Nice lake nearby with walks around it. Room spacious and good internet. Can be noisy if on the road side. Air conditioning very loud and useless. Room was very hot in the summer. The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the coffee machine in the room. Decor is somewhat dated and dark. Good wifi included.
Service in the restaurant for dinner was very slow but meals were good and well priced.
Location was convenient for travelling onwards by car. Free parking included.

Over-priced underwhelming breakfast

Despite being located in an industrial area close to the highway, it's quiet inside.. apart from sounds carrying over from the neighbouring rooms. The breakfast is definitely not worth the 16 eur price - 5 euros would be more like it.

Room smelt strange (not pleasant) when walking in, but after an hour either I got used to it or the smell disappeared after wedging open the window. Some of the lights in the room did not work.

The bathroom definitely needed some TLC and maintenance.

Tea, coffee supplies in the room NOT refreshed daily.

WiFi great throughout the hotel, inside & outside

Got charged 5€/night for parking (it is in the small print on hotels.com). This was not expected added expense.

Apart from that, nice quiet location, no real noise from the motorway, even with the window open. Good service, but the food was a little pricey, but a McDonalds is only 200m away. Excellent location if you have to travel North, South, East or West to continue your journey. Really good selection of fine beers, although a little pricey.

On the whole, very good. Great breakfast, comfortable bed, very good restaurant and excellent staff. Loads of parking available.The only thing that let it down for me was that the bathroom I had was a bit worn. the toilet had water stains, the sink was slow to drain and the plastic screen on the door was warped, small things but a little disappointing when compared to the rest of the hotel.

Do Not Stay in This Hotel!

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere with only a McDonald's close by for any kind of diversion. If it wasn't required for business, I would not stay in this hotel. Having stayed here two or three times, I will now never stay there again. Each time I have stayed there, the staff have displayed a cursory understanding of customer service. My bill at checkout has always been incorrect. My last stay included being given a room which was already occupied. The WiFi at the hotel did not work in the room and barely worked in the lobby. Hotel reception staff did not care that the WiFi did not work and would not allow me to complain directly to the manager who remained sat behind his desk all day. This '4-star' hotel has 70s decor, rooms with poor lighting, only 3 free sachets of coffee for a 5 day stay and is loud due to being next to a motorway and of poor construction (I could hear my next door neighbour in the toilet). Do not stay in this hotel!

Beware

that hotel should be used only if you have a car and if you want to stop over for a night on your way to somewhere else. No good to visit the town which is not near and you have to take a taxi. When you arrive and discover that it is impossible to change your stay they will charge you all the night reserved that you booked. Beware since when you call them they pretend that there is a bus taking you to the town which is not true the bus is passing a mile away.

Give more information up front

It should have been made clear that the hotel location was ideal for people travelling by car but most certainly not for anyone else. The rest of us had to take taxis for coming and going to the hotel.
Moreover the fact that we had to pay \"tourist tax\" when we left should also have been stated up front. It is the first time I have ever come across such a request and none of my friends have heard of it either.

Awful reception girls first day.

Rude. Better persons during the week. Nondescript meals. Better breakfast, just minimalist. Where did they get their stars?
26 euros taxis from railway station. 18 x 2 = 36 euros for getting to Den Bosch center and back. I will not recommend it to SAP attendants unless they have a car. And if they have, choose another one.

First Visit to Hertogenbosch NL

Staff just ok. Did not extend themselves. Medicore at best. Wanted us to purchase a buffet breakfast & told us at check in that we could not order off the menu? When in fact we could. Dinner first night would not let us have tap water had to purchase bottled. Food good although the second night there was a hair in my salad & they offered complimentary bottled water. Most restaurants would have comp'ed the salad.

Very disappointed that there was not a fitness facility. Used the walking path that was at back of property, although would have been better if there was access from the hotel.

Would not stay again as it is far too remote & prefer more hospitable staff.

On arrival, staff are helpful and friendly, main areas look ok. Went to our room and oh dear. There was a broken lampshade above the bed, not so white nets at the window, varnish on woodwork worn. Sat on the bed and it creaked. Hairs in the shower, no soap in the bathroom although there is bath foam! We both didn't sleep well on the bed, partner resulted in sleeping on top of the duvet with a blanket out the cupboard to pad the matress more. Breakfast is expensive, but a good choice available. Only a McDonald's near hotel and a noisy motorway.

