Staff was great. Although there was only one person.
My virtual payment through hotels.com was declined upon my arrival, so I spent nearly an hour on the phone trying to get the payment from hotels.com through to the hotel, even though I had already paid in full.
The room keys were not working and apparently haven't worked for three weeks. Each guest had to be escorted to their rooms to enter. So if at any time you left your room, you had to be escorted back. And there was only one staff member for the front desk and escorting guests.
There was no wifi in the hotel. No coffee, water, or anything for guests other than a vending machine.
When I left the hotel in the morning at 6:45am, the front desk was closed.

No rating for the room since we were never able to enter it! We reserved and paid for a room on the same day for which we needed it (6/18), because our VRBO home rental fell through. When we arrived, the clerk, Carina, said there were no keys available. If we had to leave the room, we'd have to find a staff member to let us back in. This was unacceptable, so the clerk cancelled the reservation for us. It was a bit suspicious because a woman waiting in the lobby immediately asked if she could have our room.

No room key available for me when I arrived had to wait on staff to let me back in my room the first night. Also I was told I would be paying a $175 deposit upon my arrival at check-in because my trip was already prepaid. Didn't get a refund 2 days after checking out. Called the hotel and they informed me that my stay was not prepaid and that the $175 was actually for the two nights I was staying and that they don't take deposits. So I'm not sure why. The gentleman that chicked me in said the $175 I was paying was a deposit. Otherwise I would have told him my room is already paid for and I should not be paying anything extra outside of a deposit and any associated fees disputed with my bank got my money back so everything is fine. Just be careful.

Property was in a great location and has restaurants in same area basically you can walk to. The staff were horrible. No empathy about anything! This new property had no keys to the hotel rooms and had to walk you to your room to let you in to a room that you paid for and act as if this was not a problem. Stay away from this property if you need a key to open your room door. Like your parents waiting on you to come home to let you in the house! This to me was a security breach

The customer service was awful. There were no keys and you had to call someone to open your room or tell the front desk every time you needed to get in your room. When asked to speak with management and so forth- no one was available. Would not stay at this location ever again. My mother also was there who is a older lady and for her to be inconvenienced, especially from driving 8 hours from home was very frustrating also.

Staff was very helpful. You can hear everything from your room, next door, hallway, down and above rooms. I mean every moment, cough walk. They didn't have curtains so the light came through early and woke you up. If you stay long you have to exchange your own towels and house keeping doesn't come to your room. So you have to take your own trash out. Beds are cheap and very noisy. They do not have an ice machine but have ice strays. I use a dry and wasted money because it didn't work. Waste 3 hrs of my time waiting for it to dry.

Reception was not very welcoming. I was waiting for 45 min to check in at 10 PM when I arrived. Property is new, towels had some hair so I did not use it. It was clean overall. People were coming and complaining about a lot of things non stop while I was waiting to check in. I just booked it last minute and definitely can tell you get what you paid for. Advice- go find property $50 more and you'll get a normal room, real bed and clean towels.

Cons: You have to sign out a hair dryer or ironing board and they didn’t have them available on the first day because they were signed out by others. The bed frame is very flimsy and made noise whenever you moved around in bed.
Pros: Good for the price. Clean. Easy parking. Locked lobby after hours.

The location of this hotel is 10 star! The hotel is brand new and staff was excellent. It’s right across from Chic-Fil-A and several other restaurants… The hotel has a brand new guest laundry. I would 100% stay here again. This is a very nice “no frills” hotel in an incredibly safe area.

I had a two night stay and was informed when I checked in that they didn’t have any room keys and somebody would have to walk me up and open up my door, which was super inconvenient as I had to leave several times throughout the day and night only to have wait and have an escort every time walk me upstairs to my room to open the door . Also there was a stack of dirty linen and bag of garbage 2 doors down from me from midday till the next morning. The room was clean though.

The employees were very helpful and friendly! It is a new property so the unit was super clean and I loved that it has an actual stovetop and real fridge, not those tiny ones at other high end hotels. I think my only wish was that they had breakfast. I stayed there a week and it would've been convenient to have coffee and something in the mornings! But other than that I enjoyed it.

Nope kitchen had nothing went out and bought a frying pan and dush sopa plates etc. Was petty about towels room service never came to clean but knocked on our doors 4 xs from 8am randomly and when we answered no one responded. Front staff has a bad attitude dont engage when lookingvat you act as if you are a bother when booking a 2ns night they didnt want to really assist and told me after paying on hotels .com whole im currently at there property in the room on the line with them rold me to screenshot the purchase and come down to shoe them when ai asked for what she couldnt give an answer. Basically an elevated motel 6. That may work for you. For me this wasn't what I thought 170 would pay for an elevated motel 6.

The room was clean and well-maintained. Some of the staff members were very courteous and helpful, while others came across as less accommodating. The kitchen was a positive feature; however, additional charges applied for renting coffee makers or kitchenware, which led us to purchase our own paper plates and plastic utensils for the week. Considering the rate paid, I believe more amenities should have been included. We primarily used the accommodation as a place to sleep, and given the price, alternatives with additional features such as a pool or other amenities might have been more suitable. The location was convenient and close to all necessary destinations. I would consider returning, but I would opt for a more affordable room, as the current offering mainly serves as a sleeping space without additional amenities.

