Buffet food was the best quality I’ve had - a smaller choice but still plenty to choose from and all delicious. Plenty of salads and they changed daily. Staff were all fantastic and keen to help us. Premium brand drinks and good cocktails. The grounds were lovely although the pool really was the coldest I’ve been in. Even after swimming around for 15 mins it still felt cold - it would not stop me from returning though….

Last minute booking for a late summer holiday which we didn’t research. Could not fault the hotel, it was great. Food was excellent, drinks were branded. If there was any criticism’s to make they would be - that there was no where to walk at night and beach was slightly poor.

Clean but average hotel

There is nothing especially bad about the hotel, its just far from spectacular. Rooms are clean but a little tired. The pools are clean, tidy and relaxing. There’s plenty of sun beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Theres a pool bar and snack area which is good but rather plagued by wasps. We ended up taking snacks back to the room rather than swat them away.

The food is very disjointed every night and we had upset tummies a couple of times. I wish these places would focus on doing local food well rather than trying to serve a little of this and then another 16 badly made dishes from around the world.

The hotel has a policy to not reserve sunbeds but people do it anyway which is pretty frustrating when you’re trying to find somewhere and there’s a sea of towels on the beds with nobody on them. They then turn up 2 hours later after breakfast.

The 2 on site restaurants are good but the menus don't change so if you stay more than a week, they’re probably not worth visiting twice.

The ‘beach’ is terrible, just a patch of mud and there is not another that is walkable, so do not be sold on this. Its close to the port and the sewage works so personally I wouldn’t be swimming in this bit even if it was pleasant.

A bus to corfu town is only €2 and 15 minutes so which is a good.

The gym is very basic. 3 running machines, 3 types of bike and some weights. Theres a cross trainer that doesn’t work.

We enjoyed our stay overall but wouldn’t return.

The staff are wonderful, the food is great, never an issue getting a sun lounger and the ambiance is really nice. Rooms spotless. We had a great stay. Only recommendation is to improve the gym which needs new equipment. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel. Spacious, no sunbed wars, great food and the best all inclusive drinks service I’ve ever experienced. All of the staff are friendly and helpful and caring. Rooms are modern and clean. Food choices are plentiful and there’s literally something to eat at some option from morning until bedtime.

Family week in Corfu

Fantastic week at the Kerkyra Blue hotel. Everything was superb, including the food, service, location, and the animation team. The whole family enjoyed the experience, and would be very happy to visit Corfu again.

What started of as the wrong room type, was promptly taken care of by professional staff and manager.

Hotel in excellent location. Loved the facilities. Has own private beach. All inclusive well worth it . Very good sized room and view off mountains and coast line from balcony. This is an all inclusive property. The buffet was good and had lots of options but it was not what we would want to eat for dinner three nights. When we checked in we requested a reservation for both restaurants and were told they were both booked all the nights we were staying. This was very disappointing.
We were able to get into the Japanese restaurant off the waiting list but not the Greek restaurant so we went into Old Town and ate dinner two nights.
Everything else was above our expectations and we would recommend this property if you want an all inclusive.

Lovely stay here in October 24. Pros were the excellent condition and cleanliness of the hotel and rooms. Staff very friendly and great food and drink options.

One negative for us was the cold pool, which is a shame as the pool itself is large and the focal point of the hotel during the day. Fine for us but wasn't great for our young boy who didn't enjoy the cold.

Beach area feels a bit neglected as its away from main area of hotel, but not a lot of activity going on there.

My husband and I and our adult daughter spent 3 nights here in a triple room and whilst it was in the small side for 3 adults it was very clean. Our king bed was very comfortable however my daughter’s bed was a converted sofa and very hard with ill fitting sheets . After 3 nights she had back ache. The bathroom was very clean with an excellent shower. Whilst the food on offer appears extensive with the choice of 3 restaurants and a snack bar, unfortunately upon arrival we along with everybody else were told the only availability was in the main restaurant buffet. Both the Japanese and Greek restaurants were full! After considerable persuasion we were finally found tables in both and although the Japanese was very busy on all nights the Greek was almost deserted! The Japanese was delicious, the Greek less so although the chicken slouvaki was very good. No complaints about the drinks on offer and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. Lastly, there are signs everywhere forbidding reservation of sunbeds sadly this is not enforced by the staff and all beds around the pool are taken by 9am. Would we stay again, I’m not sure.

Lovely hotel and great food

Really enjoyed our stay here, food quality was excellent and there was a lot of variety. We only managed to get into one of the A la carte restaurants, the Japanese, which was very nice. Service is superb at the bars and in the restaurants.

Our room was slightly on the small side for a family of 4 but it worked ok.

Pools were excellent and location is great, although you can’t really walk anywhere outside of the hotel.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely holiday as booked very short notice, my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair the toilets by the smaller pool were not that great to access as had a incline to it, it could have been better with a longer incline to the toilets as a few times his wheelchair got caught and one time tipped, luckily my husband does have some mobility where he could use his crutches. There are other toilets for the othe pool which are on the flat but wanted the quieter pool. A massive shout out to ALL the staff who were always happy to help out and were always cheerful and nothing was too much trouble.