The food in the restaurant is great. I had dinner and breakfast and both were very good. The hotel could not find my reservation under my name or reservation number. This was expensive for me to fix as I was paying $1 US. per minute to be on hold with Expedia for over 20 minutes. I did get a room and the staff was very nice. You pay for parking.

Well located hotel for my business trips to nearby SAP, which I can walk to. It is a little out of town but after a 10 minute walk to the bus stop the 74 bus takes you there easily. Room and service is fine, no complaints.

stayed for 3 nights but if i hadnt pre-paid it would have been 1 night only. Rooms need a refurb, the hotel is next to a major road and the poor quality / condition of the windows means the road noise is a real distraction - i had to request a room change to get a quieter room. Once you get past that, the actual service they provide couldnt be better or more friendly. Food and bar are limited but pretty good. I would try to book another hotel on future business trips as for the money i paid i would have expected better facilities.

This is a standard business style hotel which is located on the outskirts of Den Bosch. The hotel is a bit out of the way, close to the main Highway. The rooms were comfy, Wi-Fi worked well and the staff were very helpful and friendly, although I found the food in the hotel very pricey... A cheeseburger at 15 Euros, very steep considering it is next door to a McDonalds. Other than that, I would happily use again

Het was makkelijk te bereiken.Goed restaurant.vriendelijk personeel.

Fletscher is goed met mooie foto's op de site te zetten, maar erg misleidend.
Je verwacht aan het water te zitten en je zit aan de snelweg.Dus veel lawaai.
Wij logeren regelmatig bij Fletscher maar meestal slechte bedden helaas.
Deze keer werden onze bedden ook niet opgemaakt, vreemd.

Ook zouden ze wat meer op het milieu kunnen letten, minder plastic, waarom plastic beketjes op de kamer, die ook nog eens in plastic zijn ingepakt.
Ook bij het ontbijt alles in kleinverpakking, kan echt anders.

Die kleine Fensterlüftung hatte immens viel Staub und eventuell auch Schimmel angesetzt. In der Dusche war auch schwarz-schimmel an der Duschtüre. Der Überlauf am Waschbecken war kaputt als wir unsere Schuhe waschen wollten ist das wasser auf den Boden gelaufen. Frühstück Oke, langweilig und trockene Brötchen/ Brote. Begrenzte Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Keine Vegane Optionen, Obst und Gemüse war Oke. Der \"Saft\" war mehr verdünnt und ehr wässrige.
Sonst eigentlich schön eingerichtet und nettes Personal.
Bei ca. 60€ pro Person hab ich allerdings auch nicht mehr erwartet. :)

Wer dennCharm der frühen 70er mag, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Zimmer in braun, Amaturen und Bad insgesamt sauber aber sehr old Fashion, Duschkabine.

We booked for 4 : 2 adults and 2 children, wh3n we arrived the sofa didn't have sheets. I noticed it to the reception and we left to eat outside, when we came back after eating, sheets were laid on the table and it wasn't the good size! That's not what i am expecting when i pay more than 200euros per night !!!
The rest of the hotel is fine but nothing more.

Prima hotel, mooie kamer met genoeg stopcontacten.
Verbeterpunt: een make-up spiegel met goede verlichting. De badkamerspiegel is te ver weg voor iemand die slecht ziet en daarom dichtbij een spiegel moet staan. Bij de garderobespiegel is alleen summiere sfeerverlichting, dus dat is geen alternatief.

Wij boekten een Deluxe tweepersoonskamer. Geen idee wat er luxe aan de kamer was. In iedere hotelkamer is tegenwoordig een koffiezet-waterkoker apparaat te vinden, net als een fohn. Fohn was niet aanwezig. Stoeltjes waren het goedkoopste van het goedkoopste, zaten ook niet lekker. Dus deluxe??
s Nachts werd het wat warm op de kamer, maar helaas kon de airco niet aan, omdat er geen afstandsbediening aanwezig was. Volgende ochtend geen afstandsbediening te vinden. Bij terugkomst lag er weer niks, maar stond hij wel aan (heerlijk)terug naar de receptie, kregen we een bediening die niet werkte. Medewerker kreeg het hem ook niet uit en kon ook geen andere oplossing geven, dus de hele nacht in de koude wind gelegen. Hier komen we niet terug!
