We had a lovely 2 bedroom-2 bathroom condo townhouse. It was clean, spacious and a nice screened in lanai. There was a clubhouse with a pool and fitness centre.

Staff was courteous. Pool areas were great for families. Dryer didn’t work and even after contacting the front desk 3 times there was no resolution. Room needed additional utensils and amenities. Room needed a thorough cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay. This resort has many fun activities for families- miniature golf, tennis, arcade, ping pong, and a lazy river to name a few. My only complaints are that the kitchen was sparsely stocked. It lacked some basic things like oven mitts, for example, which made cooking difficult. Also, the water slide was closed the week we were there. Considering that we went over President’s Day, a popular vacation week, this was poor timing. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Although the place looks dated, it was spacious and clean. We had a townhouse with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a full kitchen. I really liked that there was laundry that I can do before leaving. The waterpark was walking distance and was not too crowded. The slides were closed for maintenance. They had a bunch of other activities for kids and adults like mini golf, rock climbing and batting cage. It was good value for our 3 night stay

On the night I arrived, there was a dead cat in the hedge that was only discovered and removed later the next day. I requested a blender on day one of my stay and only received it, after several visits to front desk, on day 3. Additionally, the room smelled dusty when we arrived and the carpet was soiled upstairs. It was just barely bearable all trip.

Do not stay at this property in January if you want to use the main pool with the lazy river and slides. They close for annual maintenance. We were not aware and very disappointed. Hotels.com claims it was posted. It is now, but it was not when we booked. It's a hefty resort fee when the main attraction is closed. The resort itself is decent. It's not well lit and it can be scary walking around in the dark. There were lights everywhere, they just were not on. The room appeared clean except for the floors. Within a minute of walking around our socks were black. I can't imagine how long it was since they were properly cleaned. We had to buy cleaning supplies and clean ourselves. Finally, you may not be able to adjust the temperature without the front desk. Ours required a special code. Seems ridiculous.

First off, I had a problem with the slides being closed and not being made aware. You guys helped me with that. The stay itself was very unpleasant. I was constantly stuffed up and unable to breathe in the room. Had a bit of a moldy smell but I don’t think much of it. One evening I was sitting on the couch and my daughter was upstairs and took a shower. Suddenly water started pouring on me. There is a leak in the shower. Not a fun way to spend my vacation. Won’t stay here again.

This place was fairly low cost. It was relatively clean, quiet enough (just some issues with traffic outside our room), and met our needs. However there were some issues: the thermostat cannot be switched between heating/cooling by the occupant (you have to call the front desk), our in-room phone didn't work, and when we requested an item from the front desk it was never delivered. However for our purposes of having a clean, safe, relatively comfortable place to stay near the theme parks, it worked out.

Although the resort was a litte dated, i did manage to enjoy myself with my family. Just a geads up! Things such as can openers, limited cutlery and dishes are only available upon demand. Our unit's washer and dryer was quite old and the upstairs main bathrooms shower head was leaky and sprayed water everywhere.

While the hotel was generally comfortable, our experience was significantly impacted by two major issues that affected our stay.

First, the hotel advertises a complimentary shuttle service to Seaworld. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed us that this service had been cancelled a week prior. We received no notification about this change at any point before our arrival. As we had already pre-booked our Seaworld tickets and our itinerary was tightly scheduled with no flexibility, we were forced to spend over $100 on additional transportation over two days to get there. This was both an unexpected expense and an inconvenience that disrupted our plans.

Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which severely disrupted our sleep, especially for the elderly members of our family. The constant noise made it difficult to rest properly.

While the hotel may have other positive qualities, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and convenience during our trip.

Was very disappointed this time around. My family has been here around 6-7 times and this was the worst time.

It's a watermark and they shut the slides of and splash pads for 2 days and also opened late and closed earlier on both. To top it off we can even go down the slide with any jewelry including earring studs. Walk up 100 flights of stairs to be turned away. Was so bad it made my kids cry.

Pool was very cold and on top they have like 1000 rules. I remember going there at the beginning it was fun and the kids loved it. Now, not so much.

