Checking was difficult as hotel no front desk, everything is done online, enter the hotel was impossible as there are no signs, but a tiny gate with a digital pad that i could not make work, i got in through a side gate that was supposed to be locked as the hotel say it is very secured???
The pool was empty.... I canceled the reservation as i was very unhappy and I am still waiting for my refund.

This hotel is utterable disgusting. The hotel is run down and poorly kept. There are stains on the couches, Marks everyone on the walls, Bed is cheap Ikea frame that you can break in two seconds. There are stains on the sheets, the tables in the kitchen, and even burn marks everywhere in the kitchen. I wouldn't allow anyone to stay in a room as unclean and disgusting as this. As other reviews have stated there is no way to check in with anyone, and you only receive an email up to 1 hour prior to check in. The email being a prepopulated chain email they send to everyone. If you are lucky to catch the cleaning ladies you may get your room cleaned or extra towels during your stay. if you dont then you are out of luck. Especially if you need more toliet paper, you stuck getting your own yourself. This hotel rents on Airbnb and Hotel.com. Both websites should take this hotel down and no longer support it. This hotel is a scam that wants to take people's money and charge prices that are no reflective of what the hotel shows in their pictures. I think that this website should never support hotels like this that are truly stealing customers money by not providing anything close to what the pictures show or any customer service.

The hotel appears to be a converted apartment complex, so there is no one on duty for check in, despite the fact that the check-in email I received said there is someone in the premises until 8p. The pool and hot tub area are really nice, and our room was surprisingly quiet. The shower valve was broken and other than the pool there are no amenities. I wouldn’t say this is a great value for the money, but it’s okay in a pinch.

Honestly, the staff was wonderful, that is why I am giving the 2 stars! However, we had booked a “Deluxe King Bed”. Guess what we got? A room with 2 single beds attached to eachother! Plus a very dirty , ripped sofa that I am not sure whether they had found if from garbage sale! I have all the photos… long story short, after one night sleep, my partner and I got both terrible backaches

Rooms were great and very clean. Checking in was challenging since it’s all remote and no person at property. But once it worked out, it was easy. I think 4pm checking in is late, should be 3pm, since checkout is 11 My suggestion is to put at least 2 bottles of water in room. Complimentary , since there is no vending machine or place to buy anything. Otherwise, I would recommend it and would stay again. Thank you

Property wanted "virtual check-in" but said wasn't necessary. Then no one was on site to check in when we arrived, and no front desk exists.

Bed needs replacement or repair: wife sank several inches into mattress. Room needs more attention to detail: 1 fork, 3 knives; 2 coffee pods, both decaf; bathroom sink had no drain stopper, no soap.

This was a very discouraging check-in since I didn't receive the info as far as the gate code and room number until just a few minutes before arrival. When I did gain access to the room, there appears to be a flea infestation in the room I was in, so I requested to be switched, which they did, and the other room was fine as far as fleas, but the mattress was quite lumpy so I actually was a bit unnerved by that. One other oddity was the TV set was difficult to access, since there needed to be a code to be able to watch normal broadcast channels, however, a previous tenant left his Netflix account still working on the set. On the plus side, it was extremely quiet and had a wonderful pool as well as a small private back patio which was a nice addition.

A Little Slice of Paradise! 🌴

My boyfriend and I recently spent three nights at the bellevue oasis. We really loved it. It’s tucked off into a quiet neighborhood. There are palm trees all around. The pool is clean and perfectly sized. It’s a great place to forget all of your troubles. I love the convenience of the kitchen, which is furnished with dishes, glasses and whatever you need. The bed was super comfy! love the fact that it’s adults only, so no children are ever present. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful. If you need anything, you just text them and they’ll bring you towels or coffee or whatever. The staff is very sweet.We will definitely be back in the future. Overall the place is ok. The pool was very dirty, water cloudy. And we got the deluxe king suite and the bed was NOT king. They put together 2 mattresses trying to make it king. Very very uncomfortable. And the fire alarm went off twice on our last night there. At 1 and 4am. Definitely would recommend for them to get a better mattress or do not advertise a king bed when it isn’t.

The owners need to invest in maintaining this property if they want return visitors.

What I noticed were blood stains on the comforter, stains on the sofa, worn bathroom vanity with little counter space and it was missing a stopper (could see down the drain), cracked vanity mirror, the pool furniture was filthy with stains and had holes, the pool filter did not seem to work with the dense debris in the pool, and insects in the room. To get in they say to touch the keypad, but you have to touch it with your whole hand to get it to respond so I had to call them to get in the first time.

They request you send them a photo of your ID (since they have no front desk staff) which is ILLEGAL.

