This is an absolute gem of a hotel in Palm Springs! The rooms are beautiful and very private. Daily happy hour starts at 3pm with a wonderful selection of food and drinks. The pool is not too crowded and has a fun vibe with great music. The staff provide amazing service and personalized hospitality. Having access to bikes is a wonderful way to explore the beautiful neighborhoods that are near the hotel. Very easy bike ride to the heart of downtown Palm Springs. You have a fabulous coffee shop right next door, and an amazing sushi restaurant and the best smash burgers just across the street! I will absolutely stay at arrive the next time in PS!

The food at the restaraunt was delicious and the pool was warm and big and clean the jacuzzi was great the rooms were clean and spacious the only complaint I have is the music at the pool was party techno club music which killed the vibe and made it hard to relax and unwind, the music didn’t fit the surroundings.

This is what I texted back to the property regarding about my situation that transpired Dec25th up to 26th 2025 during holiday time 🎄.
Expedia a 3rd party vendor reservation is treated like a 2nd class citizen. BEWARE YOU’VE BEEN WARN. At the end it’s your decision and I am just sharing what my experience.

Hi good morning and happy Sunday. I believe there was huge terrible misunderstanding that was not resolve yesterday. I am so disappointed to be treated a second class citizen just because I booked mine in a 3rd party that you've refused yesterday my accommodation despite me calling around 10ish and trying to work with your staff.
My issue was I book by error my reservation for Dec 25th my birthday but I can not make it and I called Christmas night while having dinner to correct the right date of check-in for Dec26 Friday. The call took place around 7-8ish and the your female staff is very nice and accommodating telling me that she is not sure if your system would allow it. After 1 attempt updating my reservation in your System accepted it confirming my reservation will be the next day of Dec26th. I was at peace knowing every was fix and I was very confident that I don't have to reach out with the travel agency to intervene.

I was so distressed already and upset knowing that my reservation on the that day doesn't exist and I to find immediately a new accommodation because there is not a chance I will be staying at a property that has ZERO customer service, staff is rude

The property is beautiful, however a few complaints. The second night the hot tub heat was broken and was not fixed but the next morning. I was offered a few drink, but was told immediately that the bar was already closed, so was only able to get a small cup of OJ in the am. The patio room appears private on the website, but it is not enclosed. Would not have paid extra if had known it wasn't private. And you have to ask to have your fire place turned on. The shower has ZERO privacy, so even for a couple, it felt awkward (and you are freezing when you get out!). The shades also let too much light in, waking you up at 6a. Also, there is no lobby, you check in at the bar. I could see this a great spot for a pool day in the summer, but wouldnt stay here again.

While the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The showerhead and water pressure were poor, and we had to request a replacement remote as ours was not functioning. Additionally, housekeeping had to be contacted multiple times. Unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.

Definitely not not for sharing. Had to turn like a rotisserie chicken to get wet. Maybe a water saving feature in the desert?

The hotel is nice, bed and pillows quite comfortable. The water pressure in the shower is absolutely horrific & water in the shower is warm, at best. Water in the bathroom sink is hotter! The mini bar fridge is cold, if you bring your own bottled drinks, that is good, but the room needs a coffee maker. Expedia deal included per day credit towards breakfast. The menu was limited, but the food was very, very good and they roast their own coffee, which was exceptional. However, I would rather forgo the credit & have a reduction on the room rate so I could buy my own breakfast for less money. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. I booked to pay directly at the hotel. I called the hotel the day before arrival to confirm that I could use a different card for pre-payment on arrival and the hotel representative assured me over and over again that this would not be a problem. When we checked in it was. My friend & I wanted to split the prepaid fee on our two cards & were refused. We asked to speak to a manager. The manager was not available so we waited. when we came back, he started speaking to me 10 feet away from him so I could barely hear what he was saying, but I could hear his tone and it was rude and defensive. When I got closer and asked him to repeat, he had an attitude! He threatened to refuse to check us in at one point. He eventually honored our request but he treated us like crap during the process. Will never stay here again, nor recommend.

The room was ok, a little dirty in the corners. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed. I had my flashlight with me and shined it under. There were dust bunnies, dirt and miscellaneous items underneath. Maybe a vacuum now-and-then would help the cause. Check in at the bar was different but not a big deal. You can get a drink while waiting! Pool and spa were very nice! Convenient location, the cartel coffee shop and ice cream place were steps away.

