I think it was kind of meh, the rooms were quite tiny. Getting from the parking to the hotel with luggage was a challange, and everytime you go out, you need to go out, the parking needs to be validated at the reception.

But the breakfast was good.

The room was not very clean. They put bloody towels for us twice. Carpets were dirty. They don’t change the sheets. They bring 1/2 towels max. They only give you one roll of toilet paper ( a cheap one). The location is VERY inconvenient to center of Milan. This is not a convenient hotel for Milan at all. Last but not least, the sink was yellow and shower was really small. This is not a 4-star hotel by any means.

Hotel room was a little dusty (ie. desk & phone & surfaces in the bathroom, otherwise a wonderful experience! 5-10 minute bus to the metro (which comes every 20mins), from metro it’s 20/30mins into the city centre. Beautiful greenery and fountain around the area. I felt safe, even when we were walking out in the early morning/late night.

Nice hotel, a little out of the centre of town but perfect for our office. Really good breakfast. I've not eaten in the restaurant (we eat round the corner at l'angolo). I stay here quite oftem. Staff are professional and friendly. I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in this area.

Disgusting hotel- avoid

I booked the ‘hotel’ (double room per booking confirmation, but they transferred me to the ‘residence’ which is in another building.
This was a disgusting apartment. Stains on carpets, horrible smell, drawings on the tables and walls. ‘Fitness’ was one bike in the laundry room. If you pay more than €15 to stay here, you are getting ripped off.

Pleasant stay, nice staff

Had a Lakeside room with large windows that opened to allow fresh air in the room. Room size was small but clean and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Frederica, a trainee, who seemed to be there all the time. Unfortunately for the hotel, she will me moving over to the residences portion of the property. I recommend signing up for the breakfast, which is a fairly complete buffet of items.

Beautiful and peaceful area of Milan. A little far away from tourist areas, but taxis are readily available and bus stop close that takes you to metro. Unable to get room service on a Sunday because main restaurant was closed for an event. Hotel was clean, staff very helpful, and grounds were beautiful.

Accessibility issues

The hotel staff were extremely accommodating to our mobility needs, however, the first thing we faced was a set of stairs to the hotel lobby with no other way to access (ramp/elevator) the hotel. (Everyone checking into the hotel would have to carry their luggage up the stairs too.) Staff took us through the basement of the hotel to the lobby and then proceeded to show us how to go to different floors using different elevators.

Although we accessed much of the hotel in this way, changing elevators certainly was not convenient.

Also access to the hotel from the parking garage was not accessible because the elevator was broken. We had to go onto the road (it was not busy but all the same there was no sidewalk either) to access the hotel.

The hotel did not have a large enough bathroom for mobility challenged individuals.

Again, staff were very friendly and helpful but the facility itself is not overly accessible.

Always stay here from now on when in Milan

This is a place I came back to a second time. I've rented places in the nearby towns, but this was really the best place for Wi-Fi, eating, and getting around. The staff is the best in all of Europe that I've met.
12 weeks in the last 3 quarters and I've almost stayed in a new hotel each night (~60 hotels).
Laundry service is what an American expects, and the food/breakfast is fantastic for a biz traveler... just eat and go.

It was same day, at the right time, delivered early.

We have been staying in this hotel for over 30 years. It has been well maintained and it is so refreshing to see so many of the original staff still there. The rooms are superbly clean and breakfast overlooking the lake is excellent.

This is a typical NH hotel, great for a business traveller and is only a short taxi ride to the airport (Linate) only about 15 mins in traffic so its ideal. There is not much in terms of amenities surrounding the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. I was booked in the hotel but actually stayed in the longer term residence building to be closer to a family I was helping with a project at the Ospedale San Rafaelle (5 minutes walk). At the hospital is a quick connection to the Metro via a dedicated tram Service and facilities were good. Internet was \"free\" 100MB at a time for speed limited service. Logging in again and again was annoying. In fairness, for 10 euro you could buy unlimited 24 hour high speed access. My free breakfast was adequate and tasty but not particularly fancy. I would stay here again.

The hotel is convenient to Linate Airport and is why we selected it. It does set in an residential area so dot expect a large selections of restaurants within walking distance.The only complaint we have is the taxi ride to the airport before 6 a.m. is pricey for the distance and there apparently is a 'surcharge' for the early hour. We wish the staff had informed us of this. Overall the hotel was very good.

Great way to end our vacation

We had one night in Milan before flying back to the U.S. in the morning after a 2.5 week journey through Europe. We booked the hotel for it's proximity to the LIN airport, free internet and accessible by Metro/Bus. From Milan Centrale follow signs to Metro. Purchase the combined Metro/Bus ticket for 2 zones take Metro Green line to Cascina Gobba stop. Take bus (#945?) 4 stops directly in front of the hotel. The front desk employee Ciro was very accommodating and arranged for a taxi that accepted credit cards for us in the morning. When we arrived at our room is wasn't what we were expecting, it was much better, a suite. He upgraded us for the one night and so we decided to spend it there instead of make the journey back to the city to explore. Our only request on our reservation was for extra pillows and we had plenty. We dined at the only local restaurant called The Cinese (Chinese) Italian - it was excellent & highly recommend, both the dumplings & the pizza were delicious as was their house wine. If you want to be near the city this hotel is a ways out but if you are looking for a place to relax before you fly out, highly recommend!