Pros: quiet, no bed bugs and in a decent area.

Booked a Deluxe King Studio with a kitchen for 3 nights. Our stay was great. I saw a lot of confusion in reviews about the check in process but you won’t have any issues as long as you follow the instructions Lol.
Once you get the text from the property about filling out the contactless check in form, (sent to your email, check spam and everything just in case) fill it out right away, that way, you don’t have to worry about it as your trip gets closer to check in.
We received instructions via email right as we were arriving for our check in time, which included a code to get in and a code to get into the room.
There’s no front desk as the property, everything is contactless, which I didn’t mind.
There was about 7? Parking spots at the front, we were there Tues-Friday and had no issues finding a parking spot at all.
Price was reasonable for what you get.
Kitchen area: has a table, chairs, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, mini fridge with plenty of space, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, cups.
Living Room area: the couch was slightly dingy but, at least it had a couch.
Bed: has two side tables with charging ports on each side, King bed was two joined beds and it made it a bit uncomfortable to cuddle with my man lol
The bathroom doesn’t have counter space, just a big long sink, aside from that it was fine.
They don’t have a full size mirror in the room at all just the bathroom mirror which is hard to get a full view when you’re 5’0 😅

No front desk. Room small, tables are very old. Almost couldn’t open the closet door and one side mirror is broken at the bottom. The worst is the bathroom, small, one of the knobs has a hole and could not adjust the temperature of water, almost burned myself. Called the CS to change room, and would not do it. I’m very surprise Expedia allows such hotel or something like that in the website. I have pictures to prove it.

The deluxe double queen room was a great size. The kitchen was stocked enough with kitchen items that we were able to cook spaghetti for dinner one night of our stay. The property is gorgeous and it was quiet. Parking was easy right outside the gated entrance. The property isn’t easily walkable to many restaurants or shopping, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. Driving into the downtown area was simple.

Would not recommend. Check in was awkward, didn’t get the online form they wanted me to fill out for check in and communication with management was not good. Called 3x, emailed and text and finally got someone on the phone who was not at all welcoming, had a tone of annoyance that someone would be bothering them with a question. There is no front desk or onsite staff other than cleaning/repair people randomly. No room cleaning or towel service unless you manage to find someone around. We went and bought our own coffee pods and extra TP bc we had basically enough for one night stay. Cheap, college type furnishings that were worn and sad. The pool and hot tub were decent the first day and then not heated at all the next. Our rooms light and fan and outlets kept going on and off throughout our stay like a breaker was having an issue. Poor experience overall.

This place looked scary when we got there. No lights or lobby. All of our windows opened up to common areas, including the front door to the entire “oasis.”

Not to mention, THEY DONT HAVE TVS! They’re hanging on the wall, but there’s no roku or cable. Even if there was, it wouldn’t work because the WiFi and cellular service at this place was awful.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Spend the extra $100 to get softer sheets, cleaning services, WiFi, TV, and a legitimate lobby with someone available to assist you. -10000/10

Avoid the BelleVue Oasis

The online checkin experience was a nightmare. They emailed a page of opaque instructions, SHOUTING some parts of it and threatening to withhold accomodations (even though we'd already paid through Hotels.com) for failure to comply with their detailed rules for filling out their ridiculous checkin form. The form itself asked, among many other things, for selfies of the principal guest holding up copies of their personal id (driver's license or passport) and credit card, an acrobatic task in itself, but also inherently vulnerable to interception by hackers and hence identity theft. The checkin process was frustrating, insecure, time-consuming, inhuman, and intimidating, the opposite of relaxing, when we just wanted a relaxing stay on a holiday trip to Palm Springs. In fact, the checkin process, with its weird selfies, actually made us fear that the whole thing was a scam: we feared that we might arrive at the "hotel" only to find out that it didn't actually exist.
When we arrived, we were unable to find any office where we could submit the license plate and make of our rental car, which (of course) could not be submitted using the online form prior to arrival.
Except for the marble floor, the room was tacky, cheap, and smelled of mold. No face cloths or hand towels were provided (just bath and pool towels): the room had Motel 6 quality at more than twice the price.
The only positive feature was the pool area, which was pleasant and well furnished.

This is such a fun place to stay. Super quiet, and the little patio off each room is a great place to enjoy coffee or an early evening glass of wine. We would return; however, we were disappointed about a few minor items: The towel bar was coming out of the wall; there were just two bath towels provided -- no hand towels or wash clothes; the HVAC remote control screen was faulty; and the mattress was pretty lumpy.

