The staff was very friendly. The bartender Trell was great. The hotel was pretty empty though and I got there early, about 2pm. There was really no reason why they couldn’t have allowed me an earlier check in and they said they’d get me in quickly. I think they sort of forgot because of shift change. My early check in ended up being like 3:45pm which is barely early at all.
The hotel itself is nice, but it’s sort of that instagram fake nice where everything is just a little thinner than it should be even though it all looks nice.
Nice shower and tub. Robes and walls thin. I could hear the little dog next door barking during night and next morning. I called the front desk but not sure anything was done, but it wasn’t their fault. The room set up was a little weird. If you go to the bathroom in the night and turn on the light it would illuminate the whole room because it’s a frosted glass door between the bed and the bathroom. Honestly it is a decently nice place, but I did feel that it was overpriced considering it was the off season and a Monday night quick getaway.
Beach access is easy, but couldn’t go in the water bc it was FULL of thick seaweed. That’s out of the hotel’s control and isn’t what affected my rating. It seemed like the staff at the beach was also helpful. All staff really were friendly.
At about $600 a night in the off season it was just not quite worth that much. Nice that you can use the sauna and steam room in the spa.

Very clean hotel, with amazing ocean views. Recommending that when you book, call hotel to ask for rooms closest to ocean.

Spa was amazing. Very very pricey though, but, expected it to be pricey.

I ate at Tula. Really amazing wine options! Only thing I would like to see would be more seafood options but the food was high quality.

Overall, amazing stay and would highly suggest staying here !!!

I’m very grateful for this place. First off an amazing well kept clean property. Secondly staff are amazing everyone is very welcoming and friendly. We stayed in the ocean view suite and it was amazing. One of the nicest rooms I’ve stayed in. House keeping came twice a day!! Onsite food is very good along with the drinks. Pool is clean and well kept. The beach access is amazing. Staff on beach are great. Water is beautiful, they have towels on the beach and at the pool. Overall amazing place would recommend, also other dining options are a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. We stood around for 20 minutes in the blazing sun, no one came. I went inside, spoke to the front desk, they said they will send someone. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back inside and spoke to the manager. He said someone will be at the pool shortly. 10 minutes later no one came. I went back inside a third time, the manager now said they are working on getting more towels. I asked if we go to the beach would they have lounge chairs and towels? He said absolutely. We went to the beach, no towels, but at least we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrella. We had to wait another 30 minutes for towels and fight with other people to get them as they only brought out 4!!! Pretty crazy, definitely not 5* standards. Once they get the right management, staff and training this can be a really nice resort.

Rooms I thought were very nicely laid out. Amenities such as on property dinning we're very good. Had brunch at Tula one afternoon and was delicious. Service....needs a little work. Had dinner at Tula our first night. Servers Danill and Ivan (twins) were extremely, extremely, good. Attention to detail. We never waited for anything. Food was very good. They had very good knowledge about the menu and that was very helpful. We also had dinner at Ayre, Indian cuisine, and I believe we ate until we just couldn't do it anymore. Chef always comes out to greet you and took pictures with him. Was very nice and welcoming. Food was definitely spectacular. Overall we would definitely go back to this resort and still do the same.
Only bad mark I'd say was Lala... Hotel bar.... They seriously need work. Servers need help desperately. I would walk up and no recognition. They had only a few couples there and it was like they were swamped and couldn't keep up. Drinks were good, however, wait time was not so good. If I'm paying this much for a resort, this much for drinks... Gotta be able to step it up and bring your A game.
We spoke to one lady and she said they are working on bringing up the servers to a Forbes way of serving. Overall satisfied and we'll be back.

Location and beach: very quiet and much nicer to swim in than Elsewhere in Florida

But……..
- no water pressure in most rooms (ridiculously low)
- they rarely open the umbrellas at the beach, while every other resorts do
- they resevere a section on the beach for owners, despite the fact there is ZERO difference or advantages for them compared to other areas. So they crowd one area only.

Unfortunately, there needs to ba a major training program for this hotel to live up to the hype.

It claims having the biggest spa in the USA, and spa client
What to be pampered in a 5-star setting with a 5-star service.

Service is barely a 3-star.

Hope they fix the issue because it has great potential.

