This property is absolutely wonderful—we can’t wait to return for our next girls’ trip! The cottages are beyond charming, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. We were so impressed by the thoughtful details throughout, from pool noodles to a beautifully stocked kitchen complete with snacks and sparkling water. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for floating, relaxing, and chatting with other guests, all of whom were warm and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with croissants, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit, plus great coffee and juices. We also loved how walkable the location is, with so many restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. This place truly has it all—do yourself a favor and stay here!

Very nice, unique property with nice painting and a relaxing pool area. However, it is too noisy from traffic noise, and for that reason, I would not stay again. I was not happy about the terracotta floors that left my feet black. The breakfast foods were very unhealthy, except for the apple and orange. Coffee was low quality too. Don't expect much of the champagne/rose bar. The pours are very small.

Beautiful hotel and it was just what we were looking for - small, quiet and quaint. The room and pool were great and surroundings were beautiful. Bri was wonderful...she knocked it out of the park for us with restaurant recommendations. The only thing I would add is to have brooms & broom pans in the room so we can sweep up the petals from the gorgeous blooming trees.

The Fleur Noire is such a sweet space, made all the sweeter by the kindness of the on-site manager, Bri. She is an impeccable host, was patient with all our questions and even directed us in a photo shoot so we could capture some memories. We also enjoyed socializing with other guests around the pool and having access to a generous pantry overflowing with cold drinks and healthy snacks.

The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. Just a big lump, no springs. Asked to see a different room and the staff accommodated but the bed was the same. We were also offered different pillows but they were the same. The point of accommodations is to offer a comfortable sleep, this did not. The vibe is cute and trendy and the location is good. It’s safe and well secured and parking is included although there is a resort fee, we were credited two nights for the inconvenience. We requested late check out and were not given it, which was disappointing.

A remodeled and updated motel that now has a cool courtyard, exterior murals. The pool was nice - warm but a bit small. Firepits are a nice touch on cool evenings. Tables and chairs around the property.
Location ok.
A car is required to get around Palm Springs area.

Our room had lovely decor, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had a studio suite so it was nice to have a small kitchen area. The pool was really nice, as was the entire outdoor space - good vibes in general. The staff was exceptional (Bri!). Excellent location - Just out the back gate was access to a great coffee place, restaurants, etc. The guest "snack bar" was a real added bonus - it was nice to have fresh food for breakfast, coffee, microwave, etc. It feels like they really thought of everything!

My only issue was that the shower drain pooled water almost immediately, when turning on the shower. Maintenance came, but it was not fixed. It made for a fairly gross shower experience.

This is a lovely place to stay that is close to everything you would want to see in Palm Springs. The artwork on the buildings are so beautiful. This is a place you would stay if you just want to relax. Soft music in the background and only a few adults scattered about reading their books and enjoying the sun by the pool. This is not a resort if you want somebody to bring you drinks to the pool. They do have a rose' bar and you can certainly bring your own. The rooms are clean, The clubhouse has a continental breakfast, and provides a few healthy snacks and sparkling water available all day

The staff at this hotel were all lovely and made our experience even better. There are very few rooms overall at this hotel, so there is a very private feel to it and the pool was never overcrowded and it had very relaxing vibe. The room we were in had a few issues (shower didn’t drain well, very few hooks for towels, door to the room kept getting stuck) - but these things did not affect our stay too much. Easy drive out to Joshua Tree and walkable to many restaurants/shops.

Love & Luggage Suitehearts: Fleur Noire Hotel

Gated parking, lightning-fast check-in, and free wine—Fleur Noire knew how to win. Add an open pantry and a giant chessboard that somehow turned into a midnight showdown, and we were officially entertained.

The vibe is quiet and relaxing. Rooms are roomy with separate sleep and lounge areas, and the TV system is smarter than we are (all the streaming, zero effort). Bathroom’s a little dated, and the walls are thin—so you might learn your neighbors’ sleep schedules.

Bonus points for the low-key secret back entrance, which opens straight out to multiple restaurants, a convenience store, a liquor shop, and a great coffee spot—dangerously convenient and very appreciated.

$30 resort fee, but honestly? Worth it. We laughed, we relaxed, we’d come back.

This is my go to stay in Palm Springs. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfortable and the surroundings are aesthically pleasing plus they are dog friendly. I love the snacks and drinks in the kitchen, which means I never need to run out early to get coffee or food and can just enjoy what they have by the pool. Can't recommend this place enough.

Staff was great! The texts were helpful. Someone said you get a complimentary drink when you arrive, but I did not receive that. The room was very clean, but don't expect perfection. The photos make it looks a bit more polished. It was chill in general, but definitely quiet after 10pm which I appreciated. Overall, it's a cute place and the free snacks in the pantry were a plus.

I loved this little boutique hideaway so much I want to give it a bad review but I make sure there is always room for me when I return. Immaculately clean, cozy, and beautiful, you can walk through the gate and feel like you are in a different world, leaving troubles behind. The staff is super friendly, the grounds are dotted with tables, lounge chairs, and fire pits. I only booked this place because I needed to fly out in the morning and did not want to drive over an hour to the airport. Now, I plan to return to Palm Springs JUST so I can stay here.