Excellent Hotel Close to Airport

We just came back from out trip to Italy and France. We booked this hotel last minute via Hotels.com app and could not of been more satisfied. The Hotel is close to the Milan / Linate airport but a little further from the Milan city center- like a $25. cab ride which was ok in comparison to price tag of the hotels located in the center of Milan. The surrounding area is pretty residential but has nice hotel amenities. The staff were all warm and welcoming and most spoke English well. Great find, will definitely stay again!

Comfortable hotel with helpful staff

Nice hotel, easy access to Milan centre (about 20 mins) if you're happy to get public transport (bus then metro).

Breakfast wasn't amazing but it was ok and definitely sufficient.

My only gripe is that the hotel advertises online as having tea and coffee making facilities in the room...our room didn't have any and reception advised me that none of the rooms have this.

nice and wide room, nice view to artificial lagoon, but the balcony need some clean. The bathroom was very clean and had all the neccessary (shampoo, sponge, rinse, duche gel, etc). I had some difficult for to found the hotel, because the streets dont have names and I had use GPS...

Very good place to stay. Room had a bueautifull view on the small lake, the place is very quite and rest full. Breakfast is nice too. The only point was the fitness center that was limited to a small room with 1 bike and 1 running belt.

Other people have complained about the remoteness of this hotel. It IS in the centre on an out-of-town urban development.
But a bus stops outside; a Metro line is five minutes away and the centre of Milan 20 minutes from there. We never waited more than five minutes for a connection.
The staff were extremely helpful; the rooms are what you'd expect from a four star. We had no complaints

Sent to another building

This is the second time in a row that we have booked the Hotel and on arrival were sent to the 'Residence' which has no dining room and is a walk from the hotel. Extremely annoying and inconvenient especially when it is raining, which it was. We were of erred a smelly smoker's room despite having booked a non-smoking, superior room. The manageress of the hotel dining room has been there 32 years and is a delight. The hotel is no longer the same since taken over by NH hotels

You may not regret.

The workers of the hotel were friendly. In addition, there was a nice lake next to the hotel. The room is not small and breakfast was very good. But TV was small and there was a leakage in the shower booth.

la camera assegnata aveva problemi di manutenzione. Non funzionava il termoarredo del bagno (bagno quindi molto freddo), e l'asta della doccia era priva del fermo per alzare e abbassare il doccino. Inoltre il riscaldamento funzionava on/off e usciva dal bocchettone aria molto calda proprio sopra il letto. Non tra le esperienze migliori.

Avevo prenotato all’NH hotel Milano 2 ad agosto, una volta arrivato all’hotel lo ho trovato chiuso. Ho telefonato alla struttura e il personale che ha risposto in modo sgarbato e supponente mi ha detto che l’hotel in quel periodo è chiuso e che la mia prenotazione era stata spostata automaticamente al residence. Niente di questo mi era stato anticipato per mail ne telefonicamente. Ritengo quanto accaduto una grave mancanza di chiarezza e trasparenza che non mi sarei aspettata da un hotel di questo calibro.

Ho prenotato in quest’hotel poiché il nome NH è per me una garanzia in termini di business hotel, purtroppo questa volta così non è stato.
Ho prenotato una camera doppia uso singolo, con un letto matrimoniale, arrivo in hotel c’è un parcheggio che avevo espressamente richiesto, ma non c’è segnalato che è a pagamento. Fase di check-in molto lunga, evidentemente fatta da personale non esperto, entro in camera, nella mia camera c’era una terribile puzza di fumo, e la camera era con due letti singoli e non matrimoniale come avevo chiesto. Chiedo il cambio stanza ma non c’erano disponibili altre tipologie di stanza come quella che ho prenotato. Volevo andarmene via, ma purtroppo avevo troppo da fare e sono rimasto. Per quanto riguarda la cura e manutenzione della camera, molto molto scadente, arredo camera e arredo bagno vecchio e usurato.
Mi hanno fatto andare avanti e indietro due volte dal parcheggio alla reception perché la prima volta sono arrivato al parcheggio è la cassa era rotta e ti rimandano alla reception, sono andato in reception pagato, ma non mi avevano attivato il ticket per uscire, così per la seconda volta vado e me lo convalidano. Assurdo, non tornerò mai più in quel hotel, che avevo selezionato perché vicino al luogo del mio impegno lavorativo e in più perché fa parte della catena NH, ma a quanto pare devo rivalutare la catena se ha in piedi hotel così scadenti dal punto di vista strutturale e di servizio.

Old hotel which would need more care and maintenance. The room had a strong bad smell and I got the impression it was not a surprise for the hotel staff. Prompt and kind the service to try to eliminate the smell which however remained. Eventually we had to sleep with the windows opened

공항 근처에서 하루 머물기에 무난. 이탈리아 여행하면서 묵었던 숙소 중 가성비는 떨어지는 편임. 싼 가격이 아닌데 어매니티가 부실하고 체크인 직원의 전문성이 떨어지고 불친절함. 리나테 공항에서 아주 가까워서 전반적으로는 만족.

This hotel is very comfortable and close to San Rafael Hospital. The bus connections to the hospital and to the metro were fine and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The room was clean and had lots of space. Breakfast, with an extra fee, was very good and much better than other Italian hotels that I've been too. Not much to do nearby but lots of green open space
