Room was OK during stay to attend film festival. Rug in room was dated and needed to be replaced. Shower faucet has a small leak that needs to be looked into.

All lights, doors and outlets were found to be in working order. Had no problem with door and hatch. Magnetic door keys worked OK.

Understand parking lots to be repaved starting May 11th. and 12th. This is good as pavement was rather rough with potholes.

I want to thank the agent that checked me in at 5:30 a.m. I was a very late arrival. The first room was not to my liking so she went ahead and assigned me another room which was fine with me! The property has a lot of potential but needs lots of cosmetic repairs.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights during Coachella , and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The overall condition of the room was poor and clearly not well maintained.

The walls had peeling paint, and the bathroom was in bad shape—the bathtub looked old, worn out, and in need of serious renovation. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was visible dirt on door handles and other surfaces throughout the room, which made it feel unhygienic.

Another major problem was the front door. It did not seal properly, leaving gaps around the edges. Because of this, insects were able to come into the room at night, and it also affected temperature control since outside air could easily get in.

Additionally, the TV was not usable because the cable cord was too short to properly connect it, which shows a lack of attention to basic room setup.

Overall, this hotel needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and basic functionality. I would not stay here again unless major upgrades are made.

First, this is an old, worn out hotel. Neither of the two deadbolts on the door of first room that we were in would work and the bottom hinge was broken. The door frame had not been repaired after it had been kicked in at some point in time. When I complained, management's first concern was that they would have to clean the room again, not that the door wasn't lockable. According to them, all of the doors don't work correctly. They finally put us another room. It was clean but everything showed it's age. Do yourself a favour and stay at a better maintained hotel.

The pool area was clean and excellent. The rest if the facilities were in rather poor conditions. You can tell our room had a lot of water damage at some point, walls we worped, areas with damage were just painted over. Everything was extremely old. Carpets were not the best condition. Overall if your not too worried about the way your hotel looks, it was alright. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

This place very old and smelly looking. There were stains all over the carpet, The walls had very obvious unpainted patches every where. at night, the roaches came out. All different sizes. I was afraid to step on them. But the worst part was the noise from other guests. From 6:00 AM until about 3:00 in the morning. There was shouting, talking loud and screaming, running around back an forth, and jumping. Horrible!

As soon as i pulled into the parking lot there was a domestic dispute in the front lobby and i had to go back and forth with the front desk man outside the room was terrible and not clean i had 3 men outside my door laughing and drinking till 3 when i had a flight at 5 overall was not a good experience and wouldn’t stay here again.

This property is very dated. There was a large gap around the door. We used a chair to secure the door as the deadbolt was broken. The shower/tub was in terrible condition. None of the plug ins would charge our phones because the connections were so loose. The TV looked new and worked well…I think it was the only thing nice about the room. The stairwells and walkways were dirty and the parking lot was in ill repair.
Sorry….I usually do not leave bad reviews, but there were just so many things wrong with this very dated motel. I guess I expected more from the Wyndham brand.

Another review said the property was rough, but that is an understatement. Dilapidated is more like it. The wavy, heavily potholed asphalt parking lot is a good indication of what awaits inside. The AC noise was compounded because the window above it rattled. It did that because the window frame was deformed, preventing the window from closing and latching. The entry door was scarred from multiple relocated lock sets, which made me think the door had been kicked in more than once. There was a large gap all around it that let in light from the hallway outside. The subfloor flexed strangely and it felt like there were voids under the sticky carpet. A couple holes in the wall were covered by bandaid-like patches, one of which was peeling off. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the fiberglass tub surround was yellowed and discolored and patched in places. The caulking was old, laid on thick and messily, and dirty. The showerhead was at neck level and I am average height. There was a quarter size hole in the ceiling next to the bath exhaust fan. On the plus side! All the plumbing worked although the tub drained slowly. The sheets were in good condition and appeared clean. Four decent pillows were provided. The property was fairly quiet, other than the very noisy AC and rattling window.

The property is in a very quiet location. Fast food and grocery stores are less than a mile away. Rooms look nothing like the photos! The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor. Roaches! Roaches in the fridge, roaches in the microwave, roaches everywhere! If you have allergies or asthmatic, this isnt the place for you. I'm disappointed with Expedia for offering this place. Fridge was broken and rusty. Walls are incredibly thin. Rooms are in desperate need of maintenance. A/C units need to be cleaned. Shower doesn't drain well. The property grounds are well kept. That should be true for the rooms we all inhabit.

