Reserved a standard king room. When checking in told that accessible king was only room available. The accessible room is poorly laid out because of oversize bathroom and giant size bathroom door which protrudes out into the bedroom area when open. The TV view is partially blocked from view from the bed because of oversize bathroom.
The sofa is the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I have ever sit on. The back is so deep, when trying to sit with my feet on the floor, my back is over a foot from the backrest of the sofa. Must be designed for NBA players.

We had an early flight into West Palm Beach. We stopped in and asked if we could drop our luggage off because we were a few hours early for check in. The hotel had a room ready at that time and allowed us to check in early. The room was very nice and it was nice to sit by the pool for a little while after a long morning of travel.

The internet didn’t work for several hours. We were given a phone number to call from the front desk clerk to call and troubleshoot the issue. Are you serious? We left for dinner and came back and apparently the issue was resolved. The shower curtain was 4 inches too short in the shower stall therefore all the water then leaked out to the bathroom floor which was dangerous. There had to be at least 2 inches of water on the floor which I had to mop up with a towel. I have stayed at this chain hotel before and it was great. This hotel was not cheap and I was very disappointed with this visit.

Front Desk girls were always greeting us with big smiles and plans for the day and Zee made us feel like family. But honestly all the staff was great. Zee was the absolute best ever from fulfilling all the needs to tips and tricks of the area. The lobby area and breakfast was great, fully stocked and spacious. Kids welcome. Our granddaughter was treated like a movie star. Coffee and fresh lemonade 24/7. We were sad to go after 8 days. Definitely would Stay again.

Room was generally quiet and somewhat comfortable. It was clean on arrival, but not on departure. I did not see housekeeping my entire 4 day stay. The bath amenities ran out (bath gel), fortunately, they provided bar soap. I had to procure additional bath cloths, which were cheerfully provided. I did not understand the undersized bed linens. I had to remake the bed, but could not get the linens to fit properly. The room was really dark and poorly lit. Breakfast was comparable to the Holiday Inn Express and thus utilitarian. The Muzak was rather nice and upscale, Hilton and IHG are doing more frequent housekeeping. Consider upping your game here.

Booked a suite for 5 people. Arrived late at night everything seemed fine. Awoke needed to shower and there were only 3 towels. Called the front desk and asked for more towels. Made multiple trips to front desk to check status on towels. Took over an hour. Thankfully still made our flight.

The stay was okay overall. When we arrived at our room, the smell of bleach was overwhelming and made it uncomfortable at first. Unfortunately, we were unable to be moved because the hotel was fully booked. The room itself was otherwise clean and met basic expectations, but the initial odor definitely impacted the experience.
On a positive note, the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were understanding of the situation and did their best to assist despite the limited availability. Their customer service was a highlight of the stay and helped make the situation more manageable.

The staff in both the lobby and breakfast area were very nice and helpful. The hotel was in a great location for what I was there for. However, the bathroom was disgusting and the housekeeping staff did nothing to mitigate the problem. The shower/tub was so thick with soap scum it felt like a skating rink. After telling them of the issue, I was told to use towels in the shower. The next shower I took, both feet slipped out from under me and I badly bruised and cut my heal. I had to clean the drain out myself to which I found small pieces of plastic bags, hair and pieces of soap. I tried to clean the tub as well, but without cleanser, I didn't make a dent in the soap scum. I was there two weeks. There were three days that my room was not even touched and during my entire stay, they did not replace the plastic bag in the ice bucket.
While the hotel itself was nice, I would not return. Additionally, I found out that the neighboring Homewood Suites and the Springhill Suites share a common owner. So, it's safe to assume that that hotel is run the same way. So, I wouldn't recommend that hotel either.
