We stayed in the detached loft building. It was clean and just what we needed. Our two double bed room was pretty small. Bathroom was also small. about the only complaint was with the hvac setup. It wasn’t really all that clear which baseboard electric units for heat were supposed to actually work. There’s a thermostat on the wall, but only the one by the door was functional; two were cold. There’s also a window unit, but I’m guessing that was for summer air conditioning. Some in-room literature would have been helpful. I think I’d prefer to stay in the main lodge next time. Also, we were woken in the middle of the night up by a fire alarm. Getting dressed and going outside in a snowstorm at 2-3am isn’t great. Apparently it was only in the loft building. It was a false alarm, but in a building like that, better safe than sorry. Breakfast food and service was great. I’ve stayed in a ton of places around North Conway over the years and they all seem somewhat old and dated, so I get it, and I wasn’t disappointed. It was clean, a priority, and the beds were comfortable.

We stayed in the Babe Ruth room. Kind of cool. Room was very small, we had to steal a chair from the lounge so we could watch TV together. Would not be good for skiers as there is nowhere to hang or dry gear. The heating system is very antiquated. We alternated between hot and cool over the night.

This property is unique in many ways. Nice little pond to sit by, woods, and a stream right on the property along with chickens. Our room was very large and comfortable, very clean and quiet. The Cranmore MT. Lodge B&B experience was excellent. The check-in with the Owner was very smooth, she gave a detailed overview of the property, and what it had to offer. The guestroom was very clean, as was the main building that we stayed in. The breakfast offerings were great, like being at restaurant, our meal was outstanding, the server was very personable and attentive. The Lodge was like a step back in time, great location, and would highly recommend this property.

Cranmore Mountain lodge BB was very quaint, quiet and clean. Inkeeper was very attentive and helpful. The daily breakfast omlets were amazing! Freshly made and tasty! very relaxing and not far from the main shopping areas

The room was perfectly clean and comfortable despite not being able to watch TV in bed: a compromise to having the in-suite jetted tub! They're taking the utmost precautions for safety during Covid and were pleasant though appropriately 'distanced.' Our server for breakfast was very friendly and accommodating. The only thing hindering a perfect review was the lack of response when texting the suggested number with any questions. Our question/issue was never addressed - we never even got a response apologizing for not being able to help if that were the case.

Nothing like the photos, very small and wifi constantly went in and out. Was enjoying dinner outside when a picnic table totally collapsed on us. We discovered the wood was rotten and had mushrooms growing out of it. When we told the owner she said we were lying about the wood and that if we didnt like it we could go somewhere else. Owner was completely rude and nonaccomidating would not reccomend to anyone.

While we didn't spend alot of time there other than sleeping it would be nice to at least have a chair in room but not sure where they would put it. As a senior citizen, I would like to mention that the property does not have an elevator, so walking up stairs may be necessary. Also, because the inn is so old that the floors, especially in doorways, are uneven making the possibility of a fall very real. All in all our one night stay was quite nice.

Absolutely perfect. Away from the bustle of North Conway and traffic, but easily accessible to everything, this Inn was a wonderful place for our getaway. A two bedroom second floor suite, was very quiet overnight. Perfect cooked to order breakfasts and a very charming innkeeper added to our love of this place. A lovely music room and areas to sit outside of our suite, ensured a little something for everyone in our group. We had a late arrival, but the innkeeper had a plan in place to accommodate this easily. A mixed ambiance of ski lodge/ nostalgia/ French influence are throughout the Inn. We would happily stay here again.

Super staff and an excellent breakfast. Beautiful grounds and a quiet location. Our suite was large with very good facilities. The only downside for us was that we were in a ground floor room. Unfortunately the guests in the room above were noisy rising a long time before breakfast and several times during the night too. I appreciate that this is not the fault of the hotel; I just wish that hotel guests could be more considerate.
