The internet was shaky at best. My room was not ready so I settled for a disabled room. The mattress was way too soft. the shower water pressure was the worst. It actually needed repair. what pool? I had to slam the door to shut it. The tv remote was broken. I paid $150.00 a night which was WAY too much.

I stayed here because there was no vacancy anywhere else. Rooms are small and dated. No iron, no shampoo, limited stained towels and not very sound proof. You could hear people outside and in the units above. Would not recommend.

We had only one pillow for bedtime and my mom had to ask to get clean room or towels and no place for clothes like drawers. The pool was very cold and the door to it was stuck from inside and the other door was chained up. Plus cigarette smokers everywhere even near non-smoking rooms

This hotel is gross and breaking down. Stay elsewhere if you can afford to. We paid an outrageous amount during BNP week thinking the photos were accurate. Our room was disgusting and molding. Roof was falling through. Almost slept in the car.

We didn't use the pool. We were there only for night time stay.Wi-Fi was good. Staff were friendly.Room was decent,and clean, toilet was too low and bath/ shower hole needed change,it was corroded.
It's Motel 6, can expect too much.

Our flight was cancelled and the tennis tournament was in town. We needed two rooms and could find nothing. We paid $629 Canadian per room and it was disgusting. The table in the room was dirty, the bathroom vanity looked like it had been wiped down with a filthy cloth and the bathroom sink was cracked. The ceiling was crumbling. It was horrible.

When we arrived there was one person waiting to check in but no one at the front desk. Three more parties came in to check in with no one at the front desk. Tried calling but the no one came to answer the phone. Finally after about 20 minutes a woman came out to help. She did not apologize. She said she was putting sheets in the dryer.

The actual property was okay except for the dog poop that was left in the grass near the pool, by some of the guests. The first complaint is that the front desk clerk was rude. The second complaint is that our mattress had deep divots in it and we ended up with a backache the next day. We did get another mattress though that was better. Another complaint was a weird gurgling sound in our walls. Also, the shower head fell on my husband when he was taking a shower. Therefore I decided I would only take the bath everyday. The most annoying complaint is that the card key for the room only worked one time, so each time after using it we would have to get a new one. Also, there were some homeless people wondering around, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault. We wanted to go in the jacuzzi, but it never was clean.

This was a comfortable, affordable option in downtown Palm Springs when hotels were sold out and pricey during a major regional event. The room was basic, spotlessly clean, and provided for a quiet and good night's rest. A good option for sure!

I am not one to leave reviews, but this roach motel is completely misrepresented in every way. I needed a place to stay for a quick stop in Palm Springs, and was I in for an experience. The woman at the front desk was on her phone as she was \"checking me in\", she was rude and dismissive; she handed me my key without even looking at me. I walked up to my room and when I walked in, I was immediately struck by cigarette smoke and a dirty glass ashtray, they still allow smoking in rooms?? The place was very small and it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. I head back down to ask for another room and the same woman, still on her phone, doesn't even greet me. I told her about the room and she said, \"well it's a smoking room\". I told her I could not stay in a smoking room and she made it a big ask for me to be moved to another one. The next room smelled like it had been sprayed down with Axe Body Spray. There was so much wrong, I'm just going to list them in order of the photos I took: Large stain on bed/sheets, big white stain on the drapes looked like [I won't say], table top with multiple cigarette burns, the bathroom sink had a used soap sitting in it, the shower/tub had mold growing around every exposed edge, the floor dirt was swept into the corners, the toilet had not been flushed, the wall thermostat looked like someone punched it and was broken and the total deal breaker, pubic hairs on the counter! People everywhere smoking pot and yelling.

Very clean room, but the hotel overall has, including all the extra fees for parking was not worth it. We had to wait to get keys cause their service was down. Staff was wonderful a lot of outside activity going on that we will not be in a way to say right now.

Check in staff not very engaging. Eating and hardly speaking. No cover showing temperature setting on room AC and Heat. Just a dial. Ceiling plaster cracked and needs attention, falling. Guests don’t seem to have respect for others. Yelling outside your door to others or loudly walking outside and above room.

The homeless folks were regularly removed from the property! It did take a while to cleanup the blood outside the front office, but it was dark outside and there was a lot of it. I noticed some of the rooms were updated, but not mine. The view was nice, the shower had great pressure and temperature. I slept very comfortably. The pool was also very nice. All in all, the property was well maintained for the budget friendly price.

The good parts, the room was clean. Staff was good. Check in was easy.
The bad parts, the mattress on the bed was so thin and lumpy. The pillows, only two for two people, were hard and small. The room had no AC unit. None, in Palm Springs. The shower head comes out of the wall at chest level, hard to rinse your hair without gymnastics.

The room was clean but on the smaller side and a bit worn down—it could definitely use a makeover. That said, the staff truly made the stay. Everyone was extremely helpful, polite, professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. It was also nice having a fridge and microwave in the room, which was very convenient. The location is great as well—easy access to downtown and nearby attractions. Overall, a solid stay thanks to the amazing staff and convenient location.

The TV did not work (and the frame around it was missing exposing a bare fluorescent light fixture and all cables). I tried to call the front desk, but the in-room phone was dead. I was tired and just wanted sleep so I went to bed. I tried to turn heat on, the AC was running and it was cold. I couldn’t get the heat to come on. I waited an hour, but nothing so I just turned it off. When I went to use the bathroom, I saw mouse/rat poop next to the tub. At 1:00 a.m. I was woken up by two men on the landing from room next door talking loudly for an hour or more. When I checked out later that morning, I told the front desk everything and they said they’d make a note of it. No apologies, nothing!

Pool was disgusting and yellow. Heater didn’t work and my room was freezing. When I called they made me walk to front to get blankets late at night. Then we I returned for a second night they were cleaning my room. I told them if they can just get the trash it’s fine. But there cart was right in from if the door. And the lady was just staring at me leaning in her cart and not moving it. We had to squeeze in my own room because she wouldn’t move. Had to cancel my second day. Never again!

Ok but no heat. Asked for help front desk said 10 am the next day. Returned next evening no heat. Front desk said they would have some one check it out. Repairman arrived did a few things in the ceiling and said in 10 minutes or so it should heat up. Waited 20 minutes- fan was running but no heat. I will not return.

The staff were less than pleasant or accommodating. I called the front desk. I had to use my phone because the phone in the room doesn't work. I asked for a blow dryer, and she told me to come back to the desk to get one. I wait in line 5 minutes, and they tell me they do not have a blow dryer.
When I checked in they helped the man behind me because the woman knew him.
I know you get what you pay for, but motel 6 has gone down the tubes since my last visit. They are not looking for return customers.
I haven't stayed at a motel 6 for years, but was on a low budget. There is no shampoo, or any amenities. Including a drinking glass/cup. Nothing.

The room is not well ventilated. Smells like mold. After half an hour in the room I had a headache. It was raining and there was water dripping from A/C vent. Key didn’t work 2 days in the row. Had to walk all the way to the office to fix it. Twice.
The lights outside get into the room so it’s not dark enough to have a restful sleep. The bed was good! Comfortable. Sheets were clean. Room was pretty clean as well. Bathroom was outdated.
It was my first and the last time there. For people on the budget I recommend Delos Reyes. Neighborhood is better there too.
