It is not the Ritz, but for this price range, I consider it excellent. The whole place is very clean and updated. The TV and wifi were 1st rate. The bed was very comfortable. The location is between the airport and Cityplace. The breakfast is included and you can even make your own Belgian waffles with whipped cream. There is a nice pool and an outside dining area nearby. The free airport shuttle is very helpful.

We only stayed one night prior to our flight, but the hotel was clean, quiet, and very conveniently close to the airport and rental car returns. The restaurant is in the Hilton Garden Inn next door. The burgers and fries were good.

Shuttle and staff were all great. The first room we checked into had dog hair all over the sleeper sofa, so they moved us to a different room- much cleaner but found dog food under the chairs. Bathrooms were clean!

There were no shops nearby but it was very near Budget Rent a Car where I rented a car. The hotel dhuttle to Wrst Palm Beach downtown was extremely helpful. The staff was very nice. It helped that Hampton Inn was right to the Hilton, which had a proper restaurant. I had dinner there twice and I was very haopy.

The breakfast needs serious improvement. Perhaps some fresh cut fruits. On the first morning, the scrambled eggs tasted like there was sounach but tgere was no spinach. I like spunach but having spinach taste with no spinach makes me feel like the eggs were cooked on a dirty pan with leftover sounach.

My issue is having a room near the elevator that had a significant noise each time it was in use (at first I thought it was a drill being used in a room close by). It kept me awake till early morning hours. I had to take the airport shuttle at 6am. Those rooms should only be used if the hotel is filled to capacity.

What turned out to be a horrible day with my flights cancelled and no where to go they let me come at 7:30 am sent the van to the airport to pick me up all went above and beyond. Staff was very nice. When we got there maintenance had to come attend air conditioning and housekeeping had started refrig defrost and hadn’t finished. We checked in on Tuesday and they didn’t attend to room until Saturday. We understood with Thanksgiving being on Thursday they didn’t do it then but should have on Friday. Check in was smooth and straight forward. Dejon was very kind and helpful. The only thing I was annoyed by was the $5/day parking fee. He tells me that the other hotels in the area charge $15+ so they are the lowest in the area. It also would be nice if the baggage carts were bigger. It would just help create fewer trips.
