De las peores vacaciones que he tenido la casa sucia y muy deteriorada al 2 dia se pusieron a cambiar el techo el escandalo era brutal de 8 am a 5 pm no pudimos descansar nada al salir de la casa casi nos cae unos materiales de construcion el ultimo dia mis padres salieron de bañarse y el señorque reparaba el techo los vio desnudos ya q estaba en la ventana reparando las tejas una verdadera desastre

It was worst, we went for vacation and end up on old home . We were 7 people so we booked three bedrooms and two full washroom so we can get ready quick, but the first day we found that one of the bathtub drain is clogged and water doesn’t drain, I sent msg to owner and he keep saying he gonna fix it . We stayed ther for 9 days and it was not fixed , every morning we have to wake up very early to use one bathtub
I didn’t expect from Expedia that they list this type of property on their website
Bathtub clogged, kitchen sink one side drain clogged, dining chaos one is broken from centre
We wasted our money for junk place

This was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced in Orlando that ruined thanksgiving. The townhome was extremely disgusting with dead and alive bugs. It had mold in the bathrooms and the linen was so disgusting it’s not even funny. The cleaning staff had the nerve to have a note saying to leave a tip and make sure everything was cleaned. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Expedia and the homeowner should be ashamed to rent this place out

Upon arrival the line at the gate was super long but the outside of the property looked nice until I arrived at the actual house to find it covered in tarp.
There was mold on the windows in the kitchen, under the cabinets the pots were covered in mold, the light in the kitchen didnt work, the floors werent clean because were were met by dead lizards, the smell was horrible, and the furniture was dated and dirty. The screens on the pation door was busted out and on the floor and that was dirty so we didnt use it.( that was just downstairs)
Now to upstairs, there was mold coming through the guest wall which looked like they tried to cover it with paint. No towels. Oh yeah i found 4 in the washer machine. So we had to go buy towels, cleaning supplies. The only reason we stayed was because of the size of our group and because we didnt stay in the house much. There were ants in the rooms. The remote for the tv wasbt the correct remote so it didnt work and the other rooms had not tv.
The only thing worked was the AC and the hot water.
I contaced the host he said he didnt know there was a maintenance issue and what could he do to help of course i asked for a discount but heard nothing back.
THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE AND I HAVE PHOTOS TO ATTACH.

This was the most horrible experience I ever encountered during a vacation rental. I don’t even know where to start. 1. House was very nasty. Baby roaches dirty sheets and pillow cases. Bath tub was clogged. There was no rag or towels there, had to go buy my own. Tv downstairs wasn’t working, remind you it’s a 3 bedroom. Only the master bedroom and living room have a tv which is foolish. The owner didn’t come till the next day round 1pm to fix the small tv. There was crumbs and trash on the tables and cabinets. Sink drainage was horrible smell in the kitchen. The house isn’t being kept up wouldn’t recommend to a dog to live there. Roaches come out as soon as you start cooking.

This property was extremely dirty, with blood on the walls of the bathroom and in bed sheets. The towels were very dirty. there were Roaches in the property as well, The AC system needed cleaning as the dust was very bad. Where the AC vent blows in the wall you can see the dust build up. The carpets was sticky and very dirty as well. The communication with the manager was terrible as they stated they would get back to us and didn’t. We got sinus infections staying at this location . To note they moved us to a second property and it was just as bad as the first one. This place was terrible

The property was excellent and condo was very nice however I wish there was more soap to wash hands and dishes. Also , there was no soap for dish washer and laundry. There were no gargage bags to replace. In order to cook, you need to buy everything yourself like solt, pepper and oil. Even the toilet paper was limited. We asked for cutting board and frying pen and were promised tomorrow which never happed. Other than that the condo was nice. I think the kitchen needs upgrade like dishwasher.

We were disapointed at the condition of the appartment. The bathtubs had dirty footprints in thrm. We found cheetos chips on the floor of the bedroom, the windows in the bedrooms didnt close well, the was blood stains on the duvet and a dead cochroach in one of the beds, there wasnt any laundry and dish soa, not enough towels for the bathroom and no toilet paper rolls either.

