The NH Milano 2 Residence hotel is a perfect place for a home away from home. The hotel is in an exclusive residential area of Milan, just 7km from the center.
This is a quiet spot in a picturesque area with a village feel offering lovely views over a park and lake, great for jogging or cycling. At the same time, Milan's city center can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
NH Milano 2 Residence has 50 rooms and 84 apartments. Each one has a relaxed atmosphere with a decor of warm fall colors.
Every space comes with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, while apartments have a kitchenette and access to a laundry room. There are one, two, and three-bedroom apartments available and the luxury ones have lovely views over the lake.

My room is spacious looking out to the lake from the window. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Everything is clean in my room. Staffs are friendly and nice. It is very convenient to take public transport like buses and metro to anywhere in Milan. The people in the Segrate are very nice too. If you prefer space and green land, it is the place!

All in al hotel is very good! We liked the private location. The only 1 thing what I would like to say, that the hotel needs renovation. A little bit old furniture, carpets and balcony door. But if you want to enjoy the atmosphere of old Italy - perfect place

This place was so outdated the room was horrible with a disgusting carpet no wood floors like in the pictures. Wouldn't never recommend this property. I cheched out within 30 minutes and went to a different hotel.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, infesting the rooms, as well as marks of dead mosquitoes and blood all over the room, the walls, the curtains and the bed. There is currently a dengue uprise going around in Italy so this made our stay very uncomfortable with all the bugs in the room. The room smelled musty like vomit. Had to walk 10minutes outdoors from the main building to get to our room in the pouring rain. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Rooms are clean but Very worn and Old carpets. Breakfast 15 Euro and very good. Using google maps make sure you put in directions to NH Milano 2 Hotel. Not NH Milano 2 Residence, even if that is your booking. The NH Milano has 2 sections Hotel and Residence. Both are hotel rooms but the NH Milano 2 Hotel is the Main entrance for both

The property seems to be in much need of an up grading, the outside and inside was very well worn. The staff was great, just the property is very tired looking.

This property was very unique in that it has a lake with turtles and koi fish that will swim up to the edge. It also has multiple dining options very close by. It is clean and the only complaint is that the air conditioner is not great and turns off during the night.

Iconic residence
Really nice residence inside an iconic Milano 2 building. Unfortunately it is a little bit far from the NH hotel, so get ready for a walk along with your luggage. It is modern and very clean. Helpful personnel

Based in a complex of slightly strange architecture that like the apartments are looking a little tired. The apartments are a short walk to the Hotel where breakfast facilities are shared.

Comfortable Hotel in quiet residential area
The hotel is clean and comfortable without too many amenities. It is in a residential area far from the city or tourist areas. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel and delivers you easily to the train station so getting around without a car is not difficult. I went into the city most every day. The fitness center consists of 3 pieces of equipment. There are two restaurants, both very good, right outside the hotel so you don't have to go into the city if you don't want to. The TV has one station in English, the news station, which repeats on a 20 minute loop.

Great Place Near Linate Airport
If you agree to stay a little bit outside of Milan with approximately 40 minute travel to town centre this looks like a great choice. I really enjoyed the environment with the little lake in front of the spacy room. This looks like a great alternative to staying in Milan centre and I found it very relaxing. All amenities you might need are nearby including a sport centre for example (beside the fitness studio they got ...).

There were several things wrong with my stay at this hotel. For one, the hotel room was very cold. Turning on the heat didn't change the comfort level/warmth of the room. The T.V. was not working and it was old and antiquated. The cobblestone courtyard and narrow flights of stairs made it difficult for a traveler with heavy luggage to navigate the grounds. The website falsely stated that there are was an airport shuttle from this hotel to Linate Airport. However, there was not airport shuttle and I had to pay additional monies for a taxi to the airport. Lastly, I had no wi-fi connection. I later found out that the receptionist neglected to share the wi-fi username and password to me when I was checking in.

