I stay here because I was attending a graduation party that they were holding in one of their ball rooms. It’s was an amazing event. The room was great. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was out dated, the patio was very unkept and filled with goose poop we couldn’t even go outside to enjoy the patio we paid extra for. It had an old tub with a non working stopper and water would plug up and ceiling tiles was water damaged and broken. No help with luggage or valet. DEFINITELY not a resort feel. Will never be coming back.

This is our favorite hotel to stay at for a Palm Springs quick getaway. We’ve gone a few times for a mother- daughter relaxing getaway from LA. It’s comfortable, clean, pool is nice, fire pit/patio option for rooms is great. Food and drinks at bar/pool is good.

The mattress was absolutely horrible. Hard and very uncomfortable. There was also some blood smeared on the wall by the coffee area and on the bathroom wall. We checked in around 630 pm and left by 600 am the next morning because we couldn't sleep comfortably. Otherwise, it was a nice place and the staff were very nice.

They do not have safes in the room! When I tried to reach out through front desk, house keeping and even room service there was “no” answer. That was disappointing! I came to enjoy the pool, food service and drinks. Everyone was hounding by the staff for bringing outside food or drinks. That was a turn off! There were families with kiddos! The food and bar didn’t open until 11am. We’re on vacation! I don’t want to be bothered eating some peanuts while I sip your drinks! It’s petty!

This is one of the best resorts in Palm Springs. The rooms have excellent air conditioner and heater. The bathrooms have solid doors so you can’t hear your roommates going to the bathroom. It’s just the best!! You get cookies when checking in and it smells delicious in the lobby.

The property was so outdated and dark. Our room was awful, plugs by beds to charge phones did not work, the rooms phone did not work. Balcony sat on top of an ugly white roof with big ugly air conditioner as view- come on! Who would go out there? Terrible bathroom lighting- never again. Told them when I checked out next day and called 3 days later…they didn’t care. I paid for this on Expedia in full and the hotel chgd my credit card a resort fee. This is far from a resort! They told me to tell Expedia. Yucky place.

This hotel is beautiful by the pool and golf course. The first floor was beautiful, clean and well kept, however they put us on the fourth floor, maybe because we bought through Expedia but that floor was dirty, smelled bad, old and not well kept. The tub clogged and filled up while showering, the AC did not work and the TV had the worst signal, kept freezing.
Staff is great and service was great, since we only stayed one night we dealt with the issues instead of complaining but good for people to know for longer stays.

I was very dissapointed with my stay. I stayed in a room that had a fire pit out in the balcony which of course was more money, when we got to our room the fire pit wasn't working, then the engineer of the property had to come over and figure out the problem. The next day I left early to the pool leaving my son to sleep in, so I requested for housekeeping to come later. We left the property so I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping could go and refresh my room. I also explained to them that my son had bug bites on his leg, and there was a spider on the ceiling. Well housekeeping NEVER arrived. I called 4 times they never cleaned my room. I had a dirty room for 2 nights. That same day I went to the pool at about 4pm no clean towels in sight. The shower curtain in my room smelled like old wet rags. The slidding door had a broken knob with dirty curtains. I paid $800+ for the worst stay. I had initially wanted to stay until checkout on Monday, but decided to leave early. Before checking out I spoke to the front desk about my experience, and they said that a Manager would reach out to me. I'm still waitting for that to happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My booking was changed by the hotel the night before my stay without any notification. I originally booked and paid a room with two queen beds about a month ago, but due to overselling, it was switched to a king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable as the springs were poking through all night and when I reached out to the front desk, I was told it would be taken care of right away, but later on they just gave me another blanket! Not sure how a blanket could fix that issue! Anyway, this stay has been very disappointing for me and my family.

Great place, lovely pool and spas, the golf course was excellent and the people very friendly and accommodating. Then I want to give extra marks to one of the desk agents Jesse- having the text check-ups were actually super helpful because I had to go straight to my tee-time and could have used refills on shower gels/soaps. I figured “eh whatever it’s fine” but they’ll reach out to you via text and check if everything is okay or if you need anything. It’s just very convenient as a traveler for them to go the extra mile to reach out and check on things. Would recommend to anyone to stay here, especially for golfers with the extra putting/chipping area for fun practice.

