It was midweek off season so very quiet with no food or beverages available. Would have loved a cold drink lounging in the pool. But that aside, great value, it was clean, staff friendly and best perk in the middle of summer, free underground parking. Would definitely stay here next time in Palm Springs!

Staff were not friendly, rooms were not all that clean - found granola chunks on the carpet so I don’t think they vacuumed our room, and the bar, gift shop and cafe were rarely open.

The rooms were nice and the location of the hotel was my favorite part. But for this being my first time I was a little upset with the amenities mostly. First, the restaurant and pool bar. The hotel advertises a restaurant and pool bar but now I’m finding out throat my trip the restaurant is only during events/busy weekends and the pool bar is only open if business permits it and I say it that way because I over heard a few bartenders say they weren’t going to open after all because it’s not that busy. Secondly, drag bingo. Me and a group of guys that I met were staying there, were interested in the drag bingo but waited almost an hour before finally realizing it got canceled. We were sitting there with hotel drinks just waiting and waiting. We over heard the front desk tell a woman that if it doesn’t start in the next 10 minutes just consider it canceled. It’s a bummer but I know life happens and believe me I know there’s drag bingo at least once a day but this event worked out with our schedule. Thirdly, parking. Parking “comes the with the resort fees” as I was told but he proceeded to say just $15. Is that his tip am I still being charged for parking? Because the terminology to me comes off as if I shouldn’t have paid anything. Sorry for my confusion I just want to be on the same page. Would I stay here again?? Possibly. Would I recommend it?? Only if it’s during an event. It’s really my vibe for a stay but I wanted the amenities! Thanks and hope it gets better next time!

I’d say the hotel has definitely aged but the property was managed well and I’d say I wish the pool vibes were the same as before. Other than that it was a great experience and getaway for my birthday :)

Okay, to be fair, it is off season, however the web site did not indicate that everything would be closed. We got there on Sunday before Memorial Day and there was a DJ and the pool bar was open. However, come Monday, the hotel was pretty empty. No pool bar, no restaurants , no bar inside, no coffee, nothing! There is an area for essentials, but nothing special. I really thought we were going to get room service! (as the web site indicates) The pool area was never cleaned again after the party on Sunday. (we were there until Wednesday) The day beds and cabanas are filthy. The sheets are ripped, stained, mix mathched cushions, broken ceiling fan, holes in the cushions, spilled drinks and empty cups and cans everywhere. There was trash on the grounds (we picked it up if we saw it), we never received housekeeping once. The refrigerator in the room wouldn't shut and there was food debris under the beds. They had a very small staff on the preimse due to off season, I just wish the website was clear about that. However, the shuttle did pick me up (the shuttle desperately needs a wash), the ice machine worked, the hotel is near everything which was great. The hotel could have potential, it needs a make over and new management.

Great location in downtown PS. Very slow and poor service as seem to be operating all the time with skeleton staff. Literally looked like there was no staff on hand. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily or towels exchanged. Front desk staff seemed bored and disinterested in doing their job for most part. Bar staff in hotel lobby were constantly awol and disinterested, very poor.

Loved our stay at Hotel Zoso! All of the staff were kind, friendly and professional. They made us feel welcome. The room was a good size and comfortable. The hallways and outside areas were just slightly dated, could use a little glow up, I hesitate to even mention it, but just giving a little constructive criticism. We would stay again, DEFINITELY not a deal breaker and we look forward to our next visit.

Very nice hotel walking distance to everything. Valet staff and service was excellent the second we pulled in and including checking out. The gentleman that checked us in and out was extremely nice and helpful. The bed in our room was exteremly comfortable. Bathroom was slightly outdated but very clean. Bar in lounge never opened as stated. Never used the pool to rate.

The staff was friendly, and very accommodating.....but will not stay here again. Came to celebrate my granddaughters & daughters birthday on Memorial Weekend and the bar at the pool was only open on Saturday & Sunday. No pool service on Friday or Memorial Day on Monday, no music, just flat out boring!!! The bar inside was closed. I was extremely disappointed!

