The pictures are a misrepresentation of this hotel. It’s actually a motel. We did not stay the night and staff gave us a partial refund. The room smelled strongly of toxic cleaning products and mattresses were old and lumpy, we could not stay. Front desk lady was nice at check in.

Clean room, staff very friendly & helpful, convenient location. However, the stoppers on both the bathroom sink and the tub were missing or non-functional, and the fixture on the tub’s faucet that switches it to the shower was broken off, so we could not take a shower OR a bath! When I reported it (after we were completely unpacked), the front desk clerk was very nice about letting us switch rooms, but it was late at night, we were exhausted, and had to pack up everything to move to another room. In addition, the Jacuzzi was broken (the water was not even tepid/lukewarm at best, much less hot) both days we were there. Considering the temps were in the high 90s, this might not have been a problem for most, but I like to use the Jacuzzi just before bed when it’s cooler outside.

The location is great for the hotel. You’re walking distance to Boozehounds, Rick‘s Restaurant and Billy Reeds. The staff is friendly and accommodating and provided early check-in upon request. This is the third time I’ve stayed here. The hotel is a great value to be honest. They could do some additional maintenance on the property. The room I stayed in the door didn’t close completely and there wasn’t an extra deadbolt lock. Overall, the place is good just for a decent sleep.

It felt like a motel 12 if that makes sense, also be aware there’s no elevator so if you’re on the second floor, you have to take your luggage upstairs that was inconvenient . We would not visit again unless it was redone great location I’ll give it that.

Avoid at all costs! It looks like someone had a party here and never cleaned up after it. This property is not safe and should be condemned. I had a pantsless homeless man knocking on my door in the middle of the night, there was mold in the bathroom and the shower curtain was a tattered mess. I checked out early and couldn’t get out of there fast enough. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! Expedia should remove it from their website.

We found out we were upgraded at the check-in so that was a nice surprise. Our room is spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The hot tub is excellent and very hot just the way we like it. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I've stayed at Infusion a few times and my biggest thing I can say about the rooms I've stayed in is that I have not encountered any bugs or roaches, which sadly I cannot say about a couple other budget Palm Springs hotels in the south part of town. This is big for me, and I'm happy to pay a little extra for that piece of mind alone.

The hotel has few amenities - coffee is available in the lobby, no breakfast. The room was very simple, just large enough for us to walk around the beds. We didn't use the pool because it was cool and rainy. It is an old-style motel where the bathroom is at the back and seems dark and stagnant. We were there three days and did not have any visit by housekeeping for towels or trash. However, it was affordable and adequate for our stay.

This is a good, but not great, lower budget boutique-type hotel near downtown Palm Springs. Yhe hotel has basic rooms made nicer with wood accents and stylish upgrades. Check in was easy. They some rooms that face the inner pool area, we didn't get one, but might be a few dollars more, but recommend, especially in downstairs, so you can step out your door to the pool area. It was New Years, and the jacuzzi was large and great, but the pool wasn't heated and was freezing.

Room is average size! Nice and clean and minimal! The lighting is moody which i liked and was different than other hotels! Check in was a breeze! Staff was friendly! Floor on first floor in pool courtyard has fence with thick brushes so it feels private! View of mountains was a pleasant surprise! Very peaceful one the cloudy/rainy day we spent up here just relaxing! Complex is quiet with no traffic noise or foot traffic across the complex, even when parking is full and hotel is booked out full! Would definitely stay here again! Don’t think book now!

Charging $40.00 for early check-in at 1:05 pm is ridiculous. I have stayed at the Hilton and Riviera in Palm Springs multiple times where i have checked in at 8:00 am with no charge.

We got one room and there was mold on the ceiling and in the bathtub. We went to another room but the door wouldn't open so we went to a third room and it was okay not very clean a lil beat up for sure and they say they have a bar but it's not open I think only for events

The next morning I informed the staff, and they indicated they would clean the room. Upon returning the room was clean and had the minimum you'd need. My conference had me out from 8am until 10pm, so admittedly, it was mainly just a place to park my car and have my belongings.
Giving it a 2 star as I've been in far worse, but it wasn't a great experience.