Generally, a very nice hotel, with great oceanfront location, except there are touches that do not meet the standard, given the hotel rating and pricing. The most disappointing issue was the on-site restaurant service at Tula. We had a miserable lunch service where the food and drink order was over an hour wait. Then we had breakfast the next day, and it took almost 2 hours to be served, as they mishandled our orders and had to restart the orders. The food was just OK. Also, room service breakfast order came late, and the order was incorrect. We had to go down to the lobby to correct the order as no one was answering the phone. On the positive side, service at the garden bar, Taaza, was great; specifically, Feby and Nathan provided excellent service. Also, at AYRE, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious. Shout out to our server Troy, who was knowledgeable and fantastic. Also, in the middle of brunch hour, there were at least 6 people standing around the lobby and restaurant entrance, cleaning the floors and disrupting the flow for no obvious reason. Overall, the property was very nice, but the service really needs improvement.

This hotel is beautiful, the staff are all very nice. The spa is amazing. The amenities are great! The only thing I will say is that we checked out on a Friday. On Saturday morning it seemed like they were completely understaffed for breakfast service both for room service and the restaurant servers/chefs/hostess.

This was hands down one of the most incredible stays I have ever experienced. I was upgraded to a massive 3 bedroom suite with a magnificent ocean view.The entire Ocean side is sliding glass. Each and every staff member I encountered was so courteous, helpful and skillful. The suite was exquisite. The Balcony was so comfortably furnished and very expansive. The kitchen was incredibly high end with gorgeous cabinetry and deluxe Miele appliances. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful property with well-appointed, comfortable rooms—exactly what you’d expect at this price point visually. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the cost. The hotel felt understaffed, which showed in multiple ways—from incorrect orders to slow or inconsistent service. The beach experience, in particular, fell short: difficulty securing seating and lackluster food and drink service made it feel far from the elevated experience you’d expect. I’ve had significantly better beach service at much lower-priced properties nearby. Overall, a stunning place, but the experience didn’t justify the premium price.

Unfortunately this hotel is poorly managed. We had 2 rooms here for a girls weekend & there are MANY issues with the service. The front desk couldn’t find my reservations when I was checking in. I had to provide info & they recreated the bookings. To name a few other issues, the floors in the rooms are filthy. Housekeeping avoided servicing the room as much as possible. For my 3 night stay, we had one ‘partial’ service. The amenities in the room are not ideal- a cooler that hardly cools anything, few hangers, a shower door that doesn’t allow you to place a mat outside, no garbage in main bath area, hardly any TV channels to choose from as most have become “gray”, community ice without any scoop (sanitation issue/broken glass concerns)…shall I continue? We witnessed staff arguing at the lobby bar. 1 bartender servicing the entire lobby & restaurant. Food in the restaurant did not come out as ordered. Service in lobby/bar was beyond terrible. Trash in common areas as there was nobody working to pick up used items. Our second room wasn’t ready on time & it had cooler issues for my friend’s temperature sensitive medication. Shall I go on? Valet was efficient-the highlight of our trip. Carlos the bellman was friendly. Ritchie and Tyler in the restaurant are friendly & doing the best job they can given the circumstances. Phil at the bar needs more support so he isn’t unhinged. I got a measly resort fee credit. Great location.Too bad because it should be great for the price.

Pros:
-Spa was outstanding but very expensive. Some of the best massages we have ever received.
-The room was clean and modern.
-The partial ocean view was lovely.
-Food was good, but options were few.
-The pool was very nice.
-The beach area was excellent and swimming was great.
-Were accommodating to younger children who visited us while we were there - although I would say this was not designed for large families.

Less than ideal:
-The drinks were very expensive and mediocre for the price.
-The service at pool and beach was very slow. We waited 3 hours for a simple order of pizza and and 4 hours to finally get a drink we ordered at 11:30 that morning. The server apologized several times but still could not manage to remember to bring it. It seemed like the beach staff were disconnected from the hotel staff.
-Some of the beach and pool staff were rather juvenile and lacked professionalism - one beach staff member walked up behind my 5 year old grandson and tried to scare him. It was bizarre and unneccessary.
-The hotel smelled like an Indian ashram - which is definitely an odor that one must become accustomed to. We found it too intense in the lobby and food areas.

A pleasant stay in an above average spa resort hotel that still needs to work on its quality of service, communication, and staff.

The service was great. My stay was on the coldest weekend of the season, the temps were in the 40s and it was windy. Unfortunately for me, my first night the room had no heat. After complaining for hours the staff was able to find a similar room with heat. Other than no heat on the first night, I have no complaints.

We had a little snafu with our reservation when we arrived, they did not have it. Called Expedia and they handled straight away. The Amrit staff was great and gave us a drink voucher while we waited. It worked out to so well because we were able to get all the good details on the hotel and spa, while we enjoyed drinks and food. Thank you for an amazing 3 night stay of rest and relaxation!

