Because I booked through you I was denied my Hilton points. Also, I had asked for a room with golf course views and I got a view of the roof of the hotel entrance. They said the hotel was full but there was no one at the bar, the pool or the restaurant all day long.

The room was clean and in room amenities were as expected. However, the pool/spa was dirty and NOT heated (as advertised), I had to request pool towels everyday, and the trash in the pool area was overflowing. The bar staff was often missing during open hours and unfriendly.

Room was ok. The chairs by the sofa were pealing, there was a brown stain on the light fixture above the table. The flower arrangement on the table was so dusty. The suit in general was dusty in a lot of the areas to he goes by and the room seems in need of remodeling.

The staff were very courteous and friendly. The room could really do with some updates. Dark, sad looking carpet, bathtub and shower extremely worn and dated and the bed was hard and wasn’t very comfortable. The bathtub looked dirty but I think the glaze was just wearing off. It’s a nice hotel but the room wasn’t worth what I paid.

We booked an accessible room but when we arrived we were told that room was unavailable. We were given a different room with some but not all accessible features. It soon became apparent that the heat was not working which an engineer confirmed. That meant moving to a new room without the assistance of a bellman. New room was comfortable but many of the electric outlets did not work.

Room size, amenities were good. Major issue with the staff and cleaning.
Daily cleaning doesn’t not include any vacuuming , they just come and replace the towels sometimes even that was not done.
Our corridor were smelly and upon repeated calls to frontdesk they open emergency exit to address that.
During the check in process no one explained regarding available amenities and how to avail them, it was all upto you to figure out by going again to front desk.
Swimming pool towels were always missing specially at evenings and not restocked.

The rooms definitely need some TLC.
Patio chairs and curtains were stained. Curtains were hanging on by only a few clips. Had to have the tub fixed so it would drain. The hot water tap at the sink could turn 360 degrees and everything in the bathroom had old caulking. Definitely not worth the price. Didn't even have our room ready when we arrived at 4:30pm

Room Was just fine, There was not enough focus on cleaniless and service was poor and Young guy in check in counter was rude. Towels were not readily available - shortage of towels. Fire pit had a technical issue which would take a week to fix it. I would rate this as 2.5 out of 5. will not visit this property again. Ideally I would like a refund for my stay

Not worth the stay rooms are old and dirty you can smell the dirty carpet nothing is included to do here you would think since your paying all that money to stay at this resort but you have to pay for every amenities I understand paying to do the golf which was really expensive then they tell you what to wear! False advertising they say there’s things inside and included but there isn’t ,But to play the games outside they charge for that to you would think all that they charge for they would upgrade the rooms at least, front desk girl wasn’t very nice when we checked in. Overall find another place worth it if your paying so much for a room might as well find a nicer place for the same amount NOT HERE oh ya and you have to pay for there expensive breakfast that wasn’t worth it ! Won’t be coming back

I am writing to share feedback about my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I have come to expect as a Hilton Honors member.
Upon arrival, the check-in process felt rushed and unwelcoming. The staff member immediately requested identification, processed our keys, and moved on to the next guest without offering any information. We had to ask about directions to our room, parking options, and restaurant hours ourselves.
When we entered the room, we noticed several maintenance issues:
Electrical outlets in the bathroom and behind the television were loose and not secured to the wall,
and the room door had multiple scratches and was in need of repainting. Overall, the room appeared outdated and in need of refreshing.

Additionally, we did not receive the cookies typically offered at check-in. When we inquired at the front desk, the staff member informed us that cookies are only given at check-in and reluctantly provided them “this time only.”
As loyal Hilton Honors members who have stayed at many Hilton properties, this experience was disappointing both in terms of customer service and room aesthetics. We hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

Resort fees of $40/day are the highest I’ve ever seen. No refuting even though we are Hilton members, the golf course was closed and we don’t use the pool or workout room. They only will clean rooms every other day and didn’t say anything about that. Finally, the shower tub wouldn’t drain so you wade in standing water during the event.

Too many other choices and will try a different resort next time.

Grounds r beautiful Food is uber expensive & quality needs improvement Most of the staff were great but a few issues made stay not so perfect. Rushing to catch a tour so hopped in shower & there was no soap/bath gel to be had! This is a resort with a resort fee? Complained & person at front desk was nice but stated that no one asks for full service redo blah blah All I wanted was a bar of soap! They did comply & no resort fee charged Hotel bar: served us an undrinkable margarita so sweet that we asked for an adjustment They did so & charged $9 a piece cuz they added an additional shot! BTW we twice had to interrupt her long chat with another table just to get her attention. They did adjust our bill after we complained. Bottom line: Improve ur food & perhaps a little customer service education is in order!

Staying at this hotel was truly an enjoyable experience, our room overlooked the pool and had a spectacular view of the golf course and mountains behind. The bar was cute and the drinks were delicious. The only downside was there seemed to be backup within the pipes, the lobby/ bar area began to flood at one point and then later our room sinks stopped draining and started to back up. Other than that, the hotel was great and we would definitely come back!
