My stay was an absolute nightmare and I’m not normally one to give a bad review, but dishonest reviews is how I booked this place. I wish I could give zero stars on cleanliness because the sheets and towels were literally brown. I was also given a smoking room with a bad smell, the last straw was a random stranger coming to knock on my door at 10pm asking if a had a condom, as a woman alone in that room, I did not feel safe at all so I packed my things immediately and when I was about leaving, the staff on duty was proactive and apologized, seemed very sincere, moved me to a different non smoking room and had my sheets changed. I only booked one night so I managed and left as fast as I could the following morning. I will never be back!

The place reeks of smoke & the comforter was littered with burn marks/holes, though I'd chalk that up to the other clientele.
Staff was great & the builders did a great job on the interior. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower was top tier. TV had every app/channel you'd want. I'd say the only thing missing was a clock/alarm for the room. Other than that, great value for your dollar if you need a room for a night

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is turning away military soldiers upon check in, and refusing to refund pre paid reservations. Expedia, who this was inadvertently booked through offered a refund but needed the hotel to authorize it. The hotel refuses to get back to Expedia and remains unresponsive with no refund!! If no refund is issued today I will be disputing the charge with my bank and filling a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

When I arrived the room as not ready even though I was doing a late check in. There was not water at the room. The water dispenser machine was not working. The room and hallways smell like cigarette and the insulation of the room is terrible every single noise goes through, the train that is across the street the people talking at the hallway, every single noise can be heard on the room.