Awful stay, at first glance it looked ok, until you see the carpet, sheets and surfaces were dirty! The downstairs toilet didn't work. Outside patio had broken glass and the one chair looked like a beaver got to it. Called to complain and the guy on duty said when we returned the next day from the park it would be deeped cleaned.... well it wasn't, the only thing they did was turn water on to the downstairs toilet which ran, and ran all day long. There was also a woman who sat on the playground to all hours of the night, which was right next to the unit we were staying at, to me that's creepy.
I travel a lot to Florida and this is by far the worst place I've ever stayed. Please don't waste your money. Check in is slow because the gate keeper has to write down everyone's license info... how about a scanner to move it along.

In the kitchen was mold, the smell was very strong . They send me some instructions for some key that never was found, the TV never work in any room or living room, on the picture show was a pool in the back of the house and no was any pool, on the bed was a stain and in the shower was hair from other people, in one of the door was like a blood … please see the pictures

The accommodations could use an update. Mattresses were good but small fridge did not fit in the cabinet (door couldn't close), decor and furniture were a bit tired. Unfortunately the pool was outside and not heated. Elevator occasionally did not work. Workout room was under equipped. Staff was pleasant although at night usually received a message 'due to staffing issue. No one would be there'. Fairly convenient location but no keypad as it was not needed since gates actually did not exist. As stated the Mattresses were firm therefore if looking for basic overnight sleep, for the price, it works. Long term stay, well you get what you pay for.

This was our second visit. First time everything was great, the condo was nice and clean, beds were comfy, bathrooms were stocked. This visit completely different. We had three adults, they gave two towels. There was a half a roll of toilet paper in two of the bathrooms, half bathroom had none. Almost every window had broken blinds and the curtains on the lanai doors were too small and didn’t cover the doors. Lanai doors were unlocked and cracked open when we arrived. Carpets are dirty, you can see walking paths in the carpets. The unit smelled very musty when we got there. There was a German cockroach on the wall which I have photos of. One of the bathrooms had a dirty sink and half used bar of soap. Kitchen dishes in the cabinet were not clean. The cooking utensils were gross. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, and we travel every weekend for business. The sheets felt like sandpaper. Ended up sleeping on the comforter and using a different blanket. The upstairs rooms were very hot, downstairs was nice and cool. The living room tv is the only tv that worked. The “office” is only open until 4:30, we were working so we couldn’t contact them regarding the room. After we got back for the evening no one was available. If you plan on staying here, make sure to arrive before 4:30 in case you have problems. Make sure you bring toilet paper, paper towels, cooking utensils/pans. Housekeeping never came at all but left a note asking for tips and leftover food

Not sure if I just got a bad room, but I booked a 3 townhome for the weekend, based off some good reviews for this place. the room was not clean whatsoever stains on the bed, and what appears to be blood. The sofa bed mattress protector covered in stains as well. We were given the wrong WiFi password and couldn’t get ahold of a person for help until the NEXT day. Overall the resort amenities are nice, the townhome was spacious but the room was outdated and dirty. There’s no smart tvs and only a tv in the master & downstairs. So no tvs in the other rooms. The closet door was off in one of the bedrooms, all of the blinds in the rooms were tore up or missing. The microwave, and washer were also extremely dirty. I wasn’t even offered a change of room or a refund and their excuse was because it was booked thru hotels.com.

Could Not Stay & Poor Communication

After choosing the pay on hotels.com site option, I did not receive information about the location. I typically choose that option without issue. If it’s required, I’d suggest not offering that option. After reaching out twice, I spoke with a manager who needed my info (ID & credit card pic) via email to send basic info about the property (including location address and how to access the property). I barely received the info before arriving, well after check-in time.

At the gated entrance, there was a long line of cars trying to access the property. After about 20 min, I was given a parking pass and told I will have to check in at the front gate on every entrance and exit. I went to the property/apartment and found it was not properly cleaned, with hair on the bed/sheets, dirty sinks and large crumbs on the stove. The blinds could not close, and the toilet minimally flushed. I had to find another place to stay within an hour.

I did not request a refund, but I sent an email to the manager without response after a week. I will try to request a partial refund, but if they wouldn’t respond to basic questions about checking out, I doubt I will be given money back. It’s unfortunate.