We like the park but it's gotten some worse that we are thinking of finally making a change to another hotel/waterpark

I did not like that you have to pay to participate in the activities for the resort and yet there is a resort fee which should include the activities. There was also an infestation of ants in the room and in the cabinets which was not pleasant.

Cleanliness was tough we were there for 11nights 12 days and we got new towels on the last day. The railing broke. The pillows were tiny pillows that’s all I could think to say they’re like airline pillows lol. They didn’t give us a vacuum or mop to clean in 12 days are feet were black. So much positive just the villa could’ve been better. Like 2 knives 4 forks 4 spoons no dish detergents nothing to clean with basically.
All in all I was pleased but felt I should write this review for others to know what they might be up against

The entire townhouse was filthy from the entry way covered in trash to the back porch covered in dirt, and everything in between. The floors were so dirty that we couldn’t even take to steps out of the shower without the bottoms of our feet being black. There was long black hair all over the condo and stuck to the foot of both showers. The fridge and freezer door had some kind of sauce stuck to it. The ice cube trays also had some sort of sauce all over them. The dining room table and coffee table also had a similar substance on the top. The couch and chair were so gross that we sat on our pool towels. The beds were so hard that it felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. The condo was townhouse style with both bedrooms and main bathroom being upstairs which was not advertised and most definitely not preferred but that was the least of the issues. The pool was clean but extremely cold as well as the lazy river. They had great activities and games for the kids and all the staff was wonderful but unfortunately that was our first and last time there.

We’re like family here at Fantasy World Resort! This was our second visit, and we’re just as happy as the first time. The staff is exceptional — special thanks to Mark and Jose for their amazing service! Our doggie even received a Christmas-themed gift box, which was such a sweet touch. 🐶🎄

The area is super convenient — close to restaurants, quick service spots, and great dining options. Plus, it’s top-notch when it comes to location — only about 10 minutes from the Disney parks! They even offer shuttles to the parks, which makes it even more convenient for families.

If we could wish for one thing, it would be for the pet fee to be a little lower, but overall, Fantasy World Resort will always be our go-to place for our Orlando trips. Highly recommend!

Lots of amenities. Water slides, lazy River, and massive pool with a bar and food service just 20’ ft. away. Basketball court was a small half court and the tennis net sags quite a bit.
Friendly staff. Good side jacuzzi. Coffee and smoothy bar, as well as an arcade and gym. Lots to do at the resort and close to many restaurant options.

This place is definitely worth it and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I primarily would like to thank the young lady who checked us in because she was amazing. She moved our room closer to the waterpark just so that I didn't have to walk across with my grandbabies. The room, which is essentially a full condo, was big enough to fit six of us, and I love that it has a full kitchen and more. I do recommend this resort and will definitely be revisiting soon. My only question is why say the pools are heated when they are not. My grandbabies didn’t enjoy the pool or lazy river because it was very cold.

First I'll say I've stayed at Fantasy World a couple times in the past. It's been 5 years since We've been back and we always enjoyed our previous stays, so decided to go again. They have remodeled the lobby and it looks incredible!! Once into our townhouse, I quickly noticed the floors hadn't been swept or mopped. The beds were clean, so that was nice. Once I took a shower upstairs, while showering the drain wasn't draining. Gross. So for the next 7 days I had to shower in the small stand up shower downstairs, little annoying! The dryer kept shutting down, also annoying! Blood on the wall in downstairs bathroom. An let's not forget the bugs! Little bugs all over the counter, everywhere. And a roach running wild through the downstairs. Also I remember the pool being warmer, they didn't have the pool heater on, therefore I didn't get to go swimming one time on my F**king vacation. Needless to say we will NOT be staying with them ever again!!

The price was good and the amenities were amazing but the staff was terrible the harass the guest the whole time about wearing the wrist band which you cannot take off. They were kicking kick out the pool for jumping in and having no parents around. I actually felt bad because these were older kids just swimming and got kicked out. They maybe asked the same people 100x to see wristbands. They made u stay in the tube in the lazy river. You couldn’t bring your own floats. I mean the list goes on straight harassment you can’t even relax.
