They did not return our ice blue boxes for insulin diabetes when we put them on freeze refrigerator but we forget to take them out before we checked out. I called office and they said no and sorry ! It was very rude !! We see welfare people stay rooms except only one rent a room ! Pool and hot tub is dirty !! Maids don’t come to our room for cleaning ! We saw few roaches on floor and wall .

Very nice room and a quiet environment for a stay near the parks in Orlando. Many restaurants nearby. Only glitch was no waste basket of any kind in the room. Not a big glitch, however.

I booked my stay at Stayable Kissimmee West from August 14 to September 11 for a double bed. Not long after checking in, I noticed my bed was unusually damp. To resolve this issue I slept in the bed farther from the air conditioner.
On September 6, I spoke with a front desk staff member, Fernando, about getting a new room with a kitchen for my next stay. He told me I should hurry and book right away because rooms were running out. I explained that my air conditioner wasn’t working properly, and he said he would send someone up—but no one ever came. Instead, he discouraged me from booking through Expedia, claiming it would be more expensive, and pushed me toward another site that required a $500 deposit. He even gave me a tour of a kitchen room. After researching, I declined his offer and decided to extend my stay through Expedia instead (September 12–October 9). I told him I could not commit to six months since I was planning to buy a home soon and did not want a credit check. He then told me to note in my Expedia booking that I wanted room 244 and to follow up with his manager.

The following week, I spoke with his manager. She told me I could not book the way Fernando suggested. I also reminded her about the AC issue. She promised to bring a dehumidifier and have someone fix it. Despite multiple service requests, both directly and through Expedia, nothing was ever done. The bedding had MOLD!

We got there at 1PM, expecting to have an early checkin. Unfortunately, the lady in the front desk told us the internet was down and she couldn’t do a full checkin. She gave us room 209 which at first was fine, shortly after seeing the room we left to have lunch. We come back around 4pm, the staff turned on the AC Unit and it smelled like mold in the room. We asked for s different room, that room had roaches. At that point we gave up, the lady at the front desk during the night shift was rude and seemed annoyed by us asking questions. At the end we were never given a room key due to them not having internet. They couldn’t do a full checkin but still managed to charge me the room fee and the deposit fee. I wasn’t given a receipt either. I will never stay here.

Couldn't use Pool as it was green and finally a closed sign placed on gate day we were leaving (we stayed a week), top of door to room was bent inwards and had to fight with keypad every time. Asked for toilet paper and was told had to wait until next day, and they never sent any. We had bought our own after that. We were told to check out room for our approval before finishing registering in. So we checked. I took pictures of the door, the tub where the seam is coming away from the wall, how the bathrm floorboard wasn't quite right, scratches on table, under sink area a bit worn, cracked window pane, holes in bathrm door from poss a prior hook latch removed. When we went to the desk to show what we saw so as to not be held responsible for the prior damages, we were told that they knew about those issues ( except the doors, and loose toilet seat). The room was large, we liked the large sink, could do dishes, good size fridge. Husband had tightened the toilet seat as no one came by to address. Did have flushing issues 2 days later, the repairman did come the following day to get the water tank to hold water again. Lost Internet service.
How this place can run on such minimal staff we don't know. We saw a total of 4 persons the whole week. 2 at desk upon registering in, the maintenance guy, and 1 on day we were leaving. Had reviewed info provided on Web site prior and this place has a high rating. That's why we chose this place. Overall disappointed, and will not return.

While are stay, there were swastikas on the floor near the ice machine. And a lot of uncomfortable situations surrounding that. Staff passed by there daily an no one erased it. Made me as a Hispanic feel uncomfortable and unsafe for me and my family

The property it's okay. They do need more front desk staff so that they don't have to keep closing the front desk every time they have to go inspect a room. Jason was amazing, super helpful. They do need to invest in new mattresses and pillows , the mattress have holes because they're so old and the pillows are so skinny and uncomfortable.

This is the best hotel for our family. We love staying here for its convenient location, its affordability and its spacious clean rooms. We love the size of the fridge which for our family is a big need. We have never had an issue here and can’t wait to return.

I have been coming here for three years. Hotel has changed staff and management. Front desk woman is rude. Refuses to let anyone leave luggage in the lobby despite also refusing to allow for early check-in. In her own words, ‘those guests are not my priority’. So when you arrive at 8am, unlike every other time I have stayed here, you are now told you have to carry your luggage around until 4pm.