Very nice gated community. Unit was great, but we did have a couple of issues. 1st was that one bed had not been changed. Sheets were used with hair in them. 2nd, there were 7 of us staying but only had enough towels and washcloths for 3! Had to go out and by towels/washcloths before we could all shower after a long hot evening out. Would definitely book again. Don't think owner realized that cleaning crew didn't make sure everything was satisfactory for renters

ThIS place didn't live up to its high rating. I booked for 7 people, but got a unit for 6. Communication was poor, and the place was dirty with insufficient supplies like toilet paper and trash bags. If you need any toilet papers or tash bags, you will have to give them 24hours notice. The air vent has mold like around the vent. On the last night, I found a bug on the bed. I wish I could upload video and pictures on here.

Unit 2 we were placed in was much cleaner; however the AC was broken, ants were climbing all over, and the washing machine was also broken.

The property was in very poor conditions and not very clean. Besides being very dated, there was a very bad smell in the master bedroom's bathroom. It smelled like sewer. It also smelled bad in the half bathroom downstairs. Obviously, there was a plumbing problem. Most of the curtains were broken and the lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. I was very surprised that they would rent out this unit in such bad conditions.

Property lacked many things a home that you are staying at has, e.g., PRIVACY BLINDS WERE DAMAGED in most every room, towels & washcloths were limited, no dishwasher detergent, lack of trash bags, TVs were outdated and hard to use - couldn't cast to them and only 1 TV in MBR; I would preferred to see TVs in all the BRs.

We found dirty pillows, but once I called Brandon he had the cleaning duo come over and they were super nice and gave us cleaner pillows! We had a great stay. The pool was clean, the clubhouse smelled nice, and the guard was friendly. Though, the sugar ants come into the kitchen through the window, they weren’t really a problem. There was already damage to one of the doors and water damage in one of the bathrooms, but it didn’t bother us too much. We didn’t cause any damage!!! :P

My family and I stayed at the Berkeley Lake Townhomes property from 5/24/2023 to 6/1/2023. There were numerous amenities that were advertised which was were one of the reasons we decided to stay at this property. However, many of the advertised amenities were not provided. Due to this, and other poor conditions in the apartment unit you provided, we are requesting a partial refund.

The following are a few of the issues we encountered while staying on your property:

1. Missing items. Immediately I contacted the owner with the following text message.

And his response is as follows

2. Water leak in bathroom. Below is a small video of the leakage in the bathroom.

3. Spider infestation. We were horrified to find multiple spiders on living room furniture and in the twin bedroom. May 26 when the extended family came that first night they slept in the vehicle overnight due to fear and until everything was clean up the next day. Below pictures are included:

4. Dirty , dusty surfaces and musty mildew smell. We had to disinfect , wash and wipe down the entire living room furniture as well as wash all the linen for the entire condo. It didn’t look like it was clean before our stay. However, you advertised the following description .

4. No alarm clocks. Also for each of the bedrooms there were no alarm clocks. I wanted to report that as well.

Please be advised I am very unsatisfied with my overall stay and expect to receive some sort of monetary compensation

Welllllllll….. blinds slats missing bent or falling off, roaches everywhere all sizes , ants n spiders in the beds , TVs didn’t work batteries in remote rusted out, dirty bathrooms one toilet leaking water was told someone would come to fix no one did !!!!!! No dishwasher soap, kitchen towels or clothes or oven mitts paper towel etc hairy towels & the dryer runs hot and doesn’t shut off!!! Hair hair hair everywhere !!!!! Twin bed had gross brown stains on the comforter n sheets and the toilet brushes were full of dried up toilet paper JUST FREAKING GROSS!!!!! 1/10

Great location and grounds in a gated community. Actual unit was dated and fairly filthy. Floors were dirty so we all had to wear shoes, blinds were falling off, dryer didn’t work etc. We had a full townhouse so it was very roomy and this place
Would be awesome with facelift and some easier floors to clean.

We still had great time as pool areas are nice, kiddy pool area was closed with no one told us about.

When we booked this place was classified as a 4 star hotel. However, upon walking in there were several things that would indicate otherwise. The bathroom downstairs was dirty, including a used hand towel with crusty sediment and facial hair shavings on the sink. The vertical blinds in three rooms were misisng slats, two of which would of been our daughters bedrooms, so they had no privacy. One of the bath towels had a knot of human hair stuck to it. The AC vents were dirty and had mold around the exterior. someones personal dirty blanket was in the laundry room on the floor. It appeared no care had been taken to ensure this townhome was ready for someone to occupy it. I will not be returning.