Location is great, near downtown Palm Springs. Room is small but clean and has free parking. Front desk staff is very friendly; she provided us with options on room location (we selected 2nd floor/away from main street); she checked us in quickly. We were in Palm Springs for 2 nights only, mainly to meet friends and attend events. It was a popular weekend; other regular hotels in the area increased their rate up to $400 to $500 a night. We just need a place where we can sleep, and shower and this hotel is a good place for those reasons.

For $280 a night I expected more...much more. It wasn't that it was a bad stay per se due to cleanliness or service, just insanely overpriced, and the photos did not match the motel. It was a like a Motel 6 that got a slight upgrade. This is more of a $99/night motel. On a positive note--it had a nice pool area with cabanas and a hot tub...something you don't see at a Motel 6, but the rest of the experience down to no coffee makers in the room -- only available in the lobby for a few hours each morning -- was a Motel 6 experience. I did some research and found that Oyo, the Indian company that owns Infusion, also owns Motel 6 now, which would explain the eerily similar experence at nearly triple the price point.

I got a text message from a phone saying there was a noise complaint and that I needed to be quiet Although I hadn’t been in the room all day. The room had an overwhelming smell of pinesol or some cleaning product the whole time I was there which was nauseating. Then we were told that there was a fire inspection and that they needed to enter our room from 8am-4pm. There also was no proper blackout curtains

Most of the shower was not working properly. There was a very loud noise next-door. What sounded like a noise that was coming from the AC unit that didn’t let me sleep all night. I think overall the hotel might be OK for a quick night sleep, but I just got a bad room.

Room was nice, had almost everything you need: bed, table, couch seat, good A/C, TV with mount, and great water pressure. Only things I will note that were missing was a microwave and a chair for the table, though I just used the single sofa seat as that. The drawers were also pretty loud and hard to use. Other than that plenty of towels provided and liked the phone stand that was next to the bed. Would come back for the price, pretty good value. The pool is also only 4 feet deep so not really usable, but the jacuzzi is nice with the jets option.

You get what you pay for. For $60 bucks the room is okay. Im a pool guy and the pool just didn't look clean. Matter of fact the pool area looks like its not cleaned daily. Hot tub looks okay though. We checked out the room and pool area and just decided to ask for a refund. Couldnt do it. Staff is very nice though.

They made it so easy for me to extend my stay. I did not need to leave my room or anything. Just booked it through Expedia told them i was extending if they can help me. They took care of it and I was free to enjoy another day at the property... rooms are so spacious, clean, ac actually works, friendly staff. And a 711 on the corner hahaha ill be back!

The hotel is decent. It's a little rough around the edges, but for the price, it's appropriate. The neighborhood is nice and there's a nice restaurant next door called "Boozehounds." It has a pool, which I didn't use because it was too hot. The hotel room is adequate, clean, but just a little worn out is all - again, reflective of the price. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay, considering the price point. I was traveling by myself and just had to run errands while in town, so didn't need to really use the pool anyways. It looked refreshing, but not much shade, mostly looked like cement. Good neighborhood, restaurant next door.

Nice stay, friendly staff and the room was comfortable although needs updating. Pool area quiet however bins not emptied during our stay. Perfect for someone on a budget who’s looking for basic clean accommodation. Several restaurants within walking distance however they close at 9pm on weekdays and 10pm on the weekends. We loved the resident cat Monroe who came to say hello from time to time. Overall, a perfect stay for anyone passing thru Palm Springs.

My husband was hospitalized with a stroke and my rental cargo van had broken down in the driveway. I had to stay here because of my dog. The shower valve was so hard to pull in and out. The staff were not at all compassionate or even courteous to me. Funny how they had to charge me $30 for late check out when they were less than 10% occupied.
