Facility is nice, especially the pool area. Love that there is a bar by the pool. However, when we checked in around 9:30pm on the first night of our stay, our room wasn’t ready yet. Extremely frustrating to not be able to check into your room so late in the night when check-in started at 4:30. I totally understand they’re busy, but not having a room ready 5 hours past the start of check-in is unacceptable. Otherwise, the stay was good.

The Hotel in real life was a bit of a disappointment. The rooms are not really well maintained and well cleaned. The pictures and images of the hotel on the Expedia web look better than the real life. The lobby is fine. The breakfast buffet was ok too. The swimming pool ok as well. The main thing that needs improvement is the rooms, elevators and other areas around the property.

This hotel was terrible. It smelled bad, the AC barely worked at night, and there were bugs in my room. Nothing felt clean, and the place is very run down definitely not worth the price.

The only positive was the staff, who were nice. Otherwise, I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was nice and overall in good condition, a standard room that was clean and smelled fresh. The only issue we experienced in the room was the TV, which remained black when turned on, although the sound worked.

Breakfast was good, but our experience on the second day was very concerning. For about 30 minutes, I noticed that our table, along with other Black and Brown guests, was not attended to at all. Meanwhile, another guest who arrived after us was immediately greeted and offered water and coffee, which were not accessible for self-service.

I continued to look around, expecting someone to come by, but no one did. It wasn’t until a staff member assisted another table and happened to pass by ours that I was finally able to get his attention. After that, we were helped, but no one returned to check on us, offer refills, or provide the same level of service given to others, such as being offered Mickey waffles, which we observed being extended to other guests.

The day before, our experience was excellent, so the contrast on the second day was disappointing and hard to ignore. It genuinely felt as though we were overlooked, and that experience left a lasting impression.

Lots a long blond hair was in my shower coming off of the shower curtain so they may need to start taking those down and washing them because I’m a African American women with locs so it was clearly not my hair but other then that I like everything else except the the fact that I signed up for a king bed I was told that I was gonna have to take two queens when I arrive due to having a dog so I don’t like things like that but other than that, I liked everything else about the resort oh and one other thing they need to get them or put a time limit of something on the pool because it’s not enough seating for people that are actually trying to enjoy the result on certain heavier days

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. When I checked in, I was told that I had an account from previous visits and would receive a free night stay, but at checkout I was charged a completely different price than what was originally quoted.

In addition, there were several maintenance issues in my room. The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and the showerhead was not working when I first arrived. I had to contact the service desk and wait for it to be replaced before I could even leave to get something to eat. The bathtub was also clogged, causing dirty water to pool around my feet while showering. The bathroom sink had the same issue, and it was also leaking underneath, which caused all of my towels to become wet.

On top of that, the TV remote did not work properly, and no one followed up to resolve the issue in a timely manner Overall, the lack of responsiveness and attention to these problems made my stay very inconvenient.

To make matters worse, the supervisor I spoke with at checkout was very rude and dismissive when I tried to explain the pricing discrepancy and the issues I experienced. No effort was made to address my concerns or offer any kind of credit.

This was not the level of service I expected, especially as a returning customer, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

To begin with, there was some competition of youth soccer happening in the area and the hotel was full of unsupervised boys running through the hall ways, playing in the elevators and one day after coming back from a park, we could not enjoy the pool, it was not being monitored by staff and there were all these kids running everywhere. The pool water was freezing. There are fees galore. You have to pay for parking but there were many cars without passes which would make finding parking hard if you went out. We had to take my grandson to the emergency room and when we came back almost at three in the morning, we had to park way in the back. Then I found out when I checked my credit card, they put a hold of 400 and change the first night I got there, there were two holds of 150 dollars and then when I checked out, they charged the whole about I had reserved which was a little over 5 hundred. So I had these pending charges on hold until they released it. The lobby and the pool area are very nice but it was a not a great four day stay.

I wasn’t there long enough to enjoy the resort amenities, however the lobby and the property is nice. My room was just okay, and I discovered dried blood in my sheets after I had slept in them. Grossed out does not even remotely describe how upset I was to see that. It was lower in the bed, so I didn’t see it until I had fully tossed and turned all night exposing the lower part of the bottom sheet.

We only stayed for 1 night. Reserved a king and was given 2 queens with a breakfast voucher. We really needed the King! Didn't even use the voucher. Parking is like $25. Who wants to pay for parking after you have paid a resort fee and the high prices of hotels these days. Plenty of parking. Just another way of getting more money.

Hotel is nice and clean but my stay two nights in a raw was horrible. I was there for my mom’s surgery the first night at one in the morning house keeping want to be cleaning the room right next to mine so that messed up my sleep for the night. The next night the fire alarm was going off and not one staff could have told us what was going on. Had us outside for 30 minutes with no answers

Its definitely not what the pictures show. The smell of the room all bleach.....so much dust an dirt at window, ac unit behind the lamps etc. My son an o ended up sleeping in 1 bed the other the sheets where dirty called to have it changed no one ever came to change it. It really wasnt what i expected 😔. It was somewhere to lay my head. I would jot go back just not it for me!

Property was good for vacationers with expansive pool area & outdoor bar. Employees were friendly but food & beverage needs improvement due to insane wait times.

In the afternoon (outdoor bar by the pool) I waited 50 minutes for chicken fingers and fries. 50 minutes! Later the same night I waited 38 minutes for a Caesar salad.In the morning the breakfast order of omelette was served with cheese still raw/unmelted. Kitchen clearly needs better employees or mgmt oversight.

Aside from F&B issues, the property is great! Also worth noting that the resort fee includes a $25 food and beverage credit which is a good value (albeit, you’ll likely encounter issues mentioned above)

I booked this hotel six months in advance through Hotels.com. I had received many welcoming emails from the property. Some describing all the benefits of staying at their hotel some explaining how to book a shuttle. I confirmed our reservation the day before talking to a representative Straight from this resort, I confirmed with them that we would be there around midnight and everything was a shirt. When we did in fact, get there at midnight, we waited in line for 40 minutes, only to be told our reservation was canceled because they overbooked. We flew into Orlando came straight to the hotel and were left with no options of a place to stay. They were not off apologetic. They were not helpful. They had no feeling whatsoever towards stranding a family of five with no options. Hotels.com was nowhere to be found. I made many phone calls and never made it through to a human voice. Hotels.com also was of no help.

The hotel was nice, lobby was beautiful, pools were beautiful and staff was amazing. The rooms were large, but could be a bit more updated. Breakfast was good, it was a buffet but you could request items from the kitchen. Although I'm pretty sure they take that off of the $25 credit you get each day.
We tried to go to the bar our first night there but it was closing so we got drinks from the marketplace instead. They have a nice sitting area outside the lobby with tabletop fires where we enjoyed our drinks. Overall a nice place to stay.

Our room looked clean but there was a very strong odor of bleach with underlying BO smell. In general I would recommend the property as I felt our issue was most likely limited to just our room

My close friends father unexpectedly passed away and this resort did not attempt to help me in any way. Even a credit, where I have stayed on multiple occasions where it has changed ownership multiple times but nothing. Not happy.