Hotel is filled with guests who smoke weed, throw parties, and have drug deals in the back parking lot. When I first attempted to check in, I was told she would hold my license in the lobby until I walked across the property, up the stairs, and ‘looked’ at my room, then left a yelp review. The room I was given had a broken handle on the inside that would not lock. The inside handle was not even attached correctly and was missing screws. When I told the woman at the front desk I needed a different room, she asked me what I had done to break her door because ‘it was fine earlier and she was just in there’. They then kept my deposit because of the broken handle, which was already broken when I arrived.

$10 for a second roll of toilet paper, guests that blare loud music all night, and a lobby that is locked even during hours the door sign says it should be opened. The pool is filthy, the hot tub is covered with sheets of ply wood, and the shower curtains had mold on them. There was one single bedside lamp in the room and no other source of light except for the overhead in the bathroom

I liked that they were quick to fix a stopped up shower (that I hadn't even used yet), once they responded to a text I had to send because no one is in the front office.
Lied about hot tub working. Also, I liked that it smelled like bleach when we got in the room, it smelled clean and after a while you would think it would dissipate but, it got worse it was like the bleach was poured inside the a/c unit (made it hard to breathe, eyes watered, and made us sick). When I went to check out at 1050am, still no one was in the front office.

First look it looks like a nice place but once we got there and went to check our room that was not the case. First, the door seemed like it was broken. We had issues getting in with the card, and the bottom of the door could be pushed open a few inches when the door was closed so bugs were getting in. The deadbolt on the inside wouldn't lock so there was no way to lock the door from the inside. There's a kitchen in the room that joins to the room next to you but there is no way to lock the door from your side, which didn't make me feel very safe. Needless to say, I did not feel safe or clean there and we left. The front desk wasn't too helpful on cancelling my room and was still billed for the entire stay which we did not even stay longer than 10 minutes.

I did not feel safe in this place, had to scramble to find a Hotel to stay over a very busy weekend in Orlando. The place is dirty, there were trash bags on the hallways, people smoking ( not cigarettes), gathered around the room door.
The rooms look nice in the pictures but the location is horrible. Lost all my money since to refunds were not issued.

Don’t let half of the nice reviews fool you . This place is AWfUL. After having a long drive I get to my room and the beds have no sheets or covers. I had to leave for another 1 hour and half for the front desk to rearrange something so then she gets me a new room on bottom floor which was better for me. The new room smelled awful like mold , and NONE of the ice machines at the property work , the beds stink, and I felt so unsafe with what was going on outside. I was supposed to be here for two nights but The next morning I couldn’t take it and felt unsafe for me and my dog so I immediately left and checked in at a different hotel. The front desk also is never at the desk. They close the doors and put signs saying they will be back in 30 but never come back. Still waiting on my deposit back and hopefully a one night stay refund which I doubt.

The rooms are just as the pictures show. Really nice for the price you’re paying, and was really clean, except for in the bathroom where there was some rust on the shower curtain rod. Located in a convenient area, but felt just a little unsafe with the surrounding occupants. Would stay here again, just never by myself.

In order to get any assistance before 9 AM you needed to text the property and wait for them to answer. I requested additional towels because they only gave us two towels for three people and they never and I was there for four days the room on the surface clean but under the bed and in the bathtub was just totally disgusting.

There is a Mexican motorcycle gangs that stays there blaring their music at all times during the night and we had to park at the restaurant next door and walk a long ways to our hotel room to find people loitering around outside it. The rooms are cute and very clean - the outside common areas could use more consistent cleaning but the courtyard was beautiful and well kept.

This hotel was great. Our room was clean and had so much space. I was pleasantly surprised that the room actually matched the pictures, it’s so hard to find this. Only complaint we had is that the door was a little warped, so the bottom of the door could be pushed in a bit. Overall it was a good place to stay and we will be back.

The laundry room onsite was consistently in use with people not getting their laundry for hours. Literally hours. The stay was overall good in every other area. This is a great, affordable place to stay. 15 minutes from Disney parks and there a bunch of food trucks right next door. The staff were amazing and took great care of us! So glad I found this little gem.
