Yes the room was neglected. And we never saw staff . Only when we checked in. Not really any amenities a bunch of riff raff right out front smoking and carrying on. Was not impressed at all. Slept in our bed sheets for four days. Never expected to pay extra for clean linens and bath towels.

The property are filled with homeless people and limited parking area. The customers service girl was rude, didnt feel like to ask them for anything. A simple extra towel/rag you couldn't get unless you exchanged the 2 that they gave you in the room. And they charged you for dirty towels/rags if you want to exchanged them for a clean one. Would never recommend or stay here again.

The room included a refrigerator and air conditioner, but the refrigerator didn't work and the air conditioner had leaked a puddle of water on the floor that extended 4 feet away from the AC unit. Mopped it up with a towel, only to find another puddle later that evening and another the next morning. The beds were comfortable at least.

I booked here last minute because my apartment was doing a termite tenting ⛺️ and I just need some where closeto work and my daughter daycare. The property was definitely nit smoke-free lijs iif advertise and the 1st night the alarm ⏰️ went off frighten us our of our sleep around 5am in the morning. There was no complimentary grab and go breakfast Either. Everywhere we go someone smoking even on the 2nd floored where we stay they were weeds/tobacco scent right through the elevator and outside. I would never stayed here again, the room full a baby roaches. They definitely comes out at night.

Decent price to stay one night. Dont expect it to be quiet though. People were yelling and running down the hall at midnight. The fire alarm that was in my room was BLARING in the middle of the night. Not just once, but 3 TIMES for several minutes. It was unbearable! The bed was terrible. I could feel the springs. Could not get the tv channels to work. I had to log into my netflix. Not a bad thing just would have preferred to watch local programing. This was my second time here and my first experience was not this bad. Don't think I'll go back.

Everything was fine really. Staff were excellent. Problem with lacking basic amenities like shampoo, an iron in room, no coffee machine. I asked for shampoo and an iron and was immediately accommodated. I’m not a big coffee drinker but bought a bottle of Dunkin Donits Cold Coffee in the convenience store next door to keep in the room refrigerator if I needed that caffeine kick in the morning. The BIG PLUS to staying here WAS THE LOW PRICE and GREAT HELPFUL STAFF.

I was able to check in thanks to security guard. Extremely confusing check in process. Not to mention that there were so many tweakers surrounding the property! The walk into the hotel should’ve been a sign to avoid staying here! After spending the night there I walked in the following day and noticed all the roaches on my clothing!!!! If you are looking to do crack this is the place to stay!

The staff was nice but the property was dirty, the room was dirty, there were roaches crawling on the walls and floors. I found a clump of red hair stuck to my bed spread and there was pubic hair all over the sheets. There was a bad odor coming out of the bathroom. I was really uncomfortable the entire time. In addition to that, there were lots of drug addicts on the premises, people were walking down the hallway high on drugs. The place felt like a homeless shelter.

Honestly it really wouldn’t be a bad place to stay if they were a lot cleaner and if the lady at the front desk wouldn’t take 20 minutes to come out if the little back room. When I was trying to check in I was standing there for damn near 20 mins knocking on the glass and all before the lady came out. On top of having me and another customer waiting for a while you’re not even nice. I found about 3 live roaches in the hotel room two in the bathroom and one in the kitchen.

Outside at night there were so many people loitering in the parking lot, unsure if they were guest or just random people passing by and hanging out. So, for not much more money you can stay at several other properties nearby and it's much cleaner, safer, and shows a little more pride in ownership. I won't stay here again.

We arrived at 10:10 pm, which turned out to be 10 minutes after check-in time had ended…we had no clue about this. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to check us in, only to be told that they were sold out even though we had a reservation. They then ended up giving us an alternate room, but said that it was missing some of the amenities that we had paid for. We’re still confused about the contradiction there. The room was sub-par. We were told we could talk to the manager in the morning. Turned out that they didn’t speak English, and we don’t speak the manager’s language…so much for talking to them. We will NEVER return

We arrived, parked in the parking lot where there were people hanging out around the building. Went to the office and waited 10 mi utes before someone showed up. A guy clad in pajamas came walki g through the lobby with his German shepard. The place smelled. The room we were given had not yet been cleaned, with a sandwich and soda on yhe table. And the sheets piled on the bed. They gave Us another room but couldn't get the tv to work. The room smelled strongly of cherry lolipop, I guess to hide the true unclean smell. No housekeeping at all all week. Drug users, homeless, everywhere. No refrigerator, no pots,pans, throw out your own trash, toilet not wrking, nasty stinky hotel, employees tried to get in my room when I didn’t open the door. After I opened the 2 employees said never mind. Front office always closed. Pay to get clean towels. Purchase kitchen pots /pans from office. After checking in you don’t see anyone after that for no reason. People yelling on the 2nd floor loud can’t sleep in.people hit your car, store uses hotel parking lot to get in and out of store, Sherriff visits , smoke alarm turns on constantly. TV doesn’t wrk, wifi no good. People arguing in the halls from midnight to 3am. My truck got hit during my stay and he went in hotel as nothing. We were in the truck and took pics of them. Unsafe place to stay. People all over the parking lot hanging around. Never got my kitchen stuff as promised, false advertising, after you check in you get the paperwork. The location is good, but the quality of the service and the conditions of the facility are terrible. The building looks new in the outside and but is seems to be falling apart in from inside out.

It’s the epitome of the roach motel. There were so many cockroaches especially when getting up in the night to use the bathroom. I had a terrible time trying to sleep. I mentioned it to the management and they assured me they would spray the room. I arrived back after working my job as it was a work trip only to find bugs crawling across the floor upon my arrival. Hotel and others for a 25 mile radius were sold out or had a room for 500 bucks. My budget meant I had to stay another night which I dreaded the idea. Would have helped if the management actually tried to do something about the bugs. This situation really messed up my job and my reputation with my client just because the owner is too cheap to manage their bug infestation. A sickening experience overall. Front desk was closed (literally closed with a roll down shutter) so there was nobody to complain to or someone who could accommodate a room change.

The property is well keep, you can see that from the moment you drive up. It quiet and safe for any traveler. Those who are driving, one gas station is just a few feet out side the hotel door.

This property manager was completely unprofessional. The hotel gave me less than 12 hours of notice that the whole hotel would be evacuating for 4 hours to spray for bugs. I am from out of town working overnight shifts and would be sleeping when they wanted me to evacuate. The manager responded with only one solution, i was told to find another hotel and check out of his hotel. He then continued to be rude and then decided it was appropriate to call me gay in front of other hotel guests. It was utterly disgusting how he behaved in his professional field.
