Absolutely not up to the standard of a $300+/night hotel. MAYBE $80/night. The lobby is clean, and I think that is maintained and kept up to date to lull you into feeling like the rooms will be as well. But no…we didn’t even want to walk on the carpet in our room in barefeet it was so stained with…something, I have no idea what. And the chair in the room followed suit, as it was covered in stains. Staff was nice, was our room was truly disgusting.

She is someone special and helped my husband and I make 3:30am transportation arrangements and helped me with my boarding passes (we're sr. citizens lost in the technology world we live in). Tanaya took all of the stress out of our traveling, who says that in 2025???but she honestly did. Courtyard Marriott in West Palm Beach has a wonderful employee there, l want EVERYONE WHO MANAGES THIS MARRIOTT to know about her, and takes care of her as they should, she is a valuable asset to your corporation.

Overall I feel like this hotel was okay. To start with the staff was EXCELLENT. Super friendly and approachable. They were quick with my check in and check out. I literally have no complaints about the staff, they were the best part of the stay. The room was mostly clean. But I feel like the carpet did smell kind of musty. Bathroom was out of date and needs an upgrade. The room was hot when I got in and had a hard time cooling at first. Then I realized that the window has a small gap where the hot air gets in so for the rest of the stay I kept the curtains shut which helped keep the hot air out and allowed the room to get cold. Aside from that everything was good with the room, up until I was leaving. As I was walking out the room, there was a small roach above the door. So that kinda sucked. I didn’t complain or say anything at the front desk about anything because I had to leave for work and I didn’t want to cause a fuss. But for sure, the room and elevator need upgrades. The lobby is nice and chic and the cafe was cute.

I stayed in Room 421 and was very disappointed with the overall condition. The room felt bare, with undecorated, plain walls that gave it a cold and unfinished look. More concerning was the cleanliness — the bathroom had a strong odor of urine, and the bed sheets also had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Additionally, the telephone in the room wasn’t working, making it difficult to contact the front desk for assistance. For the price and expectations, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them for future guests.
