Staff at front desk was really nice and professional. My problem was with the appearance of the box spring mattress because it looked dirty. They can put a bed skirt and solve this. The bathroom had stains or mold also. We did check in and went out, and did check out when came back. Just stayed for 1 hour.

It looked clean and didn’t have any smell. It’s just not what I’m personally used to.

The tub in the shower and water knobs was rusted and stained. There was no lighting in bed area, no lamp anywhere like the picture showed online. I asked the person in the office about a lamp and he said that he would check into it. Never heard a thing about it, so I asked again a few days later, he forgot. So, once the bathroom light was off, total darkness. The rest of the room was good.

The floor felt like it was going to collapse in the bathroom. The bathroom door didn’t shut because it was too small. The regular door was also too small and we could see outside on different parts of it. As soon as we opened the front door all you could smell was weed. I will never stay there again

The bathroom was disgusting. Tub was rusty and dirty. The floors were filthy. There were bugs. The molding was rotten. We couldn’t stay! We left and had the expense of another hotel. The photos are totally misleading. The fact that Wyndham would put their name on it is amazing. Probably will never look at another Wyndham! Don’t stay!

The door to my hotel room was too small for the door frame so there was a large gap at the bottom and the door was not installed properly so you weren’t able to lock the deadbolt.The curtains in the window that overlooked the bed and the entire room did not stay closed. Maintenance answer to that was paper clips to hold the curtain closed and they rolled up towel at the door. There was no door on the bathroom just rusty hinges and the bathtub was missing a piece of the molding so dried glue was showing. The floor was cracked and had gaps. One day while I was out, staff entered my room to leave a luggage rack that I did not ask for and to turn up the temperature on the air conditioning. Unfortunately, I was told by the property and Expedia that they could not move me and I was in a position where I was stuck staying there, but I would never use this property again. The pictures on the Expedia website are not the photos of the room.

This place is disgusting, the photos and the first five reviews were way off base. The manager was nowhere to be found. Expedia and I tried to contact multiple times and no response and unavailable. Roaches in the microwave, floors were filthy. I would not even take my luggage out of the car. I had to sleep there one night because I couldn’t get another hotel that night. Booked another hotel and left in the morning with no refund and probably won’t ever use Expedia again because of this experience. DO NOT BOOK find somewhere else.

This was the worst place we stayed at in all my years of dealing with Expedia. The place was horrible. The first room they offered was in poor condition. It did not look like the picture on the Expedia’s website. The beds looked like they were taken from off the street and the sheets had stains on them. I gave the staff 3 stars because the front desk tried to be accommodating. I think they could do better than that.

When I arrived to my room there was an ozone generator machine in use which I didnt know at the time what it was. I was in the room for about 5 to 7mins before my eyes started burning and tearing. My breath was shorten and a chronic cough emerged within the time frame of me being inside the room. I exited the room to get fresh air but the symptoms persisted for about and hour or so. The staff should be well aware of what is happening in all rooms before putting guest in them. Could possibly have temporary or permanent internal health issues because of this!!

The staff was excellent throughout my stay. This is an older motel and shows its age but the rooms were reasonably priced and clean. The property is located conveniently near attractions, dining and shopping. I can recommend this motel to bargain travelers and extended stay guests.

It's not the room that's in the pictures. It doesn't have a dresser it doesn't have a bar to hang up your clothes. There's no iron there's no microwave there's no coffee pot as stated. There's no telephone there's no alarm clock. The TV didn't work the Spectrum had going out and when it did work it was very glitchy. I would not recommend this place to anybody because it's misrepresented. And also when I told the manager he kept trying to get me to check out and give me a refund instead of switching my room or trying to fix the problems.

Rooms were VERY basic. IE High metal frame beds no headboards a single chair no place to hang clothes. Also very very dated - 1980s dated. Bathroom door was delaminated, front door stuck closed and required a good deal of force to open. Sheets had tears and burns as did the chair upholstery. No ice (buckets or machine) the one machine I found had obviously not worked in years. But the room was fairly clean

The room was dirty and run down. Needed cleaned. We were traveling with 4 other families and the one family opened there door and seen cockroaches and bodily fluids staining the sheets. Would not recommend there is a reason for the cheap price. Much nicer hotels for a few dollars more save yourself the hassle of trying to get a refund and looking for another hotel room at midnight.