Why stay in an expensive big name (noisy) hotel over a bustling weekend when you can stay at serene, secluded, quiet BelleVue Oasis for a fraction of the cost? The adults only property is in a peaceful neighborhood one mile south of Palm Springs' Center, just east of South Palm Canyon Drive. Parking is right outside and FREE. After sleeping a solid 9 hours, we had energy to swim laps in the 24 hour pool, uninterrupted by Marco Polo & kids' cannonballs. The unit was a bright, cheery 1960's shabby chic suite adjacent to the tropical poolside garden - spotlessly clean, with white tile flooring, comfortable king bed, sofa, and separate bathroom with modern floor-to-ceiling glass walk-in shower. Expected comforts like flat screen TV, coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, ice machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo & conditioner, and pool towels are all included. You won't have a front desk clerk to socialize with, but once you get the hang of punching the gate and room codes, you'll feel like a resident. FYI: A manager is sequestered on property from morning til night, and available after hours via phone to answer questions and help with any issues.

The check-in process is terrible. The hotel is has protocols that they put in place during Covid and nothing has changed. They required a selfie holding your drivers license before they will provide a gate code or room access and sign off on a list of guidelines. There seems to be no one on the property. I really liked the hotel but it seems to have gone downhill and the front desk attendant was so rude. One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at a hotel.

I had high expectations due to last stay, just wnated to get in and relax on the jacuzzi with the “amazing” view. jacuzzi did not work. Got into the room and took a hot bath, and no shower gel or soap and the Worse eas the water was getting stuck! We called abd broth the showwr gel after I finished and wanted to iron my clothe to ho to dinner and the iron did not work! End of the story

It was terrible experience going there as first time. Don’t know where to start with but since first day it was horrible. When we enter there find out the shower was broken. No supply at first day. As it’s mentioned adult only clothing optional we try to use swimming pool without clothes and one of there staff members literally yell and said put towel on you can’t swim like that. There jacuzzi was broken and told us to use the hotel next door with small jacuzzi and only two people can fit in there. After all this i came back from trip and find out there is extra charges on credit card without no email or explanation why by this hotel. Definitely not going back there.

The check in was terrible we waited about 15 minutes outside in a 108 F temperature to be able to get in because there is no staff at the premises, and everything is done via email. When we called the number for assistance the where impersonal and not friendly just going by the rules. We expected that as a decent hotel they would have helped us in a more supportive way.
We got room number 22 and found cockroaches in the kitchen, living area and the bathroom. Who can use that kitchen? we couldn't and we selected the place because we wanted to use the kitchen. We called the number again and they sent a staff and left us a cockroach kill spray for us to use, like that was our job.
I wouldn't recommend this place.

Ive been coming here since 2018. Great pricing, good location, very quiet, and great service. I keep coming back because of these things but i have noticed that the property is looking a bit tired and worn. The outlet cover plate in my room was broken, the faucet in the kitchen sink was loose, noticeable wear and tear on the door frames and the AC kept dropping black debri onto the floor. I have severe allergies, one of them being to dust. Definitely noticed my symptoms increase. The pool furniture is looking a bit tired as well. The cabana, I think needs to be removed or completely remodeled. I dont see anyone using it the times I've stayed. Overall a good experience. I think it would help to take a second look and focus on the small details. It would definitely improve the experience. I have hopes for Bellevue Oasis.

I booked a three nights stay after staying back in March. And this time unfortunately the room was incredibly below average. The sink and shower would not drain and toilet did not work properly. Even a quick shower resulted in standing in a couple inches of water. Notified the hotel on the first day within hours of arrival. Asked for maintenance to come fix it the following day it was not done and there was no other room for me to move to. The space felt very unsanitary.

This property has been re-done with all ikea furnishings. And no upkeep done. Old microwaves showers that do not drain door lock with no backings on them. The photos of this property must’ve been taken when it was newly
“ Remodeled”. Sad to see such a cute place with so much potential so ran down. Save your money find another place.

It was a really great time. Room was nice and clean. There was a large front and back patio. The bed was only ok. Two twins pushed together. The hot tub and pool were clean a really lovely. I would definitely stay there again.

The place outside is beautiful. The pool and sitting area was great.

My toilet seat was dirty and woman hair everywhere. My gray bath towels had woman hair on them as well.

If they can just be a little cleaner that would be great.

We needed a hotel at the last minute because of a canceled flight. The BelleVue Oasis truly was an oasis, with a digital check in process. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds which are lush, and the jacuzzi was perfect after a stressful day.

Location at quiet safe place ,easy to find , service stuff did good service to help when you cannot get check in , shops and restaurants nearby.room conditions are excellent and heated pool to let you journey so relax ! Will come again !
