, we did the app checkout multiple times and got no confirmation that it went through. We messaged the hotel via their chat for a confirmation and got no response. We called ahead to ask if our room had a frying pan so we would not need to bring one, but when we arrived, we did not have one and had to go out and purchase one. Also, it is worth noting that the customer service agent and check-in agent lacked soft skills, and the interactions felt rushed.

The place was amazing! The pool was right downstairs, and very quiet. The coffee stationwas first-class. Cooking meals in our own suite was great. Staff was among the best we've ever had anywhere, and we travel routinely. And we were 5-10 minutes from our main Disney destination each day. When we come back with a team or even for a camp, this is the place I think we'll pick each time!

This is an OK place. the aptos are decente size and the beds were clean. the floors are cleaned in a way that is sticky if you are barefoot and the old dirt will stick to you foot.

Our stay was fine. The only problem was one of our rooms was not ready when we got there. Not only was it not ready, I had to go back to the desk 3 times plus 2 phone calls to see what the delay was. Our other room was right next door so we knew nobody was in there cleaning it. Someone finaly went in and cleaned it, a supervisor apparently because all of the cleaning staff were gone for the day. I got the keys from security around midnight. 8 hours after checking in. Besides that, everything was great. Rooms were huge and the location was perfect.

The check in line was long and slow. For some weird reason, before they could give us the keys, they had to go check with the manager for the manager to assign the room. this was happening with everyone checking in, not only us.

Check in took WELL over an hour. The counter for check in had atleast 10 computers and multiple employees behind the counter. But only people were checking folks in. The rest were just hanging around. When we got to the room there were Doritos and cereal under the couch. We opened the sofa bed to use it and there was earrings in the bed. Also, had long strands of hair coming from the air vents. The elevators were out of order so we had to take the elevator at the other end of the building. There was no upgrade (like I was supposed to get for booking through Expedia.) I wouldn't recommend.

Check in took an hour and a half. No compensation offered and front desk was not pleasant. Rooms were well appointed and clean. They did not provide any cleaning or towel replacement for entire duration of our stay but we had to pay $25 resort fee per day. Location is ideal if you are going to Disney. The price was very reasonable but they tried to give us a spiel about a time share. No creamer for coffee in morning. Towel service at pool was good but not enough pool loungers. I don’t think we would come back to this resort as there are many others that are better.

Smelly piles of garbage outside our door when we arrived, was there for hours. Air conditioning stopped working. Locks changed multiple times during our stay requiring multiple keys remade. Rude front desk service. Overall very dirty.