Run down, cockroaches and bad management/owners

Booked a townhome for a 8 night house hunting in Orlando.
We arrived around 7 pm in the unit, followed the instructions from the email to get in the house. Once in the unit, I noticed a couple of red flags, like half dozen cockroach traps in the first floor (kitchen/living room) and a weird smell (smoking + old scent).
We got food and we’re getting ready to eat, when opening the kitchen cabinets found at least 3 roaches, including one walking in the bowls/plates.
Other than these issues, the unit was run down, with missing pieces in almost all the blinds, a creaking wood floor in the second floor, bed sheet of our bedroom was also pilling.
First thing in the morning, I called the property management, to tell about the issues and he told me that he never had issues with roaches, so or he was not being informed by the housekeeping (the traps were there for a reason) or he was not being honest with me. That affirmation made me lost the trust on him and when another unit in the same complex was offered we declined. I simply asked for the remaining nights to be refunded and moved to one hotel for the rest of the days.
The property manager initially declined the refund and after asking again he said that he was going to talk to the owners and call me back. They offered half of the remaining days only, which I had to contact hotels.com at least 4 times and insist in them advocating for me to get the full refund (difference was paid by hotels.com).
I don’t recommend.

The property is very confortable however is lacking tlc the window blinds were all missing pieces there were holes in the bedroom and bathroom doors also they only provide two towel for each bathroom no paper towel for the kitchen no hand towels no kitchen towels no pull-up sofa sheets also in the half bathroom they don’t put any towels I think if they will give it more attention to detail it would be a great stay because is very good the townhouse also is gated so very safe

My room was disgusting! The showers were full of mold, the carpet was so old it had holes in it, the towels were full of hair. I rented a 3 bedroom 3 bath and only 1 of the toilets worked!!! AC was broken. Half the blinds were missing so everyone could see directly into the bedrooms. We ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. I would NEVER recommend staying here. DISGUSTING ROOM, RUDE STAFF! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

I like that the location is central and close to everything and but slightly out to enjoy the privacy it’s meant for! My issues are for starters the unit condo #1085
Is meant for upto 8 guest however upon my arrival I found that it lacked the essential items for 8 ppl! I had to request linen and pillows for couch bed! There was only two hand wash cloths in the entire unit so I had to also request more that never arrived even though the linen did for the couch bed! I found that the railing for the stairway was very loose and even broken which was a major safety issue for any us who used the stairs! I can’t believe it was even rented like that! Mind you I only stayed in this unit without demanding another because the storms was approaching and my elderly family was already inside by now and our luggage’ also there may have not been another available! I decided to stay upstairs and leave my elderly parents down stairs due to the safely issue of the rail! Again why was it even rented out that way! I’m sure they were aware of the problem from the previous guest! There was flying insects in the master bedroom and also the shower floor creaked of unstable wood underneath giving you the feeling while showering that your going to fall through the floor! I was so nervous while in there! Another major issue is privacy in the main bedroom that faces the driveway as there were several blinds missing allowing people to see you undress or naked as they pass your unit! Highly Disappointed!

Horrible stay and horrible communication

I purchased this location for my family and they experienced a very dirty uncomfortable stay. Sheets were dirty, insects were on the beds, the whole place wasn't cleaned before the arrived. The had to stay the night in these conditions. I notified the manager about it and he told me by phone that he would transfer them to another unit the next day which he did and stated he would reimburse me for the first night. After talking to him about it he kept telling me he would take care of me. Then after him telling me to call him or text him he just stopped returning my calls or texts. Basically didn't care and figured it was over so I'm not going to go by his words. I would be aware of staying here and look to stay somewhere else. Worse experience ever!

Fine place to stay, but wish we chose elsewhere.

