Not the greatest hotel but ok to spend one night. Rooms are very basic. Hotel cleanliness is not great! Bedding was nice and clean. Everything else felt dingy and run down. The shower had major mold buildup which was not great. The curtains were dirty. The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel grounds are gated so it felt very safe and easy to park. The gardens, the pool, fountains, art, and birds in aviaries are very nice and interesting particularly for families with small kids. Overall, a hotel that could be nice but needs a major cleanup of common spaces and rooms.

Nice hotel with free parking. We got a room that can be connected to another room and it was very noisy because the soundproof was only one door. Breakfast was delivered on a plate individually, so no buffet for us. Space for improvement but overall not a bad experience.

We had an excellent stay. Everything is very clean, stuff is helpful and friendly. Room is very spacious. A lot of parking space. Comfortable sleep and properly controlled AC. The surrounding area is well maintained and is family friendly.
The only drawback is the breakfast. It looks very good on the pictures, but due to Covid restrictions, is served on tray without any selection options and no vegetables, no eggs at all. Coffee taste might be better - it is Italy after all.

Excellent hotel with a great huge green playground in front of it. Lots of parking places and safety entrance control. Very clean, roomy and managed with super friendly staff. Still, the breakfast could enjoy few vegetables and a real closet with ironing table is missing.

Huge room for a family, loved having a dbl sink. New modern design. However, there were dirty sheets on both beds!!! Management offered another room, we went to look at it ... they WERE DIRTY TOO!

Room was very spacious. We had a larger room with two beds that were partially divided by a wall. It was great to have privacy from our small children but still be nearby. The hotel itself was a short drive away from the metro which we used to go into the center of Milan. It looked like mostly businessmen in the hotel, but it was great for our family.

Great Service - even on a Bank Holiday
I arrived on a Bank Holiday and found that the Hotel Restaurant was closed. However the Front Desk staff were brilliant and organised a Pizza delivery for me. Lucky, because as far as I could see there was nowhere else to go for food within walking distance of the hotel.

Restauration basique et chère par rapport à la prestation, les cannelonis étaient déssechés au four sans sauce, j'avais encore faim et n'ai pas repris de plat, j'ai aperçu les entrées avec quelques tranches de charcuterie bien étalées sur l'assiette pour 16€. Ceci ne reflète pas la qualité des chambres, c'est vraiement dommage, je recomande de prendre les repas à l'extérieur.

Hotel staff was alle very nice and eager to help. Hotel was overall ok but it is in bad shape compared to the shape it could be in. It would be easy and not too expensive to fix the downs. It needs some management and a few hours of work:
Hallways need to have their carpets cleaned.
Outside there should be taken care of the walkways which had grass etc. growing between the tiles.
The balconys were not clean and paint/ceiling was faling off several places.
Rooms had mould in the bathrooms and several light bulbs where out.
The interior is very Italian with bright colours and plastic chairs.
Breakfast was okay. Pancakes should be heated and kept warm - they were dry and tasted weird.
Boiled eegs were green inside due to over cooking them.
Overall an ok hotel with the potential to be a great hotel.

Nous avons passés deux nuits à l'hôtel Villa San Fedele.
L'hôtel est très mignon et niché dans ce petit village, la personne en charge de l'accueil et du petit déjeuner est très agréable et serviable.
Par contre les chambres sont très mal insonorisée. Les voitures sont presque comme dans la chambre, idem pour les chambres annexes. Les portes sont des portes simples non insonorisé et il en est de même pour les fenêtres.
Aussi il faisait très froid dans la chambre a notre arrivée et il a fallut du temps pour avoir une température acceptable.
Le petit déjeuner n'est pas non plus extra... très simple et peu de choix.

Superbe établissement, avec un personnel efficace et attentionné. Tout le monde est extraordinaire, mais mention spéciale au serveur du bar du matin, qui a pris soin de me préparer des cafés suite à mon réveil tardif. Car le problème principal de cet hotel est que le PDJ se termine à 9:30... Même le week end!

