This property is nice looking, but staying there is not. The bed in my room was so completely shot I may as well slept on the floor. Combine that with the noise level from the building, not good. There are other Motel 6 just down the road. Check them out.

It was exactly what was expected for the price. Bed to sleep in, although, it was not that comfortable. Working shower with hot water. AC worked. TV worked with several stations including HBO. The other guests however, seemed a bit sketchy and there was a T-Gender man turning tricks two doors from our room. We spent one night and left.

This was the worst experience ever, never in my life have I encountered a hotel cancelling my reservation due to a large number of booking. We booked two months in advance and when we arrived to check in they have cancelled ours and orders reservations due to the high Number of rooms being booked this holiday weekend. When we looked online prices were tripled . It seems they noticed they gave us cheaper rooms and cancelled to book at a higher rate. Front desk lady was so rude and unprofessional. Did not give a crap about what happened. Manager was not there and toldhe did not want to talk to us on the phone. Worst expierence ever and never had this happen to me before!

We did not get to actually use our booking because the hotel decided to sell off rooms at higher prices.. And canceled our bookings with no notice. Their words were \"it's a busy weekend and people came to check in early by 4pm we got booked and cancelled your reservation. We have no rooms available. Per policy, we can do that by 4 pm..\"
Yet nowhere does it say on the site. And we were never notified. So we arrive at 440 pm to no available rooms even though we booked a month in advance. No way to accommodate . And no available manger to speak to. Even though the employee spoke to the mngr on the phone and said \"ok, so i'll just tell them you're not available\" and hung up. Telling us there's nothing they can do about the 3 rooms we booked.
Horrible customer service from the girl at the front and straight attitude from the start. When we looked online, there were still rooms showing available at a much higher price than what we booked it at.

It was frustrating not to have shampoo or conditioner or lotion provided in the room. One specifically had to ask at the front desk, and conditioner was not available.
Just using the clothes dryer was $2.75, I have used laundry in other hotels this week for $1.00

The bathtub was textured weirdly snd around #245 the drain. Used s plastic bag to use as a stopper so could bathe! And the water never got warm to hot. I took a luke warm to luke cool bsth quickly. Phone dudnt work to call them. Tried at night and in the morning bath water cool. Went to office to check out coffee available and sugar. No creamer guy said ran out of. So from 11 pm left at 7 a.m. $109 was weird was close to downtown palm springs maybe others away were better.

Good for the price. Weird stains on the floor that were apparently caused by cleaning products--a warning would have been good. Great location. If you want to lounge around this isn't a good place, but if you're going to be out all day and just need a clean bed it's good for that.

The room itself was mostly clean, though bare. No hair dryer, no shampoo, few small thin towels. The shower head leaked from the connection and sprayed water at the ceiling. The real problem was the motel itself. It was dirty, there were omeless people in the stairwells, and the police were there multiple times during our stay. The photos on line were not bad, real life was nasty.

I hadn't stayed at a Motel 6 in many years so I had forgotten just how basic it is: you get TP and a couple mini bars of soap, that's it. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion or tissues.
The furniture was minimal as well, no piece of furniture had a drawer. There were a couple rods for hanging clothes and a couple shelves where you could keep clothes out in the open - no closet.

Regarding the bed, I booked a queen bed but that's not what I got. My room (119) had a queen platform but there was a full size mattress on top of the platform. Since I sleep on the mattress, not the platform, I considered this to be a full size bed. To me this is misleading at least, or more plainly it's false advertising.

The climate control box was ancient. It had an on/off switch and low/medium/high for fan speed, but for temperature there was just a manual slider that you could move from warm to cool. The scale had no numbers, just dots. It looked like something from the 1970's. It wasn't a thermostat because it didn't automatically shut off or on when the temperature in the room reached any particular setting.

Con's:
very little in the room
rooms with microwave, fridge, or both are all booked at different rates so be careful to book exactly what you want in the room
cooling/heating system could use a serious upgrade

Clerk at check in seemed bothered I arrived.

Heater did not work and it was cold in Palm Springs last night.

Floor was dirty. Long hairs that did not belong to me, as well as dirt that had not been vacuumed or swept.

I was unable to get hot water out of sink until after I showered this morning, then the hot water flowed in sink. Just wierd.

Staff was excellent. Complex was clean. Only issue was the sink leaked. We had belongings under the sink as space was limited. My moon boots and bag they were in got soaked. Didn’t file a complain as didn’t realize until last day (rushing out for Coachella). Meant to inform front staff but attendant was occupied with customer and we just wanted to get to Coachella asap so left my mind when returned the keys. Luckily, it was my furry moon boots and not my suede boots.

