The front desk person was exceptionally friendly and patient but it took a long time to check in because she was alone at the desk. There was a line. We were put in a room that was wheelchair accessible and we were not sure why. The shower was not ideal for standing and the entire bathroom floor was left wet after using it.

The refrigerator was not cleaned out before our arrival. There was food inside of it. There were 2 bags of dishes outside our door that was never removed, even after we mentioned it to the guy at the reception the evening of our arrival. The kitchen faucet was leaking. Plus cofffee was out the morning of our departure. We were never told the hours of available coffee when we checked in. Overall, we were not impresssed with this hotel service. We were disappointed.

We were unpleasantly surprised when our luggage was taken out of our room and left - unsecured - in a storage room. This happened because our three day reservation was booked partly through Expedia and partly directly with the hotel. The hotel promised that we wouldn’t have to change rooms, and they called me the day of the change between the two reservations. I explained about the two reservations, and again I was reassured that we could keep our same room. But somehow between 6 pm and 8 pm on a Saturday night, our luggage got moved. About $20 worth of food in the kitchen area was thrown out.
When we got home from dinner, we found we were getting a new room, which was not ready, and we had to identify and retrieve our luggage from the storage room. So on Valentine’s Day we spent the evening in the lobby waiting for our room instead of relaxing. The hotel agreed to reimburse one night of our stay - the least expensive night at $140 - and give us a free future night. The whole experience was disappointing and totally unnecessary.

This is a place you stay at because you have to, not because you're looking to enjoy amenities. That being said, it's fine...convenient to the airport, staff was courteous and pleasant and room was spare but clean.

To be fair and honest the property in general needs to be cleaned better and not allow homeless overnight on the parking areas and also not having an ice machine is deffenitly a no no for us even if there is ice cube trays according to your staff , what are we supposed to wait till it turns to ice in a few hours !! Just clean all areas better ,

Our check in was for 3pm, after being on the road for hours. The one worker was on a lunch break. Could not check in until around 345/4pm. Finally get in the room unpacked the food items/clothes. Enter the bathroom and the bathroom had not being clean. Used towels all over the floor and wet floor due to the shower head leaking. Made the front desk aware. They offered to switch rooms , then mentioned there were no rooms available right now. The one staff member was as helpful as possible and offered to wave the room fees. As of now I have not been reimbursed. When we checked out they said it should take 5-7 business days. Not happy about the above at all.

Room floor wasn’t clean, the mattress was uncomfortable, the whole bed rocked when you turned over (felt like the legs were coming off!) No coffee in the room. The bathroom smelled of mould.

Calling this place the Spirit Airlines of hotels would be generous. From the moment I arrived, it was clear the property was dirty and in disrepair. My room had visible dust and areas that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel seems severely understaffed—requests for basic items like dishes and a hair dryer went unanswered. I had to call again the next day to pick up incomplete dishes at the front desk, and I didn’t receive a hair dryer until my last night.

Staff mentioned they were out of pillowcases, and overall they seem low on essentials. Amenities are bare bones: no shampoo unless you ask, no ice machines (just flimsy trays that broke immediately), no hot tub, no gym, and housekeeping only twice a week if requested. The TV was outdated with a dark, low-resolution picture, and the remote barely worked.

On my final night, I found two cockroaches crawling around my bathroom sink—on the top floor. The breakfast was minimal, and the coffee was some of the worst I’ve had. The only positive was a relatively comfortable bed. Otherwise, I would never stay here again.

I highly recommend this property. The facility is in very good condition. The rooms and large and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very clean and quite. The breakfast is coffee, blueberry muffins and oat meal. The staff was very nice and the grounds are beautiful. The location of the hotel is central and within 3 blocks of a grocery store. I loved it!!

Because I was arriving late due to a canceled flight, there was no one at the front desk because they were getting my room ready. I had to call the front desk and bang on the door for 10 minutes to be let in. After waiting over 30 minutes, he told me he still needed to make the second bed and this is when I said not to worry about it since I wouldn’t be sleeping in two beds. When I walked into my room the TV was on, cabinet doors were open and the room seemed not cleaned.

December23, 2025 Last week we stayed and things were pretty ok, Rep at desk was super nice.

Our return on January 1st, we arrived late as we had a late flight. Arrived at hotel around 11:30 pm, had to be buzzed in. The rep at desk was Tim, very unfriendly he put us to room 105. We got in there and about lost it, a/c did not work, bed was dirty, windows were dirty, refrigerator was dirty it was a filthy room. I called Tim and said we needed to be moved as that room was not acceptable. He said I’ll see if I can move your room. So we waited for a call back and he didn’t call, so we walked up to lobby and he pulled the keys from me and said he’d put us in 214 but we still looked like we were in 105. The room was more acceptable than the other but the tub has corrosion around drain.
We left in the morning and they said they had breakfast, you can’t even call it breakfast, tiny muffins and nutri-grain bars.
I’ve stayed in many hotels and the attractiveness of the facility on outside is deceiving. The people around were very sketchy looking.

I will never stay at this brand again and honestly, I’d like to be refunded for the January 1st stay of $112.00.

Sorry so disappointed.

Kitchen right hand tap broken and dripping all night, no drinking glasses, no shampoo,no conditioner, no working ice machine, no working sofa machine , 1/2 roll of toilet paper, phone did not work traded it 3 times from front desk still did not work, asked for wake-up call with knock on door or cell number received NEITHER! When we First checked in nobody at the front. Had to yell for somebody to come. We went up to our room and they gave us either the wrong key. Or a key lock that did not work because we could not get into our room. Had to go back down to retrieve another key. And there was nobody in sight for at least 15 minutes. When I went to take a shower, there was hair on the wall. Clearly, not cleaned at all. For a few extra bucks, stay another place.

Elevator does not work. One of our guests just had knee surgery and one reason we chose this property was because it is listed as having an elevator. There were no rooms available on the first floor and we were told we could not have a refund immediately in order to book at a different hotel because it was past 6pm and we would have to contact Expedia directly.. She had to climb 3 flights of stairs as a room on the third floor was the only room available. Things happen but a courtesy call and immediate refund would have been appreciated as we had been on the road for 14 hours upon arriving at 8pm. Brian at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful (as much as he could) with going up the stairs ahead of us to make sure the room was ready (key card works, lights and ac turned on and anything we needed already in the room to save trips) so for him we are grateful but the entire situation could have been avoided had someone called us ahead of time.

This hotel was great! It was very affordable, clean, and had great parking. The kitchenette area was also helpful. But, the highlight was the staff. The property was clean and tidy, and the location was good. The downside which I find real surprising is no shampoo or conditioner, spoons, coffee cups etc in the rooms. I realize that it is a budget hotel and we only were staying one night so it was fine but really those few extras would not cost a lot... but are very noticeable when not available.

You get what you pay for. We stayed here during Stagecoach and saved a bunch and were happy with the price, that we could prepare our own food. It was a little annoying that they say they will deliver kitchen appliances and then the front desk gave me a coffee maker, toaster and set of dishes to carry by myself. We also had to constantly get new keys and they didn’t have key sleeves to keep them from demagnetizing. But overall, I’d stay again if I don’t plan on spending much time in the room

Staff was kinda short and rude. The building seemed like it was stuck in the 90’s. Popcorn ceilings in the rooms and office building ceiling tile in the hallways. The hallways were dirty, un-vacuumed and the walls had stains all over them. The room next to us must have had major water damage, because it was ceiled off with plastic and giant fans going. Great for quick stay and budget friendly. Older hotel but maintained. Great parking and location. Friendly staff.