I stayed less then 45 min. I took pictures (arrived late at night and left almost immediately). This room was absolutely not as it was advertised. I requested a refund and it was not granted. There were roaches, rotting walls, mold, broken mirror, and what looked like blood on the AC. It was super unsanitary with lots of buildup.I am attaching the photos here because noone at the hotel is allowing the refund even though it is a breach of my safety to have booked me in this room and i didnt even stay for an hour.

I really wonder how this hotel got its certificate of occupancy!

For Palm Springs this may be an ok price, but from a Nationwide point of view, to charge $300/day and have a building with such a level of deterioration and deferred maintenance is outrageous.

I’d recommend to the owners of this property to have a structural assessment done. The walkway adjacent to room 216 with its railing and roof supporting framing does not appear to be sound and it is definitely out of plumb. This problem appears to extend to the roof above. The floor between the two beds in room 216 also appears very soft, as if the underlying wood flooring were deteriorated.

The bathroom had numerous repairs made with sealant. Not even of same color than its substrate.

The entrance room door and its hardware and lock does not appear in good condition.

When we arrived they assigned us a room that we didn’t have to go in to see that it hadn’t been cleaned in a good while (we saw it from the window to the open walkway. All messed up!

If I ever have to visit Palm Springs again, O’ll make sure to stay

Well, we booked a one night stay for my wifes birthday to attend the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament using Hotels.com
At checkin, I had booked two rooms, and the front desk personnel kindly informed us that it was only one room. They asked if it was under another person name, my answer was no since I booked both.
Then I verified all my emails and the application changed the number of the second room to one of the persons I entered for the second room.
This is wrong, because I had one reservation number and the system turned them imto two separate reservations.
Long story short, after a lot of investigating we were able to check in and then the hotel personnel was finnaly happy!!! They tried all to help.

The hotel is old and some improvements should take place, however, beds are comfortable, sheets and towels were great almost new, room was clean.
At check out, coffee was very good!!!
Will be back but now we know that Hotels.com has some bugs (in my experience)

Overall my stay was fine, but mostly because it was for one night. The building outside is very weathered with peeling paint and just looking tired.

The room smelled very musty, almost as if it had an old mold issue, and there was clear water damage in many places.

The room itself was clean, and the bed/sheets were fine, but the door barely latched when closed. I felt as if someone could get it open with just a slight kick.

The carpet felt sticky/oily in places.

The staff was quick to attend to me when checking in, and when my key didn't work, but otherwise I didn't interact with them much.

Bugs! Bugs! Bugs! Saw many cockroaches and silverfish. We ended up not staying. We did get room switch and the switch was better. But they put us in same building and the front desk when I mentioned bugs. Just said okay we can switch you. Like it was a normal. But we ended up leaving entirely when we saw another bug in the next room. And pictures not as advertise. Room we got holes, wall paper and paint bubbling, sticky table. Check behind your painting because this giant roach ran behind ours.

The room that we had was in terrible condition. There was more putty holding the door together than wood and light could be seen all around it when it was closed. The bathroom had mold around the tub; the furniture was very worn. We asked for a different room and never received it.
The ad on Expedia said that there was hot breakfast when there was none! We won't be staying there again!

The hotel is a two star in very very worn out condition. It's true to its two stars. When we requested our room be cleaned, it was tidied, but the dust/grime on the walls and less used areas was very off-putting. And expect bugs crawling in the bathroom, kind of like earwigs. We had to change rooms, the first one was more like a crime scene. The pool was nice and was kept clean. But for the price, you get what you get. The staff are some of the most friendly and helpful I've ever interacted with. The location is amazing, right in a beautiful neighborhood, close to everything and very accessible to downtown. We stayed because it was convenient and the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant.

The main person we interacted with the evening manager and he was very helpful in helping shlep our bags up a steep flight of stairs. His suggestion for late evening dining was perfect for our needs. The facility itself is old and needs a lot of work to be updated. However, we needed something for one night because of a plane mechanical problem and it served our purpose and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