The hotel is very basic, and for the price point that is expected and okay, Housekeeping staff were very friendly and cleaned when you asked. The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating to me. It was Coachella week and the hotel was insanely busy with the cast of characters that event brings to town, so a little patience and a smile went a long way with a very demanding and frenetic crowd. Kudos to them! Would stay again.

Parking was fine. Local police were called 2 days in a row. The first time for an altercation which didn't affect me but they knocked on my door to ask if I knew anything going on. The next day because of a cracked out vagrant who was on property. They were jailed and left their personal items on the sidewalk. Other guests were questioning it and I was already going to the office to have it addressed and the front desk just basically dismissed it and said housekeeping would take care of it the morning. I also experienced 2 night where an upstairs guest was being heavy footed and sounded like they were moving furniture. I called the front desk 3 times but nothing was ever done about it.

Overall the experience was piss poor. The only benefit was the rate was cheap.

Overall, our stay was good! The room was comfortable. We actually showed up a day early, very late at night, but the front desk lady was so kind and helpful—she made sure we could stay in the same room since we already had a reservation for the next day, which we really appreciated.

The location is also great and very convenient. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The young man at front desk was super friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. Room was clean and basic but exactly what we needed. AC stayed cool and WiFi was solid. An extra pillow, hair dryer and iron were available on request. Pool was cool and refreshing! Great location.

The internet was shaky at best. My room was not ready so I settled for a disabled room. The mattress was way too soft. the shower water pressure was the worst. It actually needed repair. what pool? I had to slam the door to shut it. The tv remote was broken. I paid $150.00 a night which was WAY too much.

I stayed here because there was no vacancy anywhere else. Rooms are small and dated. No iron, no shampoo, limited stained towels and not very sound proof. You could hear people outside and in the units above. Would not recommend.

We had only one pillow for bedtime and my mom had to ask to get clean room or towels and no place for clothes like drawers. The pool was very cold and the door to it was stuck from inside and the other door was chained up. Plus cigarette smokers everywhere even near non-smoking rooms

This hotel is gross and breaking down. Stay elsewhere if you can afford to. We paid an outrageous amount during BNP week thinking the photos were accurate. Our room was disgusting and molding. Roof was falling through. Almost slept in the car.

We didn't use the pool. We were there only for night time stay.Wi-Fi was good. Staff were friendly.Room was decent,and clean, toilet was too low and bath/ shower hole needed change,it was corroded.

Our flight was cancelled and the tennis tournament was in town. We needed two rooms and could find nothing. We paid $629 Canadian per room and it was disgusting. The table in the room was dirty, the bathroom vanity looked like it had been wiped down with a filthy cloth and the bathroom sink was cracked. The ceiling was crumbling. It was horrible.

Tried calling but the no one came to answer the phone. Finally after about 20 minutes a woman came out to help. She did not apologize. She said she was putting sheets in the dryer.

The actual property was okay except for the dog poop that was left in the grass near the pool, by some of the guests. The first complaint is that the front desk clerk was rude. The second complaint is that our mattress had deep divots in it and we ended up with a backache the next day. We did get another mattress though that was better. Another complaint was a weird gurgling sound in our walls. Also, the shower head fell on my husband when he was taking a shower. Therefore I decided I would only take the bath everyday. The most annoying complaint is that the card key for the room only worked one time, so each time after using it we would have to get a new one. Also, there were some homeless people wondering around, but I guess that's not the hotel's fault. We wanted to go in the jacuzzi, but it never was clean.

I am not one to leave reviews, but this roach motel is completely misrepresented in every way. I needed a place to stay for a quick stop in Palm Springs, and was I in for an experience. The woman at the front desk was on her phone as she was \"checking me in\", she was rude and dismissive; she handed me my key without even looking at me. I walked up to my room and when I walked in, I was immediately struck by cigarette smoke and a dirty glass ashtray, they still allow smoking in rooms?? The place was very small and it looked like it hadn't even been cleaned. I head back down to ask for another room and the same woman, still on her phone, doesn't even greet me. I told her about the room and she said, \"well it's a smoking room\". I told her I could not stay in a smoking room and she made it a big ask for me to be moved to another one. The next room smelled like it had been sprayed down with Axe Body Spray. There was so much wrong, I'm just going to list them in order of the photos I took: Large stain on bed/sheets, big white stain on the drapes looked like [I won't say], table top with multiple cigarette burns, the bathroom sink had a used soap sitting in it, the shower/tub had mold growing around every exposed edge, the floor dirt was swept into the corners, the toilet had not been flushed, the wall thermostat looked like someone punched it and was broken and the total deal breaker, pubic hairs on the counter! People everywhere smoking pot and yelling.
