It's an older property now, and my wife and I have been coming here for a very long time. We love how conveniently located it is between Concord and Lexington. On our last visit in May 2026, it helped to have front desk personnel like Benson, who went out of his way in helping us get the right room when our original choice did not work out. Benson is a credit to The Element Lexington/Concord. This review comes way later than I had originally planned, which I'm sorry for, but I'm happy to come back and give an excellent review and mention awesome staff. Well done and thank you, Benson!

Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. First day we were there they did not have bar soap for the rooms and I had to ask for bags for the trash cans. Other than that it was a great stay. Will stay here again

Hallways had debris/trash all down them the entire time, floor in room wasn’t vacuumed, sink in bathroom didn’t drain, pictures on the wall were barely hanging on with tape over previous holes, little table in room wasn’t vacuumed broken, and floor in the breakfast area was so sticky you had to consciously pick up your feet to move them. Just very dirty/unkept overall.

Ok place to stay. Nothing amazing but nothing bad either.
Main comments:
I wish for the yoghurt there was a none dairy option.
The blackout blinds design are really annoying, always slip out of the guide rails
Should be at a minimum dustpan and brush under the sink in each room with a kitchen.

Happy with:
Had a thermostat you can turn off Aircon all together.

The trail nearby is great for running, managed to run all the way to concord and back, it’s about 22km

Generally I have stayed a few times now and if the rate is not too insane I would stay here.

Sadly, this property was in very poor shape. I've never been to a Marriot in as poor a condition. Or in a poor condition at all! The staff were doing their best, but the common areas were dirty (tables, carpets, sofas) the buffet was a mess (nothing but foil over hot dishes, spills on counters, dirty tables) and the rooms left something to be desired. Our room had no soap, nor did that of others in our party. And none was forthcoming, which is apparently a "thing". There were no laundry bags, and there weren't enough towels on arrival. It was just sad all around. Especially when you see harried employees doing there best with limited resources

Our room reservation was changed to a different room, one bed instead of two. That wasn't too bad. Breakfast was bad, my wife found mold on the fruit. They switched rooms on us again and moved our stuff without our consent. They emailed me to inform me, never called since they didn't have my number on the reservation. I have to give my number on hotels.com, they should have it. My wife was very upset about them moving our stuff, we had to search to be sure we had everything, including our son's medication. We immediately demanded a refund and left, found another hotel.

The room was clean, but housekeeping staff did not replenish the body wash in the room. Found that out when i was already fully in the shower. They fixed the situation, but the inconvenience was already had. Aside from that, there was a lot of wear and tear in the room. The rollup curtains were damaged and were a bit of a struggle to move up and down. The sink faucet handles leaked water when you turned the water on, the shower handle was falling off too. There was a broken light switch as well. As newer as this place looks and feels, it is clearly not well managed or maintained. The morning breakfast was a train wreck. The staff could not keep up with the demand of guests wanting to eat. They were scattered and all over the place. I mostly get the sense that the whole place is ran by a younger generation that hasn't had proper training.

What a great stay! From check in to check out everything was awesome. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. The kids loved the pool which was very clean. The beds and pillows were great for a hotel. Breakfast was nice, it’s more of a leveled up continental breakfast than a “hot breakfast”; but it got the job done and the kids fed. We can’t say a thing bad about our stay! It made us decide we need to look for more Element hotels in our future trips.

We stayed there one year ago and everything was so great we came again. Check in staff was indifferent in fact I stood at the counter several minutes being ignored by the check in person while he stared at his computer and did no even acknowledge me standing there. Not even "hello, I will be with you in a minute." Only when another staffer came over was I acknowledged. Breakfast Sat.morning un-managed. By 8am, no coffee, no hot water. Mlk etc. at both counters empty. Nobody checking. 30 minutes before they started making more coffee. Not enough chairs for guests. Some guests actually wiping their own table down and their own dishes from the kitchen.Trash can at the dish drop off full to overflowing. It was disgusting. The kitchen staffer bringing out food was working very hard trying to do everything with no help.The desk staffer who ignored me the day before was there walking. Looked like he was supposed to be helping/managing but he was doing practically nothing and appeared to have no clue what his job was. Many people asking the kitchen guy and him for coffee, milk etc. This should not be happening. A year ago there was one woman handling the whole room and she was fantastic! Cleaning, clearing tables , straightening chairs and checking coffee, milk etc.I know it was the weekend and the place seemed reasonably full but this should not happen. Very disappointed!