Noise transfer from hallways and neighboring rooms was really loud. The room service food was terrible, a totally different menu from the regular restaurant and nowhere near the quality expected. They also got our order wrong. The toilet enclosure being a glass box did not feel private at all. Overall, we were pretty disappointed.

Overall a good stay. Hotel is beautiful, room was very nice. Loved the ocean view balcony and beach access. Service at beach and pool were great. However, there should be a little more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness. Our room, especially floors, were noticeably not as clean as they should have been. AC had difficulty working and it made a lot of noise during the night. The coffee maker also made a lot of noise - not sure if that was to be expected. Even when room was serviced, our coffee bar was not restocked, we had to call to get more coffee and it took quite awhile to receive. For the price paid, this room could have benefitted from a small microwave and ceiling fan. Also, the advertised events during the week didn't happen. We were looking forward to the Tuscan Tuesday brick oven pizza evening that was advertised, but that didn't happen. And when we asked staff about it, no one knew what we were talking about. And i was surprised with this being a wellness resort that there was very little awareness of the spa services and there was no chai tea anywhere.

The Amrit resort was beautiful! Lulu was amazing! She was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The resort is clean, private, quiet, and rooms are decent size. It's located right on the beach and is less than 30 minutes from Palm Beach Airport.
Tula restaurant had a great brunch, however the dinner menu could use some improvements. All and all I highly recommend Amrit if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful resort with great staff and spa.

Disappointing details that ruined a luxury stay

Despite the luxurious look of Amrit, several things immediately turned me off at check-in.

First, the guest relations rep decided on his own that my dog wasn’t a service animal—without looking at any documents—and said management backed his judgment. We were charged $200 for the stay, making this the first time in all our U.S. travels that a hotel staff member, not a specialist, tried to “qualify” a service dog.

Second, shockingly for a hotel at this level, there were no swimsuit drying racks. Four wet towels and two robes had to hang on just two hooks. Swimsuits had to be laid on balcony chairs, so to enjoy the ocean view we paid for, we had to move them to the floor or hold them in our hands. Not exactly luxury.

Also, for a resort of this standard, a birthday card or even a small gesture would’ve been nice. But not at Amrit—they must believe it’s up to them to decide when my birthday is.

We came to celebrate my 35th for just two days, hoping for a peaceful escape. Instead, these small but telling oversights ruined what should’ve been a relaxing, high-end experience.

Great property. Staff very friendly. Two bedroom very pretty with amazing views of intercoastal. My only complaint is no doors to bathroom except to toilet room. Not ideal for family. Lacks privacy.

Beautiful views. Breakfast was ok. Strange smell on the upper floors and in the rooms. Room was beautiful with a wrap around balcony. We were only there one night and didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. You could see the beach from the shower and tub which was a nice experience. Would have liked a nightlight option in the bathroom. Robes were made for tiny people. I’m not that large but they didn’t cover so we opted not to use

We stayed at Amrit Ocean Resort for a few nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly — always smiling, saying hello, making sure we felt taken care of.

We originally booked an ocean view room, but they upgraded us to a bigger one, which was such a nice surprise. The space was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with an amazing view of the water that we could wake up to every morning.

One of the best parts of our stay was spending a full day at the spa — we tried different areas like the cold plunge and steam rooms, and just took time to fully unwind. The atmosphere there is so peaceful and relaxing. We both said we’d love to come back just to spend more time in the spa again — it really made that day feel extra special. Definitely one of the most memorable parts of our trip.

We also booked the Sound Healing Floating Meditation, which was such a unique and calming experience. It helped us really slow down and reset — exactly what we were looking for.

There’s a great restaurant on-site, and we enjoyed room service as well as some really good cocktails at the bar. Everything just felt easy, relaxing, and well thought out.

Overall, this was one of the most peaceful and memorable getaways we’ve had in a while. We’d absolutely love to return.

From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful and efficient. Ricardo provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the hotel. The tiki bar at the entrance to the beach was a great perk. Resort was clean, room was spacious and bed comfortable. Chase greeted us at the beach each morning and set us up with chairs, umbrella and towels. We also enjoyed the pool; very comfortable pool chairs. All around great experience at Amrit. Will definitely return.

I really enjoyed the spa. The rooms were well appointed with a big free standing bathtub and separate walk in shower. They are very dog friendly!