To me this hotel falls under the description as Boutique. The hotel has a genuine vibe that can be felt from the lobby to the pool. Since there was no central PC for use by the guests,I needed to evaluate whether the young vibe offset the traditional stays at places like a Marriot,which has a much more conservative atmosphere.I enjoyed the exuberance of the hotel,but my age said I should be in the other more conservative group.
Overall,I recommend this hotel and its excellent location.

The property was well maintained for the most part and staff friendly. The rooms were dated and our sheets were old but not the end of the world. The blow dryer didn’t work in our room and I asked for another one, while they responded quickly, they brought a blow dryer that didn’t work so I then had to ask again. Pool was insanely cold.

The biggest issue was their inability to explain why they put 5 different preauthorizations on my credit card totaling almost $1,000.00 when I had prepaid for the hotel and only authorized the $100 incidental charge. It was somewhat annoying and still hope they all fall off so I do not have to dispute.

Overall, it’s an average hotel and clean, also in a prime location. It is not worth the price we paid but understand the increase due to Stagecoach. Would consider staying again if I needed accommodations in the area and price was lower.

They do not clean rooms until you fill a special request for cleaning. Have you ever heard about such things? I asked twice managers on shift, the 1st one ignored my request. The 2nd made me wait in the lobby till the room is cleaned at 10pm.
I stayed in this hotel 20 years ago, and there was more attention to guests requests. Sad...

This property failed to meet even basic standards of care and cleanliness.

Valet parking is required, and my vehicle was damaged while in their custody on the first day of my stay. Management refused to accept responsibility, declined to provide surveillance footage, and relied on their own internal determination to deny liability. I am now forced to pursue the matter through their insurance.

Additionally, we discovered a dried blood stain on the underside of the mattress cover, indicating that bedding was not properly cleaned or replaced between guests. When reported, the response from the front desk was dismissive, and no action was taken until we personally located housekeeping the following day.

The lack of accountability, urgency, and sanitation is unacceptable, especially at this price point.

Checked into the room, no working toilet, construction all night, no working room phone. Then, when I spoke to desk services, thats the way the phones are, i can fix the toilet, but the phone will have to wait til IT in the morning. Wow. The amenities aren’t discussed. Best thing at the hotel are the bathtubs, the bartender Stefon and the valet, the hotel looks fun but the energy is lackluster and the customer service is out of touch.

I rated this hotel \"mid.\" Biggest perk: Location! Cleanliness- fine, Staff- fine. However, I think the two biggest concerns was we had a leaky toliet and contacted the front desk. Someone came right away to look at it and said they would fix the issue the next day when we were out of the room. If they fixed it, there was no communication. The towel used to soak up water was still on the floor. Toliet did still leak the next night, but we were leaving early the next day. Otherwise, the other concern was that hours after a pool party on Saturday, it seemed the pool area and deck were still really filthy. I understand things take awhile to clean, but if the party ended at 4 pm and we're at the pool at 7 pm, I thought it would look much better. I didn't even want to use the pool

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and the balcony was nice, even though there was chipping paint on the floor. The pool was good altough the bar service was not operating. In fact, the bar was not staffed during the day which was an inconvenience while at the pool. The location is perfect. The shuttle service was an added plus.

Staff was incredibly rude. There is no restaurant or place to get snacks until someone decides to show up at the bar at 3:30pm. Our AC didn’t work, they had to move us to a different room; but before we could move, they had to take the strike plate off our door and place it on the room we moved to. No cleaning service or clean towels unless you hunt someone down to deliver clean towels. No cups in the room for coffee. Shuttle from the airport to hotel is a joke, no AC in the van and it was 106 that day. All around terrible. DO NOT stay here.

A big room with lots of space but didn't automatically get cleaned and limited number of towels with no chairs for the balcony. The walls were also a bit thin so could here those in hall and next room at times. The staff were super nice and friendly - greeted you with a smile. The decorations and location are great though.

Really enjoyed the led illuminated palm trees in the inner courtyard/pool area. Got a great view of the city and the foothills of Mt. San Jacinto to the West of town from my 3rd floor balcony. It is right downtown.

;we checked in and the bath mat in the bathroom was dirty and had to be replaced. The showere had one temperature-Hot in the highest setting; valve had to be replaced. Our room was not made up when we came back to it at the end of the day. The room had no pen or paper.
