Loved the lady at the desk. Room had been renovated nicely; looked great but floor needed to be touched up. She appreciated me telling her. Towels and bedding were top notch. Bed slept like royalty. Breakfast was rocking. Good food and buzzing with families. Wife noticed too how many families were around so late on a Saturday night when we arrived after Disney, not very far away. All in all, a blessing for the price.

Never chooose this hotel and not really worth paying to this hotel.
The moment we entered to this hotel, very tidy smell and bad service.
I asked for an extra bedsheet, they responded - no house keeping at 8 PM and informed that they give in the morning.What I need to do bedhseet during morning hours? Bathroom unit is very very small, adults cannot bath properly.
Breafkast if open but they dont reload completeones after 9.30PM but breakfast window is 7AM - 10AM.

Staff was not courteous check-in was a little late 10:30 PM Ish. I’ve stated this hotel before but this time it was a lot worse. The key card she gave us wouldn’t open the door. Had to run back to the office and get new key cards made they did didn’t work had to go back a second time then she came the lady who is not very nice and had to body throttle the door to make it open and then complain that we really need to learn how to turn the knob properly. I’m not sure if she was even staff or kitchen help the way she was dressed was no indication that she even worked there and she seemed to be the only one around.

First we got the wrong room, a king not two doubles. The room we got was pretty rundown and the deadbolt was broken and hanging. No one checks breakfast wristbands, so a lot of randoms walking in to clean to clean out the buffet. Also a lot of shady characters hanging out.

Room was gross/dirty. Hair on/in the shampoo bottle lid. Wall plug ins didn’t work in the bathroom. Had to blow dry and straighten my hair by the front door. Could only view the tv from on bed. Breakfast wasn’t good and they seemed to have a hard time keeping it stocked. The waffle maker didn’t cook all the way through. Even tried to keep it cooking longer and it was still raw on the inside.

Everything is what I have come to expect which is why I continue to come back here. Having said that, there are some things that could use some attention. Furniture structures and doors need some replacing, the base areas are damaged and warped; and the floor boards are cracked. I know the property was purchased by a new parent company and I’m sure these things will be fixed in time. Regardless, I will continue to come back because the price is great, the location is perfect, and the rooms suit me needs.

Tv was static and barely visible. Room condition was clean however the light at the sink was only half lit with one of the bulbs out. The door was not properly adjusted so it scrapped against the frame every time we went to use it. Plenty of space for a long stay, stayed for 6 days and plenty of space for unpacking. Nice area and decent distance from the theme parks.

Hope you could read all points. 1)this motel is dishonest and greedy. The overall price already includes all the fee and taxes when reserving online (I have screenshot). But when checked in, they overcharged me resort fees per night while it is double confirmed with hotels.com this fee was already included in the original price with fees amount provided by this motel 2) The breakfast is horrible. They rarely refill, especially fruit. Basically only weekend they provided fruit with bad quality and extreme little quantity. 3) the water pressure is extremely low on the faucet of the basin. 4) the water temperature was low too. you have to push all way down to the \"hotest\" and you get little bit warmer water to get the shower done. 5) they don't clean the bathtub, they changed the bedsheet, and we found the sheet is dirty.6) they don't provide paper cup for coffee and they only provide small foam cup which easy to break and they refuse to provide the cover and holder.7) they don't have any drinkable water and they locked the only water machine after breakfast. They just want to sale you the bottle water 8)their real name is \"Developer INN\". they got the license from Baymont by Wyndham so the name misled everyone. Definitely they are far away from the same level of quality and management as the real Baymont by Wyndham should be. 9)the airconditioner and bathroom fans are running like two tanks. They reminds you every second that you are sleeping in a horrible motel and regret !

The room was not very clean, the bathtub wouldn’t drain and left sediment in the tub. The water was brown and we refused to use it to brush our teeth. The sink took a long time to drain as well. The A/C made a loud banging sound when it kicked on, like rocks being tumbled in a dryer! The tv didn’t work properly. It would come on but every station had lines through it. The breakfast was lacking. There were a few options but it was dirty and guarded by a woman staring at everyone. It was very uncomfortable. The beds were AMAZINGLY comfortable.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. The staff are extremely rude and completely unhelpful from the moment you walk in. The pictures online show “remodeled” rooms and bathrooms, but that’s absolutely false advertising. The room I was given looked straight out of the 70s. The door didn’t even close all the way, and the humidity inside was so bad that I literally woke up damp.

The hot water didn’t work at all. Maintenance came in to “fix” it, but all he did was take the water from cold to barely lukewarm and then he didn’t even put the shower handle back on correctly, so it fell off. Don’t expect a hot shower here. The TV looked like something from the early 80s with a blurry picture that made it pointless to even turn on.

On top of all that, they charged an extra $75 on top of the advertised rate and refused to honor the Expedia price I booked under. The pillows felt like sheets of paper, and the blanket may as well have been 1-ply toilet paper.

This place is a polished turd, and honestly, that’s being generous. Save yourself the frustration and stay far, far away from this hotel.

The room had a very strong musty smell, and the bedding also smelled very bad.
We asked the front desk to change room, and were informed that all the rooms would have the same smell.
I had to look for another hotel even without being sure that my reservation had been cancelled.
I contacted Expedia regarding the cancellation and the hotel authorized the cancellation in full, but Expedia only refunded a part of the total amount paid.

