I stayed two nights, the room was clean, roomy, I felt a little unsafe because the deadbolts on the two ingress and egress didn’t work. The outside of the motel had several questionable people hanging around the premises, some quest and some homeless? or workers of the night.

I must say the staff were kind, helpful and friendly. The 24hr coffee served in the lobby was rather good and made my stay worthwhile.

Overall this motel is good for the price and cleanliness of rooms. I would consider staying there again when in the area.

Well my initial stay was simple and they were so accommodating. I showed up hours early around 10:30 am and asked to see if I might be able to get in early. Well they said come back at noon and we should be able to help. I did at 12:30 and wouldn't you know checked mein and that was that. They were so accommodating.

Staff were rude dismissive and the room was dirty when we checked in and walked into it, we had to request to get a different room and escalate to a manager because the front desk refused to change our room and said we would have to wait until someone could get to it.

After 45 minutes of back and forth they finally changed our room.

I booked a six-night stay but decided to leave shortly after arrival due to concerns about the property’s condition. The cleanliness did not meet expectations, there were reports of insects, several exterior lights appeared to be broken, and the overall environment felt uncomfortable. Although I did not receive a refund, I chose to find alternative accommodations.

Steve was awesome! He made my comfort and safety a priority when checking me in late at night by not discussing personal information or room location in the presence of the intoxicated creepy guy in the lobby.
I would have loved some fresh coffee and snacks. The office is locked when no one is at the desk, so coffee may not be available if you want it in the early hours.
The snack machine has food and laundry detergent. My chip bag smelled wonderful, and grateful they did not taste like Tide 😂

Do not stay at this property—it is not safe.

During our brief stay, there was an individual behaving inappropriately near the pool area, as well as several gang members loitering around the property and intimidating guests. The police were called, yet the property manager, Quintin, did not seem to view the situation as a serious safety concern.

In addition to the safety issues, the ice machine was not working, and there was a hole underneath the carpet that created a potential hazard in our room.

We felt so uncomfortable that we left after only five minutes. Despite the circumstances, we were not offered a refund.

We booked this property because it was associated with the Wyndham name, but the manager repeatedly emphasized that it was a 2-star Travelodge. Regardless of the star rating, guests should never have to worry about their safety.

I would not recommend staying here.

It was so disgusting there was literally paint peeling off it was disgustingly dirty. There were smears of god knows what on the walls, and I literally didn’t wanna use the shower. It was so gross. The stairs to the second floor were dangerous with no lighting at night at all and parts of them broken, a major tripping hazard. I was honestly expecting a little bit more for the price and I am severely disappointed I would absolutely never stay here again. It was worse than a motel 6

The man working the front desk was really kind during our stay! He offered luggage storage for us in case our room was not ready. We really appreciated this! The room itself was okay. My room had roaches. It kind of freaked me out. I I did not say anything be dude it was Memorial Day weekend and most hotels were full or very over priced. The door of the room was not secure unless dead bolted. The fan in the restroom did not work. There were no lights in the main room other than the 2 bedside wall sconces. The room needs a lamp. The hotel is older and it shows its age.

The hotel was conveniently located just a couple of minutes’ drive from the main promenade area, which was very nice. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Unfortunately, the property itself felt quite run-down — the carpet in the room was dirty, paint was peeling in several areas, and most unpleasantly, we encountered several cockroaches during our stay.

Some room state none smoking, but you can smell smoke very strong when enter!

Room was OK during stay to attend film festival. Rug in room was dated and needed to be replaced. Shower faucet has a small leak that needs to be looked into.

All lights, doors and outlets were found to be in working order. Had no problem with door and hatch. Magnetic door keys worked OK.

Understand parking lots to be repaved starting May 11th. and 12th. This is good as pavement was rather rough with potholes.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during Coachella , and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The overall condition of the room was poor and clearly not well maintained.

The walls had peeling paint, and the bathroom was in bad shape—the bathtub looked old, worn out, and in need of serious renovation. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was visible dirt on door handles and other surfaces throughout the room, which made it feel unhygienic.

Another major problem was the front door. It did not seal properly, leaving gaps around the edges. Because of this, insects were able to come into the room at night, and it also affected temperature control since outside air could easily get in.

Additionally, the TV was not usable because the cable cord was too short to properly connect it, which shows a lack of attention to basic room setup.

Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and basic functionality. I would not stay here again unless major upgrades are made.

First, this is an old, worn out hotel. Neither of the two deadbolts on the door of first room that we were in would work and the bottom hinge was broken. The door frame had not been repaired after it had been kicked in at some point in time. When I complained, management's first concern was that they would have to clean the room again, not that the door wasn't lockable. According to them, all of the doors don't work correctly. They finally put us another room. It was clean but everything showed it's age. Do yourself a favour and stay at a better maintained hotel.

The pool area was clean and excellent. The rest if the facilities were in rather poor conditions. You can tell our room had a lot of water damage at some point, walls we worped, areas with damage were just painted over. Everything was extremely old. Carpets were not the best condition. Overall if your not too worried about the way your hotel looks, it was alright. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

This place very old and smelly looking. There were stains all over the carpet, The walls had very obvious unpainted patches every where. at night, the roaches came out. All different sizes. I was afraid to step on them. But the worst part was the noise from other guests. From 6:00 AM until about 3:00 in the morning. There was shouting, talking loud and screaming, running around back an forth, and jumping. Horrible!

As soon as i pulled into the parking lot there was a domestic dispute in the front lobby and i had to go back and forth with the front desk man outside the room was terrible and not clean i had 3 men outside my door laughing and drinking till 3 when i had a flight at 5 overall was not a good experience and wouldn’t stay here again.

This property is very dated. There was a large gap around the door. We used a chair to secure the door as the deadbolt was broken. The shower/tub was in terrible condition. None of the plug ins would charge our phones because the connections were so loose. The TV looked new and worked well…I think it was the only thing nice about the room. The stairwells and walkways were dirty and the parking lot was in ill repair.
Sorry….I usually do not leave bad reviews, but there were just so many things wrong with this very dated motel. I guess I expected more from the Wyndham brand.

Another review said the property was rough, but that is an understatement. Dilapidated is more like it. The wavy, heavily potholed asphalt parking lot is a good indication of what awaits inside. The AC noise was compounded because the window above it rattled. It did that because the window frame was deformed, preventing the window from closing and latching. The entry door was scarred from multiple relocated lock sets, which made me think the door had been kicked in more than once. There was a large gap all around it that let in light from the hallway outside. The subfloor flexed strangely and it felt like there were voids under the sticky carpet. A couple holes in the wall were covered by bandaid-like patches, one of which was peeling off. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the fiberglass tub surround was yellowed and discolored and patched in places. The caulking was old, laid on thick and messily, and dirty. The showerhead was at neck level and I am average height. There was a quarter size hole in the ceiling next to the bath exhaust fan. On the plus side! All the plumbing worked although the tub drained slowly. The sheets were in good condition and appeared clean. Four decent pillows were provided. The property was fairly quiet, other than the very noisy AC and rattling window.