Love staying at the Fleur Noire and I’ve stayed multiple times over the years. Long time, friendly staff and the rooms are very clean. The hotel has easy self parking which I prefer over valet. The self service pantry is very convenient. The accommodations are more low key than other hotels in the area like Arrive or Thompson and Kimpton. Small biz shout out to my local massage therapist who meets me at the hotel (her info is at the front desk).

I agree with most posts. Bed was comfortable for my husband and I, clean, great vibe, nice pool area with fire pit. Free bike use. Corn hole. Board games available. I Wish there was a microwave in the room. Breakfast was basic. Wish there was some cereals. Granola or variety of bread with toaster.
Having it open all day to grab a snack was so great. Overall a wonderful place. I didn’t see pictures of the breakfast so I will post pictures.

We had a nice time here for a night. The place is very clean, fun, and relaxing. The amenities are great. However I didn’t receive the complimentary rosè when we checked in, I just forgot about it because we were happy to have our room ready a little early. The room is spacious but the empty space across the closet should be utilized as a built in vanity. There isn’t space to sit and do makeup w a mirror in front of you. Also, please offer mugs for coffee rather than plastic cups. Overall the place was great and I would love to come back with more time to enjoy it fully.

100% will be back to stay again! Perfect time of year! Traveling from the east coast, we awoke early to get in a walk every morning with Palm Springs to ourselves. We watched the sun rise on the mountain ridge and walked to dinner each night. The all-day snack lounge was much appreciated as we found perfect seats by the pool. We enjoyed early mornings and evenings by the fire pits. Perfect stay!!

Super cute boutique hotel! We loved the pool area, rosé bar, and the chess set (made for some good friendly competition ha ha). The only negatives would be the bed - absolutely terrible with no cushioning or give, and the bedframe was larger than the mattress which caused some bruises, so be careful. The breakfast, which is included, was very basic with yogurt, croissants, some fig bars and bananas.
Bri at the front desk was awesome! Would recommend overall.

The room is spacious, adorable, ambient, well stocked. The only quirk is the beds are comfy with soft sheets but the towels are rough and old. On the positive side, it has a cute, well-stocked pantry, an adorable Rose bar with canned cocktails and various rose wines by the glass/ bottle and a very responsive management team. This was a nice enough stay overall, but a lot different than what I was expecting.
First, there was a discrepancy in what room type Orbitz portrayed as being booked and what was actually booked. I booked a Premium King room through Orbitz; this apparently did not actually mean a Premium King as described on the hotel's website, but rather a studio king room which is more in-line with the Classic King (but also not because the hotel attendant said it's the Classic King room which is larger and comes with a separated dining area). Upon bringing it to the hotel staff's attention a few days into my stay, I was informed this was a 3rd-party booking site problem and basically that was that. Would that have ultimately made a difference in the other quirky aspects of my stay? Maybe, maybe not.
The property has been through a lot since its inception, despite its renovations (read: paint and fixtures). There were several issues with the main entry door, bathroom door, and large window in our room, primarily w/ incomplete closure and weather-stripping. The bathroom door was wonky such that it couldn't close all the way and if you forced it, you're likely to be stuck. Lack of good exterior door/window seal allowed worms into the unit every evening! Did NOT enjoy that whatsoever, and no towels against the door could stop them. TP and towels were very thin, breakfast was OK. Bad industrial smells in courtyard some days. Restaurant next door can be very loud on weekends at close.

I found the Fleur Noire hotel to be a very self-serve environment. Room was not clean and had a terrible ant problem. When asked to clean the room the bare minimum was cleaned. The staff seemed annoyed when asking for anything. I would not recommend this hotel.

Ok my! The cuties hotel ever in PS. The pool was right outside all the rooms. They have pool towels and noodles. Launching chairs and cabanas. You can go back and forth to your room for anything you need. They have bikes available. Fruit, yogurt and ice water for all members. So so convenient. Quite because it’s 21 and over. Bed is really comfy. Parking is convenient. Such a cute hotel. I’m planning to come back soon with my daughter for a girls trip. I’m in love with this place!!

This is a little oasis in an urban setting. Once you enter the gate to the actual hotel, it is completely charming. I had the sense that the owners took an old motel or motor court, and transformed it into little cottages around a center courtyard with lovely desert landscaping, a pristine pool, and various lounging, firepits, etc. Because of the painting of the cottages, based on the fabulous wallpaper inside, there is a definite deco luxe feel. The only improvement is very specific to summer heat (I live in Tucson so I know this well) - the main room was air conditioned fairly well and had a ceiling fan, but the cool air didn't really help in the kitchenette or the bathroom. Additional fans might help or small window AC? The bathroom was more challenging because if you closed the door, the room heated up pretty quickly. Again, this is probably only an issue in July/August, and might be solved easily.
The pantry, staff, breakfast, grounds, etc. were really superior - my adult daughter said it would be ideal for a bridal shower. The design elements were fabulous.

Unfortunately, the room had a lot of worms; appeared to be a crack in door making our stay very uncomfortable. Being how hot it is in PS, AC unit could be better, didn’t cool down until late late night/early am.