We chose this hotel because it said that there was a shuttle to the theme parks. We called to see what the shuttle schedule is and the person who answered the phone said the shuttle runs every hour. When we arrived we found out that the shuttle that is advertised arrives and departs from a completely different hotel. It only departs once in the morning and once in the evening.
The area surrounding the hotel is not good or well lit. I have 2 kids and i did not feel safe walking with them from the parking lot to the room. There are homeless people wandering about the property in the courtyard and in the parking lot.
When we got to the room we found that the tv didn't work and nobody from the hotel answered the phone despite calling 6 times from the phone in the room.
The noise from the surrounding rooms was very loud. You could hear the conversations, coughs, and footsteps of guests in other rooms. It was very annoying since some of the other guests were being quite loud and there was no way to alert the front desk by phone.
Overall is was a very unpleasant stay

We booked two rooms for five people and they put us in separate buildings, then lied about being sold out while an empty room sat next to ours. Breakfast was small, crowded, and terrible. I stayed at this budget hotel during a business stay up in Orlando. The property as an old style two story motel with outdoor hallways. The blinds on the unit do not close all the way, not providing proper privacy in my opinion. When I woke up in the morning, where a cockroach ran under the bed. To their credit, they did remodel the unit so they look a little bit more modern. It did have a microwave and a small refrigerator, which was ice cold. Always a plus in Florida.

The other thing that was funny was the shower knobs on the shower were mismatched. The showerhead was one of those large ones with very little water pressure.

Clearly this is run as a budget hotel and I get what I pay for. What's gonna have breakfast but there are too many people downstairs and limited choice. Wyndham brand hotels do not measure up to other brands.

I got a king size bed for myself and my daughter since she sleeps with me. First night my stuff became infested with ants and the tv wasn’t working. The next morning they moved me to a room with queen sized beds. I left my charger in the first room and when I went back the housekeeper said it wasn’t there although it was just 5 mins before. I was uncomfortable sleeping the next night the whole reason I booked a king size. I told them I was unhappy and they only refunded me $30. That’s pretty much the cost of my charger. The food was also cold and gross. The refrigerator for breakfast holding the butter and milk was not cold. Overall experience never again

First room that we were put in did not work. Front desk had to slam his body into the door just for it to open. Thank you to the front desk person for giving us another room. He was super kind and was willing to work with us. He is the reason why I gave this hotel more stars than I should. I paid close to $200 for this hotel when the door to the first room didn’t work, and the door to the second room didn’t work until I had to slam my body into the room. Not only that, the shower missing its draining plug, walls with chipped paint, and house keeping coming to bang on our door to see if we were leaving (which that day was not check out). The only reason I picked this hotel was because I saw breakfast was included through Expedia. Speaking of Expedia, Expedia website showed beautiful pictures of the place and when we arrived, the look of the building did not match the cleanliness we saw in the pictures in which I spent that $200. Not satisfied with this stay for spending that much money.

We only stayed for one night and to the hotel super late after a full day at the theme parks. The guy at front desk was really nice for check in. Upon getting to our room, we noticed that from the renovation it just looked like a lot of it was unfinished and messy. Our biggest issue, was with the towels; we found random hair in all of our towels. I will say though, the bed was comfy. Though it was a decent one night stay, we will not be retuning.

I’ve been traveling and high-end hotels all the way to low budget. I’ve stayed everywhere and nobody has been respectful to my children or my daughter’s service dog and they were very respectful here and the room was clean and nobody harassed us. We had privacy and respect and there’s so much on the property for the kids to do. normally not a low budget hotel fan, but I would stay here again and again because they made my stay here comfortable and that’s what matters. I accidentally broke the valance opening the window and maintenance. Staff was really nice and fixed it for me immediately. I really care about their customers here and they want people to enjoy their vacation.

The first day I when there the next door is a people looks like live on the Hotel they have a party and at 2:00 am i try call the front desk to see they can do something about the noise but the front desk never answers i have to go there and get inside to the desk and knock the door the person in charge was sleeping and they have 2 groups or guest waiting to be registered ., I have to move all my stuff to another room they provide it me because he was to sleep to see how the party was on my neighbors room, Then a new room I received the A/C wasn’t work properly. So i have no rest and i have to wake up at 6:00 am to be on the conference
Also the tv of any those room is completely blurry all channels
I know this is no a expensive or 5 star hotel but we have to moved somewhere for work and paid the best price we found but sometimes whatever we do paid $80 - $90 DOLARS PER NIGHT we have to be on the decent place ..!

Overall room was ok, looks like an older hotel. Some conditions of the room could be improved like the paint chipping and some broken corners. The room I stayed in was 3/5 stars. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean, however there were several bugs encountered such as ants, mosquitoes, and a beetle. The room was on the ground floor and I could see how leaving a door open for long enough would invite the bugs in. However, we did see ants by the doorway able to make their way inside the room from the small space even when the door was closed. Additionally, our sink drain was very slow, it seemed clogged but the shower drain was fine. In the shower there is only half a glass door and you will not be fully enclosed in this space so expect some water to leak out onto the floor. You get free breakfast and free parking which is wonderful and the pool was nice too. The staff was nice, although I tired calling the front desk several times and would get a busy tone everytime. Overall, it was an ok stay

Good for the price. We didn’t have any tissues or body soap though. Breakfast wasn’t great, they had cream cheese for bagels but no bagels.
Overall though it was pretty clean and comfy
