The night we arrived, we were extremely disappointed. The room was terrible but the following day Veronica C reached out to us to see how our stay was. We expressed our disappointment and she was kind enough to change our room to a cleaner and more updated room. I have to express our gratitude to Veronica C and Veronica L for making that second night a much more pleasant experience. Those ladies did all they could to make up for that unpleasant first night. They are extremely good for customer service and we want to say a big thank you to both of them. I cannot comment on the amenities because we did not use any of them. We are hoping that in the near future, all the rooms and bedrooms will be as updated as the one we were moved to.

This hotel feels like it was in its hey day in the 1990s and has never received an upgrade. Room was clean, pool looked nice enough but I didn’t use it. Wouldn’t not be my first choice to book again but it served its purpose.

Carpet in the rooms are absolutely gross. The room smelled like weed. Super outdated furniture. Bed had a terrible hole and the bathroom had seen better cleaning days. I’m definitely taking holiday inn off my list of hotels.

Room not thoroughly cleaned, there were still items in the room from the previous person who stayed in that room, unsanitary!!. Staff did not consider our requests submitted during booking. The wresting meet made a very unpleasent and stressful atmostphere. The patio smelled like we were near the hotel dumpster. I was not made aware house cleaning would be in pir room.while we were away, i did not appreciate that. Room service did not replenish coffee pods, the only thing i would have desired from room service.

The housekeeping service was a real shortcoming. Twice in a four day period my room was not cleaned. Had to call to get it done. The weekend parking situation is atrocious! Of primary concern is woefully inadequate handicapped spaces.

I booked this room and Expedia said that it was an all in price nothing hidden. When I got there, I was charged $25 for amenity fees. Expedia advertised that it had a pool a sauna a workout room and many other things. They said it was an all in price. Why was I charged $25 for amenities?

The Expedia search filter asking for properties with a pool and hot tub brought me to this hotel. After getting in our swimsuits and searching for the pool we were informed there is no pool or hot tub on this property only a jacuzzi tub in one of the suites you can reserve

Upon arrival, I was taken back to a 45 minute wait. On top of that they charged me a $29 fee, when I asked what it was for they told me “parking”. It states parking is free on hotels.com website and the nerve to add that charge after nearly an hour wait is unacceptable.

I finally checked in and got to the second building an hour after arriving. The elevators were not working, thankfully I was on the second floor and close to the stairs. Once in the room, the tv had no signal and all I could hear were dogs barking.
Tif I could give this dump zero stars , I would!

The rooms were small, and the hallways were dark and musty. Unfortunately there was a lack of parking and on the first night stay there was banging in the hallway and someone knocked on the door and tried to enter my room. Security was called and the guest next to my room heard all the noise as well. There were concerns to the safety as I noted 4 Deputies in the hotel the same evening. Security never followed up with the incident which occurred.

The staff at the hotel were wonderful but that is just about the only thing that was. The room was very dated and seemed quite dingy. The bed was overly soft and the sheets were a very scratchy, uncomfortable, synthetic material. There were homeless people sleeping just out in front of the hotel during multiple days of our stay. I have stayed at many IHG properties and this was by far the worst I have stayed at. That said I cannot reiterate enough just how lovely the staff at the hotel were the property just needs a massive update.

The breakfast was wonderful. We were here for 7 nights. The staff was always friendly. The pool was very nice. The only complaint I have is that I thought I had a great price through Expeduam however at check in they added a $28/day resort fee. This was not a nice, unexpected cost.

We'd stay here again if we visit this area again

You shouldn’t offer this Holiday Inn Celebration Kissimmee hotel to your customers. They rip your customers off by “service fees” and you I wrote you about it. You didn’t do anything. Basically you helped them. I will ask attorney general for better business bureau. Bad for tourism.

The staff was nice and the location was convenient. There were small little ants/bugs on the bathroom counter randomly. I would kill a few and then would find more. It’s very outdated and not deep cleaned. The sheets were cleaned, but I felt like the carpets were not and the counters and tables were not scrubbed. I brought my own Lysol and wipes.The beds were comfortable though, and it was nice to have a balcony.

The hotel was okay, its a little outdated. The food was pretty decent, really close to Disney.
Now I did have a frustrated situation with my booking, between Expedia and the hotel. I ended paying almost an extra $150 for 2 rooms. I try to change my reservation and when I try to reinstate it, they wouldn’t do it even though it was in a matter of minutes. So, I had to rebook one of the rooms. Now they won’t give us a partial credit. Expedia puts on the hotel and the hotel manager puts it on Expedia. I been a loyal Expedia customer for years but after this experience, I’ll be booking directly with hotels to avoid this miss communication.

The staff was kind, the rooms were clean and the location was awesome! The rooms could use some updating and the curtains didn’t actually close (just a sheer). There was a huge light outside of our room so that was quite annoying. Bring a blackout shade if you prefer to sleep in the dark.