Best part is the phenomenal views looking at out. Staff and service top notch and the rooms are exactly like the photos.

I liked almost everything about the property. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The place felt safe. It was very clean, towels got changed every day. The beds and the sunbeds were the comfiest I have every known on holiday. The food was wonderful. Just a couple of small niggles, the coffee and tea served at breakfast wasn't always particularly hot. The sunbeds were reserved and whilst the hotel said it was not allowed, did nothing to address it. It was hard to find an area outside away from other guests who smoked.

We had a fantastic time at here, the food was exceptional, with a huge array of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The lay out of the hotel, pool areas and access to the sea was great too and it was nice to spend time in different areas(including the kids pool with my two year old)

The staff were brilliant also, from the team in the dining area or serving drinks by the pool or bars or on reception or the cleaning staff.

The kids club was excellent too and my six year old daughter could not get enough of that or the mini disco which was the highlight of her day... and ours !

All in all we had a fantastic stay there and could not fault anything and highly recommend.

Food great. Staff great. This property is NoT 5 star. The grounds are a work in progress. I would have been ashamed to offer a ‘garden view’ which was basically a scrappy field with no planting bare earth and pretty bleak. No soap or decent re usable products in bathroom only refillable bottles. First time I’ve ever had to go out to buy soap! If you didn’t get a bed by pool there was no service, why you would go to the tiny unkempt beach I have no idea. . Toilet facilities at snack bar v poor and reported but nothing done. I could go on. There’s only 2 pools btw! Not 3. The tiny kids club pool doesn’t count. I’m also pretty sure that people were walking in not guests. There’s no security so why not.

Every meal they chefs had special meals prepared for her. The resort was amazing. My kids 9 and 16 both had a wonderful time and we can’t wait to go back again. We absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to Corfu!!

We had a lovely stay. The staff was great, and the property is beautiful. It was wonderful sitting by the sea. The only thing we wished was that there was more than one dining option. Reservations were difficult to get for the other two dining options - the Asian restaurant and the Greek Taverna. I'm sure after the upgrade there will be more dining options. Overall, we had a nice time.

Greeted with a miserable face and a list of rules, including not to put your towels on sun beds until you use them, only to find everyone did so we struggled to get a sun bed. Planes fly over every hour, pool is full of filth. No beach to speak of (what is there is synthetic). Wifi is horrible. Coffee to shred your guts. No where to eat nearby, you have to get on the bus or taxi to Corfu town. Sunbed broke under my 10 year old, no apology. Horrible. Apparently having a refurb next year. Needs it.

My review is somewhat clouded due to a strike involving the cleaners, waiters and other operational staff for two complete days and which covered a significant proportion of our trip. We were informed on Day 1 that the strike would go ahead the next day but that the rooms would have fresh linen and water stocked up. In fact no fresh linen or water was made available, wooden cutlery and paper plates, limited bar service and two of the three restaurants shut. Needless to say the hotel was not too clean at this time. I had a chat with the manager, Mr Urselmann, requested that our room be cleaned on the second day, he clearly stated that he would review and get back to me within a couple of hours....which did not happen, he basically ignored us when passing us a few times the following day ....I am still waiting and will take this forward with Expedia.
The staff who did not strike did their very best, and are a credit to the hotel.
The management would have known about this strike and should really have taken steps to ensure that a form of cover was available - it was quite apparent that this did not happen.
I understand that these reviews pass across Mr Urselmann's desk and would be pleased to hear his comments.

Overall a positive experience. Some notes I would have liked to know beforehand:

It advertises 3 Restaurants but 2 of them need pre-booking well in advance, with very limited space. So basically only 1 restaurant. Food was excellent, but unfortunately not a lot of gluten free options, we struggled a lot with that.

The hotel rooms are kept clean but they are very very old. Feels more like a 3 star hotel.
No toiletries provided. (only soap)

Cocktails at the bar were very good but highly dependent on the temperament of the bartender. I once requested a Bloody Mary and simply got Tomato Juice with vodka. (no lime, salt nor the essential condiments!) basically undrinkable.

The shop inside the hotel looks more like an antique shop, since they are selling products covered in dust and in bad condition. Sun lotion 4X more expensive than the Aldi outside the hotel.

The biggest disappointment was the beach, which for me was one of the main requirements. Very small, dirty (of natural debris). Grass growing through the sand. Basically very difficult for a kid to build a sand castle or properly play with sand as in other beaches.

The area around the hotel is very rough and actually dangerous to walk as it is a high speed avenue with very small pavements, no zebra crossings nor traffic lights nearby. Definitely avoid the area.
Fortunately you can get a taxi to the town centre for about 10-15 Euro.

Very close to the airport, super convenient.

Great aspect, lovely views and some peaceful areas to lounge.
Greek Taverna never open in the evening reducing dining options food could have had more spicy options as well.
Adult only pool was overrun with children and inflatables.
The main bar area could also be overrun with noisy children.
Some better policing or separation of adults and children would be welcome.
Parents should be made to clear up after their badly behaved children throw food all over the floor - the staff work really hard in the dining area and have enough to do. Control your children!
Great stay overall though.