Das Hotel war soweit gut. Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Zimmer sauber. Handtücher jeden Tag gewechselt. Bad ausreichend groß, Rainshowerdusche + Handbrause vorhanden. Die Minibar enthält nur Wasser. Die TV Senderliste war leider nicht aktuell. Es gab ein Weiches Kopfkissen und ein festeres eigentlich Dekokissen.
Steckdosen am Bett nur für italienische Stecker bzw. Eurostecker. Am Schreibtisch war eine internationalere Steckdose vorhanden. Lichtschalter am Bett haben leider nicht alle Lichterausschalten können.
Das Hotelrestaurant hat leider am Wochenende geschlossen. Ebenso war zumindest am Sonntagabend kein Barkeeper da, der hätte Cocktails mixen können. Die Portionen sind nicht besonders groß, geschmeckt hat es trotzdem. Parkplätze reichlich verfügbar.
Wenn man ein Zimmer vorne heraus hat, kann man leider das Staugehupe am Kreisverkehr mitbekommen. Aber das war erst ab 8Uhr oder so hörbar.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Klappcouch und Doppelbett, sehr großes Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch und sehr geräumiger Dusche, in der wir unsere Kleinkinder entspannt duschen konnten. Das Hotel ist neu, sauber, ordentlich. Frühstücksbuffet extrem gut. Perfekter entspannter Stopp auf unserem Weg durch Italien mit vierköpfiger Familie. Umgebung ist ein Industriegebiet - im Nachbarort gibt es Essmöglichkeiten und Supermarkt. Die Anlage ist groß und schön.

Modern and clean hotel with a nice yard/garden and pool. Rooms also modern and quite roomy. I guess they have tried to hide the traffic noise from the nearby roads/s by playing pretty loud music outside the hotel (and also in the lobby). The music is also annoying and repetitive. Im sure nobody likes it! Food at the restaurant could also be better.

Hotellet er nyt, værelserne og badeværelser har en god størelse. Der er et stort udvalg til morgen mad, Vi spiste en aften i restauranten, hvilket var en fejl. Personalen kunne ikke engelsk og grinede så meget at de næsten ikke var i stand til at gennemføre serveringen ( vi fandt ikke ud af hvad der var så morsomt, men det var ret ubehagligt) derudover var maden ret smagsløs.
Der er gjort meget ud af omgivelserne, med en hyggelig terrasse, et fint lille pool område og en stor have med legeredskaber.
Et minus er er der konstant bliver afspillet musik på alle fællesområder, ude som inde, til tider så højt at musikken fra gangen kan høres inde på værelserne.

Pretty good stay. Nice hotel, good pool, good breakfast, clean and big rooms, nice staff, but limited English speaking ability. Ho soggiornato in questo hotel con la famiglia per 2 notti, dal 5 al 7 maggio (prenotato via expedia un mese prima, ad un prezzo totale di 160 euro). Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla fuori Milano, ma molto vicino alla tangenziale e quindi comodo per raggiungere in breve tempo tutti i luoghi di interesse.
La nostra camera familiare era molto ampia, con 2 letti matrimoniali (uno in realta' era un divano letto) separati in 2 zone distinte, ognuno con televisore a schermo piatto. Molto spazioso e pulito il bagno.
L'hotel e' circondato da un parco molto ben tenuto.
Infine, colazione ricca e varia, a buffet, sia dolce che salata.
L'unico piccolo neo e' il caffe' ed il cappuccino alla macchinetta automatica. Comunque buono.
Ci tornerei volentieri.

Rien à dire ! Hôtel isolé dans une zone industrielle à environ 15 km de Milan. Cet établissement possède un équipement complet (belle chambre toute équipée sauf réfrigérateur, bar ouvert 24h/24, piscine, super parc et petite salle de sport) et de qualité avec un personnel disponible. Une voiture est indispensable avec laquelle vous pouvez vous rendre à Milan par l'intermédiaire de la station de métro situé à San Donato située à 8 km de l’hôtel (3 € l'aller-retour, enfant de -10 ans gratuit + parking couvert et sécurisé pour 2 € 4 heures, prix que j'ai payé). La ligne M3 vous déposera à Duomo (centre ville). En effet, afin d'éviter des PV pour avoir utiliser votre véhicule dans des zones interdites au véhicules au centre de Milan.