The staff is amazing! So friendly and genuinely cares about their guests by providing 5 star services! The breakfast was delicious! Best omelet I've ever had! Ever! The lunch was also phenomenal! I really love how their prices are super reasonable and don't try to gouge you like most of the other boutique hotels in PS, also their happy hour is unbelievable! $4 beers and $10 smash burger or fried chicken sando both were so delicious and cooked with high quality ingredients! 10 out of 10! Counting down the days until we can revisit arrive! Dont sleep on this gem! Worth every penny! Thanks for having us!

Stayed for 3 nights, property, amenities and rooms were nice and clean.
Service was quite lacking. The gentleman who was often in the lobby/bar area made us feel unwelcome. When we would came through he would essentially greet us with a cold.. "what do you want".
Poolside service was hit and miss... would have to ask multiple times for our drinks and they would not come.
We requested after our second night that our room be made up, which were were told it would be. Later in the day after it was not, we followed up and were again told it would be. In the evening when it still was not, we followed up again and were ghosted.
I enjoyed the property itself but due to the service, I would have a difficult time convincing myself to stay again

Property was very nice. Room was clean and nice and staff was very friendly. My wife and I were celebrating what we thought would be a relaxing weekend. Our first day was great with great music and service around the pool. The trivia game was a nice touch too and appreciated. Unfortunately, we did not know there was going to be a huge party in the pool on Saturday. It was packed with people making out in the pool and leaving little room for relaxation. The GM, Paul apologized and was kind, but it did not leave me wanting to come back. I was not aware that this was such a party pool when it said "adults only". Unfortunately, it was not the birthday weekend for my wife that I was hoping for. The property and grounds were great, just not a good place (at least last weekend) to relax and enjoy the sun.

The room was large and spacious and super fun. But there was no elevator for the second floor, which was very inconvenient with a recent back injury for carrying my suitcase up and down. There was no coffee in the room or water available without having to go poolside and find an urn to fill out plastic glass. Coffee was not available for purchase on site until 8 AM, or 7 AM at the coffee shop next-door. I think it’s a great hotel for a fun party weekend, but I would not recommend staying there for business.

We had an excellent time at Arrive Palm Springs! We went for a girl weekend over Labor Day and had a blast! The hotel is in a perfect location and check in was super easy. The pool and hot tub are wonderful we went every day! The rooms were so cute and comfortable! Great beds and very quiet! They had fun activities every day and we could text whenever we needed anything! Super recommend!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The pool area was lots of fun. The cheeseburger was one of the best I've had (I am a chef and it is difficult to find a good burger, let alone a GREAT burger)

Some notes (aka my two cents): As spacious as the rooms are, please consider a closet/wardrobe/dresser. The hanging rack with 5 hangers just isn't sufficient). The bathroom was lovely, but the water pressure was terrible (a lot of limescale build up on the faucet and shower head, which might be the cause of the weak shower; might want to start a monthly/quartely maintenance program to de-scale). As big as that gorgeous walk-in shower was, one or two shelves would have been great to stack shower toiletries. The shower was so big, a bench or removable shower chair/stool would have made it an exceptional bathing experience. The towels were fantastic and the steaming iron was a thoughtful, original touch (I've never seen one provided in a hotel!)

My friend had an accessibile room and would have loved a full-length mirror.

I chose this hotel to stay and enjoy the pool and swim, so I appreciated that it is advertised as adults only. I did enjoy the pool, and they even had a few floaties for guests to use (free). There is also a large jacuzzi, which I used later as it got cooler. The room was just ok. It was cute and spacious, however, the small refrigerator in the room was already full of drinks, that I didn't want. There was also a big basket of candy that I didn't want on top of the refrigerator. I put it on the floor, so I wouldn't have to look at it. Room 106, where I stayed, was right by the parking lot. The only windows in the room were up high, so you can't really see out, except out of the glass door. I didn't really feel very safe with a glass door, especially on the ground floor, right next to the parking lot. A couple of other negatives about the room were, there is no closet, no full length mirror, and no iron. There was a nice flat screen tv on the wall, but when I tried to turn it on, either it didn't work or the remote didn't work, but at 10:00 at night, I wasn't going to start calling around to try to figure it out. Good thing I brought my tablet. Overall, ok place. I don't know if I would stay there again.

Loved this property! Loved the size of the resort and the overall vibe was relaxed. Rooms are a great size, well appointed and enjoyed our patio. The pool is stunning, with firepits to enjoy in the evening. The service was exceptional, around the pool and around the resort. Always enough room at the pool, and parking was close and easy. Coffee shop was close. Walk to dowtown about 15 to 20 mins which was perfect. Would highly recommend this cool, boutique hotel and will definately stay again.