No heat, room looked like something out of a murder series. Burn holes in the window treatments. No smoke detector just wires hanging from the ceiling floors were sticky and gross shower was disgustingly gross. Really surprised we didn’t end up with roaches or bedbugs. When I said there was no heat in Florida coldest time ever (it was in the 20s) they shrugged and said come get the space heater. Only stayed one night not even a full night and they refuse to give a refund. I was not staying there with my 6 year old. The pictures and the reality were 2 different things. Plus I booked a room with a king bed. I got a room with 2 doubles. Not happy will be disputing with my credit card company if they won’t give the refund

The absolute worst experience and wouldn't recommend. I planned a fun and exciting weekend with my fiance that turns south. We got our keys to enter the room and it was beyond the most filthiest environment I have ever been in. The floor was caving in, there were holes in the ceiling in the wall, the bathroom tub was falling apart in pieces on the floor, the sheets and the curtains and the fixtures were all died with yellow stains as if someone peed on them. The closet shelves were bending in and could not bear any weight. And the TV stand was in pieces. It wasn't even 5 minutes we were in the room and after inspecting it we had to find other options at 9:30 p.m. at night. I felt absolutely fooled with images about how this was marketed.. very disappointed for the establishment for not taking the proper cleaning and safety solutions that majority of hotels uphold.
It's not just about keeping something clean. It's about upholding some professionalism so that families who bring their family members to an establishment can feel safe. This was not done and this establishment. Very disappointed.

This Travelodge is so rundown that the rooms are in total disarray. My room for instance the shower dripped all the time. The toilet seat kept falling off the air conditioner was broken and that’s just a few things. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The hotel is not what it is pictures on the Expedia app. Most of the room amenities do not work, like tv remotes and hair driers along with some outlets. You can also hear your neighbors at all hours and the smell of what they smoke ALL the time.

I don't know where to begin. I paid for a queen and got a double. They then could not and would not accommodate me. Walking into the room it was immediately dirty. We had to wear socks and shoes or our feet became black. All surfaces were dirty. The tv did not work. We walked outside I touched the support beam not knowing it was rotted out and almost feel through it. Upon further inspection every single support beam was like it. Hello I checked in on already not feeling well and beginning my cycle. But the staying in the room was truly unbearable. I have attached pictures of the room and various bugs found from the next evening until I was able to walk out of there. One of them was found in my drink and I spat it out before swallowing.This is the most disgusting thing that has EVER HAPPENED IN MY LIFE. I'm still shaking thinking about it. It was in my mouth! I might as well have stayed outside. My car would have been better.

Wow what a hole in the ground

Pictures do not tell the story of this place. To call it a run down dilapitated, smelly, bug riddled disaster is more accurate. The bathroom had a stained and disgusting shower. The water would not stop running in it. The floors were beat up and filthy. It smelled terrible and there were holes in the walls. The matress looks like it was drug out of a dumpster and im half suprised it didnt have bed bugs. The two pillows smelled and the bedding was dirty. The furniture was worn down and beat up. It looked long over due for reno. And to top things off the AC wasnt working and the place had cockroaches that came out and got into our food. Worst hotel ever! Avoid!

I booked the hotel for the night , but arrived early morning to checkin and got a notification that my booking was cancelled . looks like checkin has to be done from 4 pm to 3 am and I dont see any statement saying checkin cannot be done after 3 am.. the staff was not friendly to work with us on the problem and just talking about the rules

One star is too many for this property. We booked a one night stay and were so disgusted we did not bring our luggage in, let alone stay. We have a hole In our ceiling and in the light, dirts clearly visible on bed, lamps and walls. There was a fingernail in the bathroom. Needless to say I requested a refund and was told by the manger I would receive it in 5-7 days. We left and went on our way, I was then called by him repeatedly saying he was unable to refund us with out approval from expedia, and that it was my job to have them reach out to him.

The whole experience from the hotel and from the run around Expedia had given for the refund had left a sour taste in my mind towards both companies.