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour au NH Residence Milano Segrate, pourtant classé comme un hôtel 4 étoiles. Dès notre arrivée, une mauvaise odeur persistante se dégageait dans la chambre et les murs étaient visiblement sales. Nous avons signalé le problème et demandé un nettoyage, mais rien n’a été fait le premier jour. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le téléphone de la chambre avait une réception très mauvaise, ce qui rendait difficile la communication avec la réception. Le balcon, quant à lui, était sale et mal entretenu. Pour un établissement censé être de ce standing, le manque de propreté et d’entretien est inacceptable.

Non ha niente a che vedere con l’hotel. Il residence è un posto abbastanza angusto, scomodo da raggiungere e molto vecchio. Ha una moquette a terra rovinata e macchiata, vecchissima. Le camere hanno diversi segni del tempo e bisogna assolutamente avere delle ciabatte per camminare sul pavimento.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la vicinanza all’ospedale San Raffaele. L’hotel mostra gli anni che ha con alcuni piccoli problemi tipo l’acqua del bagno che esce a spruzzi ed i rubinetti poco maneggevoli, il personale è cortese e professionale. Non abbiamo approfittato della colazione per il mio problema di immunosoppressione. Plus per la vista sul laghetto e la tranquillità della zona. Purtroppo il balconcino era pieno di ragnatele è decisamente poco pulito. In ogni caso potremmo tornare in futuro.

Facilmente raggiungibile in auto, ideale che per chi desidera tranquillà, molto pulito e ordinato nel suo insieme, una pecca, avevamo pagato di piu per avere una camera con terrazzo e al nostro arrivo ci ha comunicato che avevano solo una camera senza terrazzo senza altre opzioni.

Entrata in camera sono stata invasa da un pessimo odore (un misto tra cibo avariato e spazzatura), che purtroppo mi ha accompagnata per tutto il mio soggiorno (di una sola notte per fortuna) nonostante la finestra aperta. Le condizioni della struttura sono assolutamente decadenti e avrebbe bisogno di un importante intervento di ristrutturazione. Visto il costo della camera (128€ circa), mi aspettavo decisamente delle condizioni migliori. Assolutamente non consigliato

The bathroom in our room was not clean and when we asked for housekeeping they gave us another room. The walls in both rooms were dirty (we could also see cracks on them), the carpet was dark, thus we couldn't be sure if the room was really clean, (you didn't have such a feeling) and the bed sheets had holes. The staff could not understand English adequately. We were also charged 10 euros/day for the parking (20 euros in total) which I beleive that following our dissatisfaction they could skip that charge. I would definately not return.

Super ruhige Lage, traumhafte Anlage am See, Zimmer sehr geräumig mit riesigem Balkon. Leider wurde hier seit vielen Jahr nicht mehr renoviert. Risse in den Wänden und Rost wohin man auch schaut. Trotzdem sehr sauber. Wege von der Rezeption, vom Frühstück oder auch von der Garage aus zum Zimmer sind sehr lang. Frühstück ist sehr empfehlenswert! Leider hatte das Restaurant geschlossen, sodass wir auf das chinesische Restaurant ausgewichen sind. Furchtbare Qualität, Finger weg! Dann lieber in das italienische Restaurant neben denn eingang der Residence, da sitzt man nett auf einer Terasse mit Blick auf ein Schwimmbad.
Mit dem Taxi/ Auto nach Mailand benötigt man ca 30 min, mit der Bahn 45 min. Taxi kostet zwischen 15 und 45 Euro, je nachdem welchen Taxifahrer man erwischt. Also nicht übers Ohr hauen lassen.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte im NH Residence und waren mit der Ausstattung und der Lage sehr zufrieden. Man benötigt mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür) und der Bahn eine halbe Stunde ins Zentrum von Mailand und ebenso eine halbe Stunde zum Flughafen (Bergamo) mit dem Auto/Taxi.
Parkplätze sind über Nacht (19 - 8 Uhr) kostenfrei, tagsüber müsste man alle 90 Minuten die Parkscheibe drehen oder fährt in das Parkhaus des Hotels (2€ pro Stunde, 5 € pro Tag am Wochenende, 10 Euro pro Wochentag).
Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass wir keinen Zimmerservice bekamen - nicht einmal die Betten wurden gemacht.

The design came to life with the clearing out of an existing building at 19/b Via Feltre.