It is a lovely place with good facilities and good cleanliness. The objection I had was that COVID guidance was not exactly strictly enforced eg people wandering around without masks sometimes who clearly were wearing masks at other times and then at the buffet not wearing gloves etc. The rest of the stay was fine but this is slightly inexcusable.

Bathroom towels were very poor quality. However, that said it was the end of season so probably that was the reason. Also, it could offer a little bit more for parents to do e.g crazy golf or even a small bowling green would have been great, would be happy to pay a small concession. Other than that, fabulous little hotel. Reception were top notch, really helpful team. Bar staff over worked and a bit grumpy.

This is a great place for families, it offers an all inclusive package for food and drink. The entertainment was lovely and the staff was nice. However, inside the rooms it was minimal. We had to buy shampoo and conditioner. There were no washcloths, & the sink in the bathroom took forever to drain. I'm not sure what the maid service did, because they didn't give us clean coffee cups or remove soiled dishes. The pools were only open from 10-6 (even for adults)...the location wasn't fantastic. And, when I booked the room online I didn't realize that I was booking the \"all inclusive.\" I would have liked Expedia to be more clear about that. If you are looking for an authentic Greek experience, you won't find that here. If you want to stay in a cruise ship on land, this is the place for you.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Pools are great and grounds on well maintained. Food was ok, better than what I had expected and they don't go cheap on the alcohol I had to ask them to make my drinks weaker 😂.

I went with my ten year old son and think maybe they should work on more varied activities and promote them much better but he did have a great time.

The airport is 15-20 max minutes away which is really helpful and Corfu town a very short 10 minute taxi away. I would stay again.

Room and facilities cleanliness, friendly staff always there for you with a smile, buffet quality & variety. Travelling with a 4-year-old and a 9-month-old baby is challenging but the hotel staff met our expectations and pleased our requests.

Perfect for family, thought everything was amazing but the staff were particularly incredible. I’d struggle to find anything I didn’t like, the only area I think they could improve is by cutting out all single use plastic but I fully appreciate this would be difficult to achieve so not really a criticism. I would definitely go back and probably will!

It's almost perfect. The rooms, the large garden with two pools, the shallow and crystal clear sea, the great food, super-friendly staff etc. combined for a wonderful experience. The only thing that could be better: The gym is open only until 19h and children are prohibited there. We really would have liked to us it either together with our kids or in the later hours when our kids were in bed. Unfortunately both wasn't possible. But that was really the only little thing we found to criticize during our stay. We will definitely come again.

Family wedding/ holiday at Tui Kerkyra Golf Resort

Hotel is clean, pleasant staff, food is really good. Great selection of food for both adults & children. Didn’t get chance to try the speciality restaurants but other family members told us they were excellent.
Rooms are basic but clean & comfortable.
Pool area good. No problem getting a sunbed but it was the end of September.
No beach as such. If you like the beach it’s not the place for you. Lots of sunbeds on a large grassy expanse looking out to sea, main land Greece and towards Albania. Beautiful scenery.
Children’s entertainment excellent, kids club and facilities good. Staff very attentive.
Adult entertainment - Great variety of shows to suit all tastes.
Immediate area - hotel just off a busy dual carriage way. Corfu town & Gouvia are a short taxi drive away. Approx 15 - 20 euros. Approx 35-45 walk for adults. Too far and too busy road to take children if walking.
We went for a family wedding. Beautiful day had by all attending.
We would not normally go to anything other than an adults only hotel but if we go back to Corfu this hotel is definitely on our list.

Great Hotel

This was a very nice hotel, with great food and good drinks at the bar. The staff were very friendly, and all the facilities were in excellent condition. The beach was not the greatest, the there were some excellent pools, and some sandy areas were you can relax with by the water.

Great hotel in lovely grounds

Facilities were great and staff very good. Good value for money, food good with plenty of choice. A popular place in September for young families but even though we were 4 adults we could choose our location for sunbathing and eating. Great idea to have adult only dining. Staff work tirelessly and are very enthusiastic. Management are around at all times and do their utmost to keep on top of things. All in all a good place but will definitely look at adults only places going forward. A few too many pushchairs.

Hospitality was great, felt very comfortable. Clean, good service, pool area was clean. Rooms were cleaned daily, although decor was dated. Not many children programs in English on the T.V. which was a bit unfortunate. Even after check-out they allowed us to use the hotel facilities since our flight was only in the evening.
Not much to fault. Hoping to go again!

Lovely resort on the beach

Great hotel, the room was clean and even if we haven’t had the best view, we still enjoyed it.
The staff were very helpful and friendly, food was great and lots of choices every day.
The kids loved the pool and the entertainment was amazing, fabulous family games and shows every night.
There was always something on for every age, from aqua fitness to water polo, family golf, kids club, you name it.
Also a short taxi drive to the old town and Aqualand and about 40 min on the Green bus to Paleokastitsa.
All in all a good experience!