Communication with property manager was great - we were able to do late checkout. However, at the airport on our way we were told we had to fill out a form with our credit card information as well as send a picture of our ID and credit card for authorization. We were told this was due to the fact that there were no on site staff and it was a remote process, but it was unclear this would be required and it was done very last minute. The room is pretty dated and comes with almost nothing - so be prepared to go to the store for hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, more paper towels/toilet paper, etc. Our unit only had 3 forks so we had to go to the store to buy more. Our unit came with one medium and one small frying pan that were extremely old and difficult to use - especially when the only utensils provided in room were a spatula and ladle. Main pool was emptied and not in use when we stayed which was dissapointing. Beds were pretty uncomfortable with really small pillows, so bring your own. The shower floor creaked so loud with every step it was almost humorous and all of the bathroom fans were ridiculously loud/broken. Plastic curtain rod covers that were broken and hanging off. No smart TV. It's a gated community which is nice, but the security guard we had fell asleep at computer in early morning while we were getting in from airport. This place \"does the job\", but I'd highly recommend elsewhere.

The property grounds are very nice with a secure gated entrance. Security attending the entrance was always pleasant. The unit had plenty of room and I appreciated the facilities. There is room for updates however I wasn’t there to stay inside. The biggest downfall is that wifi was included however was down for 4 out of the 6 days. Again this wasn’t a large deal throughout the day but painful in the evenings with teenagers. I reported to the property management without any resolution. The other downfall was the one of the two pools was closed which made for the pool area to be much busier.
Check in was easy and the location is great. Overall I would stay here again.

The unit was clean and roomy; each space was as described. The accommodations were great and affordable. It was a great location with grocery stores and food nearby. The drive to Disney was about 20 minutes and straightforward. It was great for all of those reasons!
The communication with the property, however, left much to be desired. The number on the app is disconnected as is the 'jot form' provided in the chat when I attempted to contact the property through the app. I had to call directly after searching online to find an accessible phone number. You are required to complete a form prior to check-in and instructions for check-in are later emailed to you. This isn't readily available information on the app which caused some concern. Further, the property did not provide any contact information for our time there--the wifi did not work and I did not know who to contact. Only \"emergency contact\" was listed in the unit. I was also very disappointed that the pool was not functioning. It was empty and no signage indicating it was under repair or anything was present. I chose the property for pool access and was thoroughly disappointed (as were my children) when we learned it was closed after entering the pool area.
Ultimately, I would stay again for the convenience and location but would only ask for more transparency and better communication from the property manager.

No hot tub, no water in the pool near our unit, not enough towels for the number of guest I booked for. Unit needs a lot of repairs. No working internet. No linen provided for pull out sofa bed. One room had no television. Limited number of pots and pans. No extra trash bags. No paper towels or towels in downstairs bathroom to dry hands. No check-in instructions were provided the link they sent when I booked didn’t work. Had to call to get check in information no check out instructions. Reported internet issues was told someone would come fix it no one showed missed a important work meeting due to no internet. The only working pool was closed earlier on our second night there without notice.

The property was nice. I’m use to staying in homes with private pools so it sucked having to go so far to a shared pool. The sign clearly stated no fireworks & fireworks were loudly I use long after the property “quiet time.” For 2 nights that was done. Overall great location & not noisy must nights. Check in & out was simple. Front desk was nice & helpful. Would stay again.

Dirty, bad communication awful stay!

The lack of communication and follow through from the location was awful. The phone number provided by hotels.com was never picked up. They showed up 30 minutes late to open. We had a gun shot the first night outside our window and the place was disgusting. The vents full of dust, mold in showers, outdated furniture. We also had no paperwork with info about the property, wi fi passwords etc. when I told the property about my concerns they didn’t care. I won’t be back.

Maintenance decided to pressure wash the roof and windows of the unit we were staying in at 8am on the day of check out throwing debris all over our car. Will never stay in the complex again

Great Location - Some concerns

Arrived after hours and guard was great, no problem getting room. Once there no wifi code so we had to go without until the morning. Kitchen missing some key cooking equipment (pancake flippers), no coffee filters or regular dish soap. The place overall was pretty stale but worked fine for this trip. Very bare bones in terms of decor and supplies. Positive, it was clean, washer/dryer (bring your detergent), safe area and within 30 minutes from most attractions. It also fit our family of 6 comfortably which is what we needed. Probably would not stay again but we thought it was fine for the few days.

Home was clean with lots of space. Pull out couch for extra company was a plus. Pool was dirty but it was booked on the end of November. coming in and out of the community was not a problem as long as key was shown to security. overall our stay was great .
