was a lovely stay, near enough to everything we wanted to do (downtown Palm Springs, aerial tramway, Joshua Tree, Coachella Valley. The room was good, nice sofa and bed. bed was comfortable, sheets felt clean, storage was good, continental breakfast was decent, pool was accommodating. Definitely worth the price.

Central location. Not far from Palm Springs. Quiet, good view, clean, and good staff. Highly recommend.
Note: Don’t plan on buying anything from the food shop on site. It’s run by an outside vendor and is OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. A 16 oz soda was $4.50. A small bag of chips was $6.00.

Market, golf and coffee shop near by. Down town Palm Springs is about 15 miles. I wasn't happy with the parking fee of $10 per night to park your car on the hotel parking lot. As an Honor Club member this should be no charge.

Housekeeping staff are challenged with the volume of rooms requiring cleaning. I’m ok with every other day however 4 days is too long. Staff try hard and are engaged. Outdoor pool is great. Loved every minute of pool time. Laundry was closed due to Reno’s. Reopened prior to our departure. Software to run the washer and dryer can be a challenge. Would go back to this hotel as the location is excellent. Quiet yet close to attractions, downtown and airport. Breakfast is included in room price and breakfast is excellent. Morning coffee is plentiful and excellent quality.

The room wasn’t perfect, found empty water bottle behind curtains. Window left open when I wondered why a bug was on the wall. Curtains needed washing-pretty gross. Dishwasher leaked water all over the floor.
The view was fantastic from the property and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, but some improvements in the upkeep are needed.

Breakfast was fantastic everyday for a week! The pool is salt water, clean, un crowded and perfect temperature. They could use a few more lounge chairs and shaded areas for peak times. The room was clean upon arrival but ran out of tp, towels and trash pick up since service was missed, after 3 days, so we addressed it. Location perfect. Will go back!

The closest door was not working, tub was not cleaned. You can hear doors slamming next to you. The building didn’t seem secure late night. Especially if you stay on the first floor. Anyone can walk through the lobby late at night. The outside of the hotel were nice and the inside building where the front desk and sitting area were nice

We love Homewood Stes in Cathedral City. Besides the perfect, quiet location the staff are terrific. They are courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfasts offer a variety of selections, rooms and common areas are neat and clean. This was our 2nd stay and hopefully not our last.

Room ok. Air conditioner sounded like a jet engine every time it cycled on. Staff ok on check in but rude when asked a question later on that evening. Don’t appreciate a hotel charging parking to stay at their place. Just build it in the rates. Very annoying. Would not stay here again

What an amazing stay from check-in to check-out!

From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. Our reservation hostess, Angel, was one of the kindest and most helpful people we encountered. He generously shared great recommendations for nearby places to visit, including Palm Springs and Palm Desert.

This hotel truly feels like a hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet, serene residential area. With a peaceful walking trail and a golf course just behind the hotel grounds, the setting was incredibly calming. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful. God’s nature was all around us. Praise God!

Our trip was restful, relaxing, and wonderfully quiet. We’re so grateful to have experienced such peace in Cathedral City, especially because it was me and my sister very first sister trip together.

The air conditioner made a lot of noise. It rattled constantly, so I had to wear earplugs when I slept. And the dishes were not very clean, but I ran them through the dishwasher and left it better than I found it.

Unfortunately our stay was sub par, room was not very clean. Areas of shower were not wiped down and corners were cut in lots of areas. Throughout areas of the hotel as well, cleanliness just isn’t top notch. Walls are very thin in this hotel and you can hear everything from other rooms. Could here people having s*x next door so it was quite an unpleasant stay. The table area for breakfast was not well maintained, tables not wiped etc. some guy even feeding his dog the buffet food on a plate under one of the tables. When we raised some of our complaints to front desk nothing was done at all to help make things right regarding our stay.

We stayed here for 6 nights. Their room cleaning policy was light service every 2 days and full service every 4 or 5 days. Due to new years etc. we did not get any cleaning service and had to ask for it. Even then we got the light service when we were supposed to get the full service. Breakfast was ok.. may be again due to new years but some items were not available..limited options. The fitness center was very old feeling, no mats, limited equipment, in the same room as laundry.

Very well located for the freeway and Palm Springs.
Clean room, spacious comfortable bed, decent self serve breakfast.
The reason for the 1 star was the mechanical equipment directly outside our bedroom window (room 324) it was that loud it may have well been sat at the end of the bed, I was offered an assistance room which I did decline so the hotel did try and help the only other alternative was to wait around the hotel all day for a room to become available and that was not an option.

The only negative point, I believe, is that the rooms are not well insulated. You can hear people talking as if they were in the same room, which wakes you up early in the morning and generally makes it difficult to sleep.

The room we checked into upon arrival was left wide open I called front desk to ask about it and it was brushed off and said “housekeeping left it open sorry” ok I get it moving on go to inspect the room as I have a 7 month old baby with me and my husband and just pure disgust pee droops on floor in front of toilet pubic hair around phone and on bed yellow stains all over bedding WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I will endure to make this known as I work in hospitality.
We then were moved rooms with a room that smelled extremely bad of cleaning chemicals we then notified front desk and she said to contact who I booked through to get something done so now I HAVE TO TAKE MY TIME TO SITUATE THE HOTELS MISTAKES!? Again I have a 7 month old that I have to feed and situate in the room and we were 2 hours in after check in one problem after another done you say? NO!!! WE WERE ALL WOKEN UP BY THE GUEST UPSTAIRS ABOVE US THROWING STUFF AND STOMPING AND SCREAMING AT 11pm! WE CONTACTED FRONT DESK AND THEY SAID WE WILL CONTACT THEM THEN 30MIN PASS AND IT GOT 1000% WORSE! Never again I will ensure to tell all my friends and family about this incident. I will be uploading all photos attached to my reviews because yes you need ti see it to believe it nowadays I will ensure it is posted to every platform as well.

Checkin experience was bad as the staff didn’t ask me about whether I brought a car or not and charged me on my credit card. He made assumptions on his own. He then charged my credit card for a milk bottle for another customer who made the purchase without confirming the room number. That was another assumption he made without verifying. He wasn’t welcoming at all. Dining table was not cleaned as I felt twice the sticky corners during breakfast time. Requested room cleaning since we stayed there for four days three nights. No cleaning service provided. Towels were wet and needed replacing. Potatoes were not well cooked on the 1st and 3rd day of breakfast. Hot water was not hot and so was the coffees. Both toasters were broken and one was completely broken with wires out which was very dangerous to have it kept out for customers during busy holidays season. It was a beautiful place to stay but in general the service was bad and not professional.

Great location and spacious, comfortable rooms. The property is well maintained and easy to get around. Breakfast was decent limited variety, but the food available was good.

Service was inconsistent. I requested light housekeeping multiple times and was told it would be done, but it didn’t happen until the fourth day. Trash cans filled up, and I had to pick up fresh towels myself.

Overall, not a stay that I would like to come again to because poor housekeeping and service follow-through could definitely be improved.

Overall, the hotel is clean, but the lack of soundproofing between rooms was a major issue. I happened to have a very noisy guest next door who was loud late into the night, which caused several sleepless nights. I also found the front desk staff to be unhelpful and not particularly attentive when I raised these concerns.
