Wow. It could really use some updates. Our curtains had holes in them the floors were in really bad shape. The bathroom really needed a lot of attention. We ended up checking out early and just drove back home that night. People live here so there are of people always coming and going. Expedia gave us a 25.00 credit but that didn't even cover our pet fees.

value for the price was adequate. Bed was comfortable though the pillowcases were pilled and should be replaced. Appropriate lamp light for reading, hot shower. Hot tub was not very warm and there was no phone or clock in the room, so be sure your phone doesn't die! Wifi was not working but that sounded like it was from a storm earlier in the day. The front desk voicemail was not set up so I had to go back down to the lobby to address any issues or questions. Despite not being full, I was placed next to a room that was rather noisy.

I found the hotels location to be great. Had no major issues with the room or the bathroom. I believe the hotel had Wi-Fi, however it wasn’t disclosed the password info and every time I try calling the front desk it would go straight to a voicemail that that’s not set up yet. The room had bugs. Roaches. Had to bail first night and scramble for a new place to stay. The staff fully refunded me. No hassle or anything like that with the front desk. Just unfortunately that was my experience. It’s an older building but cosmetically renovated. This was Jan 2026. Hopefully they spray and clear it asap.

Soooooo many problems. The room itself wasn't fully cleaned. Dirt in the corners. No phone in the room. The fridge provided froze my food solid. The heater didn't work. The bed itself was very uncomfortable & the pillows extremely thin. The door doesn't close easily & you really have to shove it for it to latch closed. The worst part though was the hot tub. It was the entire reason I stayed here. It was luke-warm at best. Then on top of that it shut off an entire hour early.

Room maid service was very good. Clean towels etc. power outage upset the WiFi in the resort facility so that only certain garden spots had a strong WiFi signal. Rest of property had a few work in progress issues te decorating but overall it was a very pleasant stay there. Special mention to the maintence man who does a fantastic job - he needs an apprentice to assist him he can’t be expected to work 24/7 as now. Management should take urgent steps to recruit.

Over $200 for a one night stay and quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I had no choice because my flight was cancelled but there was random chopped up carpet lining the walk ways, the toilet never worked and I had to use a bucket to get it to flush, there was exposed electrical and the lights were all without bulbs but one in the bathroom that was sketchily wired to a timer for no reason the “mirror” on the wall was a old sliding door from a closet?? The tv barely worked and the water from the pipes came out a deep foggy white color and never settled like tap water sometimes can. Huge waste of money this building needs MAJOR work before they can ever try to charge those nightly fees. I wish I got my money back.

We did not have wi-fi in our room our entire stay. When we arrived we were not informed that the internet/ wi-fi was down. We spent about a half hour try to connect to the internet as we had some business that we needed to take care of. We went to the front desk (because they didn’t answer the phone) to find out how to get it fixed. The front desk guy was no help and told us that there was nothing he could do, the whole neighborhood was out and didn’t know when or if it would be repaired. My husband was very frustrated at his lack of concern and got upset and asked for a refund. The front desk guy implied that there wouldn’t be a refund and verbally threw us out of the office.

the wifi didn't work, the TV had only a few channels, the pool was not available, and I had cockroaches in my room. The floor tiles were so cracked and uneven that I cut my foot on them.

It's what you expect based on the pictures. However, we weren't expecting to be welcomed by a giant puddle of water below the AC. We used one of the tiny trash cans to catch the water throughout the night. Hot water only came out of the sink faucet, none out of the shower. Make sure to bring your own hand soap!

The main door to the room was missing a lock chain, and the sliding door to the pool was broken. No iron available. They had a stick to keep it closed, but when trying to open it, it took two people to open it. Behind the motel, there is an empty lot.