The suite that my family stayed was very clean, and the check-in and check-out procedure were very quick and smooth. Their breakfast was just okay, had a little bit of different varieties. One star off was due to our window curtain edge was broken off, still functioned, just didn't look neat and pretty.

The main issue is that they were understaff, but the existing staff did not do anything extra.

Not a great stay. Showed up to find my pre-paid reservation was not honored, but they were kind enough to put us up in the lesser hotel across the lot at the same price. Half painted walls, light fixtures not working, power outlets hanging out of the bathroom wall.

Saturday breakfast was to be open until 10am. We arrived at 9:25 to find the sausage and meats gone, two scoops of potatoes left, one scoop of eggs left, and no yogurt left. Nothing was refilled. Toast, bagels, and cereal only.

Long story short, be wary of staying here if you don't arrive early or wake up early. They might not have your room or breakfast you paid for, just apologies.

While the design and decor is fresh, airy, bright and modern, and the amenities were excellent, there is a structural bulding defect in room 156. Every time someone upstairs walked, the entire duct system within the walls near the kitchen area shook and made loud noises, interfering with sleep.

When I showed the video to the desk clerk he said "WOW".
But there were no other rooms available to move us to.

Element Lexington is a decent place to stay and in good condition for the price point. Rooms are clean and fairly comfortable. There are "details" like burned out accent lights, dinged cabinets, etc. that hint at a lack of love and care by the owners, but nothing that seriously impacts the stay. Managing the room temperature is a little fussy but that's typical for this kind of hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The daily breakfast is a good spread, though repetitive over a number of days. The on-site gym is kept clean and well appointed. The pool is small, so not suitable for swimming laps.

He made fresh coffee and refilled the infused water every evening.

Breakfast was okay, as other Elements I have visited had a cook on site. However, the lobby was great and my girl enjoyed the pool.

The room was nice and comfortable and clean and nice to have breakfast included. My kids loved the pool. They seemed quite understaffed. They forgot to clean our room (we were out of the room prior to anyone trying to come by) and still did not happen after we asked for it to be cleaned and for fresh towels (twice). Also, in the evening, we tried to get an extra blanket for our kids, and there was no one answered the phone nor at the desk (according to a woman trying to check in, she couldn’t find anyone for 20 min). Also, despite saying that they have ev charging stations on their website, they do not. Overall, nice place, but notably understaffed.

But for the initial space having a clogged toilet, broken heating vent door, broken TV, and us having to slam the replacement suite door to get it locked-the stay at Element Lexington was good. The entrance to the hotel was easy to miss, especially on a snowy night. The unexpected switch also made us late for an appointment.

Plusses too such the swapped room being clean and spacious. Grateful for having reusable dinnerware and the quarters felt more like a studio. Applause to the staff for the stellar breakfast full of healthy options. I would have rated this place more stars but for issues early on.

Overall had a good stay at the Element in Lexington. Room was clean and well equipped. We had a sense that the place is efficiently staffed if not well-loved. Nice daily breakfast with a lot of options including non-dairy milks. For the price point of this property the experience is very good.

We stayed in the second floor of the hotel. The HVAC was not working in the room. There was a hockey team staying in the same and thé morning they decided to play hockey in the Hallway. We tried to call the operator and we kept getting transferred. After the 4th try my girl and I we decided to check out early.

One of the room headboard collapsed on us. Clearly I would not recommend à stay

Our 4th stay. Room was nice as usual. We did have a problem getting free WiFi (it kept wanting us to sign up for Marriott membership) and our in-room phone never worked. Breakfast had no gluten free options.

But the pool was the normal high temperature, which is the BIGGEST reason we return!

For 2 of the 3 days there were no pancakes, waffles, or French Toast, nor cooked oatmeal (just packets). The yogurt/granola was good though the yogurt ran out and it took a few minutes to replace. The bagels could be better quality/taste. Also mixing up the pastries and available fruit.

Asked for a quiet room with 2 beds away from the elevator. Called to confirm. First checked in to a room with one bed right in front of the elevator. Went down to say that was unexceptable. Then given a room with one bed away from the elevator.
There was NO remote for the tv in either room. A towel bar was broken off the wall in the bathroom. The blackout shade was broken. And the nice young man who came to make up the pull out couch said it was his first time. Shortly after we saw him doing the trash outside.
This place is terrible. I would never come back.