The most horrible rude unprofessional staff i have ever seen . The worst experience i have had . The most insulting staff who has no manner yell and double charge my credit card , invade my room many times without my permission . I m. A physician who works at the hospital JFK right next to the hotel and this nasty assistent manger attacked me twice claiming i owe them when she double charged me and over charged me . I need my money back

The facility looks brand new, and the location is great if you are going to the airport. Everything was very clean! They were a little short staffed. Plus I would recommend a room on the top floor. We could hear those above us whenever they moved around their room.

My husband and I arrived early to the hotel after previously calling ahead and being told that early check-in would be okay. We had been traveling and were very tired, so we were hoping to get settled in. However, when we arrived, the front desk staff immediately said, “You’re early, we don’t have any rooms ready, you’ll have to wait.” We understood that rooms may not always be ready early, but the way it was communicated felt dismissive.

We waited in the lobby for about two hours with no updates from the front desk. The same employee who initially spoke to us left when her shift ended without ever checking on the status of our room. When the next shift came in, the two employees at the desk were extremely unprofessional — loudly discussing their personal lives and using profanity while guests were sitting in the lobby.

After waiting longer, we had to approach the desk ourselves to ask for an update and were told to wait another 45 minutes.

When we finally got into our room, it was disappointing. There were no cookware or utensils, despite the room setup suggesting they should be available. There were no extra towels, the hallways had trash and dirty bedding sitting out, and the elevator stopped working during our stay.

The hotel looks very nice from the outside and appears newly built, but the overall experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. You can also clearly hear other guests’ TVs and noise through the walls, which made it hard to relax.

Out check-in was slow. The girl was having a conversation with another worker, the whole time we were trying to get checked in. Our room was near the front lobby. Everytime the door from the lobby to the rooms closed it made a loud bang. It went on into the evening make it impossible to sleep.
The first day we did not have hot water in our room & the elevator was broke.
The beds & linens are nice. The room had 2 bars of soap & a small shampoo. No over amenities like Kleenex or a coffee maker.
It was a very basic room. We only stayed 2 nights, so it would have been nice to have a few more amenities.

Front desk staff was incredibly rude. Had early check in from THEIR reservation company, but they knew nothing about it. Added an extra day via same and we were locked out of room with personal items inside. We had proof of payment, but they refused to look at the email from their reservation company. Instead they booked through 20 people ahead of us waiting to get in room for 2 hours. Let us in to retrieve our belongings and threatened us. Had us call their reservation company to troubleshoot THEIR glitch with the computer payment system. Fifteen phone calls later and the reservation desk said the hotel would not answer their phone. Called from my phone and they talked with THEIR reservation company who said room was paid for, but hotel would NOT acknowledge payment. After a long day, lots of hotel drama, we were FORCED out of the room to drive three hours home late at night. DO NOT STAY HERE. Heard other people saying they were locked out of their rooms too. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND WE TRAVEL ALOT.

It’s a nice relatively new hotel. It does seem clean. However, my wife’s feet turned black walking across the floor. The staff is extremely rude and every time you ask them for something it’s a big bother. We asked about a coffee pot they told us they’d sell us one, we asked about plates or somewhere. They said they could sell us some. Why would I buy utensils and appliances for a two day stay. I just don’t think I’ll ever stay here again.

To start, they charged me extra fees bringing my total above the advertised rate. Then, my room was basically empty when I checked in. Toilet paper, towels, and a bed sheets. That's it. Not shampoo, soap, tissues, hair dryer, cofee maker, utensils/ glasses/ kitchenware (despite it being a suite with kitchenette). When I asked the front desk, they told me the only thing they could give me was soap, not even shampoo, just soap. I then left to get food, and when I brought it back to my room to eat, I discovered there were bugs in my room. There were also dead bug carcasses in the hallway. When I went to refill my water and the water fountain, the red light was on indicating that the filter was expired, so no clean drinking water. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and made noise every time you shifted your weight. My room got very hot at night despite having the air conditioning set to 65. It wasnt until the morning that i heard the air conditioning turn on, which I guess means it doesnt work at night. Overall a terrible experience and I will never be back.

They only have 2 towels in the bathroom and when I called down to ask for more I was given a hard time and finally just asked the maid down the gs for more towels. The bed covering is basically 2 sheets. No comforter or blanket. Blow dryer - what a joke! There was not one in the room, so I called down and they said they were all checked out. And would call when one came available- never got a call!! Full empty kitchen. No cups, no coffee maker, no pots and pans. You have to purchase them for $29.99 - wth?!?!

Simply overcharged.
Wyndham is loosing its credibility by giving franchise to such managements.
Rooms smelling. Toilets are terrible
Breakfast name is fake online. They simply gives cookies and coffee.
Bedsheets found lot of hairs and rougg was horribly smelling.
Don’t prefer or suggest anybody for this location.
Charges were not less but service was bad.

Room was clean, the mattress for me was horrible, lumpy. The bed itself is very low. I'm 5' 3" and the top of the mattress barely came to my knee. I was only there 2 days and the 2nd day I got a little bit of warm water in the shower and then ONLY COLD water.