Arrive was a nice adult only hotel. It was quiet, DJ at pool was nice, not too loud. Pool was heated which was really nice. The staff was very nice and attentive. Room was nice and trendy design. For the price I paid, I would expect for coffee maker to be in room. There wasn't enough storage to hang clothes. Bath products were nice/higher end brand. All in all it was a nice stay, but for the price I would probably stay elsewhere.

My husband and I came here for the baby moon with the dog. Our favorite aspects were the property itself, spacious, comfortable bed, dog, friendly, walkable to some great restaurants and Great outdoor bar. If you need anything, you can simply send the front desk a text message and they respond pretty quickly. They even provide you a dog gate if you have a patio room so you can keep that area available for your dog while you’re sitting outside. I came during a weekday so it was very quiet by the pool plenty of lounge chairs. The restaurant has a limited menu, but it’s great if you’re just eating something at the moment to eat. The ice cream and coffee shop next-door great and once again, a lot of great restaurants you can walk to. In the room my only two complaints is that the remote wasn’t working very well and there isn’t a shelf in the bathroom shower. But overall, what highly recommend to anyone.

This property had everything we needed: food, drinks, coffee, and even ice cream! The room was so cute and very spacious. A few things could’ve been cleaner: the tv and a/c vent and return were very dusty. The provided conditioner in the shower was empty. I’m sure I could’ve called down to have them refill it, but I only noticed once I was in the shower, so it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, the property is very well maintained and is in a great location. Also loved that it was an Adults Only hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Check-in experience was disappointing. Our reservation stated a 3 p.m. check-in, but when we arrived at 4 p.m., the room still wasn’t ready. We were told to wait another 30 minutes by a staff member at the bar (there’s no real front desk), but no explanation or gesture was offered — no drink, no voucher, nothing. For a boutique hotel, a bit of hospitality in that moment would’ve gone a long way. That said, once we got in, the rest of the stay was fine.

This stay was absolutely amazing. The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. It was our first time in Palm Springs, but I think I already found our place to stay every time we come! One morning the water was turned off, so we were unable to use the bathroom. We were able to use the public restroom while we waited and the staff took care of our breakfast for the inconvenience. I have never had such accommodating staff at a hotel stay until now! They have a customer for life.

We arrived at 3:00 on Sunday and were told that our room wasn't ready (they had a buy-out, whatever that means). They gave us 2 free drink coupons and said they would call or text me when the room was ready. We changed into swimsuits in the pool restroom and sat out by the pool for OVER 2 hours waiting for our room to be ready. We never got any notification from them, my husband kept asking at the bar which is also the check-in desk. Finally, a little after 5PM, he checked, and the room was ready. The room was nice and clean and the prices for the mini bar were fair. The staff was nice and friendly and ended up giving us more free drink tickets, which we didn't use.

Contemporary Palm Springs style

This is a fun, stylish and relaxing property with a lot of different seating and lounging opportunities around the large pool and various games like ping pong and bocce available. We appreciated the drink and food options available right there. Do be aware that the sink and shower are open to the room (I don't prefer this as my spouse gets up earlier than I do) and, personally, the luxury linens (as advertised) did not feel particularly luxurious to me. Also, I would think a lot of patio rooms do not have a view of the pool as advertised. No problem for us, as the pool was a 30 second walk away. I would definitely stay again.

PS is filled with many options these days, but what I love about Arrive is the spacious rooms, mini bar options ( first in class compared to most hotels these days), and the convenient location. This has a mid-century boutique vibe with a resort, flare and quality that I really liked! The food quality at the restaurant was excellent for breakfast. I’ll be back, soon I hope.

**Review for The Arrival**

The Arrival is undeniably a stunning property from an architectural standpoint. The sleek, modern design creates an inviting and stylish ambiance. The pool and bar area are highlights, offering a chic space to relax and unwind. The rooms are beautifully updated with a modern, minimalist aesthetic that feels both luxurious and comfortable.

However, there are notable downsides that detract from the experience. The televisions and remote controls are outdated and frustrating to use, reminiscent of technology from two decades ago. Additionally, the "front desk" setup is unconventional and awkward. Staff members use the bar as their workspace, which not only diminishes the bar's atmosphere but also creates confusion for guests seeking assistance.

Service, unfortunately, is the property’s Achilles’ heel. During our visit, we waited at the bar for over five minutes without any acknowledgment or greeting. This lack of attentiveness was disappointing and took away from what could have been a seamless experience.

Overall, The Arrival has incredible potential but needs to address its service and operational shortcomings to truly shine. For now, it’s a property better suited for those prioritizing style over substance.

Our favourite hotel in Palm Springs

We love staying at Arrive and have done so probably ten times now. It’s a very chill vibe. The pool area is great, the location perfect, and we especially love the no kids (but dogs!) policy.