We had such a wonderful stay! The check-in experience was amazing, the person at the front counter (I believe his name was Javier) was excellent and helped us so much during check-in. From the moment you walk in, the hotel smells so fresh and welcoming, and the warm fresh cookies they gave us were absolutely delicious!

Our room was incredibly spacious and very clean. Everything about our stay was great. The pool is HUGE and so clean, there’s so much space that you never feel crowded at all. It truly made the experience feel relaxing and luxurious.

I really appreciate this hotel so much. It’s centrally located to everything and honestly gives such a beautiful resort feeling. We will definitely be back!

Overall, this was the most unpleasant experience we’ve had at a Doubletree hotel. We enjoyed the cookies very much at all Doubletree locations. During check-in, I was not informed about on-site restaurants, bars, pool hours, facilities, or amenities included with the hotel booking. I also wasn’t guided on how to reach my room and seemed to be treated as an inconvenience when I asked questions.

To make matters worse, I booked through hotels.com and believed my room would have a mountain view, as shown on the website of and app of the booking platform. If you're booking through here (hotels.com), double-check to ensure you’re getting what you expect—my room faced the parking lot and a tree.

The rooms are outdated; my bathroom, in particular, seemed moldy, with mold on the ceiling and around the faucets.

When we went to check in, they told us our room wasn’t ready so they switched us to another room instead and gave us a free breakfast. Then when we checked out I was told they comped our room. This was totally unexpected and was a huge blessing. We had a nice time. The room we ended up in was great. The staff were all friendly and the hotel was nice. It was only about 15 minutes from the main strip. Highly recommend.

Great location and amazing views. The rooms and bathroom in particular shows its age. Bathrooms should be remodeled. Rooms can be more clean (you can see the dust in the corners of the rugs). Patio furniture is also a bit beaten up. All in all the rooms can be remodeled

The hotel is in an amazing location , with rooms overlooking the golf club. The large terrace offers a stunning 180-degree panoramic view—absolutely beautiful! The staff went above and beyond to help us carry in a heavy extra bed, and their service was warm and attentive. A well-deserved five-star rating!

For a “resort” there was no poolside service, room service was limited. Had to repeatedly ask for our room to be stocked with towels, to, etc. Ran out of pool towels every day. Very disappointed.

Even with the geese honking right outside our window at 5:30 am, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Too bad the poolside bar was not open on the days we were there. Unfortunately, there were never enough clean towels at pool. Had to call for more towels, each day and it took about 25 minutes for someone to restock at pool. Otherwise, staff were all very nice, helpful and courteous.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday and he wanted us to go to Palm Spring's. To surprise him, I got us a stay here because of the view and how it looked nice on the photos on their page. I also chose a room with a balcony because he loves staying out there for fresh air. I have no complaints with staff, service, and the place. Everything looked great and clean and it also smelled good at the hallways. However, we were roomed at the first floor so not the balcony I was expecting which is fine. Also, our room had a few dust bunnies at the corners of the ceiling and AC barely worked given it was about more or less 90F out there even if we already set it to 60F. Maybe that’s how it was? Due to that it triggered my allergies. A small face towel had a black spot on them which I got icked by. I wanted to complain but my boyfriend didn’t want to and since it was his birthday weekend I didn’t want to ruin that for him. Overall our stay wasn’t bad and breakfast was great too. Just the room cleanliness was not as I expected.

I love this hotel; the layout, the pool, the self-parking, the green golf course view. I also love that they have a poolside bar & grill, and chose it for that reason, although it wasn’t open during our stay. I wish that would’ve been disclosed before booking. Staff was not able to tell me if/when it would be back in use .
Also our lotion and body wash dispensers in bathroom were empty and we asked them to be refilled, the housekeepers tidied our room but still did not refill them. Lack of communication I suppose. Overall a lovely place to stay.

While the food was good and the staff was friendly, our overall experience was unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned and felt very outdated, especially the bathroom. Most concerning, on our last day we discovered cockroaches on the balcony. This raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Due to these issues, I do not believe the stay met basic standards
